Hervorragendes Essen, sehr zuvorkommend Bedienung, leider ohne jeglichen Überblick, daher sehr lange Wartezeiten. Verblühte Blumen auf dem Tisch passten nicht zum Preis und Ambiente. Schade!

Exzellenter Service und sehr leckeres Essen, wie man sich das bei solch einem Restaurant wünscht. Zum Hochzeitstag hatten wir sogar eine Grusskarte auf unserem Tisch. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren erstmalig in diesem Schmuckstück, das von außen unscheinbar wirkt. Angenehm klimatisiert, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein äußerst zuvorkommender Service. Das Menü ein Genuß von A-Z! Wir werden immer wieder gerne hierher zurückkehren, es war ein Traum!

Sehr lecker, sehr freundlich! Wir hatten an einem Samstagabend das Menü mit Weinbegleitung und waren sehr angetan – sowohl vom wirklich außergewöhnlichen Essen und den toll ausgewählten Weinen als auch vom sehr netten und kompetenten Personal.

Das Essen und der Service sind herausragend. Freundlichkeit, Liebe zum Detail und das Berücksichtigen von Wünschen sorgen dafür, dass man sich hier sehr wohl fühlt. Einen Sternabzug gibt es beim Ambiente. Hier ist es manchmal etwas laut oder im Innenraum zu dunkel.

Das aktuelle Menü/Essen ist phantastisch und wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allen Gängen. Die "Grüße aus der Küche" sind der Knaller und ich könnte mich allein daran satt essen. Das Restaurant hat eine volle Auslastung verdient!!!

Sowohl das Essen als auch das Ambiente beim Sonntagsbrunch waren überragend. French Toast, Avocadostulle (!!!), Pancakes und Philly Cheesesteak haben fantastisch geschmeckt, so wie auch der frisch gepresste Saft und die Kaffeespezialitäten. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Preis-Leistung beim "normalen" Rührei stimmt nicht, zumindest im Vergleich mit den anderen Gerichten. Eine halbe Scheibe Brot, ein bisschen Ei für 14 Euro, während die Avocadostulle inkls. zweier Eier für ein bisschen mehr Geld überragend und großzügig ist.

Das Sawito hat ein sehr schönes Ambiente, schlicht mit viel Geschmack. Das Essen ist ohne Frage nicht nur ein Stern Wert. Die Weinbegleitung war auf dem Punkt und ist ein „Muss“. Der Charmante Service ist sehr angenehm und macht Spaß. Wir hatten einen angenehmen, unvergesslichen und überaus kulinarischen Abend. Vielen Dank an das Sawito-Team

Wie stets ein wunderbarer Abend zu zweit im Sawito. Wir sind sehr stolz und froh, dass wir ein so gutes und mittlerweile mit einem MIchelin-Stern ausgezeichnetes Restaurant in Falkensee haben. So ein abwechslungsreiches und in der Kombination der Aromen einmaliges Menü zeigt, hier wird auf höchstem Niveau gearbeitet. Der Service ist stets voll engagiert und auch auf Rückfragen zu den einzelnen Gängen auskunftsfähig und -willig. Toll! Wir gehen hier immer wieder gerne hin und genießen das kulinarische Erlebnis.

Wenn dem Stern das Leuchten fehlt! ​Wer das Sawito in Falkensee betritt, findet ein durchaus gefälliges Ambiente vor, das jedoch den letzten gestalterischen Mut vermissen lässt. Ein Eindruck, der sich wie ein roter Faden durch den Abend ziehen sollte. ​Handwerklich waren Küche und Service ohne Frage solide. Doch in der Sphäre des Guide Michelin darf „gut“ nicht der Anspruch sein – es ist das Fundament. Dem kulinarischen Angebot fehlte es an der finalen Finesse, an jener aromatischen Handschrift und Regionalität, die ein Sternerestaurant auszeichnet. Das Iberico-Schwein verlor seine edle Charakteristik und erinnerte fatal an profanen Schweinebauch; die Hohe Rippe wiederum wurde geschmacklich auf das Niveau eines soliden Gulaschs heruntergebrochen. Das ist gehobene Küche im Schonwaschgang – quasi ein „Sterne-Einstiegsprodukt“ für Ängstliche, aber zu wenig für den anspruchsvollen Gaumen. ​Vollends inkonsistent zeigte sich das Service-Konzept: Dass der Küchenchef ausgewählte Tische mit seiner Präsenz beehrt, um Philosophie und Gerichte zu erläutern, an unserem Tisch jedoch vorbeigeht, hinterlässt einen bitteren Nachgeschmack. Ein einzelner, engagierter Kellner kann die Erwartungshaltung, die ein solches Haus schürt, am Ende nicht allein tragen. Von einem Sterne-Restaurant erwarte ich ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept und keine Zwei-Klassen-Gesellschaft beim Gast.

