Ristorante Pizzeria Piazza in Wangen im Allgäu

I had reserved for 5 people and unfortunately only got a table for four with one extra chair. As the evening progressed, it got really crowded and accordingly loud. From the dining room, you can see directly into the tennis hall. The menu was clear and there was something for everyone. When I ordered drinks, something incredible happened: I wanted to order a glass of Lambrusco and there wasn't one! I found that very unfortunate and unusual. The food – we had 2 pizzas, 2 pastas, and 1 calzone – was all really delicious. They packed up the leftovers to take home. Conclusion: You can go there and enjoy good Italian food, but you should always be prepared for the occasional faux pas.

We arrived at this restaurant completely by chance after a long journey. A warm welcome, delicious and generous cuisine. You really feel like you're in Italy, with the staff speaking both Italian and German. Very good pizza and lasagna!!! A wonderful discovery.

We spontaneously went to this restaurant today and were very pleasantly surprised. It may not look particularly impressive from the outside, but the service and food are truly outstanding; the panna cotta with strawberries is a poem.

The pizza arrived very quickly and tasted great. For dessert, there was a large portion of tiramisu, which was also impressive. You can't complain about the price here.

We always enjoy going there; the pizzas are delicious, and we've always received excellent service! The terrace has also been beautifully remodeled recently. A regular destination for us!

We booked a table for 10 people four days in advance. When we arrived, we were in for a big surprise. We'd been put in the basement, with no window overlooking a bowling alley, because our reservation had apparently been lost. At least we could have eaten by the window in the main room because other guests took pity on us and booked another table. We all ordered, and a lot of things got mixed up. In the end, everyone had something to eat, but unfortunately, five out of ten people didn't really like the food. One person even sent their food back after just one bite. The boss's wife, we'd say, took it back without much complaint. The other four meals were at least touched, but no one wanted to take any of it. That says a lot. When it came to the bill, things got a bit heated. A lot of things were mixed up, and they were overcharged. The food that was returned even had to be paid for, because the boss was of the opinion that after all, he cooked it and all the other guests enjoyed it. Then it's the person's fault, not the food's, if they don't appreciate it. Another person apparently looked at their bill for a little too long and then asked if they didn't understand what was written there. No, everyone can read; we just didn't want to pay for things we didn't order. So, for us, it was the first and last time there. The manager's wife, however, went out of her way to help us and didn't charge for the returned food. Of course, we don't know if this led to any further discussions with her husband. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but for us, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

Pizza tastes like in Italy, tasty and good price. Come again

Service was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was below average. We had an appetizer platter de la casa. I would have expected Italian cheese (pecorino, parmesan,...), sausage (salami, raw ham, etc.) and good pickled/grilled vegetables. There were pickled vegetables from a jar, hay and mountain cheese, cooked ham in various variations, grilled zucchini, peppers and eggplant (unfortunately the eggplant was still a bit hard)... So rather disappointing. For the main course we had the Pasta de la Casa and it was ok. Not great but not bad either.

We went to Piazza for lunch. The service staff was attentive and friendly. The pizzas are priced around €10-12, were served quickly and tasted good, but they aren't particularly big! The drinks were partly out of stock and were significantly expensive

The visit was disappointing: bruschetta without garlic, unreasonable service and problems with the discount. Instead of the free main course through the gourmet block, only the starter was deducted, even though we pointed this out. The pizzas were tasty, but the poor service spoiled the overall impression.

Our favorite pizzeria. The food is excellent and really inexpensive compared to other pizzerias. The service is top. There is no extra charge for extra requests or for chili oil and garlic. We like coming here.

We were looking for a good restaurant on the A96 on the way back to Munich and found it here. Simple restaurant at the sports field. Cuisine simple and tasty. Prices pleasantly low. Service pleasant and friendly (not fake) If we happen to be in the area again, we'd love to.

