Wir kommen nicht wieder. Preis und Leistung stimmt hier nicht überein

Wir waren zu 2 Personen essen, 2x Spagetti Bolognese. Wurde serviert mit einem löffel im Essen. Keine gabel,nichts. Na ch Bestellung von 2 Gabeln wurden diese gebracht mit einer Serviette, die wir uns teilen mussten. Das geht garnicht. Dieses Restaurant ist nun auf der roten Liste.

Gestern Nachmittag spontan in dem Restaurant Rosengarten gegessen. Ab mittags bis abends durchgehend warme Küche. Übliche Speisekarte für ein italienisches Lokal. Pizza hat gut geschmeckt.

Die schlechteste Pizzs die ich jemals gegessen habe!!! Bestellt wurde dort eine Pizza mit folgenden Zutaten: Champignons Parmesan Peperoni Was man bekommt: Eine winzige Pizza mit einer maximalen dicke von 2 mm!!! Ekelhaften Käse aus der Packung vom Edeka nebenan. Ein Witz! Jeder echte Italiener würde sich schämen solch ein Essen anzubieten! Geschmacklich eine Katastrophe. Wie man so etwas einem Kunden anbieten kann..ekelhaft! Auf die Frage hin "Habt ihr einen Steinofen?" konnte die Bedienung nicht antworten, da diese ausschließlich albanischen gesprochen hat. Hier wird man auf ganzer Linie betro... Für mich ganz klar: Ich rate jedem Menschen mit Geschmacksnerven davon ab bei diesen Leuten einzukaufen, bzw. etwas zu Essen/bestellen. Fotos anbei.

Leider wurden wir heute sehr enttäuscht. Wir wollten zu meinem Geburtstag schön Essen gehen, aber das wurde nichts. Ich hatte eine Lasagne bestellt. Bekommen habe ich Sauce mit Käse überbacken und einem kleinen Stück Nudel. Mein Mann hatte ein super dünnes Schnitzel mit einer Pilzsauce und sauren Bratkartoffeln. Wir teilten dies der Bedienung mit. Nach geraumer Zeit kam sie wieder an unseren Tisch und fragte ob alles okay ist. Daraufhin fragte ich wegen unserer Beschwerde nach. Die Antwort darauf war :"ich habe es in der Küche gesagt, aber die haben jetzt viel Stress."...... Mit dieser Aussage war die Angelegenheit wohl erledigt.

Sehr vernünftiges Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Nudelgerichte absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Omelette mit Salat und Pizzabrot, liebevoll zubereitet und dezent gewürzt. Der Salat frisch und ausgewogen mit Rucola der wirklich nur Rucola und keinen falschen Rucola enthält. Für den allerletzten Pfiff hatte es nach meinem Geschmack noch ein wenig Balsamico vertragen. Sehr gelungener Besuch gerne wieder. Waren wieder da und kann die vorherige Ressezion nur bwestätigen. Das Essen gefiel mir sogar noch etwas besser, deshalb würde ich hier aufwerten und mit Bezug auf die sehr günstigen Preise auf 5 Sterne erhöhen. Wir hatten Pasta, Omelett, Pizza und Schnitzel und einfach alles ist super lecker. Klare Empfehlung. Erneuter Besuch mit größerer Gruppe.Diesmal leider ein paar kleinere Unstimmigkeiten, wie ungewöhnlich lange Wartezeiten ohne das es sehr voll war. Dazu ein Fauxpas bei einer Vorspeise. Der Besuch war alles in allem immer noch recht angenehm und das Essen sehr lecker, aber das sonst hohe Niveau wurde diesmal klar verfehlt. Würde ich einen Besuch immer noch empfehlen, ja aber nicht mehr so uneingeschränkt wie vorher.

Ich war gestern zum 1. mal im Lokal und fand die Ausstattung sehr schön, der Service war freundlich und nett, die Speisen waren lecker und hausgemacht. Es wurde mir ein Gericht zubereitet was nicht auf der Karte stand. Spaghetti Carbonara wie in Sizilien und das Gelato eine Wucht. Ich musste mich beherrschen …. 😋

Völlig überteuert. Spargel mit Hähnchenbrustfilet ohne Kartoffeln und ohne Sauce Hollandaise 30 Euro. Das ist unverschämt.

