I was there for dinner. The prices are good, the food is delicious, and the ambiance is great. When the evenings get cooler in the fall, you can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace.

Yesterday, we celebrated my son's first day of school with 12 people. All the guests ate and drank, so the final bill wasn't small. We brought a first-day-of-school cake, for which we had to pay a plate charge. I don't think this is entirely fair and I was quite annoyed by the €22.50 additional charge. Overall, we were satisfied with the service.

Summer and winter, you are always in good hands here

Relaxed atmosphere at the back by the allotment gardens. Relaxed people. No loud music or anything. Excellent value for money. Staff friendly and as fast as an Aldi cashier :) There's also a playground right next door for the kids.

Thank you, dear Chris, for your suggestions, for the fantastic implementation and design of the evening. Thanks also to the entire team who contributed to its success. We even got to dance outside... an unforgettable experience. This oasis in the middle of the big city is fantastic and invites you to stay. In all the years I've stayed here, I've not only enjoyed this incredible atmosphere, but also the excellent food. It's great that you exist!

We had the tapas as a starter and the cordon bleu as a main course; both were absolutely delicious! The restaurant is located in an allotment garden, and the beer garden offers comfortable seating on backrest benches. Overall, a highly recommended restaurant!

A quiet restaurant located in the middle of allotment gardens. It was a bit of a surprise that it was so quiet in the middle of Frankfurt. The interior had a rustic, beer-bar atmosphere, but it was clean. There was plenty of seating outside. Unfortunately, people were smoking. The people who work there are all incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick. You can also tell they have a lot of regulars. The food was delicious, and they're happy to accommodate special requests. Everything with schnitzel and cordon bleau looked fantastic and was delicious. The tarte flambée also looked excellent. The salad was crisp and had a delicious dressing, and the portions were generous. I was even allowed to charge my phone. Unfortunately, there was no room for dessert, but maybe next time. :)

No service for over 20 minutes - so I left. The restaurant is beautifully situated in a garden setting. It was busy, and I asked for a private table. I was offered at least a few. I sat there. What annoyed me was that although the staff looked at me, none of them felt the need to come over. Instead, one of them even stood there with his arms on his hips, looking around, and still doing nothing. And with at least four or five servers, it was a poor picture. Too bad, the food looked good and arrived relatively quickly for others who arrived after me and were already served salad. Since I was thirsty by then and didn't want to endure any further waiting, I simply left.

The cola and the service were both good. However, the schnitzel was on the level of dry shoe leather.

We were there last Friday with a group of eight. It was busy, but we still didn't have to wait long. Our food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was delicious and the portions were generous. The place is quiet and idyllic, set in a garden setting. The only downside is the lack of parking. It was impossible to find a parking space nearby on a Friday. But otherwise, it was great. We'll be back.

We were very pleased! The food here is really tasty and at very reasonable prices - a great combination of quality and affordability. The staff deserves special praise: everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive and caring. The atmosphere in the beer garden is just wonderful - cozy, conducive to relaxation and a pleasant pastime. We were especially pleased with the presence of a small but comfortable playground - a great solution for families with small children. We will be happy to come back here again and can safely recommend this place to everyone!

We came across this place on our first evening in Frankfurt and were definitely not disappointed. The food was served in big portions, it was delicious and the service was top notch. Big up to Alex who gave us an amazing customer experience and offered the kindest energy. We came back the next day. Dogs are welcome.

The restaurant is in an allotment garden and is very functionally furnished and can easily be used to hold birthday parties or the like. We were there on a public holiday around 3pm and there was a large table occupied by a birthday group and we were with a small group. We were served very well and the food was very good. The food selection is good and very varied. We will definitely stop by there again.

An einem sonnigen Samstag kehrten wir gegen 16.00 Uhr ganz spontan und ohne große Planung bei den Rosisten 2 ein. Vorher waren wir noch nie dort. Um die Uhrzeit war es noch sehr leer und wir nahmen erst Mal in den Liegestühlen Platz. Nach den ersten Drinks, zogen wir dann nochmal um und setzten uns an einen der nicht reservierten Tische. Gegessen haben wir dann ein Mal vegetarisch und das Frankfurter Schnitzel mit Grüner Soße. Alles lecker und die Portionen reichlich bemessen. In der Zwischenzeit war der Außenbereich auch fast vollkommen besetzt, unsere Bedienung hatte ordentlich zu tun. Trotzdem war der Service sehr freundlich und persönlich. Noch ein Mispelchen zum Abschluss und dann verließen wir nach etwa drei Stunden zufrieden und gesättigt dieses idyllische Kleingartenparadies. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Nice restaurant that is somewhat hidden in an allotment complex. This resulted in a wonderfully casual atmosphere and delicious schnitzels. When asked about a sauce, the staff was immediately willing to get a bowl of sauce for us to taste. Price-quality ratio is excellent! The only downside is that the accompanying salad (a lettuce leaf) is meager.

