Very nice and centrally located on the market square in Rheydt. We had an excellent breakfast in a wonderful atmosphere and received friendly service. The outdoor seating is also recommended when the sun is shining.

A very central restaurant in Rheydt's city center. The pizzas we ate had crispy crusts, were well-topped, and incredibly delicious. It would get 5 stars if it offered the option to pay by card. I find offering cash as the only payment method outdated.

Today I ordered the dish of the day, lasagna. This was then brought to my table after about 30 minutes. It consisted of a few slabs of pasta, with ZERO minced meat in between, but instead "plastic cheese", the threads of which could have been used to knit entire sweaters, just artificial cheese! With a smile, I told the waiter my conclusion, namely that it wasn't lasagne and that the chef was welcome to google recipes. The boss who then asked me if I had had enough received the same answer, whereupon he obviously felt his pride was hurt (these people ONLY tolerate positive comments). Of course, no apology or word of regret came from his lips. Oh yes, I know from the past that the coffee is ok! The restaurant only pretends to be a classic Italian restaurant, but a real Italian would just shake in horror. Well then, enjoy your meal.

We went for coffee today and ordered a piece of cake. The coffee and cake tasted good, but the prices really blew me away. 2 coffees 5.80 euros and a piece of cake 5.90 just INCREDIBLE. The Heinemann pastry shop is really a bargain... the whole thing in Rheydt, I don't know if that's how you generate regular guests...

I would like to leave a review-complaint. I regularly came here to eat chicken soup, and when I came with my boyfriend, they ordered soup and pizza. Yesterday I went in alone, ate and went to the bar to pay the bill. The waiter suddenly asks if he can ask a question and states that a month ago I allegedly ate pasta here and did not pay the bill for 150 euros. I would like to emphasize that my weight is 50 kg, and I am quite satisfied with just soup. After this, the waiter called a second colleague, who nodded and confidently said that he “remembers everything.” However, I have not been in this city for the last four months - I moved to another country. I showed photos on my phone confirming that I was not in Germany. Then I was asked to show a photo of my boyfriend, and only after that the waiters began to doubt that it was me. My offer to call the police to resolve the issue was refused. I also asked for evidence or camera footage, but they had nothing. I was simply asked to take their word for it and pay someone else’s bill. I left indignant and angry because I was wrongfully accused. The food in the establishment is mediocre, but, unfortunately, there is not much to eat in this city, so we had to come here. Moreover, checks are never issued at this place. I would like to contact the tax office, as this situation is unacceptable.

Weather was good to enjoy the terrace. Pizza are amazing, tasty, authentic and are the real ones as in Italy. the best pizzas in Mönchengladbach. Staff is super kind. High recommended.

Unfortunately, the visit to this café was disappointing. We ordered a coffee, a cappuccino and a croissant. After 15 minutes we got the drinks, but without croissants. These didn't arrive until half an hour later - by then we had already finished our coffee and cappuccino. The long wait for a simple croissant was very frustrating and unfortunately greatly spoiled the overall impression.

Service was OK. At the end we weren't asked whether we liked it and we simply kept the tip (we didn't get any change). I'm always happy to spend a little more if I like it, but that wasn't the case here. We ordered the lamb stir fry. The meat was dry and the entire dish made us a bit nauseous. The dressing didn't go well with the salad at all. The bread was also solid and not at all fresh. Too bad, wouldn't come back.

A very nice location right on the market square. Despite a lot of walking, the ladies are always very friendly and accommodating. A smile would certainly look good on the boss, at least I would find it polite if I walked into the café as a guest and said the time of day in a friendly manner to receive an answer or a positive attitude.

Nice place. The barista though...not hospitable. Tiny cups of milk (1cl perhaps) were already on the table, probably from the guests in front of us. One with a black crumb in it and one not even half full. When we wanted new ones, the only question that came up was: "Isn't that enough?" I'm sorry, what? What a stupid question is that! And if I go to the counter with the 2 micro containers, it's because we would like new ones. I only got one! 1 cl for two people! Hello, is it still okay??? Logically, we didn't order anything else apart from the coffee.

