Don Pepe, Restaurant u. Heimservice in München

Very nice staff, large selection and tastes + fast delivery service!

Don Pepe has just appeared on Lieferando and has a very attractive offer. We wanted to use this on Friday evening; Lieferando said: Minimum order value €20.00, there was no delivery fee. I ordered a cheese pasta for myself with all the extras of parmesan + gratinated with cheese. My husband took the 8 onion rings with sweet and sour dip. And to top the MBW, we took 2 more Mousse Au Chocolates. The order value was therefore €22.80. Luckily there was still the option to pay with cash - so thank God we chose that! Because: Our meal was announced to us 38 minutes later - but only after 15 to 20 minutes did a cell phone number call me - it was Don Pepe. They are probably 10 km away from us, so they have a minimum order value of €30 instead of €20, which is what we would do now. I initially insisted on delivery, as it is actually not my problem if the minimum order value is set too low! But ultimately the gentleman on the phone didn't change his point of view, which led to a cancellation. Picking up is not possible; I am severely disabled and don't have a car! This behavior, as every businesswoman should know, causes lasting damage to the image of his/her company! Basically everyone deserves a second chance but some people lose it through such business practices! Conclusion: Before you reject customers with serious sales and permanently scare them away, first make sure that all the conditions fit as they appear to your satisfaction...

We arrived on Sunday, it said it was open. In the end, we arrived and it was closed. I really didn't like this.

Great pizzas and salads. Previously they had only ordered to run. Ate there for the first time today. I like it! Entrance is a bit difficult to find. This one is with PaPa. We'll definitely be back!!!
