For 4 euros extra you can take 100g of chicken🤣🤣🤣. Very inexpensive!!!

We ordered through Uber Eats and placed an order including Alkoholfrei Bier. What we received was the exact opposite as bier containing alcohol was included with our order. This is not an acceptable mistake for a restaurant to make and they need to evaluate what customer service means to them and do a better job of paying attention to details that really matter to their customers. We will not be going to this establishment again.

DARA was really the hottest waiter I've ever experienced, but Sienna and Thomas weren't to be neglected either.

Unfortunately, our visit was anything but pleasant. The service was chaotic and disorganized - we were served by three different waiters, but no one seemed to be keeping track. The food took an hour to arrive and our drink was completely forgotten. What particularly bothered us was the lack of apology and the unfriendly tone. Mistakes can happen, but dealing with them professionally would have been the minimum. The only positive was the food, which was actually good. But given the poor service, we probably won't come back.

Yes, I'll come to the restaurant on Bärenstrasse, it's a nice corner restaurant with matching inventory. Now to the food, the spaghetti that I eat in every Italian restaurant is good and digestible here and the coffee afterwards rounds it all off. The restaurant is recommended! Went to a Losteria again today and the service was actually very good! The pizza was also fresh out of the oven and still very hot and the pasta was cooked to perfection and very delicious :) Basically always a bit too loud in the rooms, so a point is deducted for the ambience. Overall, it was a successful restaurant experience.

I regularly go to L'Osteria in Wiesbaden and also in other cities. Especially yesterday in Wiesbaden the service was perfect and the food was on point and delicious.

The staff is polite and location is ideal for dinning. The service is also nice. The attendant helped a lot and her behaviour was pleasant. The Pizza was huge and delicious. The music creates the perfect atmosphere, and even when the store is full, you feel comfortable and in good hands. L'Osteria Wiesbaden > Mainz! Ambience much more pleasant, quieter, more relaxed. Of course, the food is always similarly tasty and adaptable for everyone (vegan, gluten,...). I was also served impeccably and just packed up the rest :))

We had lunch here and were amazed at how good it tasted. The lunch specials made our visit even more worthwhile. Hehe. Because our previous experiences in other cities weren't so wow. For me, the most normal L'Osteria, of those I know... Somehow squeezed into an old brewery concept... Very loud... Not a nice ambience with tables from the eighties and small glasses with tea lights in them as decoration. I know them differently from Metzingen and Stuttgart. The food was okay… But also somehow just okay. Staff very friendly and tried hard, but somehow I didn't find it all that well today...

Very pleasant and central. Service was very good. I was unsure what I wanted to eat, but Felix helped me very well with the choice. The food was ready very quickly even though the shop was very busy (Saturday evening). Can highly recommend for a quiet evening.

We called and made a reservation with our name and number. There was no reservation in the system when we arrived, but we were kindly shown to a table near the entrance. Unfortunately, the waiting times were very long, we had to wait 20 minutes just to order or get the bill, which is too long, even when it's busy. The staff is quite overwhelmed, there is probably still one person missing. The food was good as usual, even if the pizza got cold quickly due to its size. Unfortunately, this detracts somewhat from the overall taste rating. The organization still needs to be fine-tuned, as there is a lot of interest!

Just picked up pizza and from the first bite it was cold and dry. After we carried her home, she felt like she had been in the kitchen for two days. Pizza to take away is not recommended. If then on site. And for two pizzas €25 a bit expensive for the cracker. Previously was better

Weak image. I was just there for dinner with my children. The store was full and very loud, absolutely not recommended at peak times. The pizza was okay, huge, otherwise nothing special, and if you only eat the topped part, that quickly becomes put into perspective. The pasta with “Gorgonzola sauce” was terribly bad. No trace of cheese or salt, just bland cream without any taste. I only noticed it too late because it was my daughter's plate, otherwise I would have complained about it. But another 30 minutes. Waiting wouldn't have been an option either. Conclusion: No better than any other corner, just more expensive and louder.

We were 8 and came without reservation and they managed to accomodate us. We had drinks and different types of pasta and of course pizza, which i can say was the highlight there with it's 45 cm and the excelent taste.

Wir hatten reserviert, in der Weihnachtszeit, während in Wiesbaden Weihnachtsmarkt ist. Hat alles wie geplant funktioniert. Wir wurden direkt zu unserem Platz geführt, das Lokal ist sehr groß. Trotzdem wurden wir schnell bedient. Wir konnten sogar sagen, dass wir noch einen Moment brauchen, was gar kein Problem war. Getränke kamen fix. Auch das Essen kam sehr schnell und war gut und dem Preis angemessen. Alles in allem kann ich es empfehlen, wenn man mit größeren Gruppen unterwegs ist. Wenn man es klein und ruhig möchte, muss woanders hingehen. 😉

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the restaurant is child and pet friendly and the portions are definitely filling. Two people can sometimes eat one pizza because they are cartwheels and are absolutely great in terms of price. I can only recommend it

In addition to the delicious food, I was particularly impressed by the professional and friendly handling of my online reservation. Since the city was very full that evening, I received a call asking whether we really needed the larger number of seats we had booked.

Much too loud music, large pizzas but sparsely topped. Salad in large sizes but on small plates, so there was no thought of stirring without spreading half the salad on the table

Unfortunately it was very cold and drafty. Fresh mint tea consisted of dried mint leaves. Waited quite a long time, although only a few guests compared to usual. Unfortunately, tomato soup was also lukewarm and the bruschetta was seasoned with too much dried basil.

We all ate pizza. Huge size, very thin and well topped. It was really tasty. Service is extremely fast and always friendly. Only recommended. Unfortunately, parking was only possible in the underground car park.

What can I say about my third visit. It was the same as the first two. Great friendly service. A red wine worth every cent and a salad that was a dream come true. And the pizza for my wife was amazing. So what can I say, here you won't be disappointed. Good appetite.

We went to this restaurant on the second of November. We had a birthday party for 8 people. Since it was Saturday, we booked a table in advance. There were questions for the staff when booking, but the staff were very friendly and answered all questions. Upon request, they brought a vase for flowers. The order was large. First the drinks were brought separately with glasses. Disappointed with the cleanliness. The glasses were a little dirty. But everything stops counting because of the quality of the service and the taste of the food. The food was simply great. We all enjoyed it VERY well. The pizza was simply GREAT!!! The food was prepared quickly even though the whole restaurant was full. At the end the staff sang a song and gave us a piece of cake, which was unrealistically nice. Thank you to the staff for keeping us happy on a day like this!!!🤗 We will 100% come back. Top recommendation!!!
