The pizza is absolutely gigantic and tastes great. My vegan children also found something to eat; the pasta was delicious. The music was a tad too loud for my liking, but the staff is very friendly. Today, two years later, I reserved a table for five. However, the table we were given was only suitable for four people at most. I would have understood if it had been the only free table. However, there were larger tables available in the back of the restaurant. When I asked if everything was alright, I said that the food was very good, but the space was definitely too small. The only response I received was that we could have said we needed more space. Hello? You have enormous pizzas—which are really delicious—but I honestly find that kind of comment pretty low. Therefore, I'm not sure if we'll be back. If we do return, I will explicitly mention that we are a party of five and need a correspondingly large space. My conclusion: The food is very good, I also like the atmosphere, but the service tends to make rather inappropriate remarks. Therefore, it still gets three stars overall.

Today we celebrated our daughter's birthday at L'Osteria in Wiesbaden – and we were absolutely thrilled with the entire team! A very special thank you goes to the manager, Ralph, who remained completely calm and professional despite the many children and the resulting noise. He was incredibly supportive and handled everything with remarkable kindness. A huge thank you to the whole team – the servers, the chefs, and the management. We had a wonderful day with delicious pizza at our beloved, cozy favorite restaurant!

Parking in Wiesbaden is quite difficult, as the parking lots are usually full even on Saturday evenings, and the parking garages are expensive and rather cramped. It would be nice if L'Osteria had its own parking spaces.

Nice place. The food selection wasn't very large. The drinks selection was even more limited – only one type of alcoholic beer, and wheat beer was only available non-alcoholic. The food was very good (calzone) and the portions were very large – enough to satisfy anyone. Unfortunately, the staff seemed overwhelmed by the number of customers. The food arrived quickly once you ordered it, but you had to be very patient when ordering more or paying – you could catch a bus or train in the meantime.

My visit was frustrating and disappointing. I have never experienced such unfriendly service in any restaurant in the world! Not in Italy, not in France, not anywhere! I ordered a dish without first looking at the restaurant and its menu. The dish arrived; I ordered pasta. It arrived, but the pasta was extremely spicy. Due to a medical condition, I can't eat spicy food. When I asked the waiter why the pasta was so spicy, he told me there was a small symbol on the menu indicating that it was spicy. I wasn't allowed to exchange the dish because the owner claimed it was my fault! I had to pay for part of the dish and would have had to pay for a new one entirely myself! I will never, ever set foot in that place again. This is simply no way to treat customers. I wanted to spend a nice day at a restaurant with my child, and it was completely ruined!

Italian restaurant franchise, as usual. The food was very tasty; we had pasta, pizza, and carpaccio—the full range of options, and every dish tasted great. So, thumbs up! The following impressions are purely personal and probably just due to my personal bad luck that evening, but despite their humorous appeal, they can serve as food for thought. In Wiesbaden, we reserved a table for 5 people. The positive aspect here is that you can choose which drinks (water, wine, sparkling wine) you want on your table upon arrival when you make your reservation. The reserved table was right by the entrance, actually IN the entrance, so it was drafty and, in terms of atmosphere, as busy as a pedestrian zone with guests coming and going. ``` The two 'tables' provided to us turned out to be small to tiny, round 'tables' – one of these Playmobil tables could only accommodate two people, but they should know each other, as you're sitting almost intimately next to each other. Accordingly, the first logistical problems arose when, in addition to the pre-ordered bottles of water and wine, two glasses of Fanta also tried to make room on the small table. Then came the pizza... It's certainly an eye-catcher, a visual highlight when the pizza feels like it has a radius of 60cm and extends far... further... even further over the plate. In short - the pizza was bigger than the table. How one could eat it sensibly given the lack of space... we couldn't figure it out, despite the help of several AIs and a call to MacGuyver. Last tip: When training staff, which is certainly sensible and must be done, it might be more effective to only assign this new recruit a manageable number of tables... then perhaps waiting times will be reduced.

We ordered Hugo and there were insects in all of our Hugos. After we complained, we were laughed at and not taken seriously. They then gave us a small glass of Hugo and talked to us disrespectfully.

We were at L' Osteria again this afternoon. The value for money is really very good, and the pizza, as always, is delicious. There was only one young woman serving, as the manager had apparently mistyped the roster. Despite the stress, she was very nice and friendly and did a truly exceptional job. 👍

This was the most disrespectful restaurant I've ever been to. We ordered four Hugos, and there were a lot of small insects (aphids) in each one. We then spoke to the staff. They didn't notice us and gave us a small glass as compensation, while the staff insulted us in Italian. So disrespectful! We had to pay for everything.

Lunch is available at a special price, with the owner promising a maximum wait of 15 minutes. The food was on time, the pasta was cooked to perfection, and the beef stew was delicious. Best of all, there's a separate online menu for vegetarians and those who prefer gluten-free options. This way, you don't have to ask or check every dish on the regular menu for allergens; you can see right away what's suitable for you!

