San Marzano - true italian pizza - in Wiesbaden

Pretty tasty and authentic pizza. I haven't eaten something this good in a long time. The ambience is modern and the restaurant offers plenty of space. Parking situation is a challenge but doable.

I was very impressed with the value for money of the pizza I ate here. It also tasted absolutely delicious, there were 5 of us here and everyone was very happy. This is the second time we've come here. The service and the ambience leave nothing to be desired.

We had a wonderful evening in San Marzano. The pasta was homemade, the pizza was perfectly crispy – simply delicious! Our waiter was particularly outstanding: attentive, warm and with great recommendations. A real professional!

Very tasty pizza and also highly recommended, but my Aperol came without orange, which bothered me. We were served quickly, but we were also the only guests. Nice restaurant, but there was no music and the employees were loudly upset about customers the whole time. The atmosphere was rather unpleasant. Were there three times in total! First time: very satisfied, very fast and extremely friendly service. We really enjoyed it and said that it would now be our new pizzeria Second time: there were no children, just my wife and I. There was hardly anything going on, the owner kept walking past us and only took our order after 15-20 minutes. That didn't suit me because there was nothing going on. And he spent 10 minutes picking out the ice tea with one of his regular customers, even though the customer said I'd look alone. No, he actually stood with him at the fridge for 10 minutes Third time: again as a couple without children. There were 6 people sitting at one table in the entire restaurant. We waited 15 minutes and no one came to the table. Then we left. The employee looked at me very sadly as we left. The boss probably didn't give him the opportunity to serve us. The first time was really great, fast, friendly and tasty. What's crucial here is that the boss wasn't there. I don't think the owner's arrogant manner is correct. This time he messed up and we definitely won't be coming back. Especially when the owner saw that we wanted to put on our jackets and leave, they could have reacted.

Just disgusting. Have absolutely lost it!!! Beef carpaccio, 80% rocket salad, uncut and disgusting. Bruschetta three unroasted slices of baguette mini. With diced tomatoes without spices, it's just sickening. Not even salt or pepper, bread soft like pudding. No more!!!

The pizza was a bit too oily and bland for our taste, even the Quattro Formaggi. Driver was very nice.

Beautiful ambience, great staff. I have been a regular customer for 5 years and am happy to have my delivery delivered to my home. The drivers are also very nice and accommodating. Something for everyone, whether pizza/pasta and much more, there is also a great offer that I have never seen anywhere in Germany!!!!! Always highly recommended.

We've been there several times to eat with the family and as always it was very tasty, unfortunately the prices have risen and the portions have become 40 percent smaller - whether it's the pasta and worst of all the salad with turkey strips has become completely small and only 4 there were small pieces of meat on it. Pizza has stayed the same. But we won't go out to eat as often anymore because we no longer see the point of putting down so much money and you only get half of it.

Best pizza I've eaten in Wiesbaden so far. Veggie pizzas are often wobbly in the middle and the vegetables (usually mushrooms and peppers are from a can/jar. Not here! The vegetables were fresh and grilled and therefore aromatic and then from the wood-fired oven...sooo delicious 😋 and absolute recommendation .

Today I ordered pizza for myself and my 2 colleagues as a farewell dinner. This arrived hot and super tasty. Above all, I would like to emphasize how lovingly these are documented. A pleasure not only for the palate. ❤️

So I'm really angry and disappointed, we used to order here very often but this time was also the last time. I ordered pizza for the children and what we get is terrible burnt pizza that is impossible to eat, such burnt dishes shouldn't be able to be delivered in the first place, with all due respect, I really ordered bruschetta that wasn't prepared properly, the baguette was bread not even baked, toasted, just slapped tomatoes on it, which of course resulted in the bread being completely soggy and also inedible. The delivery person knocked a plate of bruschetta on the door when he went in and that ended up being a salad made of soggy bread and tomatoes , I could have saved the money and prepared wonderful bruschetta at home, just terrible and yet at first I thought it wasn't that bad, it could happen to anyone butrr I can only hope that the whole thing wasn't on the dirty floor but in Basically everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong today. To be honest, I would have gotten my money back, that would be the only right thing to do in this case, I made the payment to you through PayPal. I would have liked to add pictures of the whole thing but I just don't know how to do it.

At San Marzano there is very tasty food and always friendly service. The ambience is very nice. Vegan options are offered. Price/performance are perfect! Parking is easy on the surrounding streets.

