We visited this restaurant quite spontaneously and by chance on a Sunday evening. Nice atmosphere, clear menu and reasonable prices. The food was very good. We ordered a warm starter plate, gyros, grill plate and drinks. Very attentive staff but not pushy. Food is available on site, but can also be taken away. We'll definitely come back when we have anything to do in the area. Unreserved recommendation!

While looking for a restaurant in Bergen, you stumbled across Santorini. With a bit of luck, two people drove by without pre-ordering on a Saturday evening and managed to get a table. The atmosphere is a bit lively and you sit quite close together, but it exudes the charm of a small Greek tavern. The service with 4-5 people was super fast and totally friendly, the food came to the table quite quickly. The side salad was a bit small but there was nothing to complain about in terms of taste. Overall, the main courses were solid, the quantity was decent, we've had better seasoning, but there's no reason to complain here either. Plus point: We've never been to a Greek restaurant where we got a total of 8 ouzo on the house. Normally you are used to one right at the beginning or at the calculation, rarely at the start and end. But here also in between and after we had finished eating. Very hospitable and tasty too :-)

Had dinner there today. Went there without a reservation. Said they were sorry and there was no more space available. When we got out of the door the nice waiter came after us and a table had just become available. Everyone there is really nice and always with a smile on their face. We felt very comfortable. I have to say that the food was really great and with a salad on the side, wow for this price. And when you ate, every time you finished the ouzo, you refilled it again. We'll be happy to come back and eat with you on our next vacation, thank you

Restaurant was closed last week without prior information. So I drove 20km for free.

Unfortunately, it turned out that it was a mistake, we won't do it again, the price was zero for take-away, things that were ordered and paid for were missing, and no one could be contacted by phone. When we ordered 500g of extra tzatziki with bread, there was a slice of bread, we should probably eat it with a spoon... the mayo was missing everywhere and the mushrooms were supposed to be left out of my daughter's schnitzel, but no one said it was dry and without cream sauce, but that's what my bifteki was for in a fatty broth, there was absolutely no sauce. We tried to complain directly in person, but it wasn't possible, no one answered the phone, even after 8-10 minutes of continuous ringing, and all for 60€, sorry, we were more than disappointed.

So let's be honest, we went there without a reservation and just managed to get a seat. Food was okay for my wife, I would have liked it to be a little more seasoned, but you can order it! (Slightly sharper) The boss went out of his way and was very friendly, there was actually only one person who could help the process a little more, but I think it was more important to keep an eye on the appointment 😜 We can't complain, the store was full and the food came in a reasonable time. Gyros was very tasty 😋, I think there could have been more garlic in the tzatziki. But honestly, complaining at a high level

Unfortunately, the food wasn't that good, although there was a lot of it, there was a lot of garlic oil on it and the meat was mediocre - a shame - the price was already at the limit - then it would be better to have less on the plate and better quality

Never again this arrogant and ignorant group. I wanted to take my parents out and we decided on the Greek restaurant around the corner. The reception was, as usual with the Greeks, Uso and very friendly. After a short time we got our menus and wanted to order something to drink, it was 23° outside. The young waiter preferred to sit at the bar and play on his cell phone. Then finally an older waiter, who had probably just come from a smoking break (smelled extremely like a cigarette), came and took the order. We ordered a starter consisting of 4 slices of garlic bread and as a main course Gyros Special, Gyros with Tzaziki with the request no fries and rice, but with fried potatoes and for my aging parents a small portion of Donald Duck and the pirate plate. As usual with the Greeks, a round of Uso came with the meal. Then came the rude awakening. The garlic breads were 4 slices of white bread about 1-1.5 cm thick, which were thinly spread with garlic (butter or oil) on one side and fried on that side. The cook probably had too much on his plate, because only one side was overcooked (unfortunately black and burnt and the other side never saw the pan. The bread was so dry and didn't taste good. What a disgrace, burnt dry bread for €4.40. We had the bread returned in its entirety, but we still had to pay for it. Apart from the pirate plate, the main courses took a lot of getting used to. The specially ordered fried potatoes were deep-fried potato slices (round-shaped fries) no bacon, onions or anything similar. The gyro was very good, but without spices, simply cut from a skewer with fresh, very good-tasting tzatziki. Unfortunately, the Gyros Special didn't have any spices and the rice wasn't cooked through yet. The Donald Duck had 2 pieces of pork steak. These were fried so dead that they were almost impossible to cut. We also wanted to complain about all of these issues, but no one would serve us anymore after criticizing the bread. How arrogant can a service be? So we got up and left and I had to go to the counter to pay the bill. I wanted to get rid of the criticism, but they waved me off and told me to pay and leave. When I was told that I was going to write a review, the two young service staff laughed at me and shouted something in Greek after me as I left. I have seen and tested many Greek restaurants, but I have never experienced such arrogance, unfriendly hospitality, ignorance and hostility. Unfortunately, one star is one star too many. Oh well... the garlic bread, which was completely returned, was on the bill... How embarrassing for this "restaurant"

