Best Pizza in Karlsruhe

Unprofessional and disappointing!!! I ordered four pizzas and two portions of fries via Lieferando for pickup at 6:15 p.m. this afternoon and paid immediately online. The order was confirmed by the restaurant – I received a notification accordingly. But at 6:12 p.m., just three minutes before the pickup time, I suddenly received a message that my order had been canceled. Without explanation. Furthermore, I now have to wait three days for a refund of the amount I had already paid. This is not only extremely unprofessional, but also shows a lack of respect for customers. For me, this was the first and last time. Very disappointing – absolutely not recommended.

Super nett und sauber! Ab und zu kommt etwas merkwürdiges Publikum vorbei, aber man hat seine Ruhe und kann sich super gut unterhalten!

I've gotten pizza twice so far. Got perfect pizza both times. Hot with lots of toppings and lots of cheese. This is how pizza should be. I can only recommend it.
