I went to Royal Indian Curry last Sunday and once again I wasn't disappointed! Since new management took over, the restaurant has really improved. The curries are incredibly delicious, with a perfect blend of spices. As always, the service was friendly and attentive. Particularly noteworthy are the fair prices - you get a lot for your money here. I'm already looking forward to my next visit and can recommend the restaurant to everyone. Five stars are absolutely deserved

The food was delivered so late on a Sunday evening that people have to work early on Mondays - they don't realize it?! Just a joke, it came shortly before midnight

I ordered there via Lieferando and gave a bad review. After that I was called 3 times (in a row). At around 9:30 p.m. There are people who still have to work and apart from that the reaction seems a little strange.

The Biryani was spicy and i Liked it alot. Thank you for the good taste.

I have ordered there three times so far. The first time the food was really okay, the second time and today the third time unfortunately very disappointing and not worth the money. Unfortunately there was no lentil in the lentil soup, instead I was given yellow water with spices. The Palak Paneer was not seasoned and there were only two cheese cubes in it, and the Garlic Naan was unfortunately neither warm nor fresh. The delivery time was quick but never again, a shame.

The restaurant was completely empty and no one came. Unfortunately everything looks very outdated. There were also two small bird cages in the front left. But now to the important thing: the food was very, very bad! I have never eaten such bad Indian food. We hardly ate anything, the sauces looked like soups. The toilets weren't really clean either. The gentleman who served us was so unmotivated, we had the feeling that he didn't want to have guests at all. The first and last time.

Ordered there for the first time today and was completely amazed. The food was great, very very tasty and a reasonably sized portion that would fill a big hungry man. The delivery person was also very friendly. Thank you for the great food and see you soon!

I didn't eat there but ordered. The food arrived really quickly, but that was about it. The vegan briyani came with a yogurt sauce, the supplier assured that it was vegan, which was certainly not the case. I called several times to find out if that was the case. You can't reach anyone because after 3 rings the voicemail keeps answering and I wasn't called back either. The food was totally dry and didn't taste like anything. It was completely unsalted and salting dry food afterwards is bad for your bottom. I definitely won't order from here again, it's a real waste of money.

Ordered food via Lieferando. Ordered at 6:15 p.m. in the afternoon and delivered exactly on time. Food was really good, everyone loved it. There was even a small gift from the house. We recommend. Not cheap, but more than adequate.

It was cold in the restaurant, the door was open, no heating. There was no carbonated water. The knife and napkin were missing from the cutlery case. The stairs to the toilets are dirty, as are the toilet rooms. Eating is not recommended.

Tastes very bad, there is nothing worse. The meat has no taste, it is very hard and cannot be chewed. Very, very disappointed!!!

On January 4th, 2024, I ordered from your restaurant with anticipation, but this expectation was bitterly disappointed. To my amazement and frustration, my order never arrived. What is even more concerning is the fact that I have not received any communication from you. Neither a call nor a message to inform me of the status of my order or to explain the problem. Instead, I later found out that my order was simply canceled without my consent or knowledge. This approach is not only unprofessional, but also disrespectful to me as a customer. It is unacceptable that as a customer I was left in the dark and ultimately left without dinner. The situation was made worse by the complete absence of any communication or apology from you. A simple call or message would have made a huge difference and maintained at least some semblance of customer service and respect. I understand that mistakes can happen, but it is how a company handles those mistakes that defines its integrity and customer service. The lack of communication and seemingly indifferent attitude towards my situation is not only frustrating but unacceptable. I hereby call on you to thoroughly investigate this incident and take measures to ensure that such events do not occur again. I expect a proper explanation and compensation for the inconvenience and poor service caused. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Ganz ganz tolles indisches Essen! Ich liebe diesen Laden einfach und er ist eine richtige Bereicherung für die Wuppertaler Gastronomie. Alle sind immer sehr freundlich und der Mango Lassi ist so köstlich!

Essen war sehr lecker und Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Außerdem sind die Mitarbeiter auch sehr nett. Einfach perfekt!

The delivery was really fast, they took exactly 40 minutes to prepare and bring me the food. The cheese bread is the perfect choice, spiced and quite cheap, also you get 3-4 portions. The Mango curry was tasty but missing spicy, maybe even a bit plane but still really good

Das beste Indische Essen, das wir seit langem hatten! Extrawünsche waren selbst bei der Bestellung über Lieferando kein Problem. Telefonischer Kontakt mit dem Restaurant war sehr freundlich. Die Lieferung erfolgte super schnell und das essen war einfach himmlisch! Hier werden wir häufiger bestellen!

Leider 2 Stufen Lieferzeit. Das essen war kalt und sehr trocken die Beilagen wurden leider auch vergessen. Teuer war es auch!

Das Essen war megalecker mit tollen Zutaten. Wir hatten Currys, Linsenwaffeln und Nachtische (Karottenpudding und Milchreis). Gute Auswahlmöglichkeiten und das Essen war auch noch warm. Nette Mitarbeiter, nicht nur bei der Lieferung, auch am Telefon. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen.

