I really liked the nice customer service, the quick preparation, the food and also the price-performance ratio and I was also very impressed by the artistic landscape design of the pictures on the walls in the Roetgener Grillhaus! All in all, it is highly recommended and parking is also available!

Unfortunately, the last few times there was always something with the food. Finally 2 burnt schnitzels. Today we waited 2 hours for a delivery, supposedly the driver was here. I don't know where it rang - definitely not here!!! That was the last time we were customers there!!!

It used to be good, but now it's an absolute disappointment! The schnitzels were several times black and hard as a board. Ordered 3 pizzas today, called after 2 hours and asked where they were. Apparently no one was at home with us, I'm kidding myself! Luckily there are alternatives, they won't see us anymore 👋🏻

We have now had the experience several times that delivery times are not adhered to. It sometimes takes 1.0h-1.5h or longer. When ordering, a flat rate of 30-40 minutes is simply stated. There is no excuse. Not even verbally. The food is otherwise okay. But it's better to go pick it up yourself.

The food was really good, but the woman who lives above you is really loud. I heard her all evening and that was really annoying. I think the comb came from the attic

Today I once again experienced that you simply can't order a salad here. Ordered, among other things, a small artichoke salad with yogurt dressing over the phone. Having to pay €2 more when picking up because a large one was made. At home I was surprised to discover olives on the salad, but artichokes and pineapple were missing. So I went back and complained. Would be redone. Back home, I found that only an artichoke heart had been chopped into small pieces over the incorrectly prepared salad, pineapple was still missing, the rest of the salad consisted of a lot of coleslaw dripping with vinegar, very poor quality, very finely chopped iceberg lettuce, far too many onions, a few tomatoes - as well as cucumber pieces, grated Gouda and of course the already familiar black olive slices, which have no place in this salad. Because of “remade”. The dressing was now oozing at the bottom of the package, mostly vinegar/oil mixed with the few splashes of yogurt dressing that had probably been poured sparingly on top. Certainly not worth €10. And the service to deal with the complaint is simply subpar. Roetgen deserves better. We certainly won't be ordering here anymore.

Extremely bad, very untidy, big crowd, staff nervous, nervous, but friendly... Food is handled very untidy, the flame on the kebab is turned up to maximum, the staff can't see the kebab burning, they then pack the burnt food for people instead of throwing it away... Totally bad, not professional, messy... Avoid.

Never again, never stay away from that place more willingly go to the Moss and eat a sandwich gain time, money and above all respect, venal people without respect for others.... today June 19th around 5.20 pm me and my husband let's go and order to take home we wait more than 40 minutes nothing in the end my husband asks them words that you wouldn't say even to a dog they say the pizzas etc they don't make themselves sit down!!! We now have a big order you have to wait another half hour what happens in the meantime there are 2 other people...they cancel the order and leave, we too leave and will never set foot there again...zero education and respect for the customer could have been said at the time of checkout order but they didn't care.. we would have also had a large order but in the meantime they lost the money of 4 customers today and they can always put the money where the sun doesn't shine!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.. YOU RULES!!! RUDE !!!!!!!!!

5 Sterne Imbiss. Überaus leckeres Essen. Egal ob Gyrosgerichte, Pizza oder Schnitzel mit Fritten. Service am Tisch und immer sehr freundliches Personal! Mein persönlicher Favorit in Roetgen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis absolut super. Sehr schöne Außenbestuhlung. Täglich wechselndes Tagesangebot.

5 star snack. Extremely delicious food. Whether gyros dishes, pizza or schnitzel with fries. Table service and always very friendly staff! My personal favorite in Roetgen. Price performance ratio absolutely great. Very nice outdoor seating. Daily changing daily offer.

We had two kebabs and a pom kebab. Despite the relatively quick delivery, all three items were cold. Unfortunately the fries were not edible and the bread was boring. And of course spicy is not spicy. Next time I'd rather go somewhere else ✌️

Well, not that great. We had hoped for more. Ready-made schnitzel and the pizza could have used a pinch or two of salt. The schnitzel sauce was the cheap Metro bucket product. A pity.

Das Essen war lecker. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Ambiente nicht schlechter auch nicht besser als in anderen Imbissbuden.

Das Essen kam total falsch an dann dazu auch noch ganz kalt und wabelich als wir anriefen hat er gesagt kann er Nix machen kein Geld zurück und auch kein neues Essen und sehr unfreundlich

Nichts Halbes und nichts Ganzes. Bestellvorgang sehr träge, nicht unfreundlich aber sehr desinteressiert. Döner totaler Durchschnitt - nichts besonderes. Fleisch oder Sauce war versalzen. Der Hunger hat es rein getrieben. Update: Heute mal bestellt. Habe eine Brokkoli Pizza mit Schinken, Knoblauch und Hollandaise bestellt. Schinken war drauf aber Knoblauch und Hollandaise fehlten komplett. Und dafür habe ich extra 2 € bezahlt. Sorry aber wenn man nicht mal so einfache Dinge schafft sollte man besser woanders bestellen.

Dieses Restaurant hat mich voll und ganz überzeugt! Wir haben uns letztens über Lieferando bestellt. Das Essen ist noch warm bei uns angekommen und braucht nur ca. 10 Minuten. Die Preise sind auch in Ordnung gewesen und die Speisen waren sehr lecker!

Das Essen hier war ganz gut, es steht auch eine große Auswahl zur Verfügung. Im Lokal ist es für ein Schnellimbiss gemütlich. Alles in allem kann man den Imbiss für ein schnelles Essen empfehlen .

Ich kann leider nur das Essen bewerten, da wir das Essen vorher bestellt haben und es nur abgeholt haben. Der Dönerteller und die Pizzen sind lecker und nicht zu teuer. Sonst macht der Laden aber auf den ersten Eindruck einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Ich würde es wieder besuchen, wenn ich in Roetgen bin.

Das essen ist gut schmeckt leider zwischendurch anders als an anderen Tagen. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden

die Pizza ist sehr gut und das Döner Fleisch und die Nudeln auch aber mein Schnitzel war jetzt 2 mal verbrannt aber das Innere war schön soft kann man nicht sehr beschweren gutes Restaurant

Wir haben das Grillrestaurant im Vorbeifahren gesehen und sind dann dort zum Essen gegangen. Es war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche Bedienung. Frisches, gut gekürzten Essen. Hervorragende Fleischqualität. Frischer Salat. Top Preis/Leistung. Alles absolut sauber und wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder.

Sehr leckerer, preiswerter Döner

Immer sehr leckeres Essen, super Pizzen & die Nudelgerichte sind auch recht lecker. Das Essen wird schnell geliefert und das abholen geht auch fix, ausser es ist viel los, dann muss man etwas länger warten.

Ganz ok aber der döner ist leider ein hähnchenfleischspieß. Man kanns essen aber naja. Die pizza hat einen so dicken boden, dass die mir vorkam wie ein belegtes überbackenes fladenbrot. Man kann sie natürlich trotzdem essen aber halt nicht wirklich gut. Überbackenes genauso vielzuviel fett aufgrund des hühnerfleischspießes und krass fettigem käse. Warum kein rind oder kalbsdöner, dafür zahlt man auch gerne mehr. Kein Hähnchenfleischspies ist sein geld wert. ✌️