Delicious food, Italian taste, thin dough, exactly as I imagined, there was no waiting, prices are reasonable, you have a view of the tennis courts, you can see it in the pictures, they are very nice and any recommendation , I rate it 10+ I have to praise that we were allowed to enter with a dog. Pizza is super tasty, unfortunately the rest is not recommended. Salad seems to be made with ready-made dressing, but there is fresh bread with it. Service very nice.

Very good pizza was served separately in 2 bowls of sauce to refine and sharpen the pizza supper. I only know it from France and Sicily

The pizzas were very tasty. With the bowling alley in the basement, it's great for children's birthday parties. The decor could do with something, but overall very good as the food is the deciding factor.

A pity! There is one star for yes, it was a pizza. We ordered several pizzas to take away. Ordered number of pizzas taken away on 1st RIDE. 2nd RIDE Pizzas are not ours so back again 3. DRIVE After asking whether it was also our pizzas, which was answered in the affirmative, we went back home hungry. The ordered toppings were missing from 2/3 of the pizzas. The pizza piazza became margaritha with shrimp. Neither tomato nor arugula nor garlic. There were no onions to be found with the ham and onion. That's really a pity! We decided not to take a 4th and 5th RIDE. We will refrain from doing this in the future as unfortunately it wasn't the first time!!!

Nice little pizzeria with delicious food

First time eating at this pizzeria. A super pizza. If I want pizza I will always come here. Never had such good pizza around Memmingen Leutkirch Lindau. Top quality and very kind and friendly owners.

Leckeres Essen zu günstigen Preisen. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wenn wir Hunger auf italienische Küche haben ist das Piazza unsere erste Adresse! Super leckeres Essen und ein angenehmer Service. Das Ambiente/die Einrichtung ist nicht auf dem Niveau wie die Küche, aber okay. Ich komme ja zum essen und nicht zum kucken☺️. Macht weiter so!

Ein super tolles kleines italienische Restaurant. Die Speisen sind einfach nur ein Traum, absolut lecker und sehr große Portionen. Hier wird jeder satt. Auch die Nachspeisen sind ein Hit. Der Service ist absolut super und sehr zuvorkommend und total freundlich. Kalt Getränke gib es natürlich auch jede Menge zur Auswahl. Die Wartezeit ist absolut gering, hier muss niemand lange auf sein Essen warten. Das Lokal ist auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Ich kann also jedem nur raten dies Lokal zu besuchen.

Essen sehr lecker, sehr freundliches Personal. Leider ist der Zigarettenrauch der Raucher dauernd durch das ganze Lokal gezogen und es roch äußerst unangenehm.

Tasty and filling Pizzas and lovely Italian atmosphere. I took Peppino, which was great, the second time I asked to have one without spinats, tastes better imho.

Aardige bediening, fijne sfeer. Pizza en pasta besteld. Erg lekker en zeker aan te raden.

Sehr leckeren Salat und tolle Pizza

Wenn man in das Gebäude reinkommt riecht es nach Sport und Dusche, das ist doch etwas befremdlich - allerdings, wir sind in einer Tennishalle! Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist, sagen wir mal, deutlich an die Achtziger angelehnt. Aber das Essen ist schmackhaft und von guter Qualität, der Service ist freundlich und schnell und auf Zack, und das Tiramisu ist der Hammer! Wir waren schon öfter hier und haben direkt wieder einen Termin reserviert. Ach ja, ich hatte eine Pizza quattro Formaggi mit Rucola, die war spitze!

Einfach immer schnell und perfekt. Am Telefon super freundlich. Hier schmecken Pizza und Nudelgerichte gleichermaßen gut 👍. Alles andere wurde noch nicht probiert. Immer wieder gerne.

Preis/Leistung gut. Bedienung musste erst leicht „auftauen“. Aber ab da super nett. Pizzen und Pasta gut. Es ist aber eine bessere Sportgaststätte und kein Sternelokal.