Es war wieder ein wunderbares Geschmackserlebnis, auch für die Augen wunderbar anzuschauen.

Exquisite Küche, außergewöhnlich raffiniert und geschmackvoll, wunderschön angerichtet, ein Genuss für den Gaumen, ein herzlicher Empfang – kurzum, dieses Restaurant ist einen Besuch wert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Gemütliches Restaurant mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und freundlichem Service. Die Gerichte sind frisch zubereitet, kreativ und geschmacklich sehr überzeugend.

Wir besuchten zu viert das Sawito und genossen das große Menü mit Weinbegleitung. Fünf starke Gänge, geschmacklich sehr gut und schön präsentiert. Der korrespondierende Wein harmonierte tadellos mit den einzelnen Speisen. Der Service war sehr nett, immer zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Ich kann nur sagen vielen vielen Dank für dieses Erlebnis. Ein Traum komme jetzt öfter im Sawito Essen. 🤩

Wer andere oder/und sich mal belohnen oder was Gutes tun will, ist im Sawito genau richtig. Es hat alles super geschmeckt, Personal war sehr aufmerksam aber nicht überzogen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

MICHELIN GUIDE: ein Stern, Wir waren zu viert anlässlich unseres gemeinsamen Einzuges in Potsdam im SAWITO gewesen. In jeder Hinsicht waren wir von dem freundlichen Service, von dem ansprechenden, stilvollen Ambiente sowie den leckeren Speisen beeindruckt. Am 28.11. hatte das SAWITO die Speisekarte geringfügig angepasst, Klassiker blieben aber erhalten. Zu empfehlen ist das 5 Gang Menü. Ganz ehrlich, ich habe am Abend noch die Gewürze und die feinen Speisen schmecken können. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielleicht zum Brunch?

2026: Wir kehrten 2026 zurück, nachdem das Restaurant seinen Michelin-Stern erhalten hatte. Meine Meinung zum Restaurant ist nach wie vor dieselbe: Das Essen ist köstlich und der Service hervorragend. Mir fiel jedoch auf, dass die Speisekarte nicht sehr abwechslungsreich war; viele der Gerichte kannten wir bereits von vor zwei Jahren. Wir entschieden uns erneut für À-la-carte, bestellten aber viele der gleichen Gerichte wie beim Degustationsmenü. Insgesamt waren alle Speisen gut serviert und wunderschön angerichtet. Meine Favoriten in absteigender Reihenfolge: 1. Kalbsbries: Das Fleisch war sehr zart, die Sauce absolut köstlich. 2. Aubergine: Die Aubergine war sehr geschmackvoll, wenn auch etwas fester als erwartet. Der Reis war unglaublich lecker. 3. Schokolade: Technisch beeindruckend. Alle Komponenten des Gerichts waren überraschend und wunderschön kombiniert. Wir waren begeistert. 4. Hummersuppe: Die Brühe war sehr schmackhaft, aber einige Zutaten waren uns etwas zu salzig. Die Teigtaschen haben mir nicht so gut gefallen. 5. Kürbis: Die Brühe hatte eine fantastische Konsistenz und war sehr lecker, allerdings war mir etwas zu viel Yuzu drin. 6. Ente: Die Ente war von der Konsistenz her etwas zäh und hatte einen leicht wildartigen Geschmack. Die Fleischbällchen waren eher mittelmäßig, die Karotte hingegen sehr gut. Zusätzlich: Die kleinen Amuse-Gueules waren beide köstlich, ebenso wie die weiteren Desserts. Das Kaffee-Macaron war wahrscheinlich das beste, das wir je gegessen haben. Insgesamt war das Essen etwas salziger, als ich es mag, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Insgesamt ein tolles Erlebnis. Ich würde gerne wiederkommen und neue Gerichte probieren, wenn die Speisekarte aktualisiert wird. 2024: Ein fantastisches Erlebnis im Sawito. Wir haben uns für die Speisekarte à la carte entschieden. Als Vorspeisen hatten wir Hummersuppe und Beef Tatar. Beides war extrem lecker und die Portionen waren großzügig. Als Hauptgang hatten wir beide die Short Ribs. Sie waren so zart, dass man sie mit der Gabel schneiden konnte, und der Geschmack war einfach perfekt. Die Beilagen haben mich nicht so überzeugt, aber das Fleisch selbst war hervorragend. Ich bin eigentlich kein großer Fan von Sauerkraut, aber in diesem Gericht bildete es einen sehr schönen Kontrast zum Fleisch. Zum Nachtisch gab es Crème brûlée, die hervorragend zubereitet war. Zur Vorspeise bekamen wir außerdem ein kleines Gebäckstück mit Karottenfüllung. Schon beim ersten Bissen wusste ich, dass mir dieses Restaurant gefallen würde. Der Teig war dünn und knusprig, die Füllung cremig. Ein fantastischer Auftakt! Dazu gab es Brot mit Butter und Petersilienöl (wenn ich mich recht erinnere), das war sehr lecker. Der Service war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam, dazu gibt es nur Positives zu berichten. Ich komme jederzeit gerne wieder!