We were in the area over the weekend and went to this place based on the reviews. This is quietly and almost idyllic behind a nerd garden area. So you notice little to no traffic or anything like that. Right next to the beer garden there is a fairly new playground for children, which our son was very excited about. Ideas such as “Hessian tapas” stand out in the menu, which appealed directly to my wife. The food was very tasty, the green sauce tasted great and wasn't too sour. The side salad could perhaps have used a little more love, but the taste was also okay. The tapas were great, as were the cider and the homemade lemonades. We'd love to come back.

Food was not pleasing. But we were in a group. Even so, there were no other customers. The place isn't very pretty either. We stayed outside. Bathroom was clean.

Except for the fact that there is always a smoker somewhere I enjoy coming here for local food and drinks. I do eat the “Handkäse“, but would prefer having the onions chopped and not grated. My wife likes their Schnitzels and the fried potatoes with “grüne Soße“.

A visit to Rosisten 2 is always, and has been for years, an absolute pleasure. The inn is in an allotment association and promises an idyllic environment with a view of individual towers of the Frankfurt skyline. The atmosphere is nice, the service is friendly, and in addition to Frankfurt cuisine there is also delicious tarte flambée. For me it's a sensational location, especially to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city and enjoy a delicious Frankfurter Schnitzel with apple wine.

Well hidden in the allotment garden association, there is good, hearty home cooking here. A solid offer in a relaxed atmosphere.

If possible, we try to find a restaurant like this in every city. Tennis hall, sportsmen's retreat or, as here, in an allotment club. We have never been disappointed there. Not so this time either. You receive a friendly welcome, drinks and food are delicious at reasonable prices.

It's a shame that you can't give zero stars. Ordered from Lieferando. 2x schnitzel. After waiting over 1.5 hours for food, Rosisten 2 canceled. An absolute disgrace. If you can believe Lieferando's tracking, the driver was hanging around somewhere in Bornheim. Do your customers a favor and give up the delivery business.

We really enjoyed our dinners there by the fireplace. The salad with warm goat cheese was just as delicious as the other dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed and good. We also recommend the warming ginger-peppermint tea - with fresh mint and medlar. We would love to come back on our next vacation in Frankfurt.

We were in Frankfurt for three days and ate here twice because it was so delicious :). Dominique is a super nice and very thoughtful host and we felt very comfortable! The reservations also went well! We were here in winter and were able to sit comfortably in front of the fireplace - but we will definitely come back again in summer to enjoy the atmosphere outside. The only thing that didn't work so well was the directions from Google Maps. Rosisten 2 is located in the middle of allotment gardens and can only be reached via the main path, opposite Ziegelhüttenweg 50. The side paths shown by Google Maps are blocked by doors ;).

A hidden gem in Frankfurt. Don’t use the Google navigation, otherwise you end up on the wrong side. The food is lovely (if you like typical German food like schnitzel) and there is a small playground. Staff is very friendly.

Schönes Gartenlokal! Gut zum draußen sitzen. Terassenbereich ist größtenteils angenehm beschattet, sodass man auch im Sommer noch gut draußen sitzen kann. Man wird sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Es geht alles schnell und das Essen schmeckt immer sehr gut.

Schöner Biergarten in ruhiger Lage. Freundliches Personal und solides Essen. Rumpsteak war sehr gut, Flammkuchen groß und gut. Champignon-Rahm-Sauce auch gut. Pfeffersauce würde ich meiden. Trinkbare Weißweine. Ein wirkliches Kleinod in der Stadt.

Awesome foods, awesome Services and best atmosphere!

Wir waren spontan mit Freunden zum Essen hin..es liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen in einer Gartenanlage. Für die Kiddies gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz wo sie die Zeit überbrücken können bis das Essen kommt, was allerdings sehr schnell ging obwohl der Biergarten recht gut besucht war. Die Bedienung war Top. Super freundlich und ist auf unsere Extrawünsche eingegangen. Das Schnitzel hat gut geschmeckt sowie die Bratkartoffeln und die extra Portion Zwiebeln hätte ich mir sparen können da ausreichend auf dem Schnitzel vorhanden ist. Preis Leistung für Frankfurter Verhältnisse Klasse

