A huge thank you to Ingo and his team. My granddaughter Almut's first day at school was an unforgettable day. The location, the ambiance, the food, drinks, and service were all presented to us guests with competence and care.

Back to School 09.08.25 It was a wonderful and unforgettable day at Rubi's Sports Bar. Ingo and his team prepared a picture-perfect back to school for us, or rather my daughter. The wonderful atmosphere, coffee and cake, buffet, and cheese platter were simply delicious! A festively decorated table was set up both inside and outside with lots of tasteful decorations. The gorgeous photo booth with hundreds of accessories was an absolute highlight for young and old. All guests were amazed when the saxophonist played chilled tunes right on time for dinner. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Ingo "Rubi," and we're already planning the upcoming confirmation ceremony.

I've only been there twice, but if you're looking for an atmosphere like it used to be, this is the place. Not your run-of-the-mill restaurant that just wants to make money. You really feel at home here and feel like you're with friends. The food is excellent, the service is brilliant, and I have my respect for the host for creating something like this. A big thank you to the kitchen crew too. Keep up the good work.

We celebrated a 60th birthday at Rubis Sportlerklause on May 24, 2025. Since we're from the Black Forest but celebrating in Leipzig, we had to arrange most things over the phone. This meant we had frequent contact with the host, Ingo, from the very beginning. We expressed our wishes and were served competently from the start. The room was elegantly decorated and set. The food was incredibly delicious, great value for money, and we were lovingly looked after by Ingo and his team throughout the evening. We were extremely satisfied and would celebrate there again anytime.

Loud parties until late at night and disturbances of the peace are the norm on weekends and before public holidays. No consideration for the residents.

We came from Menorca, on behalf of Sasha, and it was fantastic, the food, the treatment and the atmosphere. In the end we all danced the conga together....it was great. The cook came out in a kilt... hilarious.

We were completely satisfied. Duck goulash with Brussels sprouts and Thuringian dumplings. If you like it, we advise you to try it.

Delicious food, nice people, recommended!

Today we used the duck taxi for the first time as a family (7 adults / 2 children). Tastes great!! and the quantity was more than sufficient. Price-performance perfect! Nice and friendly delivery service. Great thing!!!

Delicious food, nice service, relaxed atmosphere

Tische waren trotz Reservierung weit im Voraus nicht eingeplant. Die Plätze wurden dann provisorisch zusammen gefrickelt. Essen ist ok, aber ne Mayo die aufgrund der Hitze leicht anfängt zu gerinnen, ist jetzt nicht das non plus Ultra. Ambiente ist eben das was es beschreibt, eine Sportlerimbissbude und das ist vollkommen I.O. Das Personal ist umsichtig und sehr bemüht.

Ostermontag für 6 Personen zum Mittag bestellt. Kein weiterer Gast zu sehen. Normalerweise ist Montags Ruhetag. Obwohl wir unsere Telefonnummer hinterlassen hatten, wurde der Termin nicht gestrichen. Eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung sowie ein Koch, der unser aller Gaumen verzückte, ließen uns nur noch schwärmen. Super lecker und reichlich. Vielen, vielen Dank dafür!!!

Wir haben gestern das Ententaxi in Anspruch genommen und sind hellauf begeistert. Geschmacklich einwandfrei und die Menge war mehr als ausreichend. Preis-Leistung top! Vielen Dank und macht weiter so!

Wie immer sehr angenehm und gutes Essen

Nach dem Training unserer Tochter waren wir abends zum Essen. Wir hatten Würzfleisch, Salat, Schnitzel, Nudeln mit Gulasch und Currywurst. Es waren super Portionen und es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt, der Service sehr freundlich. Dankeschön