There was nothing wrong with the food (breakfast). Apparently the staff wasn't fully rested yet. Despite taking the order electronically, we had to point out several times about missing items. Tables were pushed together for us, so far ok. But the tables almost all shook. 5 minus stars for the fact that card payment is not possible.

Breakfast ridiculous, for over 11 euros Rossini breakfast 3 olives a slice of tomato a slice of cucumber once börek cheese (mini) and 3 mini squares of bread then felt like a scrambled egg with sucuk in the middle! Ridiculous !!!! Outrageous ! Staff was very nice and friendly!

Today we went to the Rossini restaurant, which is located directly on Rheydter Marktplatz. The establishment sees itself as a cafe, lounge and restaurant. The selection of drinks is correspondingly wide-ranging. From soft drinks to various types of coffee to beer, wine, cocktails and other alcohol, everything you are looking for in a place like this is there. The menu is also colorful, with a leaning toward oriental-Mediterranean. In addition to more oriental starters, there were, for example, pizza, pasta, but also dumplings with Süzme or pan-fried dishes. Vegetarian alternatives are available. Depending on the weather, you can sit inside or outside directly at the market. The food was excellent and freshly prepared. Yes, it's not exactly cheap, but that's probably due to the location right on the market square, as well as the very good quality of the goods. My chicken was buttery tender, the vegetables were crispy and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Since everything is freshly prepared, you should allow some time to wait. But everything is kept within limits. The service was attentive, helpful and always willing to joke without being intrusive. Top! What we really liked about the ambience was that the plates for the pasta not only looked wonderful, but were also completely intact. This is (unfortunately) not a given, especially in a restaurant like this, where countless plates go over the counter every day. All the better that it was the case here.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rossini and would like to share my experience. The ambience of the restaurant is pleasantly subdued, creating a relaxed atmosphere. My personal recommendation goes to the tagliatelle with mushroom cream sauce and shredded chicken, a dish that completely convinced me in terms of taste. The portions are generous and the quality of the ingredients is noticeable. It's obvious that the emphasis here is on freshness and taste. The staff also deserve praise for their friendliness and helpfulness. They were always attentive and made sure we didn't lack anything. The service was efficient without being intrusive, which rounded off the overall impression of the visit positively. The cleanliness of the place was another plus point. Both the indoor and outdoor areas were well-kept and inviting. It was particularly pleasant to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere. Another plus point is the prices, which I found to be extremely fair. For two people including two drinks the cost was around €30, which is excellent value for money given the quality of the food and service. Overall, I can fully recommend the Rossini. If you are looking for a cozy restaurant with excellent food at fair prices, you will definitely find it here.

It was a wonderful day with the first real sun this year. I was allowed to accompany three great ladies and we were able to sit outside.

A few days ago I and a friend redeemed a voucher for a gourmet breakfast for two. When I asked for tea, I was told that I had to pay extra for the tea. As a tea drinker, it has never been a problem for me to get tea instead of the designated coffee in other places. The breakfast was disappointing. The grain rolls were still warm inside at 10:15 a.m., more than 2 hours after the delivery time stated by the waiter when I asked this question, which suggests they had been heated in the microwave. They were dry and tough, and tasted nothing like fresh bakery rolls. The gray bread didn't seem the freshest either; the quark was inedible and tasted bitter, like it was several days old. What I also found to be an absolute no-go was the small plastic packaging for jams, butter, Nutella, etc. Absolutely not recommended.

