Sehr leckere Pizza und freundliche Bedienung

Das Essen war ganz in Ordnung. Die hauseigene Limonaden waren super. Der Service war echt schlecht. Wir mussten mehrfach fragen, wenn wir was wollten. Es kam keiner selbstständig zu uns. Als wir was bestellen konnten, dann mit viel Unfreundlichkeit. Abgeräumt wurde der Tisch auch lange nicht. Um 22 Uhr wurden dann die Tische und Stühle sehr laut verschoben, sodass wir schnell bezahlt haben und gegangen sind. Ich war früher schon, bei den alten Besitzern dort, aber jetzt.... Wir kommen definitiv nicht mehr.

Wirklich sehr schöne Pizzeria und sehr netter Service.nur die Pizza war nicht ganz mein Geschmack. Schade. 15euro für eine salamipizza mit Rucola , was ich echt teuer fand,und die Hälfte wandert in den Mülleimer.schade Meine Hündin wollte sie auch nicht haben

Wir waren in einer Gruppe zum Abendessen hier. Das Ambiente an einem warmen Sommertag war super, das Essen absolut hervorragend (sehr zu empfehlen). Allerdings empfand ich den Service als unterirdisch. Extrem lange Wartezeiten - sei es bis zur Bestell-Aufnahme bis hin zur Essenlieferung an den Tisch. Das Essen kam dann verteilt über 40min, sodass der erste schon längst fertig gegessen hat bis für den Letzten die Pizza kam. Es muss dringend am Service gearbeitet werden, dann kann ich das Restaurant bestens empfehlen.

Wir haben Sonntag Mittag spontan einen Platz im großzügigen Außenbereich bekommen. Leider war keiner der Angestellten trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage in der Lage den großen Sonnenschirm aufzuklappen! Irgendwann haben wir dann doch noch einen Tisch im Schatten ergattern können. Das Essen war gut, insgesamt hat es aber zu lange gedauert. Der Service war im allgemeinen etwas zu langsam.

Naja, ganz ok. Wir haben 2 kinder Pizza 🍕 Und 2 erwachsene Pizza 🍕 gegessen. Leider waren die Pizzen teilweise ganzschön schwarz. Für uns nicht nicht wirklich zu genießen. Das Ambiente war ganz ok Wir wurden an einen dunklen Tisch im Keller gesetzt.. War halt für den Kellner der kürzeste Weg.Der war eh etwas reserviert, der Kellner. Keine nachgefragt ob was fehlt oder ob es ins geschmeckt hat. Einfach nix. Im großen ganzen zu teuer und die Bedienung so lala... Wir kommen nicht mehr. Gibt bessere.

Sehr schön dort die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und Respektvoll das Essen war auch sehr lecker und gute Preise nur trinken könnte bisschen mehr sein aber sonst alles perfekt

Das Essen ist sehr gut und stellt zufrieden. Preislich eher hoch, dafür aber dennoch gutes Essen. Die Ambiente ist sehr beeindruckend und schön gestaltet, sodass man sich wohlfühlen kann. Der Service ist grundsätzlich sehr gut, verbesserungsbedarf besteht bei der Verfügbarkeit der Kellner. Die Freundlichkeit ist dennoch, größtenteils, gegeben.

Perfektes Essen, neapolitanische Pizza, toller Service, sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie auf der Durchreise sind.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben etwa drei Stunden vorher einen Tisch reserviert, weil wir nicht wussten, ob noch etwas frei ist. Zum Glück hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und zu unserem Tisch gebracht. Wir haben Steaks mit Kartoffeln bestellt – sehr lecker und perfekt zubereitet. Das Essen kam schnell, die Portionen waren groß und wir sind richtig satt geworden. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Kaffee und der Cappuccino waren sehr gut. Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist gemütlich und die Preise sind absolut in Ordnung. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Von uns 5 Sterne! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Die Lachs Pasta Geschmacklich Mittelmäßig für 18€ etwas Teuer Portion zu Klein

War wirklich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Restaurant war bis auf 2 Plätze leer und ich dachte - schnell was zum Mittag wird schon passen. Aber die Pizza sah nicht nur toll aus, sondern war wirklich lecker. Komme gerne wieder!

