Not recommended. Quality of the food was poor. Glasses were dirty and some indefinable drinks were handed out, which were more reminiscent of dishwater than a spritzer. Ambience old and very little Italian. Food is more reminiscent of frozen products, although that is already overstating it.

I had pasta with tomato sauce and broccoli. The noodles were hard, as if they had been reheated in the microwave several times. The tomato sauce definitely tasted like ready-made sauce and was the same as for a meat dish.

There's absolutely nothing Italian about this! Absolutely poor quality food, poor hygiene and cleanliness, terrible service, and prices for tourists that are beyond any reasonable convention.

We came for dinner and we found an awful experience in every aspects and every evening of our permanence in Munich. An undoubtful lack of quality in terms of food and prices (we had spent a lot for just a glass of water!), the porcions was rather less and with bad taste. Even the service was very unkindless. No more, we don't suggest it at all.

Pasta was probably frozen. Some arrived hard. Salmon sauce, well. Someone else is training. Too heavy, which means a lot to me. Salad dressed strangely. Probably some kind of pumpkin oil that doesn't fit. Too bad. Then the hut is cold. Grappa was necessary, neat. Too bad. There's still a lot of practice to be done.

The service was really friendly! The atmosphere there is a bit “old-fashioned” and no longer as inviting and friendly. There weren't very many guests there either. The food was okay, but the food my friend ordered was wrong, even though there were only two of us in the restaurant when we ordered. The food itself was okay, but nothing that particularly stood out.

The pizza is good, the service is friendly. We were there at lunchtime, the restaurant was full, but it took a long time for the food to arrive.

The pictures on the homepage give the impression that it is a solid Italian restaurant with an authentic 80s flair (white tablecloths, green plants, cozy lighting with candles at the table). None of this applies: no tablecloths, dried house plants, no decorations on the table apart from a desolate plastic flower, the energy-saving lights in the lamps flicker penetratingly. Unfortunately, the food didn't come out either. No vinegar or oil is served with the salad and the sparsely used yellow-green dressing tasted very strange. The pizzas were drowning in grated cheese and tasted primarily heavy and greasy. All in all, a disappointment, but it was already apparent before entering the restaurant, as even the neon sign was only half intact. Unfortunately, the actually good substance of the restaurant is not maintained.

We ordered New Year's dinner, wasted money, the food was tasteless, the service was very slow, and the waiter was also rude to us when I asked for fish, because the meat was inedible, despite the fact that we paid 85 euros for children as adults, and received much less than what was described, and this new year🥴

Attention: B-MY Munich voucher is not accepted! We wanted to try the pizzeria because it was listed in the B-MY Munich 2025 voucher book with a 2 for 1 voucher. Unfortunately, we were refused the use of the voucher, even though the voucher book/app is up to date. This is very annoying and we as guests cannot be responsible for any miscommunication with the organizer.

Nel menù c'era scritto che il risotto era agli scampi mentre era un riso basmati con i gamberi. La bruschetta Romana era piena di aglio. La matriciana aveva un sugo con gusto dolce. Il filetto era molto buono ma il pure era semplicemente accennato. I Dolci erano molto buoni, specialmente il tiramisù e il mascarpone ai frutti di bosco, Alla fine, l'ammontare del conto sembrava che i gestori non sapessero che io avessi anticipato il pagamento con Open table, poi veniva rettificato perché controllavano e pagavo il restante conto alla carta, ma alla fine aspettavo il resto in denaro.. che spiacevolmente ho dovuto reclamare personalmente, regolarizzato tutto salutato e mi godevo i loro fuochi d'artificio... Buon anno 2025!!!

We have eaten and ordered here several times. However, this time the food just wasn't good. We shared the mixed starters. They were careless and we could have done better ourselves. The two spaghetti dishes were also bottomless. Small pieces of spaghetti that were cooked far too soft and tasted bland. We told the waitress about this, but she wasn't really interested. Otherwise the service was attentive and polite. Unfortunately we had to spend the evening in our winter jackets because the room wasn't heated. It's a shame because we were hoping for more for our money.

I have never eaten such a sticky pizza anywhere. Only lukewarm and served at the table. In addition, there was not a single beef dish on a Saturday evening, which meant that a large part of the meat dishes were omitted. This should be mentioned when the menu is handed out, and not just after this dish has been selected. The pizza went back into the kitchen after the second photo because this dough was so spongy and just became more and more as you chewed. In short, this was due to the mozzarella cheese, without anything else happening here. After an experience like that you won't come back again

We had the pizza twice with buffalo mozzarella, capers and spicy salami. They were ok, but you can expect more for €17.90. Pepper and oils only on request. Could actually be put right at the beginning. Facility is a little older.

