Absolutely awful. Do yourselves a favor and eat somewhere else, even if it costs €2 more. I've never had such a small, empty kebab. My chicken and vegetable kebab had only one single piece of potato in it, and generally very little in it—more bread than anything else. It didn't taste particularly good either. The employee was very unfriendly. I would definitely never come back here.

Wow 😍 The menus on the screens look really appetizing, but unfortunately, you don't get what you see. Instead of a delicious meal, there was only a small plate with a tiny piece of schnitzel 🍗, very little salad 🥗, and a few sauce stains. The service staff was also incredibly unfriendly 😕, as if they just couldn't be bothered. I specifically asked for the cheeseburger 🍔 without cucumbers and tomatoes because my girlfriend has health problems with them ❤️, but they were still in it. The only response was, "You can remove them yourselves" 😤—really rude. The schnitzel also tasted like it was still half-frozen 🧊. Overall, really disappointing; the beautiful presentation on the screens doesn't make up for it. Conclusion: Not recommended ❌ only 2 stars 👎

I ordered a burger and I think there wasn't enough sauce and the meat wasn't cooked through properly. The fries were okay. But I'll definitely never come back here.

So rude. The kebab etc. was okay. But so incredibly impolite. I clearly ordered, and he either didn't hear me, or pretended not to, and then he made fun of me and confronted us, even though it was his fault. This also continued with my friends' orders. He wasn't wearing gloves, was touching money, and was smoking. He didn't thank me, and in the middle of the conversation, he mumbled and hurled insults at me that I couldn't understand because of the language. Almost certainly insults. Never again. Not recommended.

The doner man is really cheeky and unsympathetic and treats customers very badly. I advise no one to come here as he put more salad than meat in it. I wouldn't come here again.

Very unfriendly service. The employee spoke very unclear German and was rude. He even said I absolutely had to be able to speak German. This kind of behavior is unprofessional. I definitely won't be back and can't recommend this store.

Terrible. I ordered a kebab 30min ago. The man who couldnt speak german or English made me a salad in bread. I went for a doner brot... he asked me chicken or beef. He literally puts a slice of chicken and as much salad as possible... rip off Atleast you are number 1 at being the worst kebab place in Germany 😂😂

The clerk counts his money first and then immediately touches the Dürüm kebab and rolls it with his hands... also super rude 😜 He sees that my hands are full from working out and doesn't want to put the Coke in my bag... says I can do it myself! Completely stupid! I ordered and nothing arrived. At 7:35 PM, I received a message saying my order had been delivered at 8:13 PM, but of course, nothing arrived! Of course, no one was available either 🤯! Be really careful; luckily, I was able to open a PayPal dispute 🤬. This store has no business on Lieferando either, which is a shame!

Absolute disaster!!! Very bad kebab. Sauce didn't taste like anything, the cabbage was sour and the tomatoes were mushy. 🤮 I got diarrhea and the staff yelled at my girlfriend to get some cash. Not recommended, even if they entice you with an offer. No wonder they have to make this offer.

I know the kebab owner and have been going there for 3 years now. Certainly the kebab there is not a 10/10 but for a kebab that is open around the clock, it is certainly an 8/10 and I always like to go there. I've had poor quality once out of 50 orders and every time the overall impression was great and the taste was great for the price. I can only recommend everyone to come by here with the new owner. The previous one had a really bad shop, but here everything is great and the quality is right. Don't understand the reviews... Best kebab in Pankow.

I was only there because there was a 5€ menu (doner kebab + ayran). I think the kebab shop has to make this offer because otherwise too few people would come. Understandable. The kebab was okay, average (train station kebab) Otherwise very small shop not beautifully designed. Service very self-absorbed. I would gladly pay €2 more and go to someone else.

Very bad, some of the meat was raw. The atmosphere felt like a train station and the service was poor.

Veal tastes like roast pork and is so salty that I had to throw half of it away. Sauces without a definable taste. Hot sauce is ketchup. Depending on the employee, Big dürüm costs €8 or €8.50. This time it was 8 euros and the employee was very nice.

Unfortunately, the quality of the chicken kebab has decreased dramatically. Hot sauce just feels like ketchup, meat 2/5 and vegetables unfortunately feel ancient... srry but only drunk when everything is closed and nothing works in the neighborhood.

Very tasty food and nice service. It's a pity that the man serving does not care about hygienic preparation of dishes. It smells a bit of exhaust fumes from the street.

In itself a solid kebab shop, but hygiene often leaves something to be desired. No gloves, no separation of frying fat, stale lettuce. The employees are mostly friendly, at least.

A kebab nagyon finom volt. Sajnos nem tudtam fizetni mert nem műkódött a kártyás fizetés, ezért holnap mehetek vissza. Ezt leszámítva rendben volt.

Leckerer Döner zu fairem Preis. Die Angestellten sind immer freundlich. Wenn's mal wieder schnell gehen muss, dann gerne wieder :)

Mein Stammdöner! Egal ob Kalb oder Chicken es schmeckt immer gut hier. Bedienung ist nett und flink. Bester Döner in 13187.

Früher war der Imbis super. Heute nur noch ein Schaten von Früher. Nach dem Döner Verzehr sieht man aus wie ein Schw..n, Brot labrig und im unteren Bereich bis zur Hälfte aufgeschnitten. Döner sehr ausreichend gefühlt. Für mich leider nicht zu empfehlen. Schade.

Leider war der Döner nicht besonders gut. Scharfe Soße war nicht scharf, Fleisch war sehr blass, Brot war nicht knusprig.

War immer guter Döner für guten Preis, aber Verkäufer wurden immer unfreundlicher und als sie das Brot zu kleinerem und vor allem RUNDEM Brot gewechselt haben war meine Zeit bei diesem Laden vorbei.

Gehe sonst im Center zum Imbiss . Wollte mal diesen hier probieren . Verkäufer war nicht wirklich motiviert . Vieles auf der Karte war nicht verfügbar , das zur Mittagszeit . Und vollständig war das Essen auch nicht , lt. Karte Kebap Box mit Pommes und Salat, serviert wurde ohne Salat inklusive Diskussion . Schade , hier werde ich nix mehr bestellen .

Ein Kebap wie es sein soll. Sauber, frisch preislich ok. Der im RC ist bedeutend teurer u d keinesfalls leckerer! Also wenn schon Imbiss dann hier...

leider nicht so gut wie erwartet bin extra nicht im center gewesen um einen döner zu holen sondern hier her. leider war das die falsche entscheidung. man mogelte mir unter das dönerfleisch auch verbranntes dönerfleich was den döner ziemlich wenig schmackhaft macht durch die sparsame soße gibt es auch noch zusätzlich trockenheit.

Trotz der steigenden Fladenbrot Preise und einem geldgeilen Schwiegervater der Ali im Nacken sitzt versucht der charmante Idealist vom Bosporus alles menschenmögliche um seinen Kunden einen Kebab in gewohnt aller bester Qualität zu kleinem Preis bieten zu können. Aufgrund seiner begeisterten Stammkundschaft sowie Touristengruppen die in Reisebussen aus der ganzen Republik hat Ali keine Not sein Versprechen an Qualität und Preis zu halten ohne einen Hauch von Massenabfertigung oder Lieblosigkeit zu spüren. Es stellt sich mir immer wieder nur die eine Frage. Was liebt Ali mehr; seine Treu ergebene Kundschaft oder das sanfte schnurren des Dönergrills wenn er sich wie eine Ballerina um die eigene Achse dreht?