Das Essen ist super lecker! Der Essensgeruch im Restaurant ist wirklich extrem, die Klamotten riechen stark nach Essen, so als hätte man direkt vor dem Ofen gestanden. Teilweise brennen/ tränen einem die Augen, wir machten dann irgendwann selbstständig das Fenster auf. Das nützte natürlich nur bedingt etwas. Es wäre schön wenn mehr nach der Belüftung im Restaurant geschaut werden würde.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern zum Essen, zwei von ihnen sind auf den Rollstuhl angewiesen. Bereits am Eingang hat uns das Personal freundlich empfangen und Hilfe angeboten. Unsere Tochter die eigentlich keine Pizza wollte hat von ihrem Bruder die halbe weg gegessen weil sie so lecker war, der Sohn meinte die Nudeln waren die besten die er bisher gegessen hat. Auch wir Erwachsenen fanden das Essen wirklich lecker. Das Ambiente war sehr schön, meine Tochter meinte meinte die haben dekoriert wie wenn jemand Geburtstag feiert. Was uns noch sehr positiv aufgefallen ist der Raum war trotz seiner Größe so gestaltet das es eine angenehme Akustik gab was nicht viele hinbekommen.

Heute das erste mal Pizza bestellt, war sehr lecker 😋. Kann man nur empfehlen.

Leckere neapolitanische Pizza. Schönes Lokal. Nette Bedienung. Essen und Getränke wurde schnell gebracht obwohl das Lokal recht voll war, da wir am zweiten Weihnachtsfeiertag dort waren.

Waren heute dort zu 4. Essen. Beim bestellen haben wir dann gemerkt, das sie relativ unflexibel sind was eine änderung angeht. (Wollten Putenbrust mit Pommes und Parmesansoße aber die Soße gibt es nur in Verbindung mit Nudeln) Auch wurde keine Suppe als Vorspeise angeboten.. Das Essen selbst war in Ordnung. Pizza hatte einen riesen Rand. Die Fleisch Gerichte waren OK. Der Salat hatte tatsächlich etwas zu viel Salatsoße. Zum Nachtisch wollten wir eine heiße Schokolade trinken, diese gab es bedauerlicherweise auch nicht. Also haben wir von zwei Desserts das Tiramisu gewählt. Hier haben wir dann festgestellt das es genau vor servieren fertiggestellt wurde. Ansicht schön aber zum Schluss war der Kaffee nicht richtig eingesaugt und noch warm. Auch die Creme war sehr dünn und es hat keinen Spaß gemacht es zu essen weil das Tiramisu einfach nicht "fertig" war. Das Ambiente war schön nur tatsächlich Recht laut wir haben auch nicht verstanden warum die Leute nicht mehr im Lokal verteilt wurden. Der Service war freundlich aber wir haben ihn immer Rufen müssen wenn wir was wollten. Die Klos waren in soweit sauber jedoch war eins Defekt und an der Eingangstür hat der Griff gefehlt. Wir sind gesättigt nach Hause aber volle Sterne konnten wir nicht vergeben.

The food is okay, mostly burgers and such, but the pasta is just so-so. The atmosphere is cool, they could do better.

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Zusammenstellung von Carbonara war zwar nicht klassisch, aber hatte Gehalt und geschmacklich eine sehr gute Note verdient. Das Schokoladen souffle war auch sehr lecker. Frische Früchte und Eis in einer interessanten und schönen Schale. Das nächste Mal probiere ich die Pizzen.

I was very satisfied. The carbonara wasn't a classic combination, but it was substantial and deserved a very good rating for its flavor. The chocolate soufflé was also delicious. Fresh fruit and ice cream in an interesting and attractive bowl. Next time I'll try the pizzas.

War gestern das erste Mal im Salve. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Bin eigentlich der Typ, och den Rand braucht man nicht. Gestern dachte ich, wow sogar der Rand schmeckt richtig gut. Würde behaupten, eine der besten Pizzen im großen Umkreis.

Pizza war der Hammer 🤩 bin so begeistert. Normalerweise esse ich nie den Rand, diesmal war er köstlich! Mein Hund durfte sogar mit ins Restaurant und darauf wurde auch Rücksicht gelegt. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Toiletten sauber. Werde definitiv wiederkommen. Weiter so!!

Die Pizza war gut, der Boden für meinen Geschmack etwas dünn und nicht knusprig. Der Rand war aber sehr knusprig und gut. Die Getränke waren auch in Ordnung. Wir haben allerdings sehr lange auf unsere Geteänke gewartet. Auf essen warte ich gerne, da kann mal viel los sein, aber auf ein Getränk sollte man keine 30min warten. Daher der kleine Abzug beim Service. Der Laden ist aber auch sehr weitläufig ich schätze daher entstehen die Wartezeiten. Insgesamt aber ein Besuch wert, wenn man eine Kleinigkeit essen und anschließend noch einen Cocktail trinken möchte.

The food is good, but doesn't necessarily stand out from similar restaurants nearby. Service was very friendly and attentive overall, although we had to wait quite a while for our order. The ambiance is very nice and definitely upper-class in Mosbach.

