Endroit lamentable, service aberrant Comme passée à 18h29 , à 19h15 nous n’étions toujours pas servie Nous avons dû nous imposer pour parler à quelqu’un. Les serveurs nous ignoraient. C’est une honte une tel organisation. Sans compter que la manager était cachée dans son bureau alors qu’à l’avant c’était la cohue.

On a aperçu celui qui servait la viande sortir des toilettes sans se laver les mains. On lui a fait la remarque et il a été agressif. Je déconseille vivement

My dining experience was, unfortunately, extremely disappointing. Upon opening the package, I was shocked by what I was served: a deep-fried piece that clearly looked like a chicken head—beak and comb included. I've never experienced anything like it before, and honestly, it completely ruined my appetite. The smell was already unpleasant, but the taste was even worse: old, greasy, with an aftertaste I can barely describe. The fries were limp, barely seasoned, and the sauce had a strange, almost artificial flavor. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but after this experience, I will definitely never order from there again. For me, it was an absolute no-go. I sincerely hope this incident is taken seriously and investigated—because something like this really shouldn't happen.