Ein schönes Restaurant. Im Sommer mit toller Außengastronomie

Hier zu essen hat die Stimmung zerstört. Mitarbeiter unaufmerksam ein paar von uns waren sogar mit Kopftuch und der Mitarbeiter gibt erst Bescheid, dass die Salami mit Schweinefleisch ist. Als ein Kollege von uns später dazukam und mit dem Kellner auf seiner Sprache sprach, haben wir das mitbekommen. Wäre unser Kollege nicht dazugekommen, hätten wir unwissend Schweinefleisch gegessen. Der Kellner hat sich auch nur bei dem Kollegen entschuldigt, der auf seiner Sprache sprach. Sowas sollte von Anfang an man sagen auch, wenn man davon ausgeht das nicht alle Muslime am Tisch sitzen. Man muss ein typisch „Ausländer Aussehen“ sein, um als Muslim anerkannt zu werden, laut dem Kellner. So hat er es rübergebracht, einfach nur traurig. Die Linsensuppe war auch leider gewürzlos. Das Restaurant werden wir leider nicht mehr besuchen. (Ps. Meine es mir der Bewertung nicht böse, möchte nur vorwarnen und hoffe es wird in Zukunft bei niemandem vorkommen)

Heute durften wir unsere Hochzeit im Rossini in feiern, und ich kann nicht anders, als unsere Erfahrung in den höchsten Tönen zu loben. Von Anfang bis Ende übertraf das Rossini alle unsere Erwartungen und trug maßgeblich dazu bei, diesen besonderen Tag unvergesslich zu machen. Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist charmant und einladend. Die stilvolle Einrichtung schafft eine warme Atmosphäre, die perfekt zu einer festlichen Feier passt. Das Essen war schlichtweg exzellent. Jedes Gericht wurde meisterhaft zubereitet und präsentiert. Die Auswahl an Speisen war vielfältig und reichte von köstlichen Vorspeisen bis zu delikaten Hauptgerichten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Qualität der Zutaten und die Liebe zum Detail, die in jeder Speise spürbar war. Unsere Gäste waren voll des Lobes für das kulinarische Erlebnis. Das Servicepersonal verdient ebenfalls höchstes Lob. Freundlich, aufmerksam und stets zur Stelle, um sicherzustellen, dass es uns und unseren Gästen an nichts fehlte. Sie haben dazu beigetragen, dass der Ablauf reibungslos verlief. Das Restaurant hat nicht nur eine ausgezeichnete Küche und ein wundervolles Ambiente zu bieten, sondern auch ein Team, das mit Herzblut bei der Sache ist. Wir können das Rossini uneingeschränkt empfehlen und sind dankbar, dass wir unseren besonderen Tag an einem so besonderen Ort feiern durften.

Die Bedienung ist schnell und freundlich, habe leider nur einen Milchkaffee bestellt, der war auch sehr lecker.

Seit vielen Jahren gehen wir immer wieder gerne hierhin! Sowohl Pizza wie auch Frühstück mit Rührei schmecken hier sehr lecker. Auch der heiße Kakao ist yummy! Am besten finde ich hier die "Service-Dame", die schon immer hier kellnert und auch schon immer super freundlich ist, egal wie viel zu tun ist 👍💃

Sehr gastfreundliches Personal. Das reichhaltige Frühstück in verschiedenen Varianten ist sehr zu empfehlen. Nettes Ambiente auch für entspannte Gespräche.

Leckeres Essen und netter Service.

Das Schlemmerfrühstück ist üppig, die Zutaten von einfacher Qualität. Marmelade, Honig, Butter und Co. werden in kleinen Einwegpäckchen serviert. Die Brötchen sind frisch und lecker. Der frisch gepresste O Saft ist sehr lecker. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und fix. Leider hat der Laden keine schöne Inneneinrichtung. Sie wirkt in die Jahre gekommen. Generell wirkt der Laden bei genauem Hinsehen eher ungepflegt.

Komme öfter mal auf nen Kaffee her, heute lange hier gewesen und der Tag war einfach nur mega, super Service, das Ambiente ist meiner Meinung nach eh einfa h nur genial...heute war wieder top...sehr zu empfehlen...komme immer wieder gerne her...