Very very rude staff! No signage or mention that they didn’t take any form of debit or credit card (I travel all over including Germany regularly for work). I ordered my meal totalling 13€ and clearly was trying to pay - I had 4 cards out and then said I’d go to a cash point. They didn’t want to let me leave to go to a cash point so what was I supposed to do?! I’m a 30 year old business woman and was made to feel incredibly uncomfortable. After much persuasion I was allowed to go to find an ATM (they couldn’t tell me where the nearest one was!). Bear in mind I also speak German! They got very angry with me and took my ID in case I didn’t come back to pay. I then had to walk a 20 min round trip to get cash and I come back to find they’d left my ID on the front of the bar unattended for any customer to pick up! I said this and they just continue being rude and saying I was a foreigner who didn’t know anything. Absolutely appalling service and made me feel like a criminal trying to steal 13€ From them!! They should make it clear that they take zero cards (I had credit, debit and revolut which I loaded in front of them to try and show I was making an effort to pay). I then even tried to get into my old PayPal account as they wanted payment by PayPal! I went through resetting passwords etc, it was horrible. A really really awful experience down to the awful lady that works there. Do not go if you want to be treated with respect! I was incredibly polite and trying everything. I’ve also never left a TA review but felt this was so bad I had to. Stay away!!!

Burger gut, Auswahl an essen bescheiden und natürlich teuer für einen Flughafen.

Wir gehen dort gerne mit unseren Kindern und Freunden essen und trinken. Liegt mitten in einem Kleingartenverein und ist dadurch schön gemütlich fern ab von der Straße. Kinder können auf dem kleinen Spielplatz spielen. Draußen oder auch drinnen kann man sitzen. Im Winter gibt es einen gemütlichen Kamin innen. Die grüne Soße ist sehr lecker.

Wir hatten ein Schnitzel und Hessen Tapas. Das Schnitzel war in Öl getränkt, die Jägersoße schmeckte nach Fertigsoße. Die Tapas sind ebenfalls nicht zu empfehlen. Corona scheint es bei den Rosisten zudem nicht zu geben, Kelner:innen tragen keine Maske und kommen den Gästen sehr nahe. Kartenzahlung nicht moeglich.

Das Rosisten2 ist unser Hausbiergarten. Im Sommer sitzt man schön draussen auf Bierbänken, inzwischen sogar mit Rückenlehne. der Biergarten wird von der sehr charmanten Chefin liebevoll geführt und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Die Auswahl der Gerichte ist kreativ (Hessen-Tapas) bis rustikal (Schnitzel, Flammkuchen) der Äppler ist nicht mein Fall, das Bier ist leider von Binding :-( ; Aber es gbt auch Hefeweizen... Es gibt Themenabende wie Schnitzeltag, Burgertag etc. Alles in Allem ein super netter Biergarten, manchmal estwas laut durch die danebenliegende Bahnstrecke.

Rostisten2 ist immer wieder toll: mit maximal 20 Euro/Person ist der Bauch zufrieden und die Kehle nicht mehr durstig. Egal ob Forelle oder Schnitzel, es kommt in wenigen Minuten auf den Tisch. In Mitten der Kleingartenanlage darf man nicht auf französische Spezialitäten hoffen, aber wer gutes Essen für gutes Geld direkt neben dem Spielplatz sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mein Highlight ist der Flammkuchen mit Cristall-Bier, voerh noch einen Himbeergeist...

Wir haben über Groupon ein 3 Gängemenue Gänseessen gebucht. Das Restaurant liegt in einem Kleingärtneranlage. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich trotz vollem Haus und hat Sie immer ein Ohr und hat sich um die Tische gekümmert. Das Essen war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Großes Stück Gänsebrust, 2 Klöße und reichhaltig Rotkraut. Dazu ein Feldsalat und zum Schluss Krütze mit Vanilleeis. Alles in allem ein schöner Abend. Die Preise auch ohne Gutschein sind ok für die großen Portionen.

Essen ist lecker, aber die Bedienung ist ein wenig im Stress trotzdem haben sie oft einen guten Spruch auf den Lippen reagiert aber erst beim 3. mal .

店舖老闆是一對德國老夫妻，食物的水準只算 一般，不過老闆老闆娘的人挺好，為整個用餐經驗加分不少。這裡的德國豬手可以外帶，若要帶回國，老闆會為用tin包好好讓你可以寄在行李內。

Der Biergarten ist sehr einfach eingerichtet, aber ruhig und nett gelegen. Das Essen schmeckt lecker, wir hatten Schnitzel, die können wir empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt - Jägerschnitzel 11,50 € und Frankfurter-Schnitzel 12,50 €. Bedienung sehr freundlich und flott.

Vi har varit här varje år sedan lång tid när vi besöker vår dotter som bor i Frankfurt. Det är alltid lika trevligt att avsluta en promenad bland koloniträdgårdarna men en god och typisk lokal lunch här.
