The food was fantastic – super tasty and fresh! The packaging was high quality and everything was carefully prepared. The preparation was extremely quick, even though we picked up the food ourselves. We are thrilled and definitely recommend this sushi shop!

Delivery service disastrous. After 60 minutes I called and was told the food would be there in a few minutes. After another 25 minutes I canceled. If you don't have a problem waiting 1.5 hours for noodles, you can order there

I order here regularly via Uber Eats. Very good, fresh sushi at top prices. Delivery is usually as stated.

I can't say anything about ambience because I always order via Uber Eats, but I'm absolutely satisfied. Sushi, especially the salmon menu, vegetarian or other delicious dishes were always delivered by nice suppliers in a timely manner. Great, simply recommended. I don't understand the negative reviews.

We ordered via Uber Eats, called after 1.5 hours and were told that it would take longer today and that we should wait another 15-20 minutes. An hour later still no one there. Called 20 times, no one answers. Had to cancel via Uber support, absolute shame! I'll never order here again.

I live since 7 years in Berlin and by far that’s my worst experience with a restaurant ever. I ordered from them. The driver came and didn’t even try to ring the bell and marked the ordered as delivered and went away. I tried calling them and they said they couldn’t find me, even when I was home the whole time by my phone. I called the shop to tell them that I could come myself and get the food that I already paid for and they said they threw it away and they won’t prepare another one. They ended the call saying they are busy and don’t have time.

I ordered through uber Eats and canceled the order after waiting 2 hours. In the restaurant you couldn't reach anyone by phone or were even pushed away. After almost 3 hours, the delivery person showed up at the door and was able to take the food back with him. This store's biggest impudence.

Half of it was missing. The 2 for the price of one menus don't work. The best thing is that no one feels responsible, neither the owner nor Uber Eats. We were even advised against giving a bad review. So half of us went hungry. Customer service with a difference 👎🏽

The order is delivered incomplete, subsequent delivery is excluded because the restaurant does not want to be responsible for Uber eats' system errors. And you can only reach Über eats via a chat, which gives feedback in 6-12 hours.

Very important whoever should order food here I would strongly advise against it. I was just walking past this shop and one of the employees who was preparing the food was munching with pleasure and in both nostrils so stay away

I ordered via UberEats. The order was simply canceled after 40 minutes 😡

Unfortunately, orders are often missing half of them and/or you receive things that you didn't order. I have been offered several times that a refund should be made via Paypal, but this never came. Even though I called several more times.

I placed an order at SAIKO SUSHI in the Schillerstrasse branch. Unfortunately, no one has come by for three hours. I have never experienced such inconsiderate service!!!! Nobody answered the phone either!!!! Very bad rip off! In addition, the payment was made! Never again!!

Hands off. We ordered via Lieferando and the delivery came after two hours. The spring rolls were soft, the bowl consisted of salad without dressing, salmon, which I didn't eat because it smelled. We didn't eat the sushi menu for the same reason and some of it wasn't even delivered.

Literally DISGUSTING sushi. Delivery was 1 hour late. I called the venue, they never picked up. When it arrived, it was cold. The sushi was delivered in cardboard little boxes as if I had ordered French fries. It smelled very ínstense, as if the fish had been left outside for too long. It tasted old. The fried, crunchy roll I ordered was mushy and soft.. so it was literally old sushi. It honestly gave me the feeling that I would get an INFECTION if I ate this food. I ordered from Wolt, asked for a refund, they said the restaurant told them they wouldn’t refund me back my money. Wolt is also a terrible delivery platform because they don’t protect their costumers, but that’s a different story. The chicken in my sushi was literally cubes of chicken.. cubes. Worse quality than McDonald’s chicken nuggets. Also, do you see that small hair at the bottom left corner of the picture I uploaded? That’s not my hair. I have long, blonde hair. So there was literally a hair inside of my sushi cardboard box. I paid over 20€ for this. I want you to know, 100% of the 5 star reviews you see for Saiko Sushi are bots. And I’ll tell you why; if this was the type of sushi place that truly delivers 5 star quality sushi, it would have FAR less terrible reviews. There is a reason why it is a 3/10.

If you stick to simple options (avocado, kappa even california) it’s actually quite ok. However, the delivery/ordering can be tricky on work days.

Food arrived quickly, I ordered a bowl online. But I had the feeling that the salad wasn't washed. Nevertheless, the fish was fresh and the portion was large enough to keep me full for several hours. The baked bananas were tasty but also not the freshest. You can order cheap food with Lieferando or Uber, so it's ok, but not a wow experience.

Instead of real salmon, there was some cooked paste from a can. Absolutely disgusting and an impertinence to deliver something like that. Dear K. Osman: NOT SO!

The delivery scam didn’t arrive. I was waiting delivery guy for 2 hours. Distance between me and place is about 1300 meters. Avoid this place.

Leider befanden sich in unserer Sushi mehrere Haare. Der Service schickte direkt eine neue Bestellung. Dennoch kann ich es leider nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, trotz der kostenlosen Nachlieferung. Schade.

Ich bestelle nur noch bei Saiko, es ist immer frisch, so viel Fisch in den Rollen, sehr ansehnlich verpackt und serviert, super schnell geliefert, immer schneller als bei Lieferando angegeben, immer mit genug Sojasoße etc. Außerdem mit Erfrischungstüchern und manchmal sogar eine Gratis-Cola! 🚀🥰 Nur zu empfehlen, wer frisches, geiles Sushi möchte!

Absolut lecker! Ich hatte eine Chicken Bowl und die hat so gut geschmeckt werde sicher mehrmals dort bestellen oder essen!!!!

Ich bin über Lieferando schon fast Stammkunde und wurde bei etwa 15 Bestellungen nie enttäuscht. Die Sushikreationen sind immer hervorragend, lecker und vorallem frisch! Preislich kann man sich hier eine Großbestellung leisten - ich bestelle immer zu viel, da ich denke, bei 35€ werde ich erst satt :D - Leider bin ich nur beruflich in Berlin und leider war ich noch nie persönlich da, aber es ist mein lieblings Sushirestaurant!

Es kommt an und man merkt direkt Qualität! Die Verpackung ist sehr nice. Sie gehen auf Kundenwünsche ein und ändern auch ggf. Menüs nach Wahl. Sehr lecker und es wird genug Soßen mitgeliefert, keine Geier :)
