First and last time. You pay and you don't get everything you need. Delivery takes almost two hours on top of that.

Fleisch finde ich gut, Salat gibt es extra abgepackt, daß finde ich auch gut. Meiner Tochter schmeckt die Currysauce nicht so toll, aber das kann ich für mich nicht bestätigen .. so sind Geschmäcker verschieden. Bedienung am Tisch hatten wir auch mal, das war ok, gab sogar gekühlte Gläser - nur die Preise wurden leider mehrfach erhöht

I reserved a table for New Year's Eve through Edda's website. Nowhere did it state that the restaurant would be closed that day, and the system allowed me to select the date, including receiving a reservation confirmation by email. However, upon arrival, the restaurant was dark and closed.

Does the noise pollution have to be on a Friday during lunchtime? Extremely loud music echoes across the street, windows closed and headphones on, but I can still hear it. I know that in a city where people can only move around in cars, you have to be loud to stand out. Suggestion: start after nap time ;-)

The hygiene, the service, the staff and the customers were a complete disaster. After the visit I had extreme stomach and intestinal problems. The salmon had probably been lying there for hours. The prawns were freshly made but were burnt and fried in old oil. The staff ignore you and worry about unnecessary things. This is a main station, things have to move quickly! Customers are used to it and push EVERY TIME. It's really crazy that the staff ignore it too. And after a very long wait. Even though there are only a few customers, if you want to eat there you still have to go back in and queue again. Absolutely no system. They should solve these problems immediately with a team meeting.

I used to order from here weekly, but you've really messed things up. The last few pizza rolls arrived extremely small and burnt. After I called, they offered to replace the burnt items. They refused to replace anything else, claiming that was normal. I've been ordering from you for at least three years, and I know perfectly well what normal is. They tasted completely different, by the way. The restaurant also made a strange comment about the delivery platform I used. I have a feeling they're somehow opaquely settling the fees. In my case, it was Uber Eats. On top of that, the replacement arrived burnt AGAIN. When I called again, they claimed nothing was burnt, and after I threatened them with physical violence, they hung up on me. I will never order from here again after this incident.
