We were here by chance and everything tasted very good. The service was friendly and quick and when there was a small complaint about the peanuts, the problem was quickly resolved. We'd be happy to come back when we're nearby.

Deserves more than 5 ⭐️ stars. I was in this restaurant for the first time yesterday and I was more than impressed. The service is sensational. The food was an 11 out of 10. We were completely satisfied. We had the WAN TAN (I think that's how it's spelled) 🤔😁 Soup, duck and steak plate. A pleasure. Everything is really freshly prepared. The vegetables were still so crunchy and the duck was a dream. We will 100% come back. Price performance completely within the norm. I think you could also increase the prices given the quality. Very crowded, which speaks for itself. But also very loud. Nothing works without a reservation. Good service, unfortunately our starter was mixed up. But no problem, because the right starter came after a hint.

Waiting time to order and to get food in half empty restaurant was longer than I expected. I had sweet sour with chicken and that was most likely the worst Asian fusion food I have eaten. It looked like the dish didn't have a sauce but a tomato soup and chicken meat was like rubber. Prices for drinks are crazy, 5 euros for 0,4l of juice. Payment by card only from 25 euros, though I might have misheard, but my bill was 20 euros so I don't think it was less. I have eaten in a lot Asian fusion bistros, good and bad, but this was by far the worst - abysmal food, insane prices and lacking service. The worst thing is the restaurant is acting as if they are higher level of dining, when actually it's just really bad Asian bistro in between panel blocks in East Berlin.

One of the two good Sushi restaurants in Marzahn. Can't say much about their entire menu, but the Sake Sushi Menu is definitely recommended.

Very, very tasty! We had sushi and glass noodles once and (except for the tofu) everything was delicious! Especially the baked banana for dessert, which was the best I've eaten so far. :)

Update June 2024: Still the best Vietnamese restaurant in the district. However, it is no longer as convincing as in the first few years. July 2017: A wonderful restaurant! Perfect cuisine, excellent service and a harmonious interior. All dishes are freshly prepared and are highly recommended. For the quality offered, the prices quoted are more than justified. The fact that you can now find something like this in Marzahn is a step in the right direction and more can follow.

Delicious food, very nice staff 👍 They also treated my two-year-old very kindly. Clean toilet, also suitable for wheelchairs. The portions are large, but what we didn't manage to eat was lovingly packaged. There are two outdoor areas, also with a roof and heating. (Dear team: We had a small metal spoon with us to learn to eat. If you find it, our grandma would like it back 🙈)

Very very bad we ordered chicken noodle soup. It was just like water with boiled noodles without herbs and nothing and plus sushi which cost us €20 but it would be too little even for one person.

We ate there for the first time on May 11, 2024. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the waiter. We had reserved and got a table quickly. The card felt a bit stiff to me. For me it was a bit difficult to find something because of my picky nature towards food. In the end I decided on a red curry with beef sirloin steak. We didn't have to wait long for the waiter to order something to eat or drink. I didn't find the food to be exceptional. For me, the tenderness of the meat and the rice stood out. I found the sauce to be a bit greasy. Once the fat was gone the sauce tasted much better. The salad was out of place for me. I think it's supposed to suggest freshness and a full plate. I found the vegetables to be "high quality" - don't you misunderstand me. For my part, the salad was a bit bitter and dry, there was no dressing or anything like that. Unfortunately, the food didn't fill me up towards the end or I was just full. In the end we paid 54.7 euros so about 20 euros per person. One main course each plus a small drink. I will most likely not come back again. It just wasn't my taste.

I was shopping across the street and actually on the way home. Google suddenly recommended the restaurant to me and I curiously went to have a look. It can't be seen from the street, at first there is a small Asian snack bar and I thought it was the restaurant, but a few steps behind the green street I was in the right place. A small restaurant with 2 small outdoor areas. The weather was great, so I went to the small garden. I was greeted by very nice service and looking at the menu made it difficult for me to choose. I chose the Sakura Special Bowl with grilled chicken and was not disappointed. Very tasty and really plentiful. I didn't make it and had the rest packed up. Since my husband at home was jealous of my picture of food, I of course brought him the same food. For him, the portion was just right and he also found it very tasty. Conclusion, I will definitely come back and then not alone. It's great that Google recommended you. Please keep the good quality!

I eat here often because everything just fits! The two of us were there yesterday on the holiday, immediately got a table outside and were served straight away, as is usual. The Atzen have also expanded the menu in the store, which is impressive. Prices are also completely reasonable because you really get something for your money here, whether in terms of size/portions as well as taste, it's really TOP! Always my pleasure!