Exzellentes Essen und aufmerksamer Service. Ein absolut verdienter Michelin-Stern. Die Köche stellten ihr Können mit dem Menü eindrucksvoll unter Beweis. Ich würde auf jeden Fall zu einer anderen Jahreszeit wiederkommen, um zu sehen, was sie sonst noch kreieren können. Jedes Gericht war ein wahres Kunstwerk. Wir haben es zudem sehr geschätzt, dass es die Möglichkeit gab, alkoholfreie Getränke zu wählen. Vielen Dank für dieses wunderbare Erlebnis.

Mediocre food, extremely unprofessional waitress (refused to speak English for my English guests, tried to sell us water 3 times within 5 minutes, was unable to bring us requested menus and had a very condescending tone throughout).

Great food, the star is well deserved. Very attentive and competent service. Our standard poodle is also welcome. We'd love to come back.

We had our engagement party there. From arrival to departure, it was a perfect evening. Super friendly staff, a super relaxed location, and the food was an unforgettable experience. And for what you get, the prices are quite reasonable. Even our dog, who was kindly allowed to come along, was happy.

We went out for dinner some time ago and now we finally managed to get to brunch. Our enthusiasm knew no bounds! We reserved in advance and came with four adults and a six-month-old baby. The table was perfect for us and the service was extremely attentive. The brunch selection was also excellent. We were particularly impressed by the sweet options. We're looking forward to the brunch menu being revised again. This definitely calls for a repeat, even in the evening!

We had the 5-course menu with wine pairing. When I pay €375 for 2, I am expecting (close to) Michelin star quality food. Unfortunately that was not the case. The dishes were not refined, and the flavour combinations could not convince us. The veal cheeks were very wel prepared, the goat cheese dish on the other hand was a disaster. If you don't arrive by car, the entrance is difficult to find. You need to go round the back on a dark street in, which feels like, the middle of nowhere.

If you love good food, go to Sawito. There is no need to say more

So great class, there's nothing I think you could mention that wasn't very good We had a menu, but individual requests were catered for very well. Small, delicious works of art were on the plate and the wines, whether alcoholic or not, went very well with the food. The Sawito is by far the best restaurant in the Spandau/Falkensee area. Hot star contender for fine dining. We have been eating there for many years and while other restaurants tend to fade, Sawito keeps getting better. Inventiveness and aroma harmony at its finest! Even behind the simplest term there is always a composition as if it were a cantata by Bach. The wines of Achim Reis - one of the most awarded winemakers in the Moselle region - are perfect companions as well as many other regional ingredients. Among other things, the sourdough bread from the Ziehm bakery in Falkensee and the home-baked crispbread are a pleasant overture to the subsequent arias of greetings from the kitchen, the starters and the main course. Especially - where many top restaurants often lag behind: the desserts! What a finale! Anyone who leaves the restaurant will remember the melodies for a long time and look forward to the next feast at Sawito!

Unschlagbar: das selbstgebackene Knäckebrot und die Desserts. Das 5-Gänge-Menü ist ein Augen- und Gaumenschmaus. Die Weinbegleitung war stets passend, die alkoholfreie Begleitung von Geiger ist hochspannend! Für die solide Weinkarte wünsche ich mir persönlich noch mehr Bereitschaft zur Flexibilität. Auch das Publikum aus Falkensee und Umgebung darf sich hier ruhig in Richtung orange- und low-intervention- Weine weiterentwickeln! Dies könnte dann dem Anspruch des Restaurants und seinen sehr aufmerksamen Mitarbeitern noch gerechter werden und ihm zukünftig die Krone aufsetzen! Weiter viel Erfolg!

It's okay, the Sowito! Very friendly staff. Also courageous to train new staff. The crispbread with butter was great. Every starter, main course and dessert was very good, but not an “explosion” for us. Still good value for money. If you can't agree on a bottle of wine, very good open ones are also offered in 0.1. The waiting times between courses make for a long, comfortable evening. If you're in a hurry, you should go to the curry stand. We were invited to Sawito for the first time. I had asked by email three days earlier whether it was possible to serve the four courses vegan. That was answered in the affirmative. Since I had no wishes of my own, I left the preparation entirely to the kitchen. The decor is very nice, the staff very attentive. And the food? Great, very very good! My wife and I were very enthusiastic, the vegan food was a real pleasure. The preparation is also very focused on the visual appearance. For dessert, small pralines with tarragon were served, a dream! When we got home, my wife noticed that she had left her scarf in the Sawito. A quick email and the scarf was sent home by post. Fine dining Restaurant. I tried the Menu which was really well thought out. Balanced but sometimes also surprising, combining unexpected ingredients with multiple textures. I really enjoyed it. There is parking at the back of the restaurant. The staff was really helpful and assistive.
