I had dinner in this place, everything was excellent...family atmosphere, satisfying atmosphere...nothing to say...like home...I will definitely be back...I recommend it.

If you want to book a trip back in time to a time when... Italians ran Italian restaurants to serve us THEIR favorite food from their homeland... Service was a basic attitude and no tip grin... in which a visit to a restaurant felt like you were eating with friends, right from the first visit . . ...he just books a table here. You couldn't experience a more authentic Italian restaurant in Hanover. The interior is a skilful mix of modern pieces and very cozy, sometimes even family pieces. The staff is 100% ITALIA. The food... delicious with the best ingredients. I would prefer not to recommend this location because the places are limited and I always want to get one there, but if you deserve 10 out of 5 Google stars from me... I was in this restaurant yesterday and ordered a pizza that tasted delicious. 4 stars because of the uncleanliness in the toilets. Otherwise we were taken straight to it, we didn't have an appointment and even had a candle..

That was the second worst pizza of my life. I ordered a vegan one with tomatoes and garlic. What came next was a pancake, but no pizza. The edge was crispy like fresh bread. But after 2 cm everything was as thin and flabby (almost raw) as a pancake. The tomato sauce floated on top. I told the waiter. He said Neapolitan pizza was like that. And anyway, you would eat them with your fingers and not with a knife and fork. That was all. I ate the crust (with a knife and fork) and dipped that crust into the tomato sauce. There was no other way to eat it. It was like dipping fresh bread in tomato sauce. I then folded the middle and left it on the plate - too raw and limp to eat any of it. When another waiter asked me if everything was okay while clearing up, I also told him how sorry I was. He also reiterated that it was an authentic Neapolitan pizza. God knows, I've also eaten pizza in Naples. If it had tasted like what was served to me here under the pseudonym “Pizza”, then I would never have eaten pizza again in my life! This was an undercooked pancake with tomato sauce and bread.

Never seen a “restaurant” like this, if you can even call it that. We ordered penne with tomato sauce (since he mentioned that he didn't have any cream sauce) and scampi from the gentleman with the white hair (probably the owner), it was specifically mentioned that nothing else should be included (e.g. tomatoes, onions or anything else) . After 30 minutes of waiting, the gentleman brought us the pasta, neither penne nor any sauce, so it was completely dry and there was also garlic in it, although we had requested that there be nothing of the sort. We still thought we'd give it a try, maybe it'll still taste good. When I tried it, both portions were not completely cooked through and were still 50% hard and, as mentioned, completely dry with no taste. The Lord prepared noodles for us according to his own thoughts as he wanted. When the problem was addressed, the owner looked slightly annoyed but still offered to redo it. Unfortunately, since we didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes, and the gentleman couldn't offer us what we ordered anyway because he let us prepare something according to our own mood and thoughts, we decided not to eat there any further. I then went to the owner and mentioned that we didn't have that time. He then wanted me to pay for the drinks, even though no sip was taken from them. I said no and he got loud, and my son came over and wanted me to pay the entire bill. Both of them became very loud and disrespectful in the restaurant, so that everyone in the restaurant noticed. The son initially wanted to call the police because I wasn't paying for something I hadn't eaten or drunk, so I told him to do that. After a few minutes the owner said that we should leave and not pay anything. On the terrace he then became loud and insulting and made racist statements, even though he knew neither my origins nor me in any way. I really can't recommend this restaurant to anyone, the owner prepares orders according to his mood and then becomes disrespectful.

Really delicious food. Can you only recommend pasta from the cheese body. Yummy. The dessert was also very good. We'd love to come back.

A wonderful Italian restaurant with a relaxed and casual atmosphere. The staff puts you in a good mood with lots of jokes and makes you feel at home straight away. My personal highlight was the truffle tagliatelle – an absolute delight! The truffle dip with it was the perfect complement. I'll definitely be back!

