This was the best Dürüm kebab I've ever had. It was worth the wait! Very good value for money! I'll recommend you and definitely come back when I'm back in Berlin! The quality of the kebab is top-notch! Well-deserved drink 😀

I’m so disappointed with this place. I went there before, I had a really good wrap but this time I was shocked at my experience. The onion on my plate was half of the onion I didn’t eat. It was like two onions were forced into my wrap. Also all of the hotsauce was at the bottom of the wrap, so my last bite was pure hotsauce. Honestly couldn’t enjoy it at all. Also I didn’t request extra onion. This was pure death to my mouth and stomach.

Sure, there are chairs, but they're as hotly sought after as the last stool at bingo in a retirement home. Cash only, of course. Anyone waving a card here will at most get an irritated look. Berlin remains tough. But honestly: I'd do it again. And again. And then again. Because this kebab doesn't just fill you up – it heals, comforts, and kisses your soul. Rüyam means "my dream" in Turkish – and that's exactly what it was. With onions, with sauce, with an announcement.

Delicious kebab, but a 4.9 rating with over 30,000 reviews seems a bit overhyped. We expected better sauces. There's plenty of seating (including inside), but the seating isn't particularly pleasant.

I can only recommend it to those who accept the fact that they will never be able to enjoy a kebab at home in the village again.

I bought a basic kebab at sunset and ate it with beer at Mauerpark. When you bite into the crispy grilled bread, a variety of spicy, salty, and creamy sauces spread in your mouth. After that, the more you chew, the more you enjoy the mild meat and crunchy vegetables. Finally, the herb scent that you can feel slightly in your nose gives a natural and clean aftertaste. The portion is also quite large, so one kebab is enough for an average adult male. I didn't try the fries, but they looked delicious. There is also a vegetarian kebab. The service of the staff who never lose their smiles even though they are very busy is also good. There is also a free restroom inside the store. Don't worry about other places and wait for sure. It will definitely suit the taste of Koreans in particular. I don't trust Google's star ratings, but this place is the real deal.

Where is the chicken? They cut the chicken and mix it with fried potatos cube's. Heve just a few small pcs if grield chicken pcs. Most of the hot mix was actually fried potatoes.

As is usual with the best kebab shops in Berlin, you do have to wait here, which can be quite long. It's all the more worth it. The young woman at the cash register is very friendly and doesn't just rush you through, but asks explicitly and offers, for example, the different sauces. The decor is functional, more than adequate for a kebab shop, and the tables are wiped regularly. Good çay.

We got the Gemuserdoner and it was delicious. We also got the savory yogurt as a beverage and it was also good. Just a note; they dont accept cards, so bring your cash.

What a succulent delicious and satisfying meal. We went at 8pm on a Sunday and had to wait almost 2 hours because the line was really long and the food took time to get prepared. But it was totally worth it. I’m going to be dreaming of this place for a really long time. Definitely one of the top reasons I want to come back to Berlin.

This was my second visit to Rüyam Döner on Schönhauser Allee – absolutely delicious! The meat is well-seasoned, the bread is nice and crispy, and everything is freshly prepared. The line is usually long, but that speaks volumes. The wait is definitely worth it!

The queue might not look that long, but honestly, the service is incredibly slow . There were probably around 20/30 people before me and it look close to 1 hour to reach the counter to order! Only to be told at the time of ordering that the food would take up to 50 minutes additionally!!! Very disappointed with the wait and it would be highly appreciated if they had a Timer outside the restaurant indicating the waiting time from a marking point in the queue! That would allow people to choose for themselves to be ready to wait the 2 hours or find a different place if they are really hungry! Coming to the kebab itself, it is very different from what I've had before and definitely was delicious and great value for money. The sauces do a great job together, the kebab is very generous, and the veggies, meat, sauces,bread make for an incredible doner experience! Do i regret the 2 hour wait? Well, for the sake of trying out the place, i think it definitely deserves a try on your list to do in Berlin since the kebab is spectacular!♥️ However, Would i go here again, knowing that i have to wait 2 hours to get my food, Never again!🥺 Hope this gives a good idea to new peeps looking to try this place out and to RUYAM, some ideas to improve the waiting process😁