Sehr schönes Ambiente im Restaurant. Die Weinflaschen an der Wand fand ich als Wein-Genießer sehr interessant. Gern hätte ich einen guten Wein getrunken, leider musste ich noch Auto fahren. Daher trank ich eine leckere Weißwein Schorle. Die passte perfekt zu dem bestellten Nudelgericht. Herzlichen Dank für einen aufmerksamen und sehr netten Service. Wenn ich wieder mal in Nordhausen bin und Hunger verspüre, komme ich gern wieder.

Super tolles Restaurant. Nur zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten vor 7 Jahren das erste Mal dort gegessen. Heute Abend kamen wir wieder und ich kann nach wie vor nicht klagen. Sehr leckeres Essen, man wurde ordentlich satt, das Ambiente ist wunderbar, Toiletten sind sauber, wir haben nicht lange auf unsere Bestellung warten müssen. Was mir persönlich am meisten gefallen hat, war die Interaktion mit dem Personal. Alle waren freundlich und wirkten nicht so gehetzt, so wie man es sonst vermutet. Besonders durch meine neue Lieblingskellnerin Kurora ;) ... wirkte es alles viel ausgeglichener. Man hatte das Gefühl sich eine deutliche Auszeit nehmen zu können und durch nur wenige Sätze wurden wir gleich entspannter. Fast schon familiär.

Gestern war Frauentagsfeier mit Buffet und Musik.🎉 Es war ein sehr schöner Abend. Wir hatten viel Spaß und das Essen war sehr lecker. Ein Lob 👍 an die Küche👨‍🍳🧑‍🍳👨‍🍳 Danke 👏 an das fleißige Rosengarten Team und an die netten Damen ...... für die Musik und die hübschen Rosen🌹

Wir lieben es hier. Sehr freundliches Personal und stets gutes Essen! Feiern werden liebevoll ausgestaltet.

Ambiente gut. Essen nicht toll. Lachsfilet ganz ohne Spinat oder anderes Gemüse oder Salatgarnierung. Das Zanderfilet mit Shrimps und Hummer-Sahnesauce enthielt nur homöopathische Spuren von Shrimps/Hummer. Der Zanderfilet trocken. Die Sauce rettet es auch nicht. Leider auch ganz schön kühl im Gastraum. Und zugig durch offene Tür ...

Das Argument, dass in dem Restaurant eingebrochen wurde, berechtigt den Betreiber NICHT, den Gästebereich (Essensraum ) mit Videokameras zu überwachen. Das ist ein drastischer datenschutzrechtlicher Eingriff in die Privatsphäre, zumal nirgendwo darauf hingewiesen wird, daß eine Videoüberwachung stattfindet. Die Aussage des Servicepersonals, meine Kritik dem "Chef" mitzuteilen, ist nicht beruhigend. Ich erwarte als zahlender Gast Privatsphäre! Die Raumaustattung hebt die Aussenwirkung merklich und das Personal ist freundlich.. Die Preise sind der wirtschaftlichen Situation des Landes entsprechend... und ja, ich weiß, daß es für die Gastronomie nicht leicht ist, jedoch wird dieser Zustand durch ständig steigende Überwachung nicht entspannter. Ich wünsche den Betreibern viel Erfolg und werde mich in einiger Zukunft wieder dort einfinden, um zu sehen, was der Hinweiss beim "Chef" gebracht hat. Und dann gibt es möglicherweise auch mehr Sterne und eine bessere Einschätzung.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und positiv überrascht. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Der Service war aufmerksam und freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt – frisch, gut gewürzt und liebevoll angerichtet. Insgesamt ein rundes Erlebnis, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen das Restaurant gerne weiter.

Wir sind leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Besuch. Wir hatten einen 50€ Gutschein und wollten diesen einlösen, was eigentlich eine einfache Sache sein sollte. Vor Ort wurde uns dann gesagt, dass wir nur 25€ davon nutzen können, weil angeblich eine Mindestkartenzahlung von 25€ gilt. Das ergibt für mich absolut keinen Sinn, ein Gutschein ist schließlich ein Zahlungsmittel, und es kann nicht sein, dass man ihn dann nur teilweise einsetzen darf oder an irgendwelche Kartenzahlungsregeln gebunden ist. Das wurde vorher auch nirgends klar kommuniziert. So etwas wirkt einfach unflexibel und kundenunfreundlich. Statt sich über Gäste mit Gutschein zu freuen, bekommt man das Gefühl, ein Problem zu sein. Sehr schade, so hinterlässt man keinen guten Eindruck.

