Completely unfriendly, the caller simply hangs up after asking if they can deliver outside of their area.

I ordered online today, the food was great and arrived on time, I can only recommend it

We order regularly from Salza Treff and are always impressed by the freshly prepared food, which tastes truly outstanding. For us, Salza Treff in Bad Langensalza and the surrounding area is our absolute first choice. From ordering by phone, where you're clearly understood – which unfortunately isn't the case everywhere – to delivery, where the drivers are always extremely friendly, we always experience a thoroughly enjoyable ordering experience. Keep up the good work!

The food didn't taste good. The meat on the doner pizza tasted stale and like a meatball. The tomato sauce tasted like water.

The food has really gone downhill, we've ordered often, the last time the food was really bad, the fries weren't even properly fried, the food was limp... we didn't feel good afterwards... we'll switch to another one... it's a shame that it turned out this way.

Salza Treff is my favorite kebab shop, and I've been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, orders are often incorrectly executed or forgotten, which I consider a legitimate criticism. Apart from that, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the drivers. They are always open for a quick chat and, with their positive attitude, contribute to a pleasant atmosphere. Please keep up the good work!

When I read some of the reviews here I wonder if we visited the same pizzeria. I've been eating there several times a year for years. Both by delivery and by self-collection. Of course, sometimes one or two ingredients are wrong or you get the wrong number when you order by phone. It is not easy for everyone there to understand the caller. But I was there in person and know how stressful it is there sometimes. I'm sure (if possible) if you mention it you can surely get a new order with the desired ingredients. I also noticed that the bill was offset by 50ct (once in almost four years). Either you go there or you accept it. I like the food there (some more, some less, but that's the case everywhere). I don't like the baguettes because they are always soggy, but everything else tastes good. The staff is friendly and if you've been going there for a while you can have great conversations. They have never happened to me unfriendly in all my 8 years (I've eaten there before, just didn't order it myself because I'm a teenager). I like being there and if you want to order something, "Salza Treff" is one of my first choices. If you've had bad experiences: I'm really sorry, but give yourself a try and try again 😊.

Kebab auf dem Teller schmeckt gut, besonders wenn er lokal serviert wird. Im Übrigen gibt es viele Dinge, die meine Vorbehalte wecken. Lahmacun ist manchmal lecker, manchmal fühlt es sich an, als wäre es schlampig zubereitet worden. Kommt auf den Koch an. Es kam vor, dass es mal groß und mal kleiner war, sodass man immer wieder in den Kühlschrank schaute, weil man immer noch hungrig war. Nicht cool. Ich nahm zwei Stücke für mich und meinen Partner, eines war viel kleiner und kostete gleich viel. Auch nicht cool. Ich habe auch Bedenken, online zu bestellen. Ich weiß nicht, warum sie die Möglichkeit haben, zusätzliche Zutaten auszuwählen, denn wenn ich eine zusätzliche Zutat möchte und diese in der Bestellung auswähle, ist sie nicht vorhanden. (???) Es ist schon dreimal passiert. Einmal schrieb ich eine Beschwerde, dass ich sie nicht erhalten und bezahlt habe, aber sie riefen nur eine Woche später mit Beschwerden an. Mein Partner wusste nicht, worum es ging, weil wir diese Mängel bereits vergessen hatten. Ich habe dort schon oft eingekauft, möchte aber nicht mehr enttäuscht werden.

Takes too long. Doesn't taste good

This is the second time we've ordered online, and the second time the food arrived cold and 45 minutes later than stated. And both times, it arrived AFTER I called. This time, not a word from the driver! Apparently, it was because of road closures in Langensalza... Yeah, right. We live less than a 10-minute walk away. I'd prefer to give it zero points.

Very tasty and the price is right. Gladly again!

I visited the place and loved the experience. From the first moment the atmosphere was welcoming and the service impeccable. The servers were attentive and friendly, making sure everything was perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy good food in a pleasant environment. A 10/10!

I come from Baden Württemberg and have to travel 4-5 hours for this delicious baked kebab. Food is freshly prepared and the staff is also very nice and friendly. The kebab shop has been my trusted shop for 12 years!

We pre-ordered two pizzas and the stated waiting time was 20 minutes. The quality was very poor, the base was totally flaky and instead of fresh mushrooms we were met with canned goods... simply disgusting, you should switch to Margarita, you can't go wrong or change the pizzeria.

A big compliment to the kebab pizza, keep the quality up. Prices are also stable, family pizza €7 less than at Orient and co. And it tastes even better, you can't go wrong, kind regards

Ordered 1x salami baquette - moldy bread -hardly baked... like a raw bread roll - Disintegrates into all parts when unpacked Ordered 2x cheeseburgers -Meat is cheap frozen food -Meat was not freshly fried, but was removed from aluminum foil -no slice of cheese but just a spoonful of ready-made cheese sauce There are at least 5 people running around there. Hardly any customers in the store.. no noticeable hustle and bustle.. Why? Because the food is just assembled! nothing is made fresh... everything is frozen! You are hardly noticed and the order is taken rather annoyed. You won't be given a glance when paying... no "goodbye" Well, you can eat your moldy bread and frozen meat yourself... never again!