Maybe the best pizza in Wiesbaden at the moment! It tastes really good and is ready quickly (when picked up). With my last order I didn't want to have it delivered until I saw the long delivery time and called, so I was able to come pick it up myself 10 minutes later. Unfortunately I didn't get the delivery fee back, but that's my own fault.

Pizza doesn't taste good there at all. Driver totally unfriendly and cheeky, never here again!!!!!!!

We ordered from Lieferando and the lasagne was far too salty, the pizza was cold and the taste was unacceptable. The arancini tasted very strongly of garlic. The delivery was super fast and the delivery person was very nice. But definitely won't order there again.

Went to the San Marzano for the second time now. The food is really delicious: both pizzas, pasta and salads. Absolute recommendation. The interior is also very nice, but unfortunately the acoustics are not optimal. Once the store is half full, it can be very loud, so a star deducted for the ambience. But otherwise it is cozy and the open kitchen/bar in the entrance area definitely has something to offer. Particularly noteworthy is the price-performance ratio. The prices are absolutely fair and not exorbitant - strong! Service was great the first time (it was probably a friend of the host who helped out), but when we visited on the weekend it was a bit poor. Conclusion: We will definitely come back. :)

I often pick up pizza here. Really great value for money and a stone oven pizza too! Requests and extras are always taken into account, staff on the phone and on site are always very friendly.

We went to the pizzeria for the first time today because of the Schlemmerblock, we were really pleasantly surprised. Without the gourmet block we probably wouldn't have gone there, but it was really worth it. Price/performance is more than good! Aperol was delicious, with a kumquat. The Salsiccia pizza with fresh garlic tasted very good - the dough was nice and thin and slightly crispy. Edges light and crispy! Tagliatelle with scampi were also very tasty and beautifully presented. At the end there was a homemade tiramisu to complete the evening. Gladly again!

Food was delicious and plenty for a very reasonable price. The service seemed very stressed, but it was ok.

Unfortunately, the spaghetti carbonara was only served with scrambled eggs and bacon. No sauce, too dry. I could have cooked better for 8 euros. Lasagna was still a little hard in the middle. Unfortunately it's a failure when it comes to pasta. Driver was quick and nice.

We ordered from Lieferando. But this time the food was different than usual. The food came cold, the lasagna was burnt and very small. There were onions on the Magaritha pizza even though they weren't sorted. At €18 we thought we were getting good and, above all, warm food…

It is not an evaluation of the service, I would just like to point out to Schlemmerblock users that the restaurant does not accept vouchers on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That would be the “house rule”. Unfortunately, this is not documented anywhere; the guest finds out verbally when ordering.

Süße unauffällige Pizzeria. Die Pizzen sind der Wahnsinn! Ich habe seit langem nicht mehr so eine leckere Pizza gegessen. Außerdem sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Gehört definitiv zu meinen Favoriten in Wiesbaden. Das Ambiente auch sehr gemütlich.

Habe heute Pizza Fungi geholt. Die war viel zu salzig. Ob das Käse, Teig oder andere Zitate ausgemacht hat weiß ich nicht aber wie gesagt schmeckte nicht gut...

Hund durfte nicht rein obwohl angeblich laut Schlemmerblock erlaubt. Wir waren öfter da mit Hund, plötzlich nicht mehr gestattet. Bei unserem letzten Besuch dort hat eine Thunfisch Pizza so dermaßen nach Pisse gestunken, daher nicht zu empfehlen und Nie wieder. Abgesehen davon ist die Bedienung auch nicht durch dessen Freundlichkeit aufgefallen. Wirkt sehr gestresst und forch. Meine Empfehlung geht daher an eine bessere Pizzaria in Bierbich.

