Pure rip-off 2 doner kebabs + 4 drinks 30€

A solid shop, somewhere between an upscale kebab shop and a restaurant. The prices are definitely more on par with a restaurant, which is surprising at first - especially when you compare the whole thing to a classic kebab shop. Nevertheless: The food was consistently fresh and tasty. I had the spicy Adana skewer from the grill (19 euros, as of April 2025), with fries (you can also choose rice). A fresh salad was served beforehand, along with warm, fluffy flatbread and two dips - both very tasty and a nice start. The grilled flavor of the meat came through really well, nice and spicy and with a pleasant spiciness. The service was attentive, but rather neutral - not particularly warm, but not unfriendly either. The restaurant was busy, which is usually a good sign. All in all: If you're willing to pay a few euros more, you'll get good food in a relaxed atmosphere here.

We went here for brunch with family on Eid. The buffet was very varied and everything tasted very good and fresh. Of course it was very busy, which is why the waiters could hardly keep up with the drink orders. But that wasn't so bad and was due to the special circumstances. Despite the hustle and bustle, the service was always very nice and patient.

The ambiance is very nice. The food was delicious. I had the grill plate, but I thought the amount was too small for the price. They could have served a whole Adana or a regular-sized cutlet instead of a mini. But the staff were so incredibly friendly. It was very impressive.

They stuffed the food we ate down our throats... They didn't let us sit at the table we booked just because it was iftar. They kept coming and going, including the shop owner, until we finished our meal and asked when we would get up. We couldn't chat because the entire meal was spent on this topic. It was a very rude and money-hungry approach. I will never go there again. I wouldn't recommend it to you either, I've never experienced anything like this in Lokmam, now I just go there...

I went in for a takeaway package at the restaurant. The waiter carelessly packaged the desserts I wanted and during that waiting time, the slightly older chef at the entrance was staring at me. It was disturbing. The food is not bad, but also not my taste

I went to this restaurant for the first time today and initially had high expectations. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. The menu was confusing and lacking in detail, which made choosing difficult. The food itself was greasy and so salty that it was barely edible - from dry bread to the main course. In addition, everything was very cold and the portions were far too small for the price. Unfortunately, this was not at all what you would expect from a good Turkish restaurant. The typical Turkish atmosphere was also completely missing, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. There are definitely other restaurants in the area that are significantly better and worth another visit. Unfortunately I will not visit this restaurant again. Too bad!

Sait Köz – My comfort restaurant in Hamburg Sait Köz has been my absolute favorite place for Turkish cuisine for years. Not only is there first-class kebab here, but also a cozy atmosphere without the stress that you experience in many other well-known kebab shops. The food is always excellent, the staff friendly and attentive, and the prices are absolutely fair. As soon as you enter you feel at home: the smell of the grill, the fresh meat and the warm welcome from the kitchen staff immediately create an inviting atmosphere. You are friendly and accompanied to your table and the waiting times are completely reasonable. I particularly like the fresh salad that is served before the main course - perfect to increase anticipation. The warm bread and mezes are also a delight, although sometimes I wish there was a little more meze. For me, Sait Köz has now become a real feel-good place - a restaurant where everything is just right. If you're looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere, you won't be disappointed here!

They always said the food was bad, but I didn't believe it. I always ate from there. I ordered doner kebab for my child, and when he didn't eat it, I ate it all night. And the other day, I vomited and couldn't stop because of the stomach ache. The other day, I didn't even have the strength to open my eyes. The doctor gave me medicine and I came to my senses. I will definitely never, ever eat from here again. It was so bad, I can't really express it.

Food was really delicious. The environment and set-up was warm and welcoming. The person behind the grill greating you with a friendly smile and letting you have a seat. The only complaint, it took a while until someone finally brought the menu and such.

Had lunch there twice as a group. Absolute recommendation. Delicious. Above all, the pide are very tasty.

The lamb chop tastes very good as does the bread. The price is clear, but you can't get away with anything less than €50. The service is not entirely friendly and the atmosphere is Turkish.

I only ordered 1 cheese pudding on site, paid 14€ and waited 45 minutes because the cow employees had no and forgot it, I'll never get anything there again, I screwed it up, 3 times is enough. So the fraudster wanted my money back after 30 minutes and she didn't want to give it. She had to wait another 15 minutes to get the food.

Best Dürum with lamb I've ever had! I can only imagine how good all of his other dishes are. Great recommendation!

It's a nice place. We sat down as 3 people, but we wanted a cup of tea before the meal and it seemed like the waiter didn't want to bring it? They said it was freshly brewed, but even though we said we would wait, it never came, and we were asked to order directly, at least that's how we felt, we ate Adana shish kepap, the taste was very satisfactory, the salad and appetizers were sufficient, tea was served at the end of the meal, I recommend you to try it.

Muy mala comida. La comida turca en Alemania es generalmente muy limitada en sus opciones de menú y se compone de los kebabs y sándwiches cansados. Éste fue particularmente malo. El cordero sabía viejo y muy grasiento. Pide no estaba cocinado correctamente y el pan era de mala calidad.

We came here for dinner and the next day for breakfast. Forgot to take a photo of the dinner but "küşleme" is the best comparison to "kebap" and "kuzu şiş" although they were also very good. In breakfast, all were very delicious like all the things you would expect from a breakfast was there. As a turkish, I highly recommend here.

Man - I probably haven't been there for a long time... There aren't any cheap meals anymore - two Dürum rolls for 13€ - everything else 20-30. Food is good as usual, ambience is ok (seating urgently needs an update) - all in all: it used to be good and inexpensive, now it's just ok and everything is a bit "old". Nothing really to complain about, but I'll look for something else from now on...

Unfortunately not a good place at all. I can therefore only give one star, firstly they didn't take any care of us, very unfriendly... and the bulgur pilaf was moldy, so we swapped it with rice, but they left the moldy bulgur on the plate... there was only one A small apology and that was it and in the end they didn't even offer if we would like to have some more tea. A very large restaurant where I personally miss the comfort. We really enjoyed the salad and the tzatziki. The main course was too meaty for us. There was only meat with fries or rice, no vegetables. We were actually missing some vegetables. I paid 19.90 euros for my lamb skewer. The meat was tender and had a good taste. The service was friendly.

Worst restaurant in Hamburg. 20 minutes for someone to accept your order and over 70 minutes for you to get the food. We had children with us... Not even that was taken into consideration. Then you're being cheeky when you ask. Actually they deserve minus ten stars.

The restaurant's website advertised a Sunday morning brunch. So I called to make a reservation. Unfortunately, the phone number on the website is incorrect. So I went the night before to make a reservation in person. It was now said locally that there was no longer any brunch. Although he is still on the map. Conclusion: Incorrect information about the telephone number, incorrect information about the offer. So you can't rely on anything here and you'll be lured into the restaurant with false expectations.

I ordered from Sait Köz on Monday and had to go to the hospital that night because I got bad food poisoning and I'm still not feeling well. I couldn't even drink water or medication without vomiting and I wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything for two or three days. Their chicken arrived lukewarm, almost cold and I thought it had just gotten cold on the way and didn't think anything of it. Afterwards I noticed that it no longer tasted like it had come straight from the grill but as if it had been prepared a few days ago has been. That's the only thing I ate that day, which is why I know it came from there. They haven't gotten back to you either.