Das Essen ist eine Geschmacksexplosion. Sollte man unbedingt probieren!!! Der Kellner sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Lecker, ordentliche Portion, fairer Preis und keine Probleme bei der Lieferung - sehr gut.

Habe dort mindestens einmal monatlich bestellt, seitdem es bei Lieferando möglich war. Am Anfang war ich begeistert: leckere Currys, gute Lieferzeiten und ein angemessenes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis. Zu Anfang bestellte ich das Chicken Korma, danach habe ich mich in das Chicken Tikka Massala verliebt und bestellte es jedes Mal. Und genau das ist jetzt zum Problem geworden. Ich musste miterleben, wie eines meiner Lieblingsgerichte zu einem Gericht wurde, was ich dort nie wieder bestellen werde (falls ich je wieder dort bestelle, was ich bezweifle). Zu Anfang war das Chicken Tikka Massala nämlich genau richtig. Fruchtig und mit einer milden Schärfe, so mild, dass man es nicht als pikant bezeichnen würde, was für mich, die ich es nicht zu scharf mag, perfekt war. Doch nach und nach steigerte sich diese Schärfe. Erst war es nur pikant, nun ist es scharf. Nicht für jmd der Schärfe gewohnt ist vllt, aber für jemanden der kein großer Schärfefreund ist, viel zu scharf. Es ist absolut nicht mehr lecker, da ich nur noch Schärfe schmecke. Mag sein, dass ich da empfindlich bin, aber ich erwarte in einem Gericht ohne Schärfeangabe höchstens eine gaaaanz milde Schärfe, doch nicht das. Bin tiefenenttäuscht und werde dort nun voraussichtlich nie wieder bestellen, es ist das Geld einfach nicht mehr wert. Sehr schade.

Tolles Restaurant mit freundlichen Personal und leckeres indisches Essen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Prima Essen, netter Service, kleiner Preis!

Was searching for a restaurant open on Dec 24th and found this. Called and thankfully they were open. We had a wonderful dinner. Very good vegetarian options. Mango Lassi tasted a bit wierd (a bit salty instead of sweet) but everything else was very tasty. Owner was very friendly. Best was the small little gift basket he gave to the kids at the end of our meal. Kids loved it. Highly recommended for Indian food.

Das Essen wurde sehr schnell zubereitet und war sehr lecker. Die Portionen waren außerordentlich groß zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Das Personal war nett und freundlich.

We ordered 4 weeks ago (several dishes including chicken tikka masala) and it was authentic and great but today the chicken tikka masala was 4 small pieces of chicken in what tasted like watery tomato soup. I’m not sure what happened? Very disappointed as I thought I had found my favorite go to Indian place. Two stars are because the chicken was still tender and the delivery was quick.

Wir haben zum dritten Mal in diesem Restaurant bestellt und jedes Mal waren wir mit unserem Essen voll zufrieden. Die Gerichte waren lecker, gut abgeschmeckt und gut gewürzt. Je nach Gericht sind die Portionen groß, kommen heiß an und reichen auch mal für zwei Personen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bestellen und können es jedem der indisches Essen mag nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich würde gerne mehr Sterne geben. Kann ich jeden vom Herzen empfehlen. Ich und mein Mann haben diesen Restaurant durch eine Empfehlung eines Freundes entdeckt haben dann dort gegessen. Sehr sauber, schnell gekocht, freundliches Personal und super leckeres, süchtig machenden essen. Seither bestellen wir jede Woche. Bisher haben wir 3 mal bestellt. Immer pünktlich, sehr warm und sehr lecker. Mein lieblings Gericht: Chicken tika Marsala. Bestellt bei Ihnen und empfehlt es jeden. Ist auch Halal. Wir sind süchtig nach Ihrem Essen.🤗😍

Sehr lecker & super Lieferservice

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben mehrere verschiedene vegetarische und Hähnchen Gerichte bestellt. Serviert wurde es in wenigen Minuten mit einer riesen großen Portion Reis. Das garlic roti war mega lecker

Die Bedingungen war sehr freundlich. Das essen war super lecker, wir sind total begeistert. Der beste Inder im Tal ! 👍🏼 Vor allem halal !

Ich bin sehr begeistert von dem Essen! Der Laden ist noch relativ neu und etwas karg eingerichtet, aber das wird schon. Ich war mit Freunden dort essen und wir bekamen sowohl eine Vorspeise als auch Nachspeise geschenkt. Total aufmerksam <3 Das Essen war spitze!!! Meine Freunde und ich sind überrascht, wie lecker alles war und kamen kaum aus dem Staunen raus! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

The quantity and quality is good. I've had good experience with Vegetarian delicacies. The taste of spicy dishes are good and recommendable, however the sweet curries weren't gratifying, and hence 4/5 rating.

Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell. Das Curry und das gefüllte Fladenbrot waren noch heiß! Super leckeres Essen zu mega gutem Preis! Der Lieferant war super freundlich! Ich bestelle wieder!

I visited this place during SDE 21 competition with my boss and supervisor. I love this place because it has reall taste of Indian food apart from really great quantity at this rate.. the service was awesome and friendly..... For Asian taste I will suggest go there. Even after next day my boss visited second time he loved the food.... So that is really good.