We ordered three pizzas from Osteria Wiesbaden via Uber Eats. There was a special on the Margherita pizza. We took advantage of it and ordered one pizza with only tomato sauce. Despite paying a priority surcharge, the pizza arrived after about two hours. All the pizzas were bone dry and cold. The tomato sauce pizza had barely any tomato sauce on it; it was so dry that you couldn't even slice it. The marguerite pizza had barely any mozzarella or tomato sauce on it; it was cold and bone dry. Simply disgusting. The first star is only for the nice lady who delivered the pizza to us.

Two pizzas with vegan cheese alternatives were ordered through Lieferando; both were delivered with real cheese. After complaining by phone, we were told that the vegan alternative was empty, so they had replaced it with real cheese, and that we should complain to Lieferando. We will no longer order from them. Taking money and then returning something that was not explicitly ordered without consulting us is absurd.

The pizza was huge, the wine was delicious. Basically, it was okay. However, you can tell from the pizza dough that it's made very quickly. As a result, the edges of the pizza are very dry. All in all, it was good. You know what to expect at an osteria. The pizza was exactly the same as in another branch. The service was excellent!

When we went out to eat last week, there was live music and a few cheerleaders from the Wiesbaden Phantoms were there, serving food, performing shows, and collecting money. This is desperately needed, as we've qualified for the World Cup in Japan, which costs a lot. So it's good that L'Osteria is supporting this. Since it wasn't our first time here, the pizza was the same as always. My Italian wife doesn't eat here because she's very picky. But she does like the zucchini noodles. Finally, there was a problem with a voucher, which was resolved after consultation. Hence the 5 stars for the service.

The food is always delicious! One pizza is usually enough for two people and can be topped half and half. Unfortunately, we've had cases where "special requests" weren't fulfilled (pizza was too spicy) or the pizza was accidentally left in the oven too long, which meant it took longer. It's really annoying, but the staff tries very hard to find solutions. Generally, we've always had very friendly service. The restrooms and especially the changing area are also good – finally, a changing table with slightly higher sides – and there are also wet wipes and other items available in case you don't have them handy.

I recently visited L'Osteria Wiesbaden and I was absolutely thrilled! The location is truly beautiful – stylishly decorated and with a very pleasant atmosphere. A big compliment to the waitress Alisha, who served us in a friendly and attentive manner. She recommended the mascarpone dessert – and it was a real hit: super delicious and creamy, simply heavenly! The pizzas were also top-notch: huge, crispy base, generously topped, and simply delicious. If you love pizza, this is the place for you. Overall, a fantastic evening with excellent food and great service. I'd love to come back!

A great place for a family vacation! Losteria, as always, is at its best! This is not the first time we have been here - last time the pizza was a little burnt, but this time everything was delicious, with the perfect degree of roasting, so to speak, in its best form. We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance thanks to the many positive reviews. Unfortunately, I can't agree with these opinions. Visually, the pizza initially made a very good impression – it looked truly appetizing. We tried three varieties: salami, one with pineapple, and a very spicy version. In terms of taste, however, the salami pizza was a major disappointment: The topping seemed extremely salty and more reminiscent of very cheap supermarket salami. There was also barely any sauce, which made the pizza overall very dry – quite different from what you'd expect from good Italian pizza or homemade pizza. The texture was more reminiscent of crispy crackers than pizza. Another problem was the presentation: The pizza was very thin and extremely large – significantly larger than the plate it was served on. If you're used to eating pizza with a knife and fork, you'll have a real problem here. Half of the pizza hung over the edge of the plate, making it almost impossible to cut cleanly. In the end, we had to eat it with our hands because it simply slid off while cutting. We also found the menu selection to be quite limited. The prices, however, were quite high—especially considering the quality of the food. I've attached a photo of the menu for your convenience. The draft beer was unfortunately a bit too warm and surprisingly flat—it lacked any carbonation at all. I'd like to highlight the service: The waitresses were friendly and attentive. It was my birthday today and I ate at L'Osteria – and I absolutely loved it! Thomas, our waiter, made the evening very special. He was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. As a surprise, he even brought me two desserts and sent me his warmest birthday wishes. That was such a lovely gesture that really touched me! Went there because my wife told me this is where we are going for my birthday dinner. Kinda didn't want to, but I'm glad we did. My kid started feeling sick so right after we ordered we had to switch to a to go order. The server was really awesome she checked up on my wife and kid and brought some water. The pizza is really good, especially the BBQ chicken pizza. The spaghetti Bolognese was very much liked by my kids. The easiest place to park is in front of tje kurrhaus. I would definitely come back.