Addendum to the answer from the owner: You're probably confusing me. I wasn't angry right from the start, but rather pleased to get a table outside (for two) without booking in advance. And I wasn't even there on a Friday. The pizza was freshly prepared and tasted okay. The edge was crispy, but unfortunately so soggy in the middle that it was not possible to eat the slice of pizza folded a little by hand in the classic Italian way. The bruschetta starter consisted of exactly one slice of white bread and tasted just average. Reason for ultimately only two stars: The service is really inadequate. While she waited, the waitress stood close behind me, leaning on the back of my chair. Even though I turned around, irritated, it took a look from my companion to get the waitress to position himself differently. The Sarti Spritzz was way too sweet. I said this straight away and asked that the mixing ratio be changed because I couldn't drink it like that. I then stretched it with water, but it didn't help. So my companion and I each ordered a Prosecco to save the aperitif. When we paid we were told that the Spritzz at Sapori were not made the classic way but with Sprite instead of soda. I'm sorry, what?! I pointed out that I had ordered a classic Spritzz according to the declaration on the display and not one with Sprite, which I would never have ordered. Instead of apologizing and not charging for the aperitif, they responded to my statement that at least a discount would be given for it by saying that water was not cheaper than Sprite and that there was no discount. Von außen eher unscheinbar liegt das Sapporo Italiani an der Hildesheimer Straße zwischen den Haltestellen Fiedler Straße und Einer Straße. Eine gute Erreichbarkeit mit allen Verkehrsmitteln ist also gegeben. Beim Auto ist jedoch die Parkplatzsituation im Umfeld zu beachten. Meine Vorspeise, Bruschettone di Parma, war zusätzlich mit Feigenmarmelade bestrichen. Ungewöhnlich aber durchaus lecker und zu empfehlen. Bei der Hauptspeise habe ich zwei meiner kleinen Leidenschaften, Pizza und Fußball, miteinander verbunden. Die von mir bestellte Pizza trägt den Namen Maradonna, wohl wissend das der ehemalige Fußballer nur ein “n” im Namen trägt . Zum Abschluss habe ich mir noch einen Expresse (leider ohne Bild) und eine Tiramisu bestellt. Beides war, wie alle Gerichte unserer Gruppe an dem Abend, sehr gut und lecker. Der Service war aufmerksam und zügig. Wenn das alles so gut geschmeckt hat, warum gibt es keine volle Punktzahl. Das Ambiente, in diesem Fall die Enge und die Lautstärke im Laden, haben mir nicht gefallen. Wem das nichts ausmacht der trifft mit einem Besuch im Sapori Italiani eine sehr gute Wahl.

Leider war der Restaurant Besuch ein totaler Reinfall. Zum einen wurde ein Hauptgericht komplett vergessen, eine Vorspeise nicht mehr verfügbar ( was uns erst ca. 30 Minuten später, nach Bestellung, mitgeteilt wurde) und zum anderen wurde der Reibach Gutschein nicht akzeptiert, was dem ganzen die Krone aufgesetzt hat. Argument seitens des Restaurants war das sie an der Aktion nicht mehr teilnehmen, obwohl sie ganz normal im Reibach vertreten sind. Schade, aber aufgrund dessen werden wir dieses Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen.

Sapori is our favorite Italian! We have visited the restaurant several times and the service has always been very friendly and attentive. The food was always very tasty. The selection is good and there are often interesting and varied dishes on the daily menu. I would particularly like to mention the desserts, which were created with a lot of creativity. These delicacies are always special and therefore do not have a permanent place on the menu. I often find the restaurant to be well attended, which in my opinion is a sign of the guests' satisfaction and speaks for the good quality. I can only recommend the restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

Our new favorite Italian! Here we were able to order gluten-free pizza, which tasted wonderful. In addition, everyone was extremely knowledgeable about gluten and contamination; we spoke to the owner for a long time. Ein kleines Restaurant, für große Gruppen nicht unbedingt geeignet. Für unsere 18 Personen große Gruppen waren die Tische und Stühle so eng gestellt, dass kaum jemand seinen Platz verlassen konnte, ohne dass mehrere aufstehen mussten. Als ich nach weiteren Speisekarten fragte, bekam ich eine pazige Antwort und die Karten wurden mir regelrecht vor die Nase geknallt. Die Pizza schmeckt, der Teig könnte allerdings etwas dicker sein, damit sie nicht gleich "matschig" wird. Der Belag war etwas sparsam und ein recht breiter Rand unbelegt. Ein Besuch in diesem Restaurant reicht mir, einen weiteren wird es nicht geben.

