Die Bewertung meiner Freundin wurde gelöscht. Angeblich wegen Diffamierung, obwohl sie nur sachlich kritisiert hat. Absolut unehrlich vom Inhaber!

Wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne ins Lugano – mit Familie, mit Freunden, und jedes Mal fühlen wir uns dort wohl. Das Restaurant hat eine wirklich schöne, warme Atmosphäre, in der man gerne bleibt. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, die Kellner sind herzlich und man fühlt sich willkommen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker, die Qualität konstant gut, und dazu sind die Preise absolut fair und angemessen. Für uns ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkommt – wegen des Essens, wegen der Stimmung und wegen des freundlichen Teams. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die gutes Essen und eine angenehme Atmosphäre schätzen.

Das Lugano Oberhausen überzeugt mit modernem Ambiente, sehr gutem und schnellem Service. Pasta perfekt al dente, Pizza mit knusprigem Boden, Desserts top. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Bruschetta etwas knapp und nicht ganz knusprig. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert

Das ist nicht übertrieben aber das war ein absolutes Highlight. Der Service aufmerksam, freundlich und fürsorglich. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert ein Traum. Schade das wir viel zu weit weg wohnen sonst wäre das mein Lieblings Italiener

Ich bin zum ersten Mal im Lugano in Oberhausen gewesen. Ich muss sagen selten so ein wunderbares Restaurant gesehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind überaus freundlich und sie kümmern sich sofort um alle Belange. Das Essen war herausragen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle die mal in der Gegend sind. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön.

Waren am Ostersonntag zum Abendessen im Restaurant. Wurden freundlich vom Chef empfangen und zum Tisch gebracht. Das Restaurant war gut besucht. Er hat dann auch unsere Bestellung aufgenommen, die Getränke kamen schnell. Kurz nach Erhalt der Getränke musste ich aus einem beruflichen Grund, Rufbereitschaft das Restaurant verlassen. Nach Absprache mit den Mitarbeitern und Chef war es kein Problem das Essen erstmal zeitlich zu verschieben. Da mein Einsatz doch länger dauerte, zu diesem Zeitpunkt schon über 1 Stunde hat meine Familie dann ihr Essen bekommen. Alle Gerichte waren auf den Punkt zubereitet und sehr schmackhaft. Mein Essen wurde weiter zeitlich geschoben. Wieder kein Problem. Um 20:45 Uhr, die Küche schließt um 21 Uhr kam ich endlich wieder zurück ins Restaurant und mein Essen konnte nun endlich abgerufen werden. Mein Steak kam auf den Punkt zubereitet und die Pommes waren perfekt. Habe schon lange kein so gutes Steak in einem Restaurant gegessen. Abschließend möchte ich sagen, das meine Familie und ich trotz meines zeitlichen Fehlen einen sehr schönen Abend im Lugano hatten. Mitarbeiter und Chef waren freundlich, hatten Verständnis für unsere Lage und es war überhaupt kein Problem das Essen zeitlich zu schieben. Danke nochmal an das Team. Kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Übersichtliche Speisekarte Schmackhafte Gerichte Freundliches Personal Gute Parkmöglichkeit

Modern eingerichtetes italienisches Lokal mit gutem Essen und abwechslungsreicher Karte. Netter Service. Die Karte ist nicht überladen und ich empfinde es als angenehm, dass es hier nicht nur 2 Seiten mit verschiedenen Pizzasorten gibt, wie in diversen anderen Lokalen (in der Tat sind es nur 9 unterschiedliche Pizzen aus dem Steinbackofen),sondern außerdem eine Vielzahl an hochwertigen Pastagerichten, Steaks und Fischgerichten. Die Auswahl an Desserts ist erfrischend anders, obwohl auch Klassiker vorhanden sind. Entweder originalgetreu oder in leichten Variationen. Das Lugano liegt sehr zentral direkt am Sterkrader Tor mit ausreichend vorhandenen Parkmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Zum ersten Mal seit Langem habe ich wirklich einen hervorragenden Service erlebt. Die Kellner haben uns nicht aus den Augen gelassen, es war wirklich sehr gut, das Essen war auch fein. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: TOP!

Everything is perfect, but the website says it's open, and when you arrive, the doors are closed. This happened in the summer and again on December 30th, 2025. I specifically checked online to see if the restaurant was open; it listed normal opening hours, except for December 31st, 2025, and January 1st, 2026, which may vary. When I arrived, the restaurant was closed. Tip: Update the online hours. There were several people there who were standing in front of a closed door.

The only downside is that you arrive to find the door closed even though the website says it's open. Otherwise, the food, service, and atmosphere are excellent. This issue with the opening hours has happened several times before.

As always, a special experience! One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at.

We were here for the first time today. We received a very friendly welcome, the staff was very attentive, and all our wishes were taken into account. Overall, the place is interesting. But the service was a quest for us. We had to try five times to get our order. His German was poor, and while he was taking our order, the waiter was busy with other guests. We didn't find it very welcoming. We won't be coming back.

The restaurant itself is cozy – a pleasant atmosphere and a lovely interior. The food was really delicious and well-prepared. Unfortunately, the service was a huge disappointment: the waiter took forever to take our order and kept disappearing. We had to wait an extremely long time before we could finally order. Furthermore, the restaurant was incredibly loud and stuffy – it was packed, and you practically had to shout to be heard. So, while the food was good, it was impossible to relax and enjoy the evening.

Top restaurant! Highly recommended! We celebrated our son's baptism there. Communication beforehand was absolutely relaxed and seamless. The service, as well as the food, were perfect on the day of the baptism! We had about 40 guests and four long tables. The food was brought together at each table, with no delays, so all 10 guests could eat together. Our guests were more than thrilled with the food. That was quite a surprise. After the delicious appetizers and perfectly tempered drinks, the grilled platter exceeded all expectations. Grilled to perfection and served with perfect herb butter. And to finish, a delicious sorbet. All this in a shopping center. The service? It matched the rest.

Unfortunately, it's not as good as it used to be. We were there yesterday. The food was, well, better. It's bad, so it's been deducted from the rating. Smokers in the pavilion. It was very unpleasant to eat while people were smoking at three tables. That's a no-go. And it was bad, the one waiter who thought he was so great and didn't realize he was annoying. It was kind of stupid, you wanted to eat well on your wedding anniversary, and unfortunately, it wasn't that great anymore. A shame

This restaurant is an absolute insider tip. We always thought, "Sterkrader Tor, it can't be anything special." We were there yesterday, and it was one of the most beautiful and best evenings in a restaurant in Oberhausen. Top-notch service, first-class food, and an unexpected, absolutely beautiful ambiance. Very cozy and attractive atmosphere. What should be highlighted is the very friendly and fast service, as well as the boss who makes sure that you feel comfortable here. The food was served hot and attractively presented. The taste of the food was really delicious, we personally were missing some salt, but there is a salt and pepper mill on the table, not a drawback but a personal preference. In addition to the normal menu, there is always a changing menu with seasonal ingredients and other delicacies. I would also like to note the really good price-performance ratio. Really worth spending a nice evening here with your loved ones, friends or group. Very good parking options.

Es war mir bei der Wahl des Lokals schon bewusst das es sich um ein gutes Restaurant handelt. Aber meine Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Eine großes Lob an die Küche. Es war nicht nur vorzüglich sondern auch wunderschön angerichtet. Schön das es in Oberhausen solch ein wunderbares Lokal gibt.