Wir waren heute dort und sind sehr begeistert.Das Personal ist super freundlich,es wurde nachgefragt,ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Essen ist super lecker und man musste nicht mal 15 Minuten auf das Essen warten.

But it has the prices of something better, the Air of we’re better than you, and Service of ‚were under instructions to sell you more‘.. Not a comfortable Restaurant, Basic and expensive and Cash Only…(unless your receipt is over 25€) I would not say avoid but - photo of the Alledged tiramsu that cost 8€ and is made from squirty cream, bananas, ice cream and grapes!!!

We've been here before. Whenever we're nearby and hungry, we like to come back. We had a small appetizer, a main course, and dessert. It was delicious.

The food was solid, if not particularly remarkable. The value for money here isn't quite right. Either they lower the prices to reflect the simplicity of the dishes, or they work on cooking and serving the food with a bit more refinement.

A vegetarian appetizer plate with only two vegetables, completely dry, no olive oil, and lightly seasoned, yet charged at full price. Although it was adapted to vegetarian requirements upon request, unlike a well-stocked appetizer plate (carpaccio, salami, salmon, and other expensive ingredients), zucchini and eggplant were simply shoved carelessly onto the plate, and we then paid the full price (€15.50) for this... The food was below average. The fried potatoes contained exactly one cube of bacon and a piece of onion. I pay full price and don't give five euros less because I like to be stingy. The pizza was very doughy and tasted more like a convenience store pizza, which it might even have been. What drives so many people to this restaurant is a mystery to me.

It's Sunday, my mom's birthday. I've made a reservation for four people for lunch inside. The air in the dining room is stagnant; it's excessively warm, the outside temperature is 30 degrees. The air conditioning is turned on for 2-3 minutes and then turned off again, great. Drinks and food orders are taken. The drinks arrive and are lukewarm, with an ice cube in the glass. On to the main course: antipasti for me, just a vegetable soup for my mom. The antipasti is bland and unseasoned; I try the vegetable soup. What is that? It tastes of nothing. The waiter walks past the table several times, even though the hot drinks are already empty. Please pay more attention. Okay, I guess I'll have to call the waiter myself and order chilled drinks. They get the drinks, unfortunately just as warm. Am I being ignored here? I ask for the dessert menu, oh dear, tiramisu, crème brûlée like 20 years ago, I don't like it. We decide on ice cream. Asked about the composition of the ice cream, whether it's milk or cream, the answer: I don't know, I grin to myself. The ice cream was just as bad, which I actually expected. Conclusion: if you're serving Italian cuisine, you should also be good at it. Attention to the guests is absolutely disappointing, never again.

I recently visited the Rosengarten and was absolutely thrilled! The food was truly outstanding – fresh, authentic, and prepared with love. The Italian dishes were delicious, and the pasta was a particular highlight. I also have to praise the service: The young Albanian waiter was particularly friendly and attentive, and his warm manner made the evening even more enjoyable. You feel truly welcome here.

