I didn't like the sandwich at all. Chicken meat didn't taste like anything. Cheap black colored olives were included. Overall the sandwich just had no taste at all. First and last time I eat there.

I was craving falafel and looked for a shop nearby. I was convinced to try Safi when I read a post that said the falafel at Safi was made fresh. I decided on a Falafel Dürum. I'm thrilled :) the garlic sauce was very tasty, the falafel tasted very good and I was surprised that additional vegetables (carrots, potatoes, etc.) also come into the Dürum. Everything perfect! Will eat here again. I can't say much about the ambience because I ordered my food to take away. Service was great, super friendly.

As a Berliner, I was very hungry and critical of Hamburg kebabs: but the Dürüm felt like it weighed 1kg, mixed meat and - even if it didn't necessarily include olives, 10 different sauces or something like that - it tasted really, really good. 7.50 is completely ok for the crusher according to current conditions. AND the kebab man was really super friendly. Even card payment. Top!

Have been here several times and have always been satisfied. Food tastes good and the service is nice

Unfortunately I didn't like the kebab at all. There is chicken and a vegan skewer. I chose the chicken kebab with everything for €7. Since they also have Subway-style baguettes, there was a lot more salad. And so black olives, corn and jalapeños ended up on the kebab. The jalapeños were the best of all. The meat was really completely tasteless and bland. Like the whole kebab. Lots of salad and sauces, so much so that the whole bread broke while I was eating it. Unfortunately they didn't have Ayran, which was on the menu. The service was friendly, there was a small table with 3 chairs outside in front of the shop. I won't try the kebab again. Maybe a baguette at some point, even if the sauces are probably the main part.

Safi is a great guy and makes very tasty Safis. We really enjoy going there during our lunch break. We just have to come in and he already knows exactly what we want. I can only recommend.

Exceptionally good bread here. We also packed the sandwich as full as it could possibly be. It tasted fantastic. We were served very friendly. Unfortunately I don't live in Hamburg and will rarely be able to go there. But I will make sure to stop by there on my next visit ❤️

1/3 of a normal kebab from the past is sold here as a kebab plate. Sauces are greasy, bought ready-made and there isn't even tzatziki. Never again.

Super nice staff, really friendly and always asks if everything is okay. Great selection of dishes. Falafel Safi - was incredibly delicious. The falafel were freshly prepared, the salad and vegetables were still great even on a Sunday afternoon. The sauces are also absolutely delicious. 😊

I've never had pickles, olives and corn in a kebab before; Of course that's a matter of taste, but regardless of that, the kebab menu tasted very good and the portion was generous.

Doner doesn't taste like sauces from Aldi. Doner bread feels thin as paper and you have to wait a long time

I finally got to this store after a long awaited wait. A shop in my beloved Eilbek area: TOP! TOP! TOP!!! Super underrated store that you don't even have on your radar. The ambience is simply furnished, there is enough space to sit and the menu is varied. The best seller is the “Safi Sandwich”. It's definitely comparable in appearance to a Subway sandwich, but what can I say!? The taste is simply GREAT. This was shockingly well done. I recommend the Spicy Chicken Safi: MEGA! 🤯 You can also optionally add grilled vegetables to it! The selection of sauces is also large: from avocado to chili sauce. The service was friendly and you can also pay with an EC card! I will come back. Solid value for money, you'll be full and there's a lot on offer. The portion of the sandwich was generous. Thank you! 🙏🏼

From the outside we thought well at first...but it was super great. It's been a long time since I've eaten such a delicious kebab. Meat great, bread great. Staff very very friendly. Great selection of sauces...I'm back in HH...I'll be back!!

