Sehr gute Pizza, auch die glutenfreie Variante. Der Service hat uns am Anfang erstmal vergessen, nachdem wir uns einen Platz aussuchen durften. Aber danach waren die Mitarbeiterinnen dann sehr aufmerksam.

Wenn man extra telefonisch reserviert, dann ist es umso enttäuschender, wenn dann kein Platz freigehalten wird. Andere Köche machen auch gutes Essen. So einfach ist das.

Nette Lokalität mit sehr schönem Biergarten und nettem Service

Ich habe eine Pizza und ein kleiner Salat, der Salt war schön angerichtet, leider kam er mit der Pizza. Diese sah lecker aus, aber leider war sie nicht cross gebacken , sie hätte noch zwei Minuten länger gebraucht. Der Service war sehr freundlich und schnell.

Die Pizza von meinem Mann hat gar nicht geschmeckt. Der Salat auch nicht ,. Die Nudeln wurden extra mit Pilzen bestellt,, aber ich habe sie suchen müssen,, so wenig waren es ,, und als wir nach parmesankäse gefragt haben mussten wir noch 10 Minuten warten als wir zahlen wollten mussten wir 30 Minuten warten und sieht man in der Pizzeria auf jeden Fall nicht mehr

Wir haben einen leckeren Vorspeisenteller für zwei gegessen. Richtig super, hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Waren schon das zweite Mal dort Essen und es war wieder sehr lecker. Die Glutenfreie Pasta und die Pizzen sind mega. Kommen gerne wieder wenn wir wieder in der Nähe sind.

Italienische Küche, angepasst an den deutschen Geschmack. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Bedienung Italiener ist, aber wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Die Bedienung war eine blonde, brillentragende junge Frau – sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Exzellenter Service, absolut empfehlenswert.

Leider kam es nicht zum Essen daher kann ich nichts drüber sagen. Wir sind Freitag Abend mit 2 Hunden in das Lokal welches max zu 1/3 mit Gästen belegt war und wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass alle Plätze reserviert sind. Ob es wohl an den Hunden lag? Man könnte ja auch ein Schild machen dass keine Hunde erwünscht sind.

We ate here for the second time today and took the opportunity to explore Wangen. They have the best bruschetta we've ever eaten, and the pizzas and salad are simply fantastic. The taste is incredible. Everything is fresh and beautifully presented. Great service and a lovely rustic atmosphere. All in all, it's well worth a visit. Thank you so much!

The food is good, but the prices are rather high. There's a wide selection of different pizzas. If you don't like toppings that are only half-cold, you should ask about some of them. For example, the cheese on the Burrata pizza was cold, which we didn't know beforehand. The tiramisu was good, but for €5 it was a rather small piece. When we paid separately, I was overcharged by 50 cents. The excuse was that they thought I had ordered a different drink. However, the server had the receipt in her hand. Surely the correct drink should have been rung up... Update November 2025: We were here again. If I order a small drink and receive a large one, it doesn't reflect well on the service and looks like they're trying to charge extra, because very few people send the small drink back and then, of course, pay the higher price. Unfortunately, the restaurant now looks a bit shabby. Dirt splatters on the walls, grime on the electrical outlets, crumbs on the felt coasters, and greasy fingerprints on the extra menus (weekly specials) lying on the table. Since we arrived quite early, we were the only ones there. I asked them to turn the music down in our booth, as I'm very sensitive to background noise and couldn't hear my companion. The waiter said he would turn the music off, but nothing happened. The pizza tasted good, but the overall atmosphere was just off. I don't need to go back. I don't need to go there again.

Whenever we're passing through, this pizzeria is our first stop. We've been here four or five times so far. I always get the delicious salad with pears, goat cheese, and walnuts. Highly recommended!

Not exactly a special trip to enjoy - the food was mediocre, the service pretty amateurish, probably covered by the family - you always get full somehow, but already now, after only a week, the memory has completely faded, quite rightly so.

I ordered 8 pizzas to go. The staff was friendly 😀 ! Overall, the pizzas were mediocre at best. Be careful! The seafood pizza is laced with artificial fish meat, known as surimi! A definite no-go! Sorry, that wasn't good.

Good pizzeria. I opted for a chanterelle mushroom pizza, but unfortunately, the goat cheese and honey were too overpowering for me. I spoke up, and they completely understood. And a new pizza! Thank you so much again, it was amazing! We'd love to come back... But one star less because the crust and the underside of the pizza were a bit salty.