We were there for lunch with the TÜV Academy, disgusting rolled roast, mashed potatoes with peas and carrots, alternatively cold, loveless pasta with tomato sauce. I've rarely eaten worse, loveless, bland, without sauce, in the direction of disgusting. Please why are you offering food like this, I would never eat there again.

The minestrone for €8.90 was a tomato soup (can?) with tasteless frozen vegetables. Never again.

Went there this afternoon to check whether the restaurant, under new (!) ownership, would be suitable for a publishing event next Tuesday. Were received very rudely, as a group from a further education institution nearby seemed to be more interesting. Very disappointing when we think back to the previous Italian owners:( That's not how you should treat (new) guests. But as we all know, pride comes before a fall.

The ham on the pizza wasn't good at all and generally didn't taste good. My colleague almost vomited because of the ham. Better no more pizza...

The food is excellent, the prices are OK, the staff is very kind and the place is very quiet. They can adapt almost anything from the menu as you desire. Located in a business area you can find tables in the evening without any problem but a little bit it's busy in the morning.

Unfortunately the food had no taste at all. The bruschetta was OK. The noodles should actually have been returned. Pasta cooked too long and without salt. The sauce tasted indefinable and definitely had nothing to do with Bolognese. Not even salt could save it. It didn't taste like anything. Very unfortunate. That's how it was for everyone at the table. Only the pizza was probably good. It's a shame, but we won't be coming anymore. The service was attentive and very friendly.

We went to the pizzeria to watch football. This also worked well in the first half. However, no more in the second half due to internet problems.

For just under €15, the portions have shrunk by half. The taste of the same dish varies almost every time you order it. We had already ordered a few times because it actually tasted good overall. However, I think we won't order anymore.

Bad service, wrong order, no German on the phone and the error is blamed on Lieferando. Then it is stated that the food is still coming and suddenly only the mailbox is answered. Never order there!

I don't recommend this place for food delivery. They mixed up my order and gave it to the wrong courier. I waited for nearly an hour, only to find out that I wouldn't be getting my food delivered and that there was nothing they could do about it.

The antipasti.....that was more of a snack plate...sausage and ham from the discount store....not real antipasti as we know them. I think 14.90 euros is just too expensive for that. The cannelon were cold inside. Service was so-so... after the meal it was only hesitantly cleared away. Service overall was rather slow. Price/performance ratio was definitely not right.

I ordered a seafood salad to take away over the phone. A colleague was there for me and suddenly the seafood was out. Ok, it can happen. Alternatively, a salad was made with ready-made, cheap salmon from the package, some feta and olives and the whole thing without dressing. I'm sorry, but who's going to eat this?? The taste doesn't match at the front and back and especially not without dressing. Furthermore, €13.90 is far too overpriced for such cheap ingredients and the dish is worth a maximum of €7. It's really a disgrace what you're offering!!!

Italian restaurant with a focus on pasta and pizza and daily specials. The menu is complemented by meat and fish dishes as well as salads. For dessert there are the usual suspects like panna cotta. The food is good, the staff is good. Tables outside in summer.

World class pizzas - amazing fish and all the finest pasta and salad dishes!! The owners are simply the best - always friendly and really La Familia - that's how it should be. I am very satisfied with my visit. The food was very tasty and also very affordable due to the “pizza day”. Staff was very hospitable and moved very quickly. Quite full at lunchtime but that wasn't a problem because of the many seating options there are outside.