Wir haben schon zwei mal wunderbar bei Sapori Italiani gegessen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, das Ambiente angenehm und das Essen ausgesprochen lecker. Die Nudeln aus dem Parmesanlaib waren etwas besonderes, ebenso wie die perfekte Pizza. Wir kommen gern wieder und empfehlen das Restaurant weiter.

War ganz zauberhaft. Vitello Tonnato war sehr gut. Spaghetti aus dem Parmesanlaib spitze. Schönes Ambiente und ganz tolles Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Personal war freundlich und das Lokal war sauber. Ambiente ist sehr altmodisch gehalten, was aber sehr gemütlich ist. Die Pizza war gut mehr aber auch nicht, das Steak allerdings war sehr enttäuscht ! Es wurde Medium bestellt , wie auf dem Bild zu erkennen war es aber roh in zäh dazu. Pfeffer und sowohl Salz haben auf dem Tisch gefehlt, was das Steak dringend gebraucht hätte, da es sehr fade geschmeckt hat. Beim einem Preis von 27 Euro, erwarte keine Fehler. Getränke werden in Gläser gebracht für einen Preis für 3,90, heutzutage sind Glasflaschen überall Standard, daher bin ich mit dem Besuch im Restaurant mehr als unzufrieden !

Nun, wir haben die falsche Rechnung bekommen, es erst draußen bemerkt und so 20€ zuviel bezahlt. Es ist auch unser Versehen, wir hätten die Rechnung ja auch ansehen können. LEHRGELD halt. Jetzt wird jede Rechnung geprüft.

Service super bemüht, bei der Fischplatte war die Tintenfischringe lecker, die Sardellen etwas trocken und der Salat zu wenig Soße und etwas lieblos

Das Essen war wirklich super. Der junge Kellner ist durch den Laden gerannt und hat alles versucht. Auch die Frau, die zwischendurch aus der Küche an den Tisch kam, war super herzlich. Aber es ist etliches schief gegangen: Kind bekommt die falsche Pasta - weil nicht genug fertig war, dann erstmal eine halbe Portion, was gereicht hat. Abgezogen wurde dennoch der volle Preis. Vorspeise: Erst hieß es, oh, keine Feige da. Ok, nicht schlimm. Dann oh, keine Trüffel da. Ok, dann halt die einfache Version. Abgezogen wurde der volle Preis. Wein bestellt, vergessen. Und gewartet haben wir auch fast eine Stunde, bis überhaupt mal eine Vorspeise kam. Das liegt alles ganz offensichtlich nicht daran, dass die Leute sich dort nicht bemühen schnell zu sein, sie sind es, sogar sehr gehetzt. Gleichzeitig kann man den Chef (so vermuten wir), wild telefonierend auf der Straße beobachten, er hat im Service aber ganz offensichtlich gefehlt. Alle paar Minuten kommt Lieferando und holt was ab - die ganze Atmosphäre war von Hektik geprägt, während uns der Magen sonstwo hing. Wer Zeit und Geduld hat, sich nicht ärgert, nur die Hälfte des angekündigten Essens für den gleichen Preis zu bekommen, erhält hier wirklich leckeres Essen.

Wir hatten die Carbonara. Soweit so gut geschmacklich... Allerdings waren die Portionen echt klein. Meine Partnerin ist zusammen mit dem Brot, welches (ohne olivenöl oder butter) auf den Tisch gestellt worden ist, gerade satt geworden. Ich dagegen bin weit davon entfernt gewesen, satt geworden zu sein. Bei einem solch schweren Gericht schon bemerkenswert. (Vielleicht lag es daran, dass wir einen Gutschein aus dem Reibach "2 Gerichte zum Preis von einem" hatten? Also wer hier mit Gutscheinen aufschlägt - dies vielleicht bis zum Bezahlen für sich behalten...) Immerhin, die Pizzen an den Nachbartischen sahen gut aus...
