Roland's Grillhähnchen in Oberhausen

Location Wattenscheid Kaufland Ottostr. Until now, except for once, I've always had good chicken or knuckles. I usually come over in the evening after work and unfortunately I only get thighs every other time, but when they're gone, they're gone.

Was in Reis Kaufland today, the service was super nice, the lady was very friendly and very clean

Today we were in Bocholt near Kaufland. We bought chicken breast sandwiches. These were inedible. The sandwiches fell apart in your hands and the chicken fillet had been in the deep fryer several times, making it so hard that you could smash your plate with it. WE WILL NEVER BUY CHICKEN HERE AGAIN!

Very unfriendly, wanted a crusty roast roll with onions, what we got was Kassler in a roll, there were no onions! The young man serving was also very unfriendly when this was pointed out to him! Krefeld Kaufland location!

Kaufland Duisburg kaßlerfeld No chicken cutlets. 2x crusty roast in a bun. Roast without a crust, cut very thinly and it tastes like smoked pork. Without sauce to take away there is no real fulfillment.

After reading most of the clerks here, I realized that 90% should buy a Duden instead of chicken or something else!!!!

So I often go to Ruhrort for crusty roast rolls, so I got them 3 times at a time, you can forget about them, they're just burnt and dried out, and there's hardly anything on them, so I won't go there again for the time being, as will a few friends

Hello everyone wanted to eat grilled chicken again, after I got home it looked like the pictures. I really lost my appetite and also had to throw everything in the trash can. It's a shame that they sell something like that and I'll never shop there again. If I could I wouldn't give it a star!

I've been to Rewe in Mülheim Saarn several times, VERY DELICIOUS and above all the best service (Selda), super nice and friendly! Definitely my regular grill on Mondays :)

We had 2 half chickens from Moers near Kaufland. Catastrophe, he used to give good quality at Roland

Today I was in Bochum Wattenscheid at Kaufland. Even though it was only 10:30 a.m. I was still hungry. A very friendly saleswoman explained to me that it would take a few minutes because the delicious chicken wasn't fully cooked yet. So I waited another 5-10 minutes and chatted with the cheerful and friendly saleswoman. The result was a delicious and well-fried half chicken, with which the nice saleswoman recommended coleslaw. All in all 5 stars from me especially for the nice service! It is rare to find such a service these days. I'll be back!

At the Kaufland Abo-Wattenscheid, I stand in front of the car and wait for it to open. First I'm told we open at 10:30 a.m. It's now 10:30 a.m. then the employee from the store comes from shopping and then says again in a few minutes. She was very stroppy. I would rather shop somewhere else in the future

Today on May 6th, 2024 I bought 5 half chickens at Markant parking lot on Einbleckstrasse in Oberhausen. I have to say it was a disappointment. They were very red inside and weren't cooked through even though I often buy from Roland. Today it was pure disappointment. I hope someone will take care of it .

Consistent quality and friendly service over the years... I really can't understand the bad reviews. It's not because of the yellow grill bombs but because of the ever-worsening end consumer... if you want food as a gift, then go to the table, there is There are bags of it...poor Germany, I'm ashamed of you

I wanted to test this first so that I could bring fries for the whole family next time. I was surprised how you can have such a bad mood when dealing with customers, and I won't go there again with friends either. So strict, so dissatisfied and condescending, not relaxed at all (location in Bocholt in front of Kaufland regarding the saleswoman with the short hair and the many tattoos on her arms). The customer in front of me was "handled" quite coolly. “Good,” I thought to myself, “I didn’t notice everything from the start.” So do I. You have to be able to muster so little social skills and empathy at first. Vorm Kaufland is actually a top location for such a snack bar, but in my opinion the lady ensures that many people don't come back or only come back to a limited extent. I definitely won't go there again. The food also tasted mediocre. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this... wow, left me feeling negative. In my opinion, the lady doesn't belong in dealing with customers. I'd rather go to Botan or Truckstop next time.

Thursday March 22nd I think it's all a disgrace when you get half a chicken for the price that is completely fried to death, the fries are half raw and totally over salted so you can't recommend the seller is unfriendly and that together gives the impression that the man is not for this job suitable. Sad in Neumühl today March 22nd.