Unfortunately, we have to agree with the previous reviews of the New Year's Eve menu 2023, it was catastrophic. First of all, we felt sorry for the ladies in service, they couldn't do anything for the obviously non-existent organization and, above all, for the poor quality of the food, which was absolutely inappropriate for the price. That was just a rip off. The dishes had nothing to do with the flowery descriptions on the menu. Not to mention "La Notte Italiana" and "New Year's Eve Gala", the whole atmosphere was loveless. We paid full price plus all drinks. The only compensation the owner offered was a grappa or espresso on the house... which is standard at any other Italian restaurant for a menu in this price range. As the only cause after previous complaints To say that the restaurant manager and a waitress were absent is a farce. The real shame is the quality of the food presented. Update February 10, 2024: The following complaint was filed with Google about my review: "Ladies and Gentlemen, we are authorized in this matter. Our customer expressly welcomes reviews with real experiences. However, he informs us that no business relationship with the reviewer can be reconstructed. There is also no other point of contact through which the evaluator could have formed an opinion. In this context, in accordance with the case law of October 25, 2011 - VI ZR 93/10 (BGH) & August 9, 2022 VI ZR 1244/20 (BGH), I would like to ask you to research this violation and, if necessary, contact the author of the review and to delete the review unless the reviewer provides evidence to the contrary." Great Italian place with delicious pizza. My personal recommendation is the Pizza Tartufata - a perfect blend between truffle and Rucola. Yum! Also the dough is quite nice! Insider tip: on Thursday and Friday they offer every pasta (Thursday) or pizza (Friday) for 8,90€ - a real bargain. The interior is nothing special but feels very welcoming though. Even without the discount recommended! ***UPDATE*** In the meantime I tried out their Thursday offer and had Spaghetti Mediterranei. The taste is nice and the portion is enough. The only con is that it is a bit oily. On top veggie options are very limited.

Don't be put off by the old decoration of the premises. San Marino pizzas are very good! The dough is thin and crispy, just the way we like it. I would perhaps ask for a little less tomato in the base but that is already personal taste.

Always tasty and I always enjoyed getting my pizza there, but unfortunately there is no discount for pick-up. Unfortunately, the prices were recently raised by 10%, so the food has become really expensive compared to pick-up.

Large pizza, but rather mediocre in taste. A relatively large amount of strong oregano was spread on the pizza, so unfortunately you could only taste the spice. The alleged pizza knife was a dull metal blade and was long past its best. The ambience is quite open, but this makes it feel less cozy. The flashing fairy lights and the regularly flickering lamps on the wall were clearly annoying and as an employee I would probably go crazy. Nevertheless, the service is very courteous and the prices are okay. Very tasty oil is served.

Good food and very tasty pizzas. We were there on New Year's Eve and not everything went 100% smoothly (still had a nice evening!) but there was a long and detailed email from the manager and an apology. Today we were able to convince ourselves again of the great quality of the food. We gave San Marino another chance and that was a good thing. Simply great! Thank you.

Ich habe hier spontan meinen Geburtstag gefeiert, da der Italiener, bei dem ich ursprünglich reserviert hatte, meine Reservierung verbummelt hat. Das Team hat uns 14 Überraschungsgäste super aufgenommen, sogar spontan länger geöffnet und wir hatten einen tollen Abend. Das Essen war gut. Vielen Dank, dass ihr meinen Geburtstag nach der Pleite des anderen Italieners noch so würdevoll gerettet habt. Da der Laden recht groß ist, kann man hier sehr gut in größeren Gruppen essen. Nur die Antipasti-Platte könnte man meiner Meinung nach interessanter, vegetarischer und auch italienischer gestalten

Auch ich hatte das Silvester Menü gebucht. Und wie man schon mehrfach lesen konnte, war es ein absolutes Desaster. Vorab, es wurde in den bildhaftesten Beschreibungen ein 5 Gänge Silvester-Menü versprochen. Leider war die Realität ganz anders! Wir hatten um 21 Uhr reserviert, der 1. Gang kam dann gegen 22:15.... der 2. um 23:00 Uhr.... auf den Rest hatten wir dann keine Lust mehr und haben aus Zeitgründen dann nur noch den Nachtisch gegessen. Das Essen war lieblos und geschmacklos und von den Beschreibungen wie "kunstvoll arrangiertes saisonales Gemüse" oder "meisterhaft abgeschmeckt" meilenweit entfernt. Das Carpaccio sah aus wie ein Tiefkühl Produkt von Metro und die Suppe war kalt. Der Brownie so trocken und hart, dass man damit jemanden erschlagen konnte. Alles in allem ein riesen Flop!! Dass das Personal ggf kurzfristig wegen Krankheit ausfällt ist sicherlich ein Teil des Problems, aber selbst wenn alles rechtzeitig serviert worden wäre, entsprach die Qualität von dem was wir bekommen hatten auf keinen Fall dem verlangten Preis und dem Versprochenen. Zumal ein etwas schöneres Ambiente mit einer Tischdecke für so einen Anlass auch nicht gerade verkehrt gewesen wäre. Der Geschäftsführer vor Ort hat zumindest versprochen, ein Teil des bezahlten Geldes zurückzuerstatten.... schauen wir mal ob das auch passiert. Update: Die Rückerstattung hat einwandfrei funktioniert und der Geschäftsführer hatte sich in einer Email sehr ausführlich entschuldigt und die Probleme erklärt. Desweiteren hat er uns zu einem erneuten Testessen auf Kosten des Hauses eingeladen um uns von der normalen Qualität und des Services zu überzeugen. Das haben wir wahrgenommen und es war wirklich alles sehr gut. Das Essen und der Service! Das alles macht den Silvesterabend zwar nicht ungeschehen ABER es war eine super Reaktion und eine schöne Entschuldigung. Nachdem das Essen wirklich gut war habe ich die Bewertung wieder auf 4 Sterne gesetzt.

