Absolutely fantastic! Beautifully presented dishes, subtly seasoned, ingredients perfectly matched in flavor. We had two appetizers and cassava fries and were stuffed – but we didn't want to miss out on dessert, so we shared tres leche... the creamiest mango ice cream on a moist, fluffy sponge cake. Excuse the language, but it was simply AMAZING. Perfect evening! Thank you! Stay as you are, we'll be back :D

First of all: I'm comparing this to restaurants of a similar standard. About the food: The ceviche is amazing. I think it's the best I've had in Berlin so far. The empanadas were so airy and crispy. The pork belly - I don't know how to describe it. The crust is 10/10, and the puree complements it wonderfully. The pisco sours - let's say: "dangerous." They're way too good and tasty. Ambience: It was okay outside. It looked very nice inside too. I think I would have preferred the inside rather than the open space on the street/sidewalk. Unfortunately, there are places where the outside area is nicer and more pleasant. Service: The service was very friendly and helpful. However, you did have to beg for attention towards the end when it got a bit more crowded. Not dramatic, but unfortunately a bit unpleasant. Conclusion: If you're looking for delicious ceviche, you'll find it here. I'll definitely stop by again and try the other dishes. And I'll definitely have Pisco Sour again.

Waitress said all the tables were reserved and she didn’t care to check out any spots for only one people.

What I ordered was truly bad. It doesn't even have any "influence" or "inspired" by Peruvian food; it's anything but good Peruvian cuisine. The reason I didn't know what to do with it was a flavorless potato soup, and the duck rice was the same: raw duck, tasteless, and tasteless. I appreciate the service of one of the waitresses.

The prices are on the higher side, but you get excellent quality, a pleasant atmosphere in a great location, tasty drinks, and sensational flavors. I just hope they don’t raise prices any further—this place already offers a fantastic experience!

Only suggestion would be that the “lomo saltado” should have a bit more meat. Drinks: good decent options. Nice pisco sours. Gorgeous culinary experience. We went for dinner on a Thursday night. It was a warm day so we were seated outside. We started off with a round of pisco sours which were nicely executed. For food we first shared the classic and the mixed ceviche. Both were amazing. Then we had the beef skewers and the grilled octopus. Both dishes were exquisite. We loved every bit of it, the meat/octopus, the potatoes, the complex sauces. We also had the quinoa salad which was very tasty and went well with other dishes.

I absolutely don't understand the negative reviews here. About the food: Authentic South American food of this quality is extremely rare. The taste is truly special. The price/performance ratio is really good in my opinion. Ambience: Not necessarily extravagant, but somehow charming! Service: Four servers look after about 15 tables. Super friendly and accommodating! The food and drinks arrived in a reasonable time. We'll be back soon :)

First of all, I can only say that the Peruvian food here is so delicious that you will be blown away. The ambiance is also really cozy, whether inside or outside. The restaurant has a beautifully converted basement compartment, which is by no means a negative; in fact, it really adds to the cozy atmosphere. Sitting outside means you are on the street... that has its advantages and disadvantages. However, the street is hardly used, so you always have enough peace and quiet to chat. Now for the clear highlight: the food. As already described above, there is a clear selection of all kinds of different Peruvian dishes. All of the dishes were so beautifully and deliciously presented. The only drawback, which is also a matter of taste, is that they use quite a lot of coriander! However, if you like coriander, you will really enjoy this place. Absolutely recommend it!

In diesem peruanischen Restaurant gibt es wunderschön angerichtetes, sehr leckeres Essen, eine sehr gemütliche und angenehme Atmosphäre und einen Pisco..... Spectacular food. Had a trio of starters (ceviche, pulpo and calamares) and the crispy pork belly. Everything was really tasty and beautifully plated. Drinks were great as well. Obviously pricey, but well worth it.

I was there a month ago, thinking it would be the best Peruvian food experience in Berlin. Unfortunately, I got seafood rice (horrible). It was flavorless... it was like they mixed the rice with seafood two minutes before serving it. 0.0 on the Richards scale! Stay away, guys!

The best you can find in Berlin and the surrounding area when it comes to good Peruvian food. Very good service and attention. I can recommend the ceviche and causa, they are simply incredibly delicious. I come here very often and here is a photo of the Anticucho!

I never tried Peruvian food before - but let me tell you something: It was amazing. Zero comments apart from thank you to the chef. Cozy place, a bit loud inside, but worth it. I will definitely go back to try some of the things I did not try because im sure they will be amazing.

Unfortunately only three stars, although we enjoyed the food very much. The dishes are really very good and tasty; Unfortunately, the sweet potato puree was only lukewarm. But okay. The ambience is dispassionate, neither positive nor negative. However, the noise level is sometimes very high. The service spoiled our evening somewhat, although it was friendly but very disorganized. The order was taken after 15 minutes, the wine ordered after another 20 minutes. When clearing up, let alone in the meantime, no one asked if everything was okay. No dessert menu was offered. And when paying, some guests got a digestif on the house, some, like us, didn't.

Quite nice, but with weaknesses The restaurant has some positive aspects that are definitely worth mentioning. The **friendly service** deserves special mention: The waiters are attentive, polite, and mostly speak German – which, unfortunately, isn't a given everywhere. The ambiance is also charming and quaint. The cellar, with its polished bricks, creates a cozy atmosphere, even if it quickly gets cold when the door is open. One downside, however, are the **extremely narrow restrooms**, which unfortunately offer little comfort – but there's probably nothing that can be done about that. ### Culinary Experience The food is solid in terms of taste, but ranges between **high standard and average**. The starter, a three-course combo, was visually and tastefully appealing, but the price of **€28 for three small bowls** is simply excessive. The main course tasted okay, but again, the **value for money** wasn't right. The desserts looked fantastic, but were disappointing in terms of taste. They looked like products from a frozen food delivery service, lacking any particular refinement or freshness – a shame, because they could have rounded off the evening. ### Conclusion The restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance and friendly service, but the value for money leaves much to be desired. While some dishes are delicious, the prices are simply too high for the quality and quantity offered. For me personally, the price-performance ratio is **not right**.

In 2019, I spent the entire summer in Peru, exploring its beautiful landscapes and indulging in some of the best food I’ve ever had. Since, I have been craving those flavours, but hadn’t found a restaurant outside of Peru that could truly replicate the authenticity of the dishes I experienced there…. Until we visited Rocoto. Not only can you expect delicious cocktails, fresh ingredients and overall quality dishes, but the service is also excellent. The only downside is that this place is quite intimate (aka small), so if you’re thinking of popping by, most nights you have to reserve well in advance. The pork belly dish reminded me of a hometown dish, especially the use of hoisin sauce and the way the leafy vegetables were cooked, and I thought there was a bit of oyster sauce as well. It gave me a new perspective on how familiar flavors can be transformed ❄️

At first I only wanted to give 4 stars, but then my main course came: Lomo Saltado 😍 The restaurant is not cheap. The portions are not huge. Accordingly, it's only worth it if you either have too much money anyway or you have a Peruvian friend who really wants to go there... In any case, I really liked it and I'm sure I'll have a really nice evening with her 😉 P.S. There is even a glossary in the menu for those who don't have a Peruvian girlfriend :)

A gem hidden in the districts of Berlin. Tasty dishes straight from Peru. Perfect, intimate atmosphere. I have been missing such flavors for years. I am convinced that quality can be found not only in the main menu but also in beer, wine and desserts. Great service.