Nie wieder diese arrogante und ignorant Truppe. Ich wollte meine Eltern fein ausführen und wir entschieden uns für den Griechen um die Ecke. Der Empfang war wie beim Griechen gewohnt mit Uso und sehr freundlich. Nach kurzer Zeit bekamen wir unsere Speisekarten und wollten etwas zu trinken bestellen, draußen waren 23°. Der junge Kellner saß aber lieber an der Teke und spielte an seinem Handy. Dann kam endlich ein älterer Kellner , der wohl gerade aus der Raucherpause kam (roch extrem nach Zigarette) und nah die Bestellung auf. Wir bestellten eine Vorspeise, die aus 4 Scheiben Koblauchbrot und als Hauptspeise Gyros Spezial , Gyros mit Tzaziki mit der Bitte keine Pommes und Reis , sondern mit Bratkartoffel und für meine in die Jahre gekommenen Eltern eine Kleine Portion Donald Duck und den Piratenteller. Auch wie beim Griechen gewohnt kam zum essen eine Runde Uso. Dann kam das böse Erwachen. die Knoblauchbrote waren 4 etwa 1-1,5 cm dicken Weißbrotscheiben, die auf einer Seite dünn mit Knoblauch (Butter oder Öl) eingestrichen waren und auf dieser Seite angebraten wurde. Dabei hat der Koch wohl zu viel um die Ohren, denn nur eine Seite war zu stark angebraten (leider schwarz und verbrannt und die andere Seite hat die Pfanne nie gesehen. das Brot war so trocken und schmeckte nicht. Eine Frechheit, einem angebranntes trockenes Brot für 4.40€ anzubieten. wir ließen das Brot komplett zurück gehen, mussten es aber trotzdem bezahlen. Wie peinlich ist das denn....... Hauptgänge waren bis auf Piratenteller sehr "gewöhnungsbedürftig". Die extra bestellten Bratkartoffel waren frittierte Kartoffelscheiben (Pommes in runder Form) kein Speck, zwiebeln o.ä. der Gyros war sehr gut, aber ohne Gewürze, einfach vom Spieß geschnitten mit frischem sehr gut schmeckenden Tzaziki. Das Gyros Spezial hatte leider auch keine Gewürze gesehen und der Reis war noch nicht durch. Beim Donald Duck gab es 2 Stückchen Schweinesteak. Diese waren so tot gebraten, dass diese kaum zu schneiden waren. Auch diese ganzen Themen wollten wir reklamieren, aber es bediente uns nach der Kritik an dem Brot keiner mehr. Wie arrogant kann ein Service denn sein? Wir standen also auf und gingen und ich musste zum Tresen um die Rechnung zu bezahlen. Ich wollte die Kritik noch loswerden, aber man winkte ab und ich soll bezahlen und gehen. Auf den Hinweis, dass ich eine Rezession schreiben werden lachten die beiden jungen Servicekräfte mich aus und riefen mir beim gehen etwas auf griechisch hinterher. Ich habe viele griechische Restaurants gesehen und getestet, aber eine derartige Überheblichkeit, Gastunfreundlichkeit, Ignoranz und Feindlichkeit musste ich noch nie erleben. Ein Stern ist leider noch einer zu viel. Ach so... das Knoblauchbrot, was komplett zurück ging, stand auf der Rechnung....... Wie peinlich für diese "Gaststätte"

Amount of meat is extraordinary. Liver and lamb and gyros were good. Pork too dry. The Freiberger beer is delicious. The Greek white wine is inedible and tastes like dishwater. Complaints are not noticed, even if nothing is drunk. Cleanliness at the table seems to be a minor matter. Overfilled ashtrays and greasy tables are only emptied or cleaned upon request. People who value quantity rather than service and quality feel comfortable here. Maybe the next generation will do better...