Habe dort heute mit meiner Frau gegessen, beide entschieden wir uns für Pasta mit Shrimps. Einfach lecker der Service ist sehr freundlich und fix einziger Punkt der mich im Nachhinein gestört hat ist das meine Frau nicht gefragt wurde ob es ihr auch geschmeckt hatte, ansonsten ein Top Restaurant. Selbst Wünsche von Leuten die nur zur Toilette wollten bzw nach Wasser für ihren Vierbeiner fragten wurden erfüllt, obwohl an der Türe ein Schild mit der Aufschrift:" Toilette nur für Gäste " angebracht ist. Das dieses Restaurant in keiner Kategorie die volle Punktzahl von mir bekommt liegt daran das ich mit der Bewertung einen Ansporn geben will sich immerwieder weiter zu entwickeln.

Super Location, sehr freundliches Personal, das nicht aufdringlich ist, aber sofort reagiert, wenn irgendein Getränk fehlt.... Das Essen ist sehr gut... Die Preise sind normal und angemessen. Es gibt auch einen schönen Außenbereich, wo man bei angenehmen Temperaturen (keine Minusgrade! ) auch sehr schön sitzen kann und nicht durch zu viel Autoverkehr gestört wird...

Zumindest kann ich diese Einrichtung als Kundenraub und Betrug qualifizieren, indem ich die Zahlungsinformationen weglasse. Ich kamm mit meiner Schwester einen Kaffee trinken und der Kellner behandelten uns zuerst immer mit einem unglaublichen Mangel an Bildung und Respekt. Als wir nach der Rechnung gefragen haben, teilen sie uns dies mit, indem sie erneut sehr unhöflich aus der Ferne sprechen und dreimal nach einem gedruckten Kontobeleg fragen müssen, der den Betrag von 13 € widerspiegelt. Zum Zeitpunkt der Zahlung teilt er uns auf sehr unhöfliche und respektlose Weise mit, dass sie keine Kartenzahlungen akzeptieren. Auch auf der Google-Website wird angezeigt, dass sie Kartenzahlungen akzeptieren. Und es ist VERBOTEN, meinen Anwalt zu konsultieren, um mir die Zahlung per Karte zu verweigern. Als Ausländer im Urlaub sagte ich ihm, dass ich kein Bargeld habe und wie man Geld von einem Geldautomaten abhebt, und wie könnte es sein, dass sie diese Informationen nicht für das Wissen des Kunden widerspiegelten. Und er schreit erneut, dass es ist die einzige Zahlungsform, von der ich als Anwalt sagen kann, dass sie völlig ILLEGAL ist, und stiftet die Verwirrung einer anderen Art von lokalem Geschäft an. Nachdem er dies beleidigt gesagt hatte, drohte er damit, die Polizei zu rufen, und als dokumentierter europäischer Einwohner akzeptierte ich, auf die Polizei zu warten, da dies die einzige Lösung war, die er anbot. Als die Polizei eintrifft, kann sie mir nicht erklären, warum diese Einrichtung nicht über die von der EU vorgeschriebene Kartenzahlungsoption verfügt. Wieder einmal war der Polizist misstrauisch zugunsten des Eigentümers ohne jegliche rechtliche Erklärung für all die Raubüberfälle und Betrügereien, die zu dieser Zeit in diesem Etablissement stattfanden. Ich biete dem Eigentümer an, eine Sofortüberweisung auf sein persönliches Konto vorzunehmen sowie ihm die 13 € in bar zu zahlen und in seine Tasche zu stecken. Und wieder weigert er sich. Ich biete an, Stunden zu arbeiten, um ihm diesen Betrag zu zahlen oder sogar das Geschirr zu spülen, weil ich als Frau und als Mensch seine Behandlung und Unhöflichkeit erniedrigend fand. Nach einem langen Gespräch mit ihnen bietet der Eigentümer die Möglichkeit einer aufgeschobenen Zahlung am nächsten Tag in bar an. Als ich meine Bankkarte als Pfand hinterlasse und das Gelände verlasse und mit mir selbst über die Schande spreche, die sie mir zugefügt haben, schreit mich der unglückliche Besitzer hinter meinem Rücken an, dass ich mich schämen sollte, weil ich meine Rechte eingefordert habe. Ein erniedrigender Ort für Ausländer und Frauen. Ich empfehle überhaupt nicht.