Our evening on the terrace of L'Osteria in Wiesbaden was a delight. The service was very friendly and accommodating, with a generous portion of charm. The food arrived quickly and was delicious. My wife and I went on June 28th at around 2pm and I do admit the AC was definitely a change of scenery seeming as though this is Germany. HOWEVER, we when ordered the food was absolutely subpar. The tortellini was incredibly SALTY and the my wife’s lasagna was BURNT. Our server was very polite, but slow. The wait to request for a dessert was over 20 minutes when she passed us MULTIPLE times. To put into context the restaurant was indeed not busy at the time. Also I do not recommend getting the spaghetti ice cream from this place. Over priced for such a basic dessert.

You shouldn't count your chickens before they hatch. And that's the same with reviews. Initially, the impression was very positive, good... star deducted due to cobwebs on the lamp above us. The service was friendly, drinks and food arrived quickly. They also checked on us and asked if everything was OK. Up until then, 4-5 stars. The food was good. Also worth a good 4 stars, tending towards 5 stars. So far, satisfied and everything was okay. At some point, of course, we had finished eating and were waiting for the table to be cleared. That didn't happen. Well, then, I thought, there was a lot to do, until we saw the service staff standing together behind the counter. Were we waiting for something, or were they not responsible for our table 😂? No idea. It was getting later and later, so I tried carefully and politely to get the staff's attention. No chance. Others came after us and left before us. There it worked. Different table... different server. Each and every one of the staff walked past us, looking somewhere else or was otherwise busy with something else. Well, if I'm already waiting, maybe I should have had something else to drink. Likewise - no chance. After more than 30 minutes of waiting, we slowly but surely had to leave. So I had no choice but to be a bit more explicit. I stood up and shortly afterwards the plates and cutlery were cleared away. I said we had to go and would like to pay. A friendly smile in return and more waiting. He was probably not in charge. I'd better not write down the thoughts I've had in the meantime 😂. Then finally someone took some time for us. We were finally able to pay and left. In my mental assessment, I deducted 1 star from the initial 5 🌟 for service for every 10 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately, after 40 minutes there was none left.

We sat outside, but unfortunately, you can't choose your seat. The small tables, which seat four, are much too small and wobbly. The restrooms weren't great: there was no paper, at least the ones we used, no disinfectant, and no towels.

No service at all. The food was served in batches. The pasta took 40 minutes to arrive, apparently because something went wrong in the kitchen. Initially, there was only one server, but later several...but only one waiter (who tried to politely apologize). The table wasn't cleared for two hours, and dessert was forgotten. It couldn't be worse! The only plus: the pizza tasted good.

The pizza was very tasty, both children really enjoyed it (that's saying something for both of them 😅) The ambience is nice, but we voluntarily escaped outside because it was just too loud for us inside, and it wasn't even too crowded. But not bad, put on a jacket and then sit out. Unfortunately, every now and then there was a bad smell coming from the drain, but the restaurant couldn't do anything about it. It also took a bit too long for the waitress to come out to us the first time, but once we placed our order and there were others sitting outside, everything went much quicker. We also apologized profusely for it. But what annoyed me the most was that I wrote in my reservation that it was my 40th birthday and absolutely nothing came. No decorated table or congratulations or whatever. I found that very unfortunate 😐 Nevertheless, we would come back because the pizza tasted really good and my son was finally full of pizza 😅.

As an experienced Uber driver and active participant in the internal driver groups, I unfortunately have to share a very negative experience with the Losteria restaurant in Wiesbaden. The treatment of delivery drivers is disrespectful, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Instead of handing over the order to the reception as usual everywhere, I was forced to go to the kitchen counter myself, give my order number and pick up the order with only a bag. This is unhygienic, impractical and not part of my duties as a driver. When I asked polite questions, I received orders and even threats that they would complain about me to Uber - for no reason at all. Such behavior cannot and will not be ignored. I will report this incident to our driver groups and officially inform Uber. I recommend all drivers and guests to avoid this place. That's not how you treat people. Respect costs nothing – but says everything.

Ordered pasta today via Uber eats. Unfortunately, neither the aforementioned parmesan nor the fresh parsley was there - why should I order again from the Osteria, given this dismal presentation of the food. This is better for this price, even with delivery.

Large Pizza comes with 5 small Salami bits and 6 olives lmfao. Crust burned on the outside, completely mushy on the inside. First EVER Pizza i ordered that comes with too few ingredients too lol. I would say the lasagne taste store bought, but oddly enough it actually tastes MUCH worse. Pasta just taste bland. To top it all off? Hella expensive, even more so considering its legitimately one of the WORST Pizza experiences i ever had. Only pizza worse has got to be frozen pizza, but it would have to be the bad/no name brand kind. Crazy that the Reviews are solid, so if you got more than 1 cook, get rid of the bad one ASAP. You know whos who. Got to with how crazy the difference in quality would have to be. Christ almighty.
