L'Osteria Wiesbaden in Wiesbaden

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und wir hatten auch reserviert. An diesem Tag war sehr viel los und das war dann das Problem. Reservierung um 19:30 und um 21:00 Uhr haben wir noch kein Essen bekommen. Habe dann das Ganze abgebrochen und wir sind gegangen. Es war mein Geburtstag und das hatte ich auch bei der Reservierung angegeben, hat aber auch keinen Unterschied gemacht. Leider waren alle an diesem Tag überfordert. Das Essen sah sehr lecker aus, nur leider gab es nichts für uns. Die Bedienungen waren nicht sehr aufmerksam und auch mit dem trinken war es sehr schwer. Ich kenne diese Restaurants sehr gut und war immer zufrieden, aber nach Wiesbaden werde ich nicht mehr kommen.

I enjoy eating at L’Osteria and that’s what I did on my first visit to Wiesbaden. We were here in the evening during the week and got a seat outside straight away. It is also nicely decorated and very large. We were served very friendly and the food and drinks came quickly :)

It's been a while since my visit, but in my opinion the pizza was absolutely mediocre.

We waited 1 hour for our food even though there was hardly anything going on, we had to ask and they said it would come straight away and we waited another 15 minutes, nice staff but it took far too long.

The food is very tasty and you can sit outside very nicely and still not be on the serving plate because of all the flowers around it. Unfortunately, this makes it a bit difficult for the staff to get to you, but despite everything, the service was top and it was a great evening!

Unfortunately, pizza dough is too thin. There was the reason why I hadn't been to L'Osteria in a long time. The price is well (not justified), there is better pizza at Bad Camberg *Da Toni*. I don't really have anything more to say.

The pasta dish was small and you would expect this from a pasta dish with grilled vegetables. Unfortunately there were only two small pieces of zucchini included. The service wasn't good either. After we had our food, the waitress completely ignored us. We would have liked to drink something more, but that was obviously not what we wanted. This was my second time in a store from this chain and I have now decided that I will avoid this chain. In Jena we waited over an hour for a pizza and this time the food just wasn't tasty.

I got a pizza there that was never worth the price. The base of the large pizza looks more like a flame cake. In my 29 years I have never had such a thin pizza. The pizza was uncut and the toppings slipped down when you lifted it so you only ate the dough. No pizza recommendation.

Basically nice shop. The ambience is nice and the store is large and inviting. However, the pizza (which took almost an hour to get to the table) was rock hard and dry. The highlight, however, was the “waiter”, who explained the tipping concept of the card reader in a long-winded and intrusive manner and threw the bill at you if you didn’t spare enough. Please train the staff not to throw the customer away if he doesn't do what he's supposed to (I thought this was common sense)

Osteria,......Well.....The Germans go to eat in Italy....and they see that the food is very different from Italian restaurants in Germany but I say we are number 1 in the world.. .a piece of advice to Italian restaurateurs in Germany that you must bring the Italian culture of eating....I put everything 1 because honestly there was nothing Italian....(AND THEN IT IS MANDATORY TO TIP EVEN WITH THE BAD SERVICE,) PEOPLE PAY TO EAT WELL.....

I ate both on site and take away. The takeaway pizza is always burnt. And in the restaurant you wait a long time after your meal, the pizza comes out very dry, the waiters are unfriendly and they ignore you.

Fair price-performance ratio, good selection also for vegetarians, friendly service, nice decor. There's nothing to complain about.
