⭐☆☆☆☆ Simply outrageous! I was hungry and wanted to get a fries as usual. The guy threw them straight into the grease – everything was fine up until that point. Then I asked if I could pay by card. The answer: An arrogant "No" – no explanation, no alternative, nothing. I didn't have any cash with me, so I wanted to politely say, "Okay, see you next time." What did he do? He just turned around, completely ignored me, and threw the fries back into the freezer bag. Not a word, not a look – nothing. I tried to politely say goodbye twice, just out of courtesy – no reaction. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. No respect, no service, no communication. No matter how good the food was, this just wouldn't do. Never again.

Unfortunately, a complete disappointment – ​​twice! I was in this store some time ago and was treated extremely disrespectfully, simply because I wanted to pay by card. From the moment I mentioned it, I was treated like air – not a glance, not a word, simply ignored. No trace of customer service or friendliness. Despite this bad experience, I wanted to give the store a second chance. I came back, this time even with cash, hoping for a better encounter. But instead, I was once again treated rudely and condescendingly – along the lines of: "What do you even want here?" Instead of being customer-focused and perhaps making up for a previous mistake, I was once again treated like a nuisance. Conclusion: If you value respect, friendliness, and professionalism, you're definitely in the wrong place here. This is not how you treat people – especially not paying customers.

The kebab costs €7.50 and is now in the lower midfield. But compared to kebabs from the city center, they are huge and come with freshly baked flatbread. Absolutely recommended

We like to get our dinner here in the form of doner kebab, pide and pizza. Dishes are usually prepared by the chef himself, changes are possible. Meat according to Helal specifications. Little parking space in front of the door.

Zum Studium bin ich in die Nähe des Dönerladens gezogen. Ich bin ziemlich schnell auf den Laden aufmerksam geworden. Ich habe mir öfters eine Dönerpizza mit Peperoni bestellt. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Es schmeckt einfach hervorragend. Der Döner ist auch echt gut. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich. Einfach ein 1A Packet. Über zwei Jahre war ich hier mindestens zweimal ich Woche. Ich bin leider ziemlich zügig Studium bedingt weggezogen und konnte mich nicht von dem netten Herrn verabschieden :)

Es schmeckt sehr gut würde arg empfehlen wenn ihr döner wollt dann geht zu rosa döner 😁 Portion ist so groß das man satt wird sehr nett ist er auch

Super Freundlich und immer gut Drauf Leckere Pizza aus dem Steinofen Fladenbrot frisch aufgebacken!! Die Portionen sind auch groß das man immer satt wird 👍

Ein Kollege hat mich drauf aufmerksam gemacht....da wäre es gut.....also ich muss sagen....dass ist untertrieben.....ich finde es sehr gut......

Alles in Ordnung, Pizza oder Pide ganz gut. Döner halt genauso schlecht, wie überall in Karlsruhe. In Heidelberg/Mannheim bekommt man bessere Döner, wieso auch immer.

Das Essen ist immer lecker und gut. Pizzas sind klasse, Döner echt lecker. Aber Vorsicht bei "Scharf", dass ist dann echt scharf.

Tolles Angebot, sehr gute Qualität und Quantität, würde ich sehr empfehlen. Bitte macht weiter so!!

Das Fladenbrot war sehr gut doch das Fleisch wird immer schlechter ich kenne mich zwar nicht so gut aus aber ihr könntet es etwas mehr anbraten lassen.

Nur Hackfleischspieß Pizza, Dönerbrot, Pide etc. immer frisch gemacht im Steinofen. Preise normal für KA Samstags geschlossen Personal sehr freundlich und schnell

Super Qualität und der Dönerfladen kommt direkt aus dem Stein-Ofen. Der Besitzer ist auch immer super nett.