Es ist immer wieder eine Geschmacksexplosion. Ich empfehle sehr den sogenannten „Safi“. Es ist einfach etwas besonderes. Dieses Brot, dieses Fleisch, einfach unglaublich. Man hat eine Auswahl an Gemüse die jeden glücklich machen kann. Dieser Laden sollte Kulturerbe Deutschlands werden. Maxi war leider erst einige male dort, ist jedoch sehr begeistert

Ich hatte mir einen Jumbo Döner bestellt - mit 5,30€ ist dieser vergleichsweise günstig und mit 580g normal schwer. Geschmacklich war der Döner super - im Gegensatz zu anderen Läden gibt es hier noch Mais, Oliven & Peperoni dazu. Ein weiteres Highlight sind die verschiedenen Soßen, so gibt es z.B. auch eine Avocadosauße. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen schnell zubereitet. Von außen sieht der Laden etwas schäbig aus, aber wie zuvor beschrieben täuscht der äußere Eindruck. Bisher der beste Döner in Eilbek, top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Update 09/2023: Der Jumbo Döner kostet inzwischen 10€ und wiegt rund 750g. Schmeckt immer noch sehr gut. Was ich bei diesem Dönerladen super finde: Die Zutaten werden vorab in einer Schüssel gemischt. Das machen die wenigsten Dönerläden, was dazu führt, dass man häufig erst Fleisch und dann Salat ist - das ist hier anders! Einziger Nachteil dieses Mal: Der Mitarbeiter war nicht so freundlich.

Megaleckere "Safis" gibt es hier zu essen (Softes Sandwich persischer Art). Der Service ist freundlich und nett, und die Preis-Leistung ist unschlagbar. Es gibt dazu eine große Auswahl an Saucen, und auch Döner sowie Pommes und andere Kleinigkeiten. Ballert Euch aber das Safi! Das ist saftig, würzig, schmackhaft und köstlich. Absoluter Geheimtip: Die iranische alkoholfreie Malzlimo mit Ananasgeschmack ("Istak")

Ich habe vor kurzem eine angemessene schlechte Bewertung für einen Dönerladen direkt Bahnhof Wandsbek Markt abgegeben und da ist es nur fair, wenn ich auch mal eine angemessen gute Bewertung abgebe. Safi Food hat mich schwer beeindruckt. Von außen unscheinbar, vielleicht sogar ein bisschen schäbig, aber sobald man rein geht, ändert sich alles. Man wird angestrahlt, äußerst freundlich begrüßt! Die Safis (Döner im Subway-Sandwich-Style) sind eine Sensation. Erst wird das Dönerfleisch geschnitten (zur Wahl stehen auch Crispy Chicken oder sogar Scampis), das ins sehr leckere Sandwich-Brot gepackt, dazu noch Käse drauf (!!1!) und dann noch kurz in den Ofen. Danach Salatauswahl und eine oder mehrere von den 8 hausgemachten Saucen. Ich habe so etwas noch nie gegessen und die Salate sind super frisch (auch Oliven, saure Gurken und Mais stehen zur Auswahl). Vor allem die äußerst freundliche Bedienung, welche jeden Wunsch mit einem Lächeln erfüllt, hat es mir angetan. Für 7€ werde ich hier satt (nicht wie bei Mc D für 13€) und es schmeckt deutlich besser. Wer also mal in der Gegend ist und mindestens Appetit hat, der sollte hier wirklich mal einen Blick reinwerfen, das ist ein gewaltiger Unterschied zu den meisten anderen hier drumherum.

Leider sind neue Mitarbeiter da, die nicht richtig arbeiten. Kartenzahlung ist auch nicht mehr möglich aus welchem Grund auch immer. Als ich Pommes bestellt habe hat er mir nur ganz wenig drauf gemacht, früher war das alles nicht so, schade habe es gemocht dort zu essen:(

I strongly recommend trying their Falafel Safi, it's vegetarian (not vegan). It is the best I've had in Hamburg so far. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair. Would definitely visit again!

We liked the Falafel Safi but the Döner was alright - hence the 4 stars. Service was pretty friendly and they even spoke in English. I'll try other Safi rolls when I visit again.

Die Menschen, das Essen und alles sind perfekt. Sie begrüßen dich freundlich, gehen auf jede Bitte ein und geben sich größte Mühe beim Zubereiten. Das Essen sowie ihre Eigenkration „der Safi“ sind einfach spitzenklasse. Ein Gaumenschmaus!!

Leckeres, frisches Essen, sehr nettes Personal und faire Preise. Gehe ab jetzt öfter dahin :)