Das Rossini besuche ich sehr gerne zum Frühstück. Man hat bei gutem Wetter die Möglichkeit draußen gemütlich zu essen und das bunte Treiben auf dem Marktplatz zu beobachten. Das Frühstück mit Brötchen, Brot und diversem Aufschnitt ist genau so gut wie die verschiedenen Arten von Rührei. Wobei das Rührei mit Tomaten mein persönlicher Favorit ist.

Das Rossini ist ca. 500m vom Bahnhof Reyhdt fussläufig gut erreichbar. Nettes Ambietne, Sauberes Interieur + Sanitäranlagen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Positiv: 3G wurde tatsächlich kontrolliert. Die Portionen sind sehr reichhaltig und frisch zubereitet. Eine tolle Lokalität, die wir sicherlich gerne wieder aufsuchen werden.

Auf der Karte stehen die Klassiker der italienischen und türkischen Küche. Ich hatte Pizza und war sehr zufrieden. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis passt. Der Service war gut. Man kann drinnen und draußen gemütlich sitzen.

Der Name des Restaurants und das einladende Ambiente motivierten mich zur Einkehr an einem Sommerabend. Die junge Service-Crew zeichnete sich aus durch offene Freundlichkeit und ungezwungene Höflichkeit. Das Angebot an Speisen ist reichhaltig, speziell italienisch und türkisch geprägt, Zubereitung pikant und schmackhaft; ebenso differenziert ist das Getränkeangebot, insbesondere gute offene Weine; kurzum eine Erfahrung, die zur wiederholter Einkehr animiert.

Wer den Rheydter Marktplatz mag und gerne draußen sitzt , ist hier gut aufgehoben. Ein kühles Bier oder eine Kaffeespezialität lassen einen zur Ruhe kommen und dann eine leckere saftige Pizza runden den Tag perfekt ab.

Wahrscheinlich ist die Erwartung an eine konstante Qualität in großen Teilen der Gastronomie zu viel verlangt. Bei unseren nicht sehr häufigen Besuchen bestelle ich grundsätzlich dasselbe Gericht "Spaghetti aoili mit peperoncini" bzw. die im Rossini angebotene Variante. Offensichtlich scheint dieses auf den ersten Blick schlichte Gericht doch so seine Tücken zu haben. So erhielt ich es beim letzten Besuch mit einer deutlichen Sahnenote. Auf Nachfrage meinte der Kellner, dass dieses Gericht nicht mit Sahne zubereitet werde. Als ich ihm bedeutete, dass mir dies auch bekannt sei, nahm er meinen Teller und brachte ihn in die Küche, aus welcher er nach wenigen Minuten zurückkehrte und zugeben musste, dass in meinem Gericht doch Sahne sei. Zwar erhielt ich ein Ersatzgericht, dennoch nerven die schwankende Qualität und vor allem die Diskussionen mit besserwisserischen und zugleich ahnungslosen Kellnern. Insgesamt aber ist das Rossini eine angenehme Location für leichte Gerichte.

Nice restaurant, the food and the breakfast menu is good. Nice and friendly atmosphere, and good located. The staff is very friendly.

Hübsches Café mit charmanter Bedienung. Das Frühstück lies keinerlei Wünsche offen und es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nichts, was ansatzweise vergleichbar ist.