Wir haben hier Pizza bestellt. Erstmal haben wir 110 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Ich hatte eine Pizza Funghi. Die war total verbrannt, die Champignons sahen aus als ob sie vor 4h auf die Pizza gelegt wurden und die Pizza war absolut trocken.

Nous avions choisi ce restaurant pour fêter le passage à la nouvelle année. Sur le papier, nous allions passer une belle soirée, le menu de 5 plats était alléchant. Nous avons donc pas hésité et avons payé par avance le repas (85€ par personne hors boissons). Les avis postés sur le web étaient bons. Hélas.... Une fois la coupe de Prosecco dégustée, les 2 premiers plats nous ont été servis avec un délai de 1/2 heure à une heure entre chaque. Plus d'une heure d'attente pour le troisième et aprés... plus rien. La soirée était gâchée !!! A 23h45, nous décidions de quitter le restaurant, (plusieurs autres clients ont fait de même) trés mécontents. Un responsable du restaurant, nous a expliqué la raison de ce naufrage (2 membres du personnel ont quittés leur poste sans prévenir), mais la direction n'a pas assuré. Les serveuses ont fait tout ce qu'elle pouvaient, elles ne sont pour rien dans ce fiasco. Le responsable nous a promis un remboursement partiel du repas et a tenu parole. Cela ne rattrape malheureusement pas la soirée ratée. De plus, la qualité des mets n'était pas en rapport avec le descriptif du menu. Carpaccio servi sans assaisonement, roulade de volaille sans sauce, et le brownie du dessert (emporté et mangé plus tard) sec et dur. Le constat d'échec est sans appel pour cette soirée. En espérant que ce restaurant saura mieux satisfaire ses clients à l'avenir.

Lamentable, nous sommes partis à minuit sans avoir été servi de notre plat principal. Arrivée à 20h, le service a été un véritable chaos qui nous a gâché notre soirée nouvel an, nous avons en plus raté feux d’artifices que nous avions prévu de voir a olympia park, je ne recommande pas ce restaurant. Le repas à 85€ ayant été prépayé, nous nous sommes donc retrouvé pris en otage. Soirée de nouvel an totalement gâchée par ce restaurateur incapable de faire face a la situation, de plus le peu de nourriture servie était de qualité médiocre sans sauces, sans assaisonnement. Le restaurateur a finalement remboursé 50% du prix total des repas et offert les boissons.

Sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Bedienung, schnelle Zubereitungszeit der Pizzen und Nudeln, Pizza mit sehr fluffigem Rand, hatte ich schon viele Jahre nicht mehr. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Es war eine absolute Katastrophe an Silvester. Wir haben von 20h-0.30h insgesamt nur die 2 Vorspeisen bekommen: Carpaccio ohne Dressing (noch nie so lieblos gesehen) und eine eiskalte Suppe, die schon ewig irgendwo stand. Nach den Vorspeisen folgte dann nur noch ein Brownie, der so hart wie Stein war. Der Zwischengang und Hauptgang fielen dann halt komplett aus, da auch keiner mehr um 2h nachts ein Rinderfilet essen wollte. Wie mehrere Gäste bereits vor Ort bzw. hier bei den Rezessionen erwähnt haben, war es ein absoluter Reinfall. Einmal und nie wieder. Personalmangel hin oder her, das Team funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Ich hoffe, dass es der blonden Kellnerin gut geht. Sie wirkte - verständlicherweise - als wäre sie kurz vor einem Nervenzusammenbruch gewesen. Mir tat das ganze Personal einfach nur leid. An dem Abend konnte man nichts mehr retten. Hier fehlt definitiv ein richtiges Management. Der Restaurantleiter fehlte an diesem besonderen Abend ebenfalls. Kleiner Trost: Wir bekommen 75% des Gesamtpreises erstattet. Da wir im Vorfeld zahlen sollten, fühlten sich viele Gäste in der Situation gefangen. Hier sollte man fair sein und jedem Gast einen Teil zurückerstatten. Das Restaurant hat an diesem Abend leider ein fettes Minusgeschäft gemacht. Schade.