San Marzano liefert meiner Meinung nach die beste Pizza im Westen von Wiesbaden. Es ist nicht die beste Pizza von allen, sondern die beste lieferbare Pizza. Im Gegensatz zur Masse gibt es einen vernünftigen Teig, der direkt am Steinofen und nicht in irgendwelchen Backblechen gebacken wird. Der Teig könnte luftiger und knuspriger am Rand sein. Es gibt richtgen Büffelmozarella auf der Pizza Napoli, was die meisten Pizzerien aufgrund des Preises nicht anbieten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Pizza handgemacht im Steinofen sehr Lecker, die Nudeln waren auch super. Salate waren auch sehr schön angerichtet und der Service war herzlich und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Auf Reisen zum kurz vor Vier Uhr nachmittags ein Restaurant zu finden, ist meist etwas kniffelig, hier aber nicht. Der Sitzbereich ist nett gemacht und vom etwas trubeligerem Eingangsbereich für Take away getrennt. Ob auch geliefert wird, weiß ich nicht. Die Treppen zum Restaurant sind für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung ein ordentliches Hindernis (ich schätze mal 10 Stufen). Der Service war sehr freundlich, die bestellten Speisen sehr lecker. Und die Preise waren sehr fair. Daumen hoch, vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Ich liebe Eure Pizza und habe schon häufiger bei Euch bestellt. Aber Ihr solltet ein bißchen mehr darauf achten, daß Ihr auch das ausliefert, was bestellt wurde. Wenn ich statt einer normalen Flasche Cola eine Cola Zero bekomme, kann ich damit leben, aber wenn ich Pizza Quattro Stagioni bestelle und stattdessen eine mit Anchovies und Kapern bekomme, ist das schon sehr ärgerlich.

Wir waren letzte Woche dort essen. Das Essen wurde wirklich schnell zubereitet. Es hat wirklich super geschmeckt. Schönes „kleines“ Restaurant, sauber und schön dekoriert. Nette Mitarbeiter. Preisleistungsverhältnis top. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Von außen denkt man es ist eine Pizzeria to Go, aber es ist eine tolle Pizzeria wo man sich gemütlich hineinzuversetzen kann und super essen bekommt .

Wir waren gestern spontan, durch den Schlemmerblock, hier essen. Das Essen war super lecker, wir hatten eine Pizza und einmal Nudeln. Beide Gerichte empfehle ich weiter! Als Vorspeise haben wir uns zu zweit das Bruschetta geteilt, sehr leckere Tomaten und knuspriges Brot. Tolles Essen und super Preis-Leistung!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Bilder haben wir leider keine gemacht, aber das Essen kam sehr lecker angerichtet zum Tisch.

Wir hatten hier einmal über Lieferando bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Heute sind wir aber auch mal zum Essen im Restaurant selbst gewesen und was soll ich sagen, es war köstlich. Pasta war richtig lecker, ich hatte ein Paar extra Wünsche, was überhaupt kein Problem war. Alles sehr frisch und auf den Punkt zubereitet. Die Nudeln waren schön Al dente, wie es sich gehört, (normalerweise sind sie fast überall immer zu weich gekocht) ich hatte noch in keinem Restaurant so viele Garnelen in meinem Gericht gehabt wie hier... Nette Bedienung und sehr faire Preise für diese Portionen! Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder! 👍👍👍

Wir haben über Lieferando diverse Essen (Pizzen, Salate, Tiramisu) bestellt. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden. Die Lieferung erfolgte schneller als in der App vorgegeben und vollständig. Die Pizzen war gut belegt, hatten einen guten Geschmack und waren preislich top. Die Beilagensalate waren für Preis/Leistung einwandfrei. Der Salat mit Hühnchen war von der Qualität sehr gut, für einen Hauptspeisensalat aber eher klein geraten. Das Tiramisu war eine größere Portion und lecker. Insgesamt wenig zu bemängeln, daher volle Sterne und das Wissen, dass wir dort gerne nochmals bestellen.

Die Pizzen waren sehr saftig und gut belegt. Der Salat dagegen geht gar nicht. Drei große Käsestreifen und drei große Schinkenstreifen. Der gekochte Schinken war leider um - roch und schmeckte verdorben. Sowas darf nicht passieren! Service freundlich, aber nicht herzlich. Geht besser!

Diese relativ neue Pizzeria in Wiesbaden-Klarenthal wirbt damit die beste Pizza der Stadt servieren zu können. Naja, vielleicht die beste Pizza Klarenthals. Das San Marzano befindet sich in einem Wohngebiet und ist an einem Sonntag Nachmittag sehr leer. Der große Trubel herrscht an der Theke wo man die vielen Lieferpakete fertig macht. Unsere Pizzen haben einen sehr dünnen Teig, der in der Mitte zu weich ist. Der Wein auf der Speisekarte ist nicht lieferbar. Naja, hier ist echt viel Luft nach oben. Die Einrichtung ist zeitgemäß.
