I don't usually write reviews. But when you walk into that place, you're greeted by hosts who couldn't care less! When you enter a restaurant and see those faces, you just want to leave! Zero motivation, zero friendliness—they're like machines! The friendliest person was the Asian woman! She got it! Now, about the doner kebab. There are tens of thousands of doner kebabs in Berlin—this one was the worst I've ever had! How can a doner kebab taste so awful with just a handful of ingredients? Your competitors do so much better! What exactly is so difficult about serving a decent doner kebab? Never again! Learn how to make doner kebabs and how to treat people in a restaurant/bistro!

Unbelievable what's going on there...the constantly bad-tempered employee (tall with a bald head) is really rude to the customers...very disrespectful!!! The quality and taste have declined considerably in recent years...but that's well known. It's a shame...it used to be a good store.

Ordered a small children's kebab with just bread and some meat for €6.... The bread was soggy and there was no point in writing about the crazy stuff. That was the last time.

It was like so often. I was craving kofte. Unfortunately, they don't serve it there anymore. So I opted for an Asian curry. It was delicious.

I always get the Turkish pizza with meat and find it super tasty. Service is nice and quality and portion also good for the price. Would recommend.

We stopped there spontaneously... We thought you couldn't go wrong with a kebab. But we were unpleasantly surprised; it was actually possible! 6 euros for a salad and a hint of meat. The atmosphere was okay... you didn't feel very comfortable among the Sternburg spit-cats. Sanitary facilities... ugh! Communal restrooms. No toilet paper or soap.

Best donner place in kiez. Always tastes good, the portions are big enough. With 6 Euros price tag looks like a best deal in this area.

Döner is okayish. Meat was little salty. Spicy sauce is really spicy. Good price.

They gave me the wrong number but they were really friendly (it wasn't intentional and can happen after 10 hours). The food was delicious! The salad was particularly good!

The kebab tastes very tasty, the decor is not typical like in a snack bar, but really attractive and clean. The staff was friendly too. Can really recommend.

I was absolutely thrilled at Saray Grill. The doner kebab was one of the best I've ever eaten – juicy meat, fresh salad, and crispy yet fluffy bread. Everything tasted truly top-notch. The service was also exceptionally good; friendly, fast, and very humorous. My little brother even got a small bite to try. Everything is just perfect here! For me, this is by far the best doner kebab shop in Berlin – I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area.

Never had a bad experience, I always visit there when I travel on business. Prices are absolutely right and you can have a delicious, fresh kebab in 5 minutes. What more could you expect?

I bought half a grilled chicken twice within 1 week. Both times they were so dry that the skin was crusted with the meat and it didn't taste good. The first time I thought it was because half the chicken had been left cut open for too long in the heat, but the second time the chicken was taken straight from the rack. It's a shame, the chicken there used to be delicious, but now it's just expensive.

Worst kebab in a long time. Meat super pale to raw and bread very soggy. Not recommended!

It's close to home, always freshly cut meat, friendly and professional service, tasty kebab and pasta. I have to defend myself here because in my opinion the rating is lowered by the competition, the customer turnover is high and the dishes are fresh.

I was on sick leave for 2 weeks after eating.

I have lived herr for mutiple years and thr döner is always good.

This is one of my favorite kebab places, I know the overall rating is bad, but the quality of the doner is really good and really tasty!

The bald guy always lets the meat cut from the skewer cool for 30 minutes. Nothing is freshly cut, he can eat cold kebab himself. Don't get anything when he's there!

Unfortunately extremely bad kebab. Meat is tasteless, bread was almost untoasted, the sauce was layered with garlic. Only the red cabbage could do something. Biggest mistake ever eating there. It was really disgusting.

We wanted to have a normal breakfast and then the rude people asked us out for no reason. Tea and coffee for other people but there was no service for us. I recommend you not to eat there.

Great kebab and I miss you guys

So once I was super hungry and didn’t check Google reviews beforehand and took a risk to order a Döner here. I saw the Döner guy carelessly throwing Döner ingredients into the bread. As soon as I ate the Döner it fell apart like a sand castle on a sunny day. Mediocre Döner and quite pricey.

Disappointing! I had a Dürüm Döner. Size: not a lot of meat or salad which resulted in eating mostly bread. Taste: due to the bread/filling ratio, not great. Quality didn't seem that high. Price: unreasonable, due to the previously mentioned ratio.

Took me a while to try their kebab due to low rating, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very decent kebab im brot

Durum and, chicken nuggets bad. But frites was great!

Food was tasty. Like all the Doners are the same but every restaurant tweaks it according to their liking. People were courteous and observed that there are many regulars. So they owners have the trust of the people and has affordable food near the station. Washroom is nice and clean as well. :D

Der Döner und Dürüm schmecken so lecker. Das Fleisch ist so knusprig, der Salat ist sehr frisch und einfach lecker. Wer dort nicht sein Döner ist weis nicht was Döner ist!

Döner schmeckt . Hatte noch nie ein Problem mit Sauberkeit im Geschäft oder mit der Freundlichkeit , alles okay .

En passant un semestre a Berlin ce kebab à côté de là où j'étais fut une tres bonne surprise, prix raisonables et leur big döner avec toutes les sauces un vrai plaisir. Je recommande.

Döner und Soßen schmecken nicht. Teilweise ranzige Soßen die auf dem Döner landen. Kaltes Dönerfleisch dazu. Einzig gute sache ist das Asiatische Essen dort.

Der Laden ist geöffnet, solange die Bahn noch fährt! Hat mich schon sooft gerettet, wenn ich spät mit der Bahn gefahren bin! Essen ist mittelmäßig gut, aber volle Sterne für Verfügbarkeit und Öffnungszeiten - danke habibi

Ich aß hier im Lokal und war schwer angetan (positiv) von der Einrichtung. Alles wirkte sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Die Qualität der Küche (Big_Döner & Salat_Käse) war 1a! Daher geht für mich der hier "etwas" höhere Preis vollkommen in Ordnung. (Ich bin männlich, 38j aus Berlin)

Letzte Woche das Hähnchen für 6.80, diese Woche (Ostern) 7.90, ich glaube, das war das letzte Mal 👎

Sehr lecker und freundliches Personal. Laufe immer früh um 5 am Laden vorbei und es wird immer alles sauber gemacht also alles schön sauber

Det smager mega wallah. Clara syntes også det var lækkert. Hun fin kylling. Den var sygt go.MEN lidt mere dressing. Bon appetit

Nette Mitarbeiter und der halloumi ist super

Frisch da gut besucht, aber das Fleisch musst Du schon suchen. Dachte das soll ein Veggi Döner sein.

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen!!! Leider gab es kein Köfteteller mehr ( aber das muss man als Berliner wissen)