I have to say that this is the best kebab shop I have ever been to. My best kebab man who lives up to his name. When I arrived I was surprised that there were so many employees but my surprise quickly disappeared when the kebab man introduced himself and said hello, I'm Gül Spencer and this is Zengül Hill, we make the food a little differently here! I'm responsible for the meat and at the same moment he slams a piece of meat in front of him and works on it with what he calls a steam hammer, then he points to Zengül Hill and says that she is responsible for the salad. At that moment Zengül has two machetes in her hand and is working on the salad like in a bad film. Gülcan and Machmut are apparently only responsible for the sauce. In any case, the show that everyone put on was perfect. Gül Spencer then said that if I guessed a film I would get a free kebab. He then started saying that here you can get white kebabs, black kebabs, bloody kebabs, and so on and so on, and if I could find a cheaper kebab somewhere then I should eat it. I didn't know what he meant, so I had to pay. He then explained to me that it was from the film From Dusk Till Dawn and that lots of customers would be able to guess it. Well, maybe next time. In any case, it was worth it! I'll be back!

He walked through the shop, eyeing up the customers as if he were about to weigh in for his next boxing match. In between, he would cash in or wipe down a table, always careful not to spread a good mood. If you've ever wanted to eat under observation – this is your stage. For everyone else: opt for a kebab with less adrenaline.

The staff is super nice and friendly – ​​you immediately feel welcome and well looked after. The kebab was truly delicious. The bread was fresh and crispy, the meat was juicy, and the sauces were perfectly balanced. Everything seemed very fresh and prepared with love. Unfortunately, the doner kebab confused me more than it pleased me. It wasn't bad, just very different. It had a slight cinnamon flavor, and I think it contained coriander. For me, that has no place in a doner kebab. But that's a matter of taste, of course.

We spotted the kebab shop while passing by. On a Tuesday at noon, there was already a long line, but we accepted the 15-minute wait. Later, the line was significantly longer – 20 people or more would have been too long for me. And that's not even because they don't have enough employees. The staff are really fast, and the ordering and pickup system with numbers, like at MCD, is great. The kebab: A classic vegetable kebab for just under €6 and up. The price is reasonable, the size was right, and the taste is really good. I find it refreshing that this shop is putting a bit of a twist on their kebab ingredients: The vegetable-meat mix, the cheese, the various sauces, and the lemon spritz on the kebab topping all add up to a great taste. Verdict: I would go back again, but next time, I'd better avoid peak times.

A charming snack bar, with a lot going on here: Rüyam plates brimming with delicious chicken, a great feta salad, and fantastic sauces for a modest price. The falafel and grilled cheese components, however, were rather lame. Recommended add-ons: fries and cherry ayran. Cash only, no parking.

Overall, a good kebab and a slightly better Dürum. The kebab just had too much sauce, and the bread was completely soggy on the bottom. I'm deducting one star because they only accept cash, but they don't give change. That shouldn't be allowed. I assume they deliberately don't refill the 10-cent coins, as many people naturally say it's fine. But with so many customers per day, it does add up. I've reported this to the BKMS (Federal Office for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children). I have to deduct another star because the place is unfortunately very dirty. Best to order takeout. Edit: I guess I didn't like the food either. Greetings from the Ruhr area.

The lines are out the door but we’ve been going since they opened this location, and know it’s delicious snd worth the wait. The staff are friendly and patient while you decide your order and give a rousing group “ Danke Schone!” for every tip dropped in their jar. It always makes me smile. I like this place. I love the food. I don’t like the lines- but I will always go there for great food. Recommended.

My comment won't change anything here, but I have to write it out of pure decency. This is my best kebap I've ever eaten in my life - a classic Gemuse Kebap. Top of the top. During my 3-pumpkin stay in Berlin, we were here twice. Everything is fresh, juicy, the bun is delicate and crispy. Will it be a whim to drive 500 km to Berlin for a kebab? ;) this is my dilemma after returning.