We love eating pizza here because it simply tastes good and we think it's good value for money! It's a bit more expensive than the kebab shop, but that's reflected in the quality. The children's special requests were always accommodated in a friendly manner. You can sit inside or outside in the shade under the trees.

A very cozy pizzeria with super delicious food and friendly service. A particularly positive aspect: They serve delicious gluten-free pasta and, according to the menu, also offer gluten-free pizza, although unfortunately, they're regularly out of stock. Otherwise, absolutely recommended.

The three of us were at lunch. My husband and I chose a pizza, and my mother opted for a dish from the lunch menu: Scaloppine al Gorgonzola with French fries and salad. All the dishes were very delicious. I even liked my Capricciosa pizza better than at the Italian gourmet restaurant "Eataly" in Munich! And the French fries I was able to try were top-notch! The service is very friendly, and the value for money is second to none. After so much praise, here are two suggestions for improvement: the lighting concept was also an issue at the next table. Despite the overhead lights being on, the dining room was still very dark. There are certainly some improvements that could be made with simple means. Furthermore, the knives should be sharpened. This would make cutting the pizzas much easier. My final conclusion: we'll gladly come back for dinner!

What can I say? For me personally, it was a perfect evening. The food (Salomone salad, dessert, wine, and grappa), the atmosphere, and the young, friendly staff made for a wonderful evening. I'd love to come back. Thank you 🙏🏼

A very good pizzeria, with 5-star service and very child-friendly. We were there with our 2-year-old son. We were immediately offered a high chair, a children's menu with crayons to color in, and an extra plate and cutlery so he could eat with us. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for our food, which was great with a child!

Where should I begin... We sat down because the tables were so cute under the tree. With lovely decor and smiling service. We were impressed by the gluten-free pizza with NO cheap dough, but fresh dough delivered from Italy. (Suitable for celiac disease!) Super delicious dough, not dry but crispy, lots of toppings, and a fresh taste. The homemade lemonade also tastes homemade and perfectly sweet and fresh. The prices are reasonable for the quality of both the food and the service! My companion's salad was super varied and filling. Not just a few lettuce leaves and tomatoes, but a really hearty one. Even though we're not from here, we'll definitely be back!

I picked up food from there. Tagliatelle with salmon was really great👍🏻very tasty and super hot 😋 the homemade tiramisu...the bottom layer of the sponge cake was unfortunately too watery and didn't taste much of coffee. It could have been a little sweeter 😔 another tip: don't add any fruit to it. Tiramisu doesn't need any accompaniments, neither do you add lots of fruit nor is cream superfluous. Just make it a bit bigger and it's good. Otherwise everything is perfect, and the waitress who brought me the food was super nice. Thank you very much 🥰

Very nice outdoor garden for eating. The pizza was unfortunately almost cold, but otherwise very tasty. Salad only arrived after we asked for it and when the pizza was almost empty. Unfortunately, the salad was a bit lackluster for €5. A few lettuce leaves, a bit of cucumber, and three half-sized tomatoes.

Well, I was very disappointed. Eating a pizza that was crunchy and hard and cost a ton of money was really bad. I also ordered a crusty baguette, which was neither crispy nor made sense. It was soft as melted butter, and for €3.50, they only got three small slices. So, in terms of price, they really should take a look. Even the pizza from the doner kebab shop tastes better than the one from the Romantica. Not only does it taste better, but it's also €3 or €4 cheaper. When we walked in, everything seemed to be full. We were about to leave. But the waitress came over and told us there were still nine free seats. Spoiler alert: it was (almost) empty 🙄. So we went into the empty restaurant and got what I described above. So, really, really disappointed.

Great Italian restaurant with a fairly large beer garden. The restaurant is conveniently located near a large parking lot, making it a great place to dine and linger, even late at night. The staff has a good overview of everything, is friendly, and quick. There were three of us and we ordered three different pizzas. All were well-topped. The dough is crispy, well-seasoned, and makes a decent portion. The homemade lemonades are also very tasty. The actual restaurant is small. The rooms are practically furnished. Unfortunately, as far as I could see, the rooms and the restroom are not wheelchair accessible. If I'm wrong and see a picture, I'll remove the item from the description!

This place till a year ago was quite good and the pizza was ok. I was expecting to eat a good pizza but on my dish I found a fake one. Same taste as carton… the pizza is not Made by them but it’s rather bought frozen and then baked and they add some ingredients on top at the end. Poor food quality. Very disappointed. Never again.

