Unfortunately, the doner kebab confused me more than it pleased me. It wasn't bad, just very different. It had a slight cinnamon flavor, and I think it contained coriander. For me, that has no place in a doner kebab. But that's a matter of taste, of course.

A charming snack bar, with a lot going on here: Rüyam plates brimming with delicious chicken, a great feta salad, and fantastic sauces for a modest price. The falafel and grilled cheese components, however, were rather lame. Recommended add-ons: fries and cherry ayran. Cash only, no parking.

We spotted the kebab shop while passing by. On a Tuesday at noon, there was already a long line, but we accepted the 15-minute wait. Later, the line was significantly longer – 20 people or more would have been too long for me. And that's not even because they don't have enough employees. The staff are really fast, and the ordering and pickup system with numbers, like at MCD, is great. The kebab: A classic vegetable kebab for just under €6 and up. The price is reasonable, the size was right, and the taste is really good. I find it refreshing that this shop is putting a bit of a twist on their kebab ingredients: The vegetable-meat mix, the cheese, the various sauces, and the lemon spritz on the kebab topping all add up to a great taste. Verdict: I would go back again, but next time, I'd better avoid peak times.

A very, very good kebbab. Honestly, we came to Berlin and everyone was telling us about Mustafa's kebbab. We were walking on our own and saw this kebbab where there was a queue of about 14 minutes and we looked for information. We saw that it was excellent. We paid attention to the reviews and we were right. It is the third kebbab we have in the city. Simply spectacular. A 10. They bring you pasta completely free while you are waiting. The meat tastes very good. The sauces are spicy enough. Everything is very well worked. No surprises, I saw the reviews you have. I recommend it a thousand times. Long live the kebbab. Overall, a good kebab and a slightly better Dürum. The kebab just had too much sauce, and the bread was completely soggy on the bottom. I'm deducting one star because they only accept cash, but they don't give change. That shouldn't be allowed. I assume they deliberately don't refill the 10-cent coins, as many people naturally say it's fine. But with so many customers per day, it does add up. I've reported this to the BKMS (Federal Office for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children). I have to deduct another star because the place is unfortunately very dirty. Best to order takeout. Edit: I guess I didn't like the food either. Greetings from the Ruhr area.

The lines are out the door but we’ve been going since they opened this location, and know it’s delicious snd worth the wait. The staff are friendly and patient while you decide your order and give a rousing group “ Danke Schone!” for every tip dropped in their jar. It always makes me smile. I like this place. I love the food. I don’t like the lines- but I will always go there for great food. Recommended.

My comment won't change anything here, but I have to write it out of pure decency. This is my best kebap I've ever eaten in my life - a classic Gemuse Kebap. Top of the top. During my 3-pumpkin stay in Berlin, we were here twice. Everything is fresh, juicy, the bun is delicate and crispy. Will it be a whim to drive 500 km to Berlin for a kebab? ;) this is my dilemma after returning.

This restaurant is absolutely awesome. It has such a good vibe, all the staff seem super cool. The food was some of the tastiest I've ever tasted in any restaurant I've been to, and all for a very reasonable price. I'd so highly recommend this place. Kebab, which always has a long queue. Interesting atmosphere inside, but not really my cup of tea. The best kebab I've ever eaten, very good, the vegetables are fresh and very tasty. The sauces are okay, the spicy one could be spicier. It deserves 5/5, it's worth visiting and waiting in line at least once. The prices are not high, a lot of vegetarian options are a plus. I recommend it.

I was excited to try Rüyam after seeing so many positive reviews online. The line out the door when we arrived seemed to confirm its popularity. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and despite the crowd, the line moved efficiently. I ordered the #1 Gemüse chicken sandwich with everything and a side of fries #11. Finding a table was lucky given how busy it was, and watching other diners with their sandwiches only increased my anticipation. When I picked up my food at the counter, the sandwich looked impressive - generously stuffed with good looking ingredients. Price was very reasonable for the amount of food they gave. However, after taking my first bite, I mostly tasted salad and bread, with the chicken hardly noticeable. Even when I tried to get more meat in my second bite, the chicken was underwhelming and under-seasoned when tasted on its own. The positives: the fries were crispy and delicious, the bread was well-toasted, the salad is good, and they clearly use quality ingredients. But ultimately, it felt like eating an elaborate salad sandwich. As this was my first time having this type of sandwich I had nothing to compare it to. Three stars for good ingredients and efficient service, but the bland chicken and overwhelming salad-to-meat ratio left me disappointed based on the high expectations set by other reviews.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Just my 2 cents.

Friendly staff, quick preparation, beautiful presentation and ingredients, and good prices. Unfortunately, everything was quite salty, and the meal quickly led to unpleasant after-effects, let's just say. They also don't accept card payments, and that's just not possible these days (I don't mean to be hateful, that's my honest experience :/)

What can I say: You could eat it every day. It simply tastes good, and the employees' cheerful mood also transfers to the products. It's best to eat in-house, so the bread is still nice and crisp. If you don't go during peak times like lunchtime, 6 p.m., or on weekends, you'll actually get it pretty quickly. Tip: Get extra cheese; it's worth it!