Unfortunately that was nothing - ordered online with requests for changes. The current delivery status was 35 minutes late and unfortunately the food wasn't promising either. Children's meals are pure fries with nuggets or something similar in a package. A Kiddibox would be more appealing here. Canned mushrooms and requests for changes not taken into account. Maybe we were just unlucky today, but it's annoying.

I'm really mad, you can't afford to make so many mistakes! The food used to be so good, but now you get the wrong order, hair in your food that smiles at you and last but not least a piece of plastic in your food!!!!!! Absolutely not possible! They become more expensive but the quality deteriorates! That was the absolute last time!

The Salza Treff Restaurant offers an excellent experience! The staff are extremely friendly and warm. It was my first visit and I was thrilled: the pizzas were incredibly tasty and the service was simply top. Absolutely recommended!

I've been a regular guest for years. The food is always freshly prepared and it always tastes very good. The friendly manner of the employees, whether in the store or when delivering, speaks for itself. The drivers are always very nice and deliver the food very quickly. There are other shops where the drivers calculate the tips themselves in advance. For me the absolute number 1 in Bad Langensalza. I can only recommend the Salza treff to everyone with the best knowledge and certainty. Keep it up, stay as you are.

We placed our order online at 9:15 p.m. but it was rejected, when we called it said there was no more delivery, when we asked directly why it said they closed at 10 p.m. and were now no longer accepting food at 9:15 p.m.! We then said in a friendly tone: We're very sorry, we didn't know that, after all, the menu says delivery times until 10 p.m. and if that's the case, no more food will be accepted after 9:15 p.m., maybe it can be changed on the menu After that the man on the phone became very rude and reacted very irritably with, among other things, "that it would be logical not to accept food from 9:30 p.m., after all he has to clean the shop too." when we pointed it out again When our order came in at 9:15 p.m., he rudely said what we wanted to eat now. I understand that you don't start cleaning the shop until 10 p.m., but then you should write it down on the card. My experiences with the “Salza Treff” were mixed and mixed. We tried the restaurant three times, with deliveries on different days and times, and once with self-collection. The positive aspect is definitely the fast delivery. Unfortunately, the negative aspects were numerous. The meat had an unpleasant aftertaste, was cold and very hard, which greatly impaired the enjoyment. There were discrepancies with every order, be it incorrect orders or missing items. The last order was particularly disappointing as all the food arrived cold and caused unpleasant health consequences for four adults and one child after consumption. This aspect is extremely worrying and raises serious questions about food safety. In addition, the billing was incorrect as we were charged €40, although after checking we only came to an amount of €32. This added another negative aspect to the overall disappointing experience. Overall, I hope that "Salza Treff" is able to address these issues and make improvements in the quality of food, accuracy of orders, and overall customer satisfaction.

Food tastes good. However, mistakes have been made frequently in the last few weeks. For the daily specials we now had to pay the full amount from time to time, dishes that were not ordered were incorrectly noted. Or even 1 or 2 dishes were missing.

Delicious if you go by snack bar standards. It was really nice to point out Schnitzel Day to me.

Dauer der Lieferung viel zu lange als angegeben. Schön wäre es wenn man online bestellt auch per Email Benachrichtigt wird das die Bestellung unterwegs ist und nicht Stunden lang warten muss ohne zu wissen was Sache ist

Sehr leckeres Essen zu guten Preisen. Wir waren am Montag dort - es war Schnitzeltag und wirklich lecker.

Also ich verstehe diese schlechten Rezensionen nicht, der Laden ist sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung mag etwas veraltet sein jedoch ist das kein Grund für eine negative Bewertung. Das Essen schmeckt immer sehr gut. In der Speisekarte werden sehr viele unterschiedliche Speisen angeboten und ich würde es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Jedes mal wenn ich aus Berlin zu besuch in Langensalza bin, bleibt der Salza Treff nicht aus. Nette Inhaber, gute Auswahl in der Speisekarte und jedes mal ist das Essen ein genuss. Weiter so 👍

Seit Jahren Stammkunde hier, weil es super lecker ist und alle auch sehr nett sind. Alles frisch zubereitet, lecker Döner und knusprige Pommes, jederzeit empfehlenswert!

Früher war das Essen warm, wenn es geliefert wurde. Heute bekommt man einen aufgeweichten Karton mit kalter Pizza oder kalte Nudeln. Man fragt nach einer Wartezeit und bekommt ca. 1 Std gesagt, dann wartet man fast 2 Std. Schade

Mega schnell fertig als die Zeit angabe wahr und sehr sehr lecker Top👍

Die döner waren ok, die Pizza bereue ich noch heute. Der Boden war nicht ganz durchgebacken und der Geschmack leider etwas fade. An dem Abend war viel los aber das ist kein Grund die Pizza halb fertig rauszuholen. Keine Wiederholungsgefahr. Allerdings hatte ich auch schon schlechtere. Deswegen drei 🌟