We wanted to satisfy our hunger with 4 hungry men at 21. After asking in advance by phone, we were actually allowed to order something to take away. Friendly and accommodating is different, the appearance in the entrance area was not very inviting... The taste of the food was ok, but the price-performance ratio was not at all good So, if I ever come to Bergen again, this place definitely won't be my first choice.

I had the pleasure of visiting a wonderful Greek restaurant recently and all I can say is that it was a fantastic experience! The food was simply outstanding. Every dish was freshly prepared and full of flavor. From the traditional mezedes to the delicious main courses like moussaka and souvlaki, everything was perfectly seasoned and on point. The desserts in particular, such as the homemade baklava, were an absolute delight and rounded off the culinary experience perfectly. The service was equally impressive. The food was served quickly and we were greeted with an ouzo before eating. After eating we were asked again if we would like another ouzo. The food itself looked very tasty and plentiful. Everything was visually well prepared too. The quality of the meat was also good. I missed the typical Greek spice (taste) a little. The skewer was pretty tasteless. The gyros were perfectly fine and the salad was also plentiful. The price of the lunch menu is very good. If you want to keep the price even lower, you may want to pay attention to the drink prices. I think that the ratio of a 1/2 liter of non-alcoholic shandy (over 5€) compared to a dish from the lunch table (from 10€-11€) is somehow no longer appropriate. You have to think about how much work and resources are required in comparison. All in all, 4 stars are exactly right in my opinion!

My son had a children's menu where the chicken was obviously bad. It smelled so bad at the table that I didn't even try my food. When we spoke to us, the waitress only gave us a malicious grin and had to pay the full price. No apology or anything like that. Never this restaurant again

Had a family meal yesterday and waited half an hour for one starter and two children's meals. The bad thing is not the first half hour but the half hour after that again before the normal dishes came to the table. Very bad timing, because the children had long since finished and after a total of 1 hour of waiting, we were served and fed up. The boss took the three meals back on our instructions and took them off the bill. But the small salads that came with the main course (cost-neutral) were then added to the bill for a fee (four-leaf salad and a few grated carrots with dressing, so a handful of salad, which is unbelievable for €4.90 PER SALAD. So another €15 well done.😤 So very bad timing and service + pressed meat as a children's schnitzel which was still floating in FAT on the plate!!! Not recommended from our side!

Unser absoluter Lieblings Grieche und für uns immer ein Muß, wenn wir auf Rügen sind. Superleckeres, authentisches Essen, großzügige Portionen zu fairen Preisen, supernette, aufmerksame, aber niemals aufdringliche Bedienung. In der Hauptsaison unbedingt reservieren, in der Nebensaison unbedingt am Wochenende.

A table reservation is recommended, even during the week (possible online). The speed of the kitchen and the friendly, attentive service staff were praiseworthy. The menu offers a wide range of Greek dishes. The portions are very large. The quality is good. The taste is very tasty. The plates could be presented a little more attractively (salad very simple). The rooms resemble a grotto/rock. Ambiance is good. Price-performance ratio absolutely acceptable. Leftover food could be taken with you.

The food is super delicious. The portions are huge and the staff is simply divine. When we are back in Bergen we will definitely come back to eat.

Wir waren jetzt schon das dritte Mal hier und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal. Das Essen ist Spitze und das Ambiente mit den kleinen Grotten gefällt uns auch sehr. Nur am Salat fehlt fürs Auge feinschliff😉. Und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist Spitze!! Wir wünschen euch nur das beste!!!

Jedes Mal wenn wir nach Rügen fahren, besuchen wir das Santorini. Wir haben selten ein so leckeres griechisches Restaurant gesehen! Preislich ist es unschlagbar und man bekommt einen reichlich bestückten Teller mit Leckereien! Der Service ist über aus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Qualität des Fleisches ist sehr gut und auch die Art und Weise der Zubereitung absolut nach unserem Geschmack! Bittet behaltet euren Mittagstisch bei liebes Santorini-Team! Eure Vorsuppen und das selbtgebackene Brot ist soooo lecker!!!!! Absolut DAUMEN HOCH!!!

Hatten nicht reserviert und konnten trotzdem noch Platz nehmen und wurden freundlich bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker und ausreichend. Preis Leistung passt.