I was here with my family for dinner, everything was really amazing from the food to the staff. We had the pollo parmigiana and we were very satisfied. It was my first time eating it in this restaurant. Others had pizzas and pasta, they were also satisfied. We thank the whole team and we will be back again. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁❤️

September 13, 2025: The food was very good overall, and so was the location. Unfortunately, the service still has plenty of room for improvement: After dinner, we asked for the menu again to order dessert, but it arrived much later after another request. No one cared whether we wanted to order anything else, and no one showed up 20 minutes later. I then wanted to pay and, after the waitress finally showed up again, was told that we had to pay upstairs at the cash register. No one cared how we liked it either. The vaulted cellar is great as long as you're alone. Later, a small group joined us at the table next to us, and we could only converse at a considerable volume.

Naples is far? No problem! In Mosbach, you can enjoy authentic Italian flavors with Pizza Napolitana—simply delicious!

The Pizza Parma Napoletana with extra burrata at Salve Mosbach was simply sensational – the best pizza I've ever eaten. The dough was perfectly risen, the ingredients fresh and high-quality, the burrata creamy and full-flavored. And the atmosphere gives the whole thing that certain something. Mosbach can truly be grateful to have such a restaurant – a slice of authentic Naples in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!

The waitress should tell her face to look a bit friendlier. She was very unfriendly and rolled her eyes when we ordered the salad without onions. Otherwise, the food was OK; I would have liked a bit more dressing on my salad, but that's just whining at a high level.

Okay, if you don't expect any service and are in the mood for Italian food, you can do just fine. The terrace is a nice place to sit.

We sat outside. The ambiance is very nice. The table and chairs were very dirty. The service was very discreetly friendly. The food was abysmal. Whole, chewy sun-dried tomatoes were tasteless. The cheap, dyed olives were also bad. The Caesar salad was inedible. We won't be coming back!

My first time at this restaurant and probably my last. The initial enthusiasm quickly faded. The appetizers only arrived upon request, after several main courses had already been served. Empty glasses are of no interest. The dough on my forgotten pizza (it happens sometimes) was almost raw. You have to go to the counter to pay. No one even asks if everything was okay. Reviews were met with a shrug. Unfortunately, the only positive thing I can say is the location itself.

We were there this evening with a group of about 20 people (which we had already reserved in advance). After 15 minutes, the food and drinks were served, which was relatively quick. Unfortunately, we waited almost 2 hours for the last dishes. While some had already finished 45 minutes and their plates had already been cleared, some were still waiting for their pizzas. After about 90 minutes, a few people were asked again what they had actually ordered. The food itself was relatively okay, but it was definitely NOT worth the wait. Unfortunately, there was no apology or compensation. Not even when I paid, when I passed on my feedback to the waiter. It's a real shame, as the atmosphere was actually quite cozy.

Tastiest pizza yet Pizza was the tastiest I've ever eaten. The Aperol Mojito we had there was also special. I'm wondering how the recipe works, as I'd love to try it. We arrived at very short notice with our somewhat larger group and were able to snag a table outside.

We love Salve, especially in the summer where you can sit outside. The food is excellent.

"SALVE!" tempts us with Neapolitan pizza – we were curious to see if it lived up to its claim. The pizza dough was very tasty: aromatic, airy, and well-seasoned. The cornicione had risen nicely, but had excessive leopard skin in places – the typical dark bubbles were not just browned, but in some places, downright burnt. The crust was also very thin, which caused the topping to slip slightly when lifted. I had a Diavola, which the menu states is served without pepperoni. Upon request, they added some – unfortunately, only mild pickled pointed peppers from a jar, which was a bit disappointing in terms of taste. The calzone was generously filled and flavorful. For our taste, the ricotta content was a bit too dominant – but that's ultimately a matter of personal preference. Our son opted for carbonara – unfortunately not a classic in the true sense of the word: Pancetta was used instead of guanciale, and Parmesan was used instead of Pecorino Romano. One positive point, however, is that they omitted cream – the sauce consisted of the classic egg yolk and cheese mixture. This shows that they want to do it right, but the consistency with the key ingredients is (still) lacking. The Insalata Mista, on the other hand, was disappointing: many leaves were wilted, the cucumber slices were borderline good – they definitely need to be fresher here. The service, unfortunately, also needed improvement: cutlery was put down without a word, no eye contact, empty glasses were ignored – and this in an almost empty restaurant. There was a noticeable lack of attention and hospitality. A real weak point was our seat: right by the emergency exit, with dirty walls – it was neither inviting nor appropriate. The restaurant urgently needs to improve this. The cocktail menu also doesn't quite match the culinary standards. A "Mai Tai" based on white rum and pineapple juice bears little resemblance to the original – although that's probably unlikely to be noticed by most people in Mosbach. Conclusion: "HAIL!" has real potential: The dough, the calzone, the portion sizes – all of this demonstrates substance and ambition. However, details like the choice of toppings, authenticity, freshness, service, and ambiance are still lacking in fine-tuning. With targeted improvements here, it could become a truly excellent restaurant.

