I rarely give 5 stars, but I love this restaurant. For me there is no reustaurant with tastier food in Aschaffenburg! They have tasty food, kind and lively staff and they are excellent in terms of cleanliness. I warmly recommend them to my friends whenever I have the opportunity 🫶🏻

Romanian restaurant? German, Italian, well, Had dinner there today, a piece of grilled chicken breast about 100 to 150 grams. Thinly sliced ​​and quite dry. It was my first time eating here and it was delicious! I thought it was great that the fries were made from potatoes themselves; they could have been a little crispier. The cevapcici were very tasty and well seasoned. The coleslaw was missing vinegar. Service was friendly, only one of the waiters could barely speak German. It's actually in a nice location next to the forest, but you could hear the restaurant cooling in the beer garden. I would like to come again.

Today we decided to eat with 4 people without prior notice. No problem. There was enough space in the beer garden. We were warmly greeted and immediately given the menu and the drinks quickly. There is a diverse selection of food, but the menu is a bit confusing. We order 2 x Balkan Schnitzel 1 Jägerschnitzel and cabbage roulade with corn semolina. After 25 minutes the food arrived hot and beautifully prepared. Everything tasted great and the portions were large. We will eat there again. Only the side salad can be improved. The service too, we were not asked for a second round of drinks when clearing the plates, even though our glasses were almost empty. This is exactly where you make sales in the restaurant. All in all, recommended. A little tip: put something up to keep out the wasps while you're eating. It's pretty intense in the beer garden.

Food was ok. Price performance poor, portions too small for this price, all side dishes cost extra. In the beer garden there is an unpleasantly loud fan on the grill on the side.

It's very nice there, we've known the place for a long time. The tenant is new but very tasty food, great atmosphere as always, professional staff. We had Cevapcici with rice and grilled vegetables and Balkan Schnitzel chicken with fries. All very tasty. The beer garden is so great, the meat is freshly grilled there.

I felt like I was in a resort 👌 thank you, we will definitely come back, food grade 10, peace, terrace, everything you could want 👍

It was our first time in the Schellenmühle. We were served very quickly and the food came very quickly too. The staff were very child-friendly. There is a beautifully furnished children's playroom in the basement. Unfortunately I didn't try dessert but they looked really great. Will be coming back just to try it.

The staff was nice, unfortunately it took a relatively long time until we had our food - but it was also a Saturday evening and the restaurant was full. The selection of food is quite good for omnivores, very little for vegetarians and there is nothing for vegans. You should work on that. The food was tasty and the portion sizes were good. Prices OK, but we found the €17 for the Greek salad to be totally excessive - because it's a completely normal salad, nothing special that would justify the price. A menu online/here in the profile would certainly help potential guests make their decision. I let friends persuade me to go here - if I don't know what I'm getting beforehand, I usually decide against this restaurant

This place is owned by a family from Romania and is the soul and heart of those people. Food is great, prices normal and the place is clean and cozy. Almost nobody can eat an entire meal and then have dessert or something extra, so generous are those portions 🙂 I travel from time to time there almost 200 km for having dinner and was never disappointed. 🙂 The only observation is that they should provide means for paying with Revolut, PayPal or card, only mean available now being cash. This place is also good for small events if in time reservations are made 🙂

Food is nothing special and too expensive for it. Service not so good, you wait to order drinks and you have to make yourself known if you want something else. Even though the waitress walked past us several times, she didn't react. A pity

Very well-run Romanian restaurant with typical local cuisine

Waren heute das erste Mal dort essen. Hatten dreimal Schnitzel und einmal den Schärfer Teller. Schnitzel mit den frischen Pommes sehr lecker und große Portionen. Das andere Gericht übertrieben fettig, die Fleischstücke teilweise steinhart - ungenießbar! Beim abräumen wurden wir gefragt wie das Essen geschmeckt hat, wir haben uns wir oben genannt geäußert. Die Bedienung sagt „Okay“ und räumte die Teller in die Küche, keine weitere Reaktion von ihrer Seite aus.

Schlechte Bedienung. Dauerd ewig bis das Essen da ist und dann ist es auch nicht warm. Parken auf Parkplätze des Stalles neben dran. Kinder rennen auf dem Parkplatz rum und man muss schauen das man niemanden umfährt. Außerdem ist dort eine Beschallung das man sein eigenes wort noch nichtmal versteht, wenn man auf dem Parkplatz ist und Vorallem ist diese Musik fast den ganzen tag an, so das es nach längeren zeit einfach nur nervt.

Gut ist was anderes, Freundlickeit und Schnelligkeit sind Fremdwörter in diesem Lokal

Am fost pt prima data dar am rămas plăcut surprinsa de tot ce am găsit acolo! Mâncarea foarte bună, papanasi gustoși și sa nu mai zic de atmosferă și muzica live. Ne-am simțit ca la noi acasă, în România. Recomand cu mare drag, o sa fim clienți fideli cu siguranță!!! 😁♥️

Keine lange Wartezeit,freundliches Personal,leckeres rumänisches Essen und guter rumänischer Wein . Zu empfehlen sind die Mititei das gegrillte Gemüse. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Ewig lange Wartezeit bis das Essen gekommen ist, dann kamen drei Kinder Portion Jäger Schnitzel lauwarm. Die Pommes waren nicht knusprig und schmeckten nach alten Friteuse Öl.Das ganze war das Geld nicht wert. Da passte weder der Preis noch die Leistung. Auch am Nachbartisch haben die Leute ewig auf ein paar Spaghetti gewartet und waren sehr enttäuscht und unzufrieden. Sorry nie wieder werde ich da was Essen.

Super locație! Muzica este live, servirea e impecabila iar mâncarea e foarte buna.

Pot spune ca lasă de dorit... Îmi pare sincer rau pentru vizita. Personal nepregătit, mâncarea nu a fost gătită, cel puțin carnea a fost crudă. Timp de așteptare 1:30 pentru a mânca, iar mâncarea rece. Deci nu recomand!!!

We had dinner there last week and I loved it. I missed the Romanian taste and I am happy we have a restaurant in Aschaffenburg now. The staff was relatively new so I think they were still organizing how everything works there. However the taste of the food was amazing 😊 We will be back

Der vorherige Besitzer war so naja. Da ist es jetzt ziemlich gut und man kommt gut hin, kann gut parken, gut sitzen also wer gutes rumänisches Essen mag, ist hier richtig!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, waren aber auch die ersten Gäste. Die Karte ist recht übersichtlich und beinhaltet rumänische sowie deutsche Gerichte. Wir entschieden uns für die rumänische Küche. Sehr lecker war das gegrillte Gemüse. Über das Schafpastrami hat sich der Hund gefreut. Die Sarmale waren gut, haben aber nochPotential. Von den Mititei hatte man noch sehr lange den Geschmack im Mund. Am leckersten waren die Papanas, das sind eine Art Donuts mit saurer Sahne und Marmelade. Toll war, dass die Süße offensichtlich nur von der Marmelade kam. Als die Gaststätte voller wurde ließ die Aufmerksamkeit des Service stark nach. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal hingehen und noch ein paar andere Gerichte probieren. Bei unserem Besuch war nur Barzahlung möglich.
