We've eaten here a few times. It's perfectly fine considering the proximity to the main train station—nothing earth-shattering, but always solid, and you can eat without worry. Unfortunately, it's not at all cozy downstairs, but upstairs is even more so, and there's even a separate prayer room!

Yaprak doner became 8.50 from 6.90. It is impossible to understand this increase of 1.6€ in one go.

The kebab was great, really big enough, tasty, juicy, and crispy. The atmosphere and crowd are typical of a train station.

Soups are top-notch. Yaprak doner meat is top-notch. Unfortunately, there's constant shouting in this place. Customers shout and insult each other. The staff doesn't care. You can't eat in peace!!! Service is veeerrrry bad. The waiters aren't in the mood. They don't even listen to the customer. Placing an order is torture. Food is still perfect.

I recently visited Saray Restaurant and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we placed our order, things started to go wrong. First of all, they added extra items to our order that we didn’t ask for. When we pointed this out, they insisted we had ordered them and forced us to pay, which was incredibly frustrating. We ordered one dish with garlic and chili, but they ended up adding it to all of the dishes without our consent. Moreover, they told us to sit upstairs, which we refused. Later, we realized that they charge more for those who go upstairs—a sneaky and unfair practice. We ordered 3 soft drinks but were charged for 4. When we brought this up, instead of apologizing or correcting the mistake politely, the staff became rude and argumentative. It was shocking to see not one but two staff members ganging up to argue with us rather than addressing the issue professionally. The quality of the food was equally disappointing. The rice was undercooked, and when we asked for bread, it was old and far from fresh. We also requested lemon for our fish as it was missing, but instead of accommodating us gracefully, the staff responded with more attitude and defensiveness. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience with unprofessional service and subpar food. I definitely would not recommend Saray Restaurant based on this visit.

Hello, I have been a customer of this restaurant for years and today was the last time I visited. This is the second time that I haven't been treated well as a customer here. An employee, presumably of Syrian origin, wearing a cap, tells me I've been working here for 5 years and I said that. It was just about the fact that I wanted a plate with Adana and chicken skewers and why he charged me €22.50 for a plate instead of the mixed grill plate for €17.99, I was out of luck and had to accept that. As if I asked him to call his boss, one said he was upstairs, one said the boss wasn't in the house. So I can only report from my experience and I won't set foot in it again unless the boss takes care of this matter and fires this unpleasant guy.

Perfect place to eat a kebab and drink chay, even with friends. The staff is very nice and always in a good mood and I really like that tea is free. The opening hours couldn't be better, you can get delicious food here even at 3-4 a.m. on a Wednesday.

Food is so delicious, it's highly recommended to taste grilled chicken there, but there were only 2 waiters there for the whole restaurant, we had to wait for too long and the decorations were so cheap and uncomfortable.

The upper area is a traditional sit-down restaurant, while the lower area is more like a fast food restaurant. The menu offers a wide range of Turkish grill specialties, making it interesting for fans of Turkish cuisine. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is rather average - solid, but not outstanding. The service also leaves a lot to be desired. You have to be prepared for a level of self-service à la McDonald's, but that's perhaps not surprising given the number of guests. Conclusion: If you are hungry and looking for a quick bite, you will find it here. However, for a special culinary experience or a leisurely meal, there are better options in Düsseldorf.

Back in 2020, I always drank çay there before and after school and ate something... I came back after 4 years and things have developed very positively, still really tasty kebabs and other, still delicious çay and, as always, very friendly staff. When I'm back in Germany, I'll definitely come back! Recommended :)

I've been eating my kebab there for years. I'm always amazed at how good it tastes there.

Six different meat dishes were ordered and not one of them was edible. The big problem here is that the meat is not cooked properly. We immediately declared this to the waiter. The interest and friendliness were not there. The food gave us all massive stomach cramps and diarrhea the following day. Not a recommendation for anyone looking for healthy food.

Please don't eat there! I had a stomach ache after eating there and the meat was out of date and chicken wings were still red inside! Such a shame!!!

I've never seen anything as disgusting as this store in my entire life! Fries weren't cooked through, meat wasn't cooked through, I waited 1:30 hours for the food. When I pointed this out to the waiter, he said it was normal. Really can't recommend it to anyone! If you care about your health avoid this store.

Brazen and extremely unfriendly staff, don't speak German and only make mistakes when ordering. Ordered to be picked up over the phone, the wrong order was taken on the phone and I only noticed it when I was cashing out after giving the money. I wanted to get out the door and then looked at the card and noticed that too much had been charged. Went back to ask why that was the case and it turned out that the person on the phone (no German) misunderstood the order but it was my fault. I didn't get any money back either. Not recommended, food was sometimes better there.

Tables are cleared quickly and everything looks neat. Wait time: 4/10 - Really slow. It took a while before you could order and before the food arrived, and that could really be improved. Atmosphere & Ambiance: 6/10 - The decor is modern and comfortable, but lacks that little bit of atmosphere to make it special. Location: 9/10 - Ideal, in the middle of the hotel and close to some nice spots in the area. So easily accessible. Staff: 6/10 - Friendly and professional, but sometimes the service felt a bit rushed or disinterested. A little more warmth and attention would be good. Food variety: 5/10 - There are some choices on the menu, but it remains somewhat limited, especially for people who want to try something different. This is a Turkish restaurant that is open 24 hours a day. Its location is great. It is right next to the flixbus and central train station. The food menu is Adana doner and juicy food. It has a wide variety of dishes. The prices are very reasonable. But most importantly, the owner, Nurullah, is very interested in it. We went there because it was a halal and Turkish restaurant, as if Nurullah was a margrave of Turkey We met Mr. We are there every time we go to Düsseldorf from now on and I recommend him to everyone.

There were eight of us here (3 adults and 5 children) The food (3 Dürüm and 5 children's menus which consisted of meat and fries, a drink and a toy) was not bad but not particularly good either. I ordered a Döner Teller there were remains of Aluminium foil in the shredded meat, it apreaed that the meant was re-used and was not fresh. Plus the meat was not upto the standards. In general people were nice and kind and the atmosphere was traditional with a mix of arabic and turkish architechure.

I always enjoy going there to play billiards or darts. Liquid 🍻food is available to choose from. My choice is always the banana wheat but there are also other beers, cocktails and some non-alcoholic things. Civilian inside. Get drinks at the bar. I was at Restaurant Saray at Düsseldorf Central Station with my family at the weekend and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The tables were not cleaned properly, which seemed unappetizing. Even though we reserved the drinks first, the glasses were stained so we decided to drink from the straw. The waitress was neutrally nice, but put us under pressure when we wanted to take our time ordering. I could have understood that if the store had been full, but it was actually empty. The wait was ok but the food wasn't worth the price. My niece ordered kebab meat with fries, but the portion of fries was very small and they looked like leftovers as they were already cold. The rest of the menu was also disappointing and not worth the price as there was a lack of side dishes. I've been there before and it used to be better!

Although it does not look like a luxury restaurant from the outside, the food was delicious than I expected. It was very crowded and chaotic inside and I had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes to order the food at the counter, which was a bad experience. This time I bought a doner plate, but they didn't put potatoes on my plate because there were no fries left. This was also a bad experience. Still, I think I'll give it another chance and visit another time.