Wie immer: Sehr lecker. Kurze Wartezeiten. Nettes Personal. Preise ok. Hunde sind ab diesem Jahr nicht mehr erlaubt. Ist aber ok, da es einige übertreiben. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Unbedingt aber einen Tisch reservieren!

Unfortunately the staff is only running around, so there is barely anytime for an explanation. Also you're not even ready with your starter when the main dish arrives at your table. I would have liked it a bit calmer.

Waren wieder mal auf der Suche nach leckerem Essen auf Rügen. Santorini haben wir wegen der guten Bewertung des Essens gewählt. Flotter Kellner zeigt uns den Platz, bringt die Speisekarte und im Anschluss den ersten Ouzo. 2 x Gyros mit Reis und Pommes gewählt. Zuerst gab es einen kleinen, gemischten Salat der auch nirgendwo auf der Speisekarte dabeistand. Salat, Möhren und Krautsalat nicht frisch sondern aus dem Glas. Zudem altbackene und lieblose Darreichung. Gyros viel und trocken. Die Teller waren nicht vorgewärmt und somit war das komplette in kürzester Zeit kalt!!! Pommes und Reis ok. Nach dem Essen noch nen Ouzo und nachher noch einen zur Rechnung. Wenn ich die alle getrunken hätte wäre der Führerschein futsch gewesen. Blick zwischendurch aus dem Fenster geworfen über staubige Fensterbänke. Das Lokal ist gut besucht. Viel auf dem Teller zum angemessenen Preis. Ich bevorzuge leckeres und ansehnliches Essen im Wohlfühlambiente. Weniger Ouzo servieren dafür aber schmackhafte Speisen.

Es war verdammt lecker. Die Portion war schön groß, selbst wenn man es nicht schaffen würde alles aufzuessen, könnte man es sich einpacken lassen zum mitnehmen.Der Service war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Ich komme gerne wieder...

Auch dieses Jahr während unseres Urlaubs kehrten wir hier sehr gerne ein. Selten so eine schöne Atmosphäre und Gastfreundlichkeit erlebt. Nächstes Jahr kommen wir wieder.

Es ist ein Ort der verschiedenen Kulturen. Es ist ein Geschmackserlebnis das mit jeden bissen besser wird. Der Geschmack ist unbeschreiblich und überragend. Der Service ist freundlich und nett. Die Atmosphäre ist schön ruhig und entspannt. Ein Ort an dem einfach alles stimmt. Über die Größe der Portionen muss ich glaube nix sagen weil es einfach eine perfekte Menge ist. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur empfehlen und jeder der in der Nähe ist sollte es probieren. 100/10

Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Wssen war pünktlich fertig, Preis -Leistung und Qualität absolut okay ✅.

Der beste Grieche bei dem wir bis jetzt gegessen haben, schade dass wir nicht so schnell wieder hin kommen, waren im Urlaub dort. Haben teilweise von der Mittagskarte bestellt, Preis pro Gericht ca 11,-€ und dafür waren die Portionen nicht zu klein. Fleisch war lecker, saftig und reichlich. Die Metaxasauce ist sehr zu empfehlen, hätte ich auch bestellen sollen, aber die Metaxasaucen davor waren beiweiten nicht soooo lecker. Die warme Vorspeisenplatten ist auch sehr zu empfehlen 😋.

Essen ist wirklich lecker, aber die regelmäßigen Preiserhöhungen in kurzen Abständen dieses Jahr finde ich jetzt übertrieben. Man sollte bitte nicht übertreiben sonst ist das Restaurant auf einmal leer.

Perfekt, wir sind seit vielen Jahren Stammgäste. Aller 4 Wochen kommen wir her.

Wir wollten heute bei unserem Lieblingsgriechen (eines unserer kulinarischen Urlaubshighlights) speisen und erhielten am Telefon die Auskunft, dass Hunde im Innerraum seit ca. einem Jahr nicht mehr erlaubt seien. Als Grund wurden uns Beschwerden anderer Gäste genannt. Auch wir wissen, dass nicht jeder Hund wohlerzogen ist (obwohl das Problem eigentlich immer am anderen Ende der Leine zu finden ist,...), aber jetzt alle Hundebesitzer in Sippenhaft zu nehmen, ist schon traurig. Wir waren dort immer gerne Gäste und wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend bedient, aber diese Aussage des Wirtes ist ein absolutes No Go.