Zeit: Nachdem die Bedienung unsere Bestellung dann aufgenommen hatte, kam der erste Gang nach guten 45 Minuten. Auf die Frage ob wir anschließend danach, gleich mit dem 2. Gang weitermachen wollen, haben wir mit Ja geantwortet. Der 2. Gang (Suppe) ließ dann über eine Stunde auf sich warten, auch auf Nachfrage dauert es noch einige Zeit länger. Die restlichen Gänge wurden in ähnlich schnellem Tempo geliefert, sodass wir dann nach geschlagenen 4 Stunden dieses Restaurant endlich verlassen konnten. Essen: Das Essen war grausam. Angefangen beim ersten Gang. Meine Freundin und ich nahmen beide das Rinder-Carpaccio, welches viel zu wässrig und geschmacklos war. Zum Carpaccio wurden außerdem weder Salz, Pfeffer noch Brot an den Tisch gegeben. Der zweite Gang bestand aus einer Karotten- und Kartoffelsuppe, sowie einer Minestrone. Bei diesen muss man sagen dass sie geschmacklich nicht schlecht waren, jedoch auch nicht gut. Auch bekamen wir die Suppen lauwarm und mit wenig Inhalt. Der 3. Gang bestehend aus Roulade von der Putenbrust gefüllt mit Oliven, Paprika, Tomaten und Käse, sowie Frühlingsrollen mit Salat für meine Freundin, waren geschmacklich in Ordnung. Jedoch waren die Frühlingsrollen verbrannt und sahen aus wie aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Die Roulade kam kalt und war daher auch nur noch bedingt genießbar. Die angegebene Soße (Champignonsoße) zur Putenbrustroulade fehlte komplett. Der Hauptgang war ebenfalls eine Enttäuschung. Das Rinderfilet kam ohne Soße, die Bratkartoffeln waren matschig und schmeckten nicht gut. Geschmacklich war das Rinderfilet nicht schlecht, jedoch viel zu flachsig. Die Nachspeise war ein Brownie-Mini-Törtchen, welches so hart war, dass man es kaum auseinander bekam. Transparenz: Wir hätten uns an dem Abend etwas mehr Transparenz gewünscht seitens des Chefs. Dieser hat sich nicht einmal zu dieser ganzen Misere geäußert und versuchte nichtmal trotz dieses gewaltigen Fauxpases die Situation zu erklären. Fazit: So ein Erlebnis wünsche ich niemand

Lamentable, 3 heures d’attente pour 3 plats, pas d’explication… nous sommes finalement partis avant d’être servi du plat principal vers minuit. La qualité de la nourriture fut aussi en dessous de tout pour un menu à 85€, il suffit de lire les avis sur google pour avoir une idée générale… Nous étions venu fêter nouvel an entre amis et assister au feu d’artifice mais ce fut une soirée ratée et le feu d’artifice nous a échappé, merci San Marino!! Tres déçu de ce restaurant

Im Großen und ganzen echt gut! Bedienung sehr nett und aufmerksam. Kaffee und "ein Schnapserl" gab es vom Haus. Schwach ist allerdings, dass ein italienisches Restaurant keine Balsamicoessig mehr hat!

Sehr zufrieden, leckeres Essen und schnelle Bedienung. Restaurant war Mittags schon recht voll, unbedingt reservieren!

Wir waren gestern zum Abendessen im San Marino. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, weswegen wir etwas gewartet haben. Es hat sich aber gelohnt. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die zwei jungen Damen haben einen sehr freundlichen Service geleistet. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Abend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Based on other reviews, we selected this restaurant. So disappointing. As tourists staying in the Old Town, thought it would be nice to get outside the touristy areas. Atrocious service, 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. Another 45 minutes to get food. And when it finally arrived, the food was extremely mediocre by any standard. And not everything we ordered showed up. After paying for a taxi to get out and back…really bad experience. Don’t understand how anyone thinks this a good restaurant.

Die Einrichtung ist etwas aus der Mode gekommen. Die Pizza war ganz ok. Der Service war prima.

Nista posebno..konobar nas sluzio u prsluku, donosenje hrane jednom dok ostali cekaju nije u redu.. jedino konobar jedan je bio ljubazan i prijatan.. ostalo restoran kao restoran ne bih se vratio opet
