Very friendly staff, large selection and tasty + fast delivery service!

Don Pepe has recently appeared on Lieferando and has a very attractive offer. We wanted to take advantage of this on Friday evening; Lieferando stated: Minimum order value €20.00, no delivery fee. I ordered a cheese pasta for myself, even with all the extras, including Parmesan cheese and baked with cheese. My husband went for the 8 onion rings with sweet and sour dip. And to top it off, we also ordered two chocolate mousses. The total order value was €22.80. Luckily, they also offered the option to pay with cash – so thank goodness we chose that! Because: Our food was announced for 38 minutes later – but it wasn't until 15 to 20 minutes later that a cell phone number called me – it was Don Pepe. They were apparently 10 km away from us, so they had a minimum order value of €30 instead of €20, which we would do now. I had initially insisted on delivery, of course, since it's actually not my problem if the minimum order value is set too low! But ultimately, the gentleman on the phone didn't change his mind, which led to a cancellation. Picking up isn't possible; I'm severely disabled and don't have a car! This behavior, as every businesswoman should know, permanently damages their company's image! Fundamentally, everyone deserves a second chance, but some even forfeit it through such business practices! Conclusion: Before you reject and permanently alienate customers with serious sales potential, first make sure that all the terms and conditions are in a way that seems to satisfy you...

We arrived on Sunday, it said it was open. In the end, we arrived and it was closed. I really didn't like this.

Great pizzas and salads. Previously they had only ordered to run. Ate there for the first time today. I think it's GREAT! Entrance is a bit difficult to find. This one is with PaPa. We'll definitely be back!!!