Mega, very good pizza, very friendly service. It was our first time there, and we'll be back. We'll be back anytime. Anyone who wants really good pizza 🍕 with authentic Italian ingredients has to go there.

The pizza was good, but we were very disappointed with the service. The waiter was unfriendly and we sat for a long time with empty glasses (even though neighboring tables were being served). We were only served again when we asked. To pay we were rudely directed to the counter.

The food is really delicious, but the only downside is that they rip off people who want cheesecake/tiramisu 🥲 We've been eating for half an hour and the manager sits down next to us and snacks on a piece of tiramisu, while telling us there's no more 🥹 I just want a piece 😭

Delicious food but very disappointing service (on Valentine's Day) We had reserved a table at Salve in Mosbach for 8 p.m. and after our arrival we stood in the entrance area for 15 minutes without being noticed. Meanwhile we were able to watch the hectic goings-on at the bar and in the kitchen - unfortunately without any greeting or explanation for the delay. After we were finally seated, it took another 15 minutes before we could place our order. The drinks came quickly, but we had to wait an incredible 1.5 hours for our food. We were told twice that the food was “coming soon,” but no one apologized for the long wait or inquired about our well-being. Despite these organizational weaknesses, we took the evening with humor because the pizza was really tasty and the ambience was very nice. But especially on a busy Valentine's Day, the service should be better organized. There is a clear need for improvement here! I'll give the restaurant another chance because the food is really good but I hope you learned something from last night!

The food (especially the pizzas) is incredibly delicious. The staff is very attentive and friendly. When ordering, we mentioned that we would share a pizza and a salad. The pizza was immediately served, attractively presented, on two plates. Food intolerances are carefully considered upon notification.

We ate there today on New Year's Eve, it was very tasty. This year we got a table in the newly designed dining room. The ambiance is very nice. This room can be used for larger celebrations, such as birthdays or weddings. The food was once again delicious. We had our winter celebration there today. The food and service were top-notch.

I went to this restaurant because of the lovely ambiance and the positive reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The service was poor, and the food was unfortunately very bad. I had a pizza that was noticeably frozen. It was noticeably round, the crust tasted rubbery, the toppings were flaky, and the dough was wobbly. A Gustavo Gusti pizza for a quarter of the price is much better. Too bad – I won't be back because of a very bad pizza.

Magical place, beautiful atmosphere. This restaurant offers Neapolitan pizza, which has soft and fluffy edges. Both the pasta and the cocktails were incredible. The price of the restaurant is a bit higher, but the owner makes up for it with the great quality of the food served. It is definitely worth a visit. Both the service and the food are excellent. I recommend!

Love this shop! We've loved going there ever since we discovered it and are trying out the menu and are very happy with everything. The service is great, special requests are implemented immediately and if you need advice, the waiters are there to help you. Authentic Neapolitan pizza, very large salads that you can easily share with 2-3 people and original pasta dishes, very well mixed cocktails, great wine selection and a very fair price/performance ratio for today's times. Never had anything to complain about so far Thank you for being in Mosbach.

Today I ordered a pizza here with my girlfriend (in house) and I have to say: It was the best pizza I've eaten anywhere so far. Everything tasted very authentic and all the ingredients were great (Tested: Pizza Golosa). I would particularly like to highlight the dough, which was really remarkably good. Above all, there was enough of the elasticity that makes a good dough. Of course, the pizza is on the higher side at €13-15, but you should be prepared to pay more money for better quality, otherwise you can also get a frozen pizza. In addition, the atmosphere is very modern and designed with love, gladly again! Update: Have been here several times now, consistently good!

Pizza was delicious. Sitting outside was nice too, but unfortunately when there are a lot of people it is very, very loud.

Every dish was prepared with a lot of love and impressed with fresh ingredients. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff, who were always helpful without seeming intrusive. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands. I can only recommend Salve and give it ten stars in my heart! It took a long time for the order to be taken. People were even served before us who came later and twice. The waiter was very friendly. The food was good too. Pizza was nice and crispy and flavorful. Price performance is similar to other restaurants.

We happened to stop here while visiting the Festival of Lights. And haven't regretted it. Although we - 9 people - had not made a reservation and all tables were occupied, space was made for us in a short time. Excellent! The food was also very, very good - we would love to come back.