On Mondays at Kaufland in Duisburg Kaßlerfeld, Selda (I asked if I could mention her name) is there with the truck. I have rarely seen people who are so committed and friendly about their job. She radiates a cheerfulness that is one of the reasons why I made Monday my chicken day. Whether Thursday will also be a chicken day depends on the tour planning 😉 See you Monday 👋

Was in Krefeld yesterday on October 31st, 2023. The chicken is first class, very tasty and juicy, the service is first class, the lady is very nice and personable, what I noticed is that the ambience is very clean, just great, I like coming always just top

Every Friday I pick things up from the cart next to the supermarket (teuteburgerstr.), the young lady who stands there is always nice and polite and responds to all requests. The food always tastes good.

Wenn man mit frischen Hähnchen wirbt, sollten diese auch frisch sein. Alt, vertrocknet und kalt, obwohl sie vom Grill kamen. Wahrscheinlich Hähnchen vom Vortag. Konnte man nicht essen. 3 halbe Hähnchen für die Tonne.

--- eigentlich sieben Sterne --- Vor zwölf Jahren waren wir schon einmal begeisterte Kunden bei unserer Hauseinweihung. Zum 60ten Geburtstag mit 130 Personen lief alles perfekt und wie am Schnürrchen. Die Dame vom Grill hatte alle Hände voll zu tun, bewältigte die Zubereitung und Ausgabe bravourös!!! Das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut, gut daß noch eine extra Pommes dabei war. Mein Tipp für zukünftige Gastgeber: Vegetarische/Vegane Ergänzungen vorsehen (sonst essen die alle die leckeren Pommes weg)

Ältere Bedienung im Wagen, in Kamp Lintfort. Geschehen heute 04.02.2023. Bestellung: 2 Grillhaxen, 1 ganzes Hähnchen. Erst sagt die ,, Dame " 8,50 €, dann mit dem ganzen Hähnchen 20,30 €. Ich fragte nach um die doofe Antwort zu hören ,, billiger war mal ". Sie packte mir die Sachen ein und fletschte das Wechselgeld auf den Tresen. Zu Hause ( Kevelaer ) angekommen, war nur das ganze Hähnchen und eine ( 1x)Grillhaxe eingepackt worden. Ganz schön mies. Nur zu spät und zu weit um wieder von Kevelaer nach Kamp Lintfort zur Reklamation zu fahren. Bin zwar nicht oft in Kamp Lintfort ,wurde aber bei Roland immer gut bedient. Vielleicht falsche Bedienung? Mit Sicherheit nicht ,, VERKAUFSGESTRESST ". WAR ALLEINE AM VERKAUFS -WAGEN. TUT MIR LEID, ABER DAS WAR,S FÜR MICH. HATTE ANFANG DER 90 ger BEI ROLAND GEKAUFT. Hallo liebes Roland Team, heute (Montag den 4.7.22) hatte ich mal wieder Lust auf Hänchen. Die Hänchen wurden von einer super freundlichen Dame zubereitet und verkaut. So zuvorkommet wurde ich dort in Kamp-Lintfort noch nie bedient. Ich komme sehr gerne immer wieder hier hin. Viele Grüße

Ich hole mir ab und zu beim Standort Bocholt Kaufland ein halbes Hähnchen bis jetzt wurde ich noch nicht entäuscht! Die Hähnchen waren immer gut gegrillt und gewürzt und die Bedienung immer nett und freundlich, ich werde das auf jeden Fall beibehalten!

Sehr lecker. Hatten ganze Krustenbraten bestellt. Angenehmer Kontakt vor Ort. Gerne wieder. Auch individuelle Bestellungen sind dort kein Problem.

Heute war ich auf der Hansa Straße bei Aldi essen und der Mitarbeiter serkan war sehr nett und hat sehr leckere Pommes gemacht nur zum weiterempfehlen

Ich habe heute ein Grillhähnchen bei Roland probiert und es war hervorragend. Fast 10€ für ein ganzes Hähnchen ist nicht gerade günstig. Dafür war es lecker und der junge Mann der bedient hat war gut drauf und freundlich. Das nächste mal wird was anderes probiert.

Ausgezeichnet für den schnellen Hunger zwischendurch. Spießbraten Brötchen 🤤