The shop is very friendly and allows one more person, despite the lack of space. The food tasted excellent and was on the tables really quickly. After that we were unfortunately left behind. New orders only came after the 2nd request and it took a long time until we got the invoice. On the other hand, it wasn't a problem at all that we could all pay independently. Card payment was only possible from 25 euros. This is no longer appropriate for today's times. Unfortunately, after eating we also had to watch a clogged sauce bottle being unclogged with the voucher picker without wiping it off first and after it had been nibbled on X times. In addition, the women's toilet is combined with the disabled toilet, while there are two toilets for men. :/ It's nice there, but I probably wouldn't go there again.

We were there today after a long day in the Gardens of the World and I can say it was the best decision we could have made. Super sweet ambience (in a small pedestrian zone with cherry blossom trees and somewhat older architecture), excellent service, fast service and food that was not only a feast for the eyes, but also fantastic in terms of taste, will certainly bring us back to the restaurant. Really highly recommended.

We have been regular customers for 6 years. Unfortunately the quality has declined. It has also become very expensive.

I was more than disappointed with my visit to the Sakura Garden. The food was on the table after just 5 minutes. It was lukewarm and reheated in the microwave. Accordingly, there was no sign of “crispy duck” at all. The duck skin was as tough as shoe soles. The salad consisted mostly of fresh red cabbage and large pieces of boiled potatoes and carrots. Not exactly your typical Asian vegetable. But it's cheap and looks like a lot. Among other things, we ordered a large bottle of still water (€6.40). The water was carbonated and the bottle was totally dirty. I imagine that the drinks were left outside and got dirty from the recent rain. But you don't put something like that at the guest's table. We absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant and will never set foot there again.

Sakura refers to the Japanese cherry blossoms in spring. This natural spectacle is considered the highlight of the Japanese year. Unfortunately, here in Berlin the cherry blossoms never fall at a time when you can enjoy your food in the cherry blossom garden in pleasant temperatures. Japanese cuisine too, but Asian “across the board” everything is delicious 😋 in high quality. This time a large soup with beef strips, seasoned with chili (carefully) and lime as desired, very flavorful, starter soup Tom kha Gai with shrimp was a pleasure, Bun Cha La Lot stuffed betel leaves were delicious, but the betel leaves could be a little crunchier. Service as usual friendly and attentive, gladly again. At the very beginning, after the restaurant opened, the duck breast was lightly cured, a very sophisticated delight, Which is only available in very few Asian restaurants, which unfortunately is no longer available 😟

It would seem that a restaurant that has maintained a high rating on Google.maps for several years in a row simply cannot disappoint. It turned out that it could. The dishes served here are very beautiful, almost perfectly aesthetic, have nothing to do with Asian cuisine (Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese - the menu is huge, it needs to be emphasized, but especially with Thai). All types of curries and many soups use the same base - sweet (with condensed milk?) coconut milk with spices. As a result, you can’t tell the difference between Tom Kha soup and Massaman curry by taste. Not hot. From the word absolutely. Even where, in good conscience, there should be at least one run-down hot pepper, they only add a pinch of black pepper. There is no ground chili (not to mention fresh peppers or chili with fish sauce), but bottled Sriracha sauce of very moderate heat. Well, comrades, there must be at least something good here?! And it was found - summer rolls, rolls of vegetables in rice paper were a pleasant surprise - fresh, crispy. Actually, for the rolls - 2 stars, for everything else - alas...

This restaurant is very unassuming from the outside. If my girlfriend hadn't been here before, I probably would have had the idea to go in there. But the inside was very nicely decorated. We were there during the week and all the seats were taken. It would therefore always be advisable to reserve in advance. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly and attentive. Price-performance is okay. We will definitely come here again.

I recently visited the Sakura Garten restaurant in Berlin-Marzahn and was very positively surprised by the experience. The restaurant is modern and comfortably furnished. The atmosphere is pleasant and calm. The food was freshly prepared and very tasty. The service was friendly and attentive. All in all, I can highly recommend the Sakura Garden in Berlin-Marzahn. The restaurant offers great value for money and is ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy delicious Asian food in a cozy atmosphere.

The selection was varied and diverse, the food was delicious and fresh. The drink selection was ok. What could be improved is the service in between, people are welcome to come to the tables every now and then, especially when all the drinks are empty. There is no customer parking lot, but you can park on the surrounding streets.

The food was incredibly delicious. I couldn't decide at first, but then decided on a rice dish with peanut coconut sauce. Delicious. As a starter there was the sweet and sour soup (sour and spicy soup), which I don't like everywhere but it was highly recommended. A really great restaurant, very close.