I've been there twice so far. It's very pleasant, there's plenty of seating, and a wide selection of food. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. One plus point about the food: they serve vegan cheese on the pizzas, which I haven't seen at any other restaurant. One negative point: I ordered a pizza bread, and it was too dry, with just a bit of tomato sauce and no oil, which I think is part of the experience. You can go there again and again; the price is reasonable :)

Congratulations! What a disaster... That was the first time I couldn't eat a pizza despite being quite hungry! I ordered a seafood pizza and a mixed salad. I got a joke about an insalata mista and seafood spaghetti, which I of course sent back. When my companion had already eaten half of it, my pizza frutti di mare finally arrived. ..... The sight immediately made it clear that this wasn't going to be good. Not a single one, neither mussels nor scampi, in their shells. Everything was slapped on naked. And lo and behold, it was the new Italian super crustacean, surimi 😂....what that's for, I have no idea.... And the taste of the pizza? I have no idea, it actually tasted of nothing....how they manage that is also a mystery to me. €16 for this pizza, only one person is happy about that, and that isn't the hungry customer.

I ordered the Rucola e Parma pizza, and unfortunately, there was so much balsamic vinegar on it that it was almost inedible. Perhaps they should improve that a bit.

Spent two hours outside of germany in their stunning outdoor courtyard. It took us back mentally to our Portugal trip where we dined under shades of big trees, escaping very hot summer days. Food yummy, staff friendly. Definitely again next time we visit wangen

A charming Italian restaurant with delicious food and a great location, even after a change of management, with plenty of outdoor tables under old chestnut trees. Depending on the day of the week, there's a bit more traffic noise from the main road. There's plenty of room inside, though. Overall, highly recommended and always a good choice. The prices are also perfectly reasonable. The service was still new and a bit overwhelmed, but very friendly.

We arrived unannounced with six people and got a very nice table. The children had their own menu to color in, which they really enjoyed. The prices were very good and reasonable for the size and quality of the food. The service was always pleasantly present. The food arrived very quickly and was piping hot. No burnt pizza crust, no greasy film, and perfectly seasoned. We even had to take the food with us because there was so much left over, even though we were all full and happy after the meal. Overall, a completely successful restaurant visit. We're always happy to come back and let ourselves be enchanted.

Unfortunately, I have to put it this way: The food was absolutely terrible! The pasta with asparagus and shrimp was swimming in cheap oil. The pizza dough wasn't cooked all the way through, the tomato sauce had no flavor at all, and the "cheese" was particularly disgusting. I'm pretty sure that was imitation cheese. As another guest already wrote, they only use the cheapest ingredients. I don't understand the positive reviews. I can only confirm the very friendly service staff. What a shame.

We were with the family today. The service is good. Friendly and quick. The food is good too. We had pizza and lasagna. Unfortunately the lasagne consisted mainly of cheese, but since I like cheese it was ok for me. But I couldn't finish it all. But the price was definitely too high. The pizza was tasty too. Just like you get them from every delivery service here. There was a lot of cheese on it too. But they have nothing to do with a really good Italian pizza. I found it too expensive in terms of price.

This Italian restaurant in Wangen was highly recommended to me for a trip to the Allgäu - and rightly so, as I discovered. The pizzas are really sensational. The other dishes are also very good. The food also came relatively quickly. The service is friendly and helpful. Large public parking lot in the immediate vicinity.

We went to Romantica for the 4th time because the pizza is good. The service is also very nice. We rounded up the bill and gave an additional tip of €3.00. But in the invoice we discovered €10 too much and asked for it back. This is the 2nd time this has happened! Why are you doing this? I decide whether and how much I tip. Always asks for the bill.

A spontaneous visit on Sunday evening. I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza tasted excellent and the tomato sauce actually tasted like tomatoes, which unfortunately I have experienced differently many times. The craftsmanship was really good and it wasn't swimming in grease. Charging €12 for this is absolutely clear. There was also local beer and a homemade ginger lemon soda. I can recommend the latter to everyone! The waitresses were super nice and attentive. Keep it up.

Service very nice Pasta was great and porcini mushroom sauce was very tasty. Pizza wasn't really good... We had a Pizza Vegetaria which had 5 pieces of vegetables on it... 2 strips of pepper, a piece of zucchini and two pieces of eggplant. Really tasteless... Furnishings really nice and cozy. If you want to have a nice meal, you should definitely go to Romantica and treat yourself to a few pasta dishes!

Tagliatelle al Limone tasted like dishwashing liquid and the sauce was burnt and not good at all. Pizza wasn't salted and wasn't cooked all the way through and wasn't that good either. Service was okay but not that good either. I called 5 times and no one answered.