Food is awesome, probably the best döner in Berlin, but the service is bad, and the staff is rude. I ordered take away, and they prepared for dining in. When I said that they were rude about it, they still wrapped it, and simply closed my fries box with mayo on top. I said it will be soggy and the employee made an impression that he doesn't care, Fries were soggy of course. When I was waiting in line I saw how friendly they went about the complaints of some blond young women.

The vegetarian kebab was okay. I may have had too high expectations based on the reviews. I don't think it's worth waiting in line for over half an hour and then paying €7.50. It was tasty, but you can get better ones for less money, and especially with less waiting time.

Unfortunately, it was a bad purchase. We waited over 30 minutes for a dürüm, and this is what we got (see photo): a completely mushy, overstuffed dürüm. I couldn't eat it because everything fell apart. The dough was soggy. Because it was overstuffed, it was no longer edible and tasted bad. Sometimes less is more!! I won't go back. It's a shame about the wait.

A kebab that sets standards We've tried many kebabs throughout Germany – but this one is truly unique. Absolutely not comparable to any other kebab we've eaten before. The taste, freshness, quality of the meat, and the perfect balance of ingredients – simply amazing! You can tell right away: The work here is done with love, skill, and the highest standards. Every bite was a delight. It's a real shame we live a full 600 kilometers away – otherwise we'd be regular customers! For us, it's clear: This is the best kebab in Germany. Nothing special, quite greasy. The lavash crumbled, making it difficult to eat. This place is recommended, but I wasn't impressed.

Fantastic kebab! Really delicious and very filling. You have to stand in a long line and order. Then you wait for the order to be ready with a series of numbered displays. Inside there is a room that cannot be seen from the outside with seats. The only flaw is that it is unacceptable that in the most famous and avant-garde capital of Europe it does not take the position.

We tried this kekab based on the positive reviews. In fact the kebab is very good and plentiful. On Friday evening around 7pm we had a bit of a queue but within 20/30 minutes we had eaten. The downside is that you can only pay in cash so it's better to withdraw in advance, there are ATMs nearby. In addition to the seats outside, there are a few internal tables that are not clearly visible when queuing. Recommended to try a good kebab in Berlin!

I came here because of the many positive reviews, and I must honestly admit that I expected more. The kebab definitely wasn't big enough. Especially the tasty meat was missing. It was also a bit too loud. I think this kebab shop is perfect for anyone under 25. Here, you get a kebab and a club at the same time. 🙂

First of all, the portion sizes are huge, and the price is great compared to how much food you get. The queue is long but the food comes out relatively fast, the atmosphere is nothing to write home about a basic döner place with plenty of seating inside. The food itself is not bad at all but also not the best kebap I’ve eaten. The meat was a bit bland, the vegetables didn’t taste fresh at all, the bread and sauce were great! Service was good but overall the place felt a bit overhyped

I don't know why there's such a long line there??? The service staff worked so slowly...I'd rather order a vegetable doner kebab around the corner from Alibaba than wait 45 minutes for a vegetable doner kebab here...it tastes just as good elsewhere. So please save yourself the 45-60 minute wait! I'm really disappointed with the shop and their service!

NOT WORTH IT. Waiting time was 45 minutes. The bag was OK. Salads were fresh, sauces typical of Berlin were absolutely inedible. You had to hunt for vegetables in the meat. The spicy sauce is just ketchup. I thought the kebab was okay, but waiting another 45 minutes isn't worth it. I don't understand the hype. Every kebab in the Lower Rhine region tastes at least as good or better. Another thing I noticed: after you've paid, they ask you whether you want to eat in or take it with you. So EVERYTHING is charged at 7% instead of sometimes 19%. One last thing: The cashier was very nice and friendly despite the crowds.

A very popular snack bar on Eberswalder Straße. Easy to reach by public transport. The S-Bahn station is practically right across the street. Long wait, but worth it. We waited about 45 minutes to receive our order. The vegetable kebab and dürüm were fantastic. We'll be back.

I don't care how long they make me wait to eat here. This magical portal to the world of dreams is a place I must come to. Probably the best doner in Berlin, Germany, and the world. An intense experience that I recommend pairing with the right yogurt drink. It balances the spiciness and fat of eating a kebab while still allowing you to enjoy and engage with the experience. In addition to getting the doner that was on offer, I must emphasize that the fries are also incredible. In a graffiti-inspired atmosphere full of atmosphere, this place offers tea for people to sip while they wait and enjoy the night. It took us a while to get dinner because we went on a Saturday night, a long weekend, during rush hour. Orders piled up, and it seemed like it would take forever, but with the music and the vibe of the place, you wait and enjoy the place. I literally keep dreaming about it. It's definitely one of the places I'll always visit every time I come to Berlin.