Wir waren als Familie (4 Generationen) gemeinsam im Rosengarten essen. Anfangs wurden wir sofort gefragt, was es für Getränke sein dürfen, bevor wir überhaupt eine Karte erhalten haben. Wir sagten, dass wir noch warten, da noch einige zur Toilette waren etc. Es dauerte eine ganze Weile, ehe wir von einem weiteren Mitarbeiter die Karte erhielten. Die Bestellung der Getränke sowie des Essen wurde dann relativ zügig aufgenommen und auch gebracht. Nach dem Essen kam die Dame zu uns an den Tisch und sagte „Dessert oder Eis“ keine Frage, keine Karte, einfach eine Aussage und weg war sie. Nach mindestens 20 min teilten wir dann mit, dass wir zahlen wollen, da bis dahin niemand zu uns an den Tisch kam. Eine Bestellung eines Desserts oder Eis für die Kinder, war zeitlich dann überhaupt gar nicht mehr möglich und gewollt. Nachdem wir mitgeteilt haben, dass wir zahlen wollen, vergingen weitere 15 Minuten (mindestens). Eine Dame kam sodann mit einer Rechnung für alle. Wir haben dann gesagt, dass wir alle getrennt zahlen. Manche mit Karte, manche Bar. Sie sagte dann, dass wir ihr das hätten mitteilen müssen. Da einige der Familie schon öfter im Rosengarten essen waren, teilten diese dann mit, dass sonst immer jemand zu Tisch kommt, und fragt, wie denn gezahlt werden soll, getrennt, zusammen, bar, oder mit Karte? All das geschah nicht. Die Dame teilte uns dann mit, dass sie Stress habe, da sie seit 10:00 Uhr morgens allein sei, und es vergessen hat. Sie jammerte noch weiter, dass sie den ganzen Tag einfach nur im Stress ist bla bla. Sie ging sodann weg und kam nach 20 Minuten wieder zum Tisch und fragte nochmal nach, wer was bestellt hatte, da sie es zwischenzeitlich wieder vergaß. In der Wartezeit sahen wir sie ununterbrochen Essen servieren, Bestellungen aufnehmen etc. Wir wurden jedoch hintenangestellt. Es war für uns, mindestens eine Dreiviertelstunde Wartezeit von da an, wo wir eigentlich zahlen wollten, bis wir dies dann endlich tun konnten. Ich persönlich habe dieses Restaurant zum 1. mal betreten, und auch zum letzten Mal! Außerdem möchte ich noch anmerken, dass die Tochter der Mitarbeiterin, welche evtl. auch die Frau des Chefs gewesen sein könnte, ihre Tochter (ca 10 Jahre) mit arbeiten ließ. Diese beklagte „Langeweile“ woraufhin sie die Aufgabe bekam Teller mit Besteck u.ä. zu bestücken. Es fand weder ein Händewaschen noch eine Desinfizierung statt. Finde ich ein absolutes No-Go. Ich/Wir sind sehr enttäuscht! Auch fand ich es schade, dass es keinerlei Sachen für die Beschäftigung der Kinder gab. Ausmalbilder beispielsweise. Einen so schlechten Service habe ich als „Viel Essengeher“ noch nie erlebt! Schade.

Ich war enttäuscht. Unser Essen machte den Eindruck es ist sehr heiß (Lasange). Doch dann war es kalt und schmeckte säuerlich. Habe nicht aufgegessen.Ich kenne das anders, es hatte Null Geschmack und der Kellner war aufdringlich, fand ich. Werde dort nicht wieder essen gehen.

Fantastic Italian Restaurant! We had a wonderful afternoon in this restaurant. The food was excellent – ​​authentic Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients and lots of flavor. Masse statt Klasse😒 Zum Valentinstag wollte ich meine Frau zu einem guten Essen einladen. Die Tische waren schön dekoriert, aber dann kam die erste Enttäuschung, es gab lediglich ein Menü, wahlweise Fisch oder Fleisch, wir wählten Fleisch. Die Vorspeise, Parmaschinken an Honigmelone war gut, allerdings haben wir nach dem Essen festgestellt, dass man bei uns das Pizzabrot vergessen hatte. Dann der Hauptgang, Kalbsmedallions. Außen rum, ca. 1 cm war das Fleisch zart, der Rest zäh wie Gummi, das Gemüse war absolut ungewürzt und die Soße zum Fleisch war eine Fertigsoße. Das Dessert, der billigste Pudding mit schon fester Haut oben drauf und ein bisschen Kirschkompott. Ich habe den Eindruck, heute soll der schnelle Euro gemacht werden, denn mit der Qualität die wir bisher vom Rosengarten kannten, hatte das heute rein gar nichts zu tun. Selbst der Hinweis an die Bedienung, welche dies an die Küche weitergeben wollte, kam aus dieser keinerlei Reaktion. Fazit des heutigen Abends: Rosengarten…nie wieder!

Mass instead of class😒 For Valentine's Day I wanted to invite my wife to a good meal. The tables were beautifully decorated, but then came the first disappointment, there was only one menu, a choice of fish or meat, we chose meat. The starter, Parma ham with honeydew melon, was good, but after eating we realized that we had forgotten the pizza bread. Then the main course, veal medallions. On the outside, about 1 cm of the meat was tender, the rest was tough like rubber, the vegetables were absolutely unseasoned and the sauce for the meat was a ready-made sauce. The dessert, the cheapest pudding with already firm skin on top and a bit of cherry compote. I have the impression that the quick euro should be made today, because today it had absolutely nothing to do with the quality that we previously knew from the Rosengarten. Even when the waitress was told that she wanted to pass this on to the kitchen, she didn't get any reaction. Conclusion of this evening: rose garden…never again!

