Very good food and great price!

The pizza was very tasty, both children really enjoyed it (that's saying something for both of them 😅) The ambience is nice, but we voluntarily escaped outside because it was just too loud for us inside, and it wasn't even too crowded. But not bad, put on a jacket and then sit out. Unfortunately, every now and then there was a bad smell coming from the drain, but the restaurant couldn't do anything about it. It also took a bit too long for the waitress to come out to us the first time, but once we placed our order and there were others sitting outside, everything went much quicker. We also apologized profusely for it. But what annoyed me the most was that I wrote in my reservation that it was my 40th birthday and absolutely nothing came. No decorated table or congratulations or whatever. I found that very unfortunate 😐 Nevertheless, we would come back because the pizza tasted really good and my son was finally full of pizza 😅.

Food and drinks came quickly and were satisfactory.

As an experienced Uber driver and active participant in the internal driver groups, I unfortunately have to share a very negative experience with the Losteria restaurant in Wiesbaden. The treatment of delivery drivers is disrespectful, arrogant and completely unprofessional. Instead of handing over the order to the reception as usual everywhere, I was forced to go to the kitchen counter myself, give my order number and pick up the order with only a bag. This is unhygienic, impractical and not part of my duties as a driver. When I asked polite questions, I received orders and even threats that they would complain about me to Uber - for no reason at all. Such behavior cannot and will not be ignored. I will report this incident to our driver groups and officially inform Uber. I recommend all drivers and guests to avoid this place. That's not how you treat people. Respect costs nothing – but says everything.

I was very happy with my visit! The food was good, you'll definitely be full. The atmosphere was cozy, we felt very comfortable. The service person who served us (a young woman with glasses and dark hair, I think her name was Sienna) was very friendly and courteous, as well as attentive. All in all a nice visit. Ordered pasta today via Uber eats. Unfortunately, neither the aforementioned parmesan nor the fresh parsley was there - why should I order again from the Osteria, given this dismal presentation of the food. This is better for this price, even with delivery.

Large Pizza comes with 5 small Salami bits and 6 olives lmfao. Crust burned on the outside, completely mushy on the inside. First EVER Pizza i ordered that comes with too few ingredients too lol. I would say the lasagne taste store bought, but oddly enough it actually tastes MUCH worse. Pasta just taste bland. To top it all off? Hella expensive, even more so considering its legitimately one of the WORST Pizza experiences i ever had. Only pizza worse has got to be frozen pizza, but it would have to be the bad/no name brand kind. Crazy that the Reviews are solid, so if you got more than 1 cook, get rid of the bad one ASAP. You know whos who. Got to with how crazy the difference in quality would have to be. Christ almighty.

As always, the service was friendly and attentive, waiter Sienna offered us blankets straight away because it was really cool outside. Although this time we only had a small order with coffee and dessert, she was very attentive and accommodating.

The service and the ambience were great as always, this time the food wasn't 100 percent, the gnocchi were slightly overcooked and the portions were a little smaller. However, it was still very good.

I ate at this restaurant on my birthday - unfortunately a big mistake. The food served was cold and the pasta was undercooked. In addition, the customer service was neither friendly nor patient. It's really disappointing to have had such a negative experience on my birthday. I definitely won't be coming back.

The service was not fully aware of our needs. Our salad has been forgotten and we asked two times for an extra plate for my little one. The food itself was good as always.

I ordered lasagne on April 6, 2025 at around 7 p.m. The food was burnt, dried out, stuck to the bottom of a small bowl, without sauce. It was an impertinence, insult, fraud to serve something like that. I will report this restaurant to the relevant authorities.

The Zoodles Gorgonzola are very tasty, but the portion is really too small (price around €17). We let the plates go back and got the answer from the boss that that was correct. Too bad! The photo was taken before we even ate a zoodle. Our service was great, friendly and attentive and tried hard.

I was a customer and saw the manager of the restaurant grab a delivery person, throw him out and cancel his order. I'm wondering if it's normal what he did because I've seen delivery people wait between 20-40 minutes to take their order

We ordered through Uber Eats and placed an order including Alkoholfrei Bier. What we received was the exact opposite as bier containing alcohol was included with our order. This is not an acceptable mistake for a restaurant to make and they need to evaluate what customer service means to them and do a better job of paying attention to details that really matter to their customers. We will not be going to this establishment again.

Unfortunately, our visit was anything but pleasant. The service was chaotic and disorganized - we were served by three different waiters, but no one seemed to be keeping track. The food took an hour to arrive and our drink was completely forgotten. What particularly bothered us was the lack of apology and the unfriendly tone. Mistakes can happen, but dealing with them professionally would have been the minimum. The only positive was the food, which was actually good. But given the poor service, we probably won't come back.

Yes, I'll come to the restaurant on Bärenstrasse, it's a nice corner restaurant with matching inventory. Now to the food, the spaghetti that I eat in every Italian restaurant is good and digestible here and the coffee afterwards rounds it all off. The restaurant is recommended! Went to a Losteria again today and the service was actually very good! The pizza was also fresh out of the oven and still very hot and the pasta was cooked to perfection and very delicious :) Basically always a bit too loud in the rooms, so a point is deducted for the ambience. Overall, it was a successful restaurant experience.

L'Osteria Wiesbaden > Mainz! Ambience much more pleasant, quieter, more relaxed. Of course, the food is always similarly tasty and adaptable for everyone (vegan, gluten,...). I was also served impeccably and just packed up the rest :))
