Anyone who has been here will be happy to come back. We have never been disappointed. Anyone who likes schnitzel will even learn to love it. A great place for body and soul.

Delicious food, nice staff and cozy atmosphere

Rustic restaurant with simple furnishings. The schnitzel with side dish was attractively presented and didn't take long to prepare. The staff was very friendly and individual requests were addressed and fulfilled perfectly. I was able to get a personal impression of the freshness of the salad and a conversation with the owner explained the freshness of the salad to me.

Great atmosphere, children's menu to color with colored pencils. Children's menu included nuggets, rice pudding and children's schnitzel. Service very friendly. The food was also very tasty and the portions were very generous. We'd love to come back!

We were there as part of a family celebration. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The menu was diverse and requests for changes were addressed immediately. The food was very tasty and enough even for our teenagers. Gladly again 😊

As a former Köpenicker, I regularly drove past this restaurant, but never managed to stop there. On Saturday the time had come. My companion and I went there for dinner. The restaurant was well attended. We took a seat outside and the friendly waitress immediately brought the cards. This restaurant focuses on schnitzel variations of all kinds and home-style cooking. For me the decision was not easy. I could have ordered anything there, but then decided on the farmer's breakfast and my companion the Wiener-style schnitzel. Both portions were really huge and delicious. The farmer's breakfast with salad was particularly difficult to cope with. I really enjoyed it and I think the chef knows his craft. Unfortunately, such good restaurants are becoming increasingly rare. The price-performance ratio was completely fine or almost too cheap. The staff was quick, friendly and on the ball. In short, it was a successful evening and we are guaranteed to visit again. To the head of the house: Keep it up.........exactly like this.......

We had dinner today with 4 people. We come from Lower Saxony and visited our son and his girlfriend in Berlin. It tasted delicious, the price was perfect. Nice and friendly service.

If you want to eat a delicious schnitzel, you've come to the right place. Rarely eaten so deliciously. Big praise for the kitchen and the pleasant service. We'll definitely come back.

We went to the Sandmann for a birthday dinner with 8 people. Everything was absolutely delicious, the service was attentive, and everything went quickly. Our dogs also had enough space and were provided with water. A very good restaurant with great food and nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Great restaurant, super delicious cuisine, especially the different types of schnitzel and the farmer's breakfast is a dream... super tasty, but the prices are really fair. Several types of beer on tap Budweiser, Carlsberg, Lübzer etc... Top. You can have a really delicious meal here. The owner is also a great guy.

Super leckere Schnitzel. Schneller Service. Immer nen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen. Die Schnitzel auf den Bildern haben wir am ersten Tag dort verspeist. Sehr knusprig. Pommes lecker und kross. Am nächsten Tag sind wir gegen 21.00 noch hin und haben noch ein Schnitzel bekommen obwohl die Küche eigentlich schon zu hatte. Der Chef selbst kam raus und sagte welche Varianten er noch anbieten könnte. Super! Dit is Berlin. 👍🏻

Food is always a blast and you have to be careful how much you order, portions are definitely enough to fill you up and beautifully prepared. Down-to-earth Berlin cuisine. I/we enjoy going to the Sandman and always come back. The lunch menu is highly recommended.

A small restaurant in the middle of a residential area. The staff was super nice. Even though it was fully booked, we were still able to eat. German cuisine where you can taste the joy of cooking. I thought it was really great to have a separate children's card that could also be used for coloring. The portions were really big, so you'll definitely be full.

Today we went to the Sandman based on a recommendation. We did not regret it. We ate pork knuckle, which was really delicious. The service was great. We'd love to go there again.

Das Ambiente, Preisleistungs-Verhältnis und das sehr aufmerksamen Personal, alles zur besten Zufriedenheit . Das Essen war lecker und gut angerichtet und auch sehr reichlich. Zu Weihnachten nur 2 Gerichte zur Auswahl und die Suppe um 12:00 bereits alle ! An einen Tisch mit 8 Leuten gequetscht, so dass für Teller und Co kaum Platz vorhanden war ! Für mich alles in allem sehr eng und total überbucht !

Wer Schnitzel mag wird hier glücklich. Wer nette Bedingungen und freundlichen Chef mag, wird auch hier nicht enttäuscht. Mal nenn lockerer Plausch und die Welt ist in Ordnung. Wir gehen gerne hin und mögen es bodenständig.

Gute Deutsche Küche, Personal nett und schnell. Empfehlenswert ist das wechselnde Tagesgericht zum kleinen Preis.

Das Essen und die Preise in diesem Laden grenzen schon an Nötigung der Gäste!!! Wie soll man den bei den vollen Tellern und den günstigsten Preisen aufessen können. Jedesmal wenn man fertig ist und die hälfte draufl lassen muss, guckt eine der Hübschen Kellnerin grinsend an. Ich wollte eigentlich Abnehmen. Einfach unfassbar. LG

Wir waren dort zum Weinachtsessen gewesen. Das Essen hat ganz gut geschmeckt, jedoch war es für den Preis ein bisschen wenig. Das Personal war absolut schlecht gelaunt gewesen. Abgesehen von dem unfreundlichen Blick war auch jede Frage eine zu viel gewesen, sodass man sich nicht besonders wohl und wilkommen fühlen konnte. War leider mein erster und letzter Besuch.

Nicht alle Gerichte vorhanden obwohl vorbestellt wurde, unfreundlich meckernder Chef, Bedienung hat versucht es wieder gut zu machen. Essen war nur kurz aufgewärmt und dann war entweder Glas oder Plastik im Dessert...echt ecklig...am Ende wurde man noch gebeten bald zu gehen sie möchten endlich Feierabend machen...also definitiv nicht zu empfehlen

Wir haben zu Weihnachten mit der Familie einen Tisch im Restaurant Sandmann reserviert. Leider war das Essen eine große Enttäuschung. Es gab nur 2 Essen zur Auswahl und es wurde keine Alternative angeboten. Das Essen wurde aufgewärmt serviert. Meine Schwiegermutter hatte Hirschgulasch bestellt,der lauwarm und zerkocht serviert wurde. Meine bestellte Gänsebrust war total trocken.Der Service war dem Ambiente eher unangepasst. Die Art und Weise der Bedienung erinnert eher an Kneipenslang. Für ein gemütliches Familienessen ist das Lokal definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.