We are guests here often. A great meal every time no matter what we order. The pizza is just as phenomenal as the pasta. Everything is just right here. The food is always fresh and quickly at the table. The service is friendly, accommodating but not intrusive. All in all, I can fully recommend this restaurant.

Fast, nice and friendly service, Were there for dinner.

It's been a long time since I've had such a bad meal. Zero taste experience. No matter whether it's a starter or a main course. The low point was the tiramisu. Something thawed again, where the thawing water was floating in a puddle on the plate while eating. Every single part of our dishes was attached somewhere. And at such overpriced prices. That was definitely our last visit.

Everything is perfect, that's how I imagine good gastronomy. Thanks to the team.

Went there for dinner last Sunday. We had positive memories of the restaurant from previous visits. This time we were unfortunately disappointed. The service was slow and it took a long time to be served. The food was okay, the beef steak was not asked about the degree of doneness.

Der Service ist gut und das Personal nett . Nun kommt das große ABER... Lange nicht mehr so schlecht gegessen. Die verschiedenen Nudelgerichte die wir bestellt hatten ,waren geschmacklich leider alle identisch. Aber unser Highlight war das Tiramisu. Absolut kein Geschmackserlebnis. Auf dem Teller schwam schon eine Pfütze ,so daß wir davon ausgehen, daß das Tiramisu eingefroren und wieder aufgetaut wurde. Es schmeckte auch komplett wässrig. Mit Italienischen Essen hat das nichts zu tun.

Wir haben Essen abgeholt, wir hatten Besuch. Ich esse gerne Gnoccis, was ich bekam, war eine feste Pampe, das Basilikum musste man suchen und nicht mal etwas liebevoll angerichtet. Für 13 Euro sehr dürftig. Wie hatten 3× Gnoccis, davon war eine Portion sicher für Kinder. Die Pizza ging einigermaßen. Ich bin bestimmt kein Nörgler, aber sowas kann man niemanden anbieten und noch dazu, so überteuert. Wir werden uns beim nächsten Mal eine andere Gastronomie suchen. Bezahlt haben wir 125 Euro, für mich war es höchstens die Hälfte Wert. Ich komme aus einer artähnlichen Branche. Vielleicht sollte man mal mit den Kräften in der Küche Rücksprache halten. Mit frdl. All dishes overpriced. The pizza was quite good but there are far better ones.

Went there for lunch, food came quickly and tasted okay. The service, however, was very unfriendly, was annoyed when you wanted to redeem a voucher and you only got the remaining money back after asking. I'm happy to give a tip, but it doesn't work that way.

Very great atmosphere. The service was very friendly and fun too. The food was very tasty 😋 and tasty. You can dine very comfortably there.

Flies on the window sills. The meat didn't taste good; when I cut it, the "blood" juice ran out. Ambiance is outdated. Price-performance ratio is not right.

Very good food, good quality and very nice staff

The three of us spontaneously ate there. My brother and I had the same thing. Pasta with lobster cream sauce. My mother had the pike perch fillet. The prices were therefore slightly higher. The order itself went really quickly and the food tasted fantastic. My mother is a good cook herself and difficult to convince 😅 but even she liked it very much. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was also very pleasant. The portion was enough for one person, even if it seemed very small at first glance. So everything is highly recommended. Nice restaurant with cafe. We liked it very much. Tiramisu and ice cream sundaes 🍨 were very tasty.

5 stars, everything was at its best, fast and friendly service, the food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I can highly recommend it and will come back. Keep it up👍

Very nice restaurant with very tasty food.

...I already knew better here. Despite reservations for a good 20 people, we had to wait longer for food. I also found the price for the portion to be very upscale, 5 strips of lamb and 1 good ladle of rice for €25.50 is quite an announcement. The tiramisu was still properly frozen. Otherwise the main course itself was good. Oh well...

Were very disappointed with the restaurant. Ambiance was fine, but the room temperature was as frosty as the weather outside. Afterwards we had to go into the bathtub. The food was tasty, but each of us five had to go to our fridge after visiting the restaurant. The service was friendly but not helpful. I'm really sorry. I would have liked to have said something else, but that's how it was. Price/performance not justified!
