Saray St. Wendel in St. Wendel

We ordered our lunch from this provider via Lieferando in the hope that it would taste good, because the provider has a good rating in the app, which is incomprehensible. Delivery time 1 hour 20 minutes, meat was NOT DONE although I wrote please fry it well, some raw pieces, I won't let my children eat that, too much sauce, no onions, half a kilo of iceberg lettuce. 27 € ended up in the trash. Very low in taste.

Best kebab of my life and very nice staff!

Doner kebabs are 1 euro cheaper for students here in Saray, which I think is great and if you buy 5 kebabs you get the 6 kebabs for free

I have to say the food is great, the pizzas are really very tasty but the service and the waiting time and the forgetfulness of the employees is catastrophic. I have ordered pizza several times by phone or online. Nothing has ever arrived when it arrives, but instead you get a smile and are told that it is ready and you see how he is making the pizzas and there is nothing going on in the store, so I have to say the service is very subpar but the food is great

You get to the shops at 10:06 p.m. and the kebab skewers are gone. Then the shop closes at 10 p.m. and not until 11 p.m....!!!!

Delivery time reasonable. There was half a nail in a pizza, almost eaten, life-threatening... Contact was unsuccessful, no one seems to be interested... There was probably a similar incident with plastic parts a few days ago...

The staff are great, the food tastes really good, and the restaurant is really clean.

I wrote a review a year ago (5 stars). I'm writing another one now because the kebab shop has improved even further since then. I've actually eaten a lot of kebabs and pizzas. Almost everyone here in Sankt Wendel. I'm just amazed at how delicious it tastes here at Saray Sankt Wendel every time. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Not even regarding delivery. Everything has always been great so far! Very nice staff, always delicious food (pizza and kebab) and if you eat in the kebab shop yourself, you still have a nice ambience. Keep it up!

I've eaten pizza there several times and it was incredibly delicious. Today I ordered a 40x60 pizza with my colleague, it was delivered 40 minutes late, it arrived cold, the dough was very dry and there was hardly any tomato sauce. A frozen pizza would have tasted better.

Best pizza in St. Wendel, fresh from the stone oven, good and fresh toppings. Of course fresh locally is best :)

Ordered from them several times, the first time everything was fine, from the second time onwards there were just mistakes and rudeness on the phone. Ordered kebab and jufka today and found things in the food that didn't belong there. For example, there was a piece of ballpoint pen inside. Since we complained there, there have only been errors

Ordered, stated 60 minutes. It took almost an hour for Lieferando to show that the order was on the way. Half an hour later 2 pizzas arrived, some of which were warm and the rest were cold. It tasted good, just not nearly as good as at my regular pizzeria, which is unfortunately on vacation today. Some of the dough was black underneath and the pizza was still soggy. 17€ for two pizzas, 1.5 hours wait even though the shop is only 1km away. Very bad, was the first and last time.

As a customer, I have been very satisfied with the food since it opened until today. However, the company in St. Wendel is poorly positioned when it comes to employees/drivers. Especially the drivers and the young gentleman who is sometimes at the checkout should try Google and google the words decency/behavior towards customers. However, the supposed manager of the company is always friendly and very customer-oriented.

Fair prices, delicious products and friendly employees. I recommend the kebab pizza with shepherd sauce 👍🏻

I pre-ordered by phone for pickup. The pizza was very tasty, ready quickly and the staff was very nice as always. I only give 4 stars because only cash payment is possible on site.

Guten Tag, wir hatten per Lieferando bestellt gehabt, nach knapp einer Stunde kam aber überraschend die Stonier Bestätigung. Es war unmöglich Saray Telefonisch zu erreichen, aus diesem Grund schreibe ich die Bewertung. Man verlässt sich darauf, wartet eine Stunde, um dann ohne jegliche Begründung bzw. Stellungnahme des Restaurants bekommt man eine Stornierung. Es wäre ja noch verständlich nach 10 o. Max. 20 min die Stonier Bestätigung zu erhalten, aber doch nicht nach Einer Stunde, also wir sind enttäuscht.

Habe das zweite Mal dort bestellt und beim zweiten Mal wurde ich leider noch mehr enttäuscht als beim ersten. 1. Hat die Lieferung etwas über 40 Minuten länger gedauert (okay, kann vorkommen) 2. Pizza war kalt 3. Auf meiner Pizza befand sich 400g Rucola obwohl dort keiner drauf gehörte (nicht übertrieben) Vielleicht kann man auch einfach zwei Mal pech haben....aber ich glaube nicht, dass ich dort wieder bestellen werde.

Ekelhaft ! Man hat Rigatoni bestellt und es sind Tortellini angekommen ohne Fleisch und ohne die gewünschte Soße 👎🏻 ich empfehle nicht mehr dahin essen zu gehen Ps man hat 40 min länger gewartet als sonst

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und gehen offen mit dir um! Wirklich tolles Personal. Das Essen ist auch wirklich köstlich und frisch. Tolle Ambiente 🤗🙈🍀

Ganz ehrlich ich habe noch nie so eine perfekte Pizza gegessen perfekter knuspriger Teig das frische Gemüse frische Paprika frische Champignons 1A der Service war schnell und sehr nett und freundlich wir haben sogar gelacht respect ich habe noch nie eine so gute Pizza in Deutschland gegessen

Ärgerlich das immer etwas fehlt oder die Bestellung komplett falsch geliefert wurde,obwohl die gewünschte Bestellung sogar wiederholt wurde! Geschmacklich leider auch echt fad

Die Pizza schmeckt gut aber die Pizza ist manchmal ein bisschen braun oder schwarz. Ich würde sie empfehlen weil sie mega ist.

Der Mann an der Theke meckert die ganze Zeit wegen irgendetwas. Konnte schon zweimal nicht mit der Karte bezahlen, einmal hat angeblich ein Kunde das Gerät gestört und beim zweiten Mal hatte er schon auf bar gedrückt. Außerdem habe ich Tortellini panna bestellt die schmeckten verdorben. Ob es der Käse oder die Tortellini waren, weiß ich nicht Habe angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass alles frisch ist. Ich habe beim Zubereiten zugesehen und mich gewundert, wieso er mich immer so beobachtet hat. Wollte auch Knoblauchbrot haben und er hat mir Bruschetta angeboten, die nicht abgeholt wurden. Habe dafür den vollen Preis bezahlt. Die Stimmung in dem Lokal ist nicht gut. 😞 Habe zum Glück zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Ich kenne das Saray aus Ottweiler. Dort ist es wesentlich besser.

Meine calzone war echt nice. Meiner Frau hat die Yufka geschmeckt. Super Abendessen zum mitnehmen bekommen

Top Empfehlung, echt super.... 1.die Lieferungszeit war von St.wendel bis Hoof top gar nicht so lange gedauert....wir haben schon von anderen Lieferanten z.b. Oberkirchen über 2Std. Gewartet hier aber nicht. 2. War das gesamte Essen super heiß....das hatten wie noch nie....also bestens....👍 3.Der Geschmack....echt super gut die Qualität. Ich würde sagen ihr habt neue Kunden 💞

Wesentlich besser als der in Ottweiler. Das Essen ist super, die Leute sind super cool drauf, immer einen Besuch wert.

Ein sehr guter Kebabladen mit wunderbaren Pizzen im Angebot. Auch das Selbstabholerangebot ist unschlagbar. So zahlt man für den 2. Kebab nur 2,50€.
