I was a little disappointed. As a guest from outside you are not noticed. Was very impressed by the text in the card: “Come as a stranger, leave as a friend”. The food was good and came relatively quickly. Fresh and with enough flavor variations. The staff was very inattentive towards me. I had to make myself noticed several times. The bill was put on the table and then no one came? So to take a €7 tip for granted is outrageous. Unfortunately, when I said a friendly goodbye, I didn't even make eye contact. For such a place with history, I would have expected a little more friendliness. A farewell is standard!

The windowsills were full of dead flies. The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the crowds. The antipasti took 40 minutes to arrive. The very mediocre food is put on the table without love. An old gentleman at the counter was arguing loudly with customers about what they had or had not ordered. Payment can only be made in cash!!! In 2024!!? Our bill was completely wrong. I'll never come here again.

De vensterbanken lagen vol dode vliegen. Het personeel was duidelijk overweldigd door de drukte. De antipasti lieten 40 minuten op zich wachten. Het zeer middelmatige eten wordt liefdeloos op tafel gezet. Een oude meneer van de bediening stond keihard ruzie te maken met klanten over wat ze wel of niet hadden besteld. Er kan alléén contant worden betaald!!! In 2024!!? Onze rekening klopte van geen kant. Ik kom hier nooit weer.

The service staff is ok. My pizza, I had the pizza with shrimps, was also ok. My companions had the seafood pizza, which tasted good, and lamb pasta, which was a bit bland and the lamb didn't really taste like lamb either. We sat outside on the terrace, which was covered with wild wine. It was very nice and cozy there. I would describe the prices as rather high. The pasta cost €19, my pizza came to €15.

Despite reservations, we (10 people) had to wait half an hour for the table. We got 4 glasses of champagne for everyone, no one asked if we still had to drive. Then get a table in the pantry and storage room. The pasta from the cheese body was half raw and cold. And the sauce was 90% cream, there was hardly any parmesan in it. Also logical, cold pasta doesn't melt cheese. The prawns were only in the pan for a very short time and were still very glassy on the inside. 2 pizzas were still raw in the middle. As an apology, there was a selection of dessert for the 10 of us: 2 panna cotta, 2 dollops of chocolate mousse, 2 chocolate cakes and 2 dollops of ice cream. Sorry but I won't be back. Because I then spent the night in the toilet.

Very slow service, rude team. The host should learn to smile and make people at home, especially foreign visitors. We arrived around 6 pm, on October 5th. Somehow, we landed the table in front of the restrooms, although this large restaurant was not full at all. There was no water on the table. I asked for water twice.The gentleman did not visit us to get our order for almost 20 minutes. Update as of 7:05pm. And finally, we had a nicer, smiling waitress. She was good. The 1st rude male waiter disappeared after ignoring us almost half an hour. I would not take any highly special guests here again. I am an angel investor and a Google guide. So, I have learned to review a business. The team did not seem to be happy to work there. The assets were the food and the 2 smiling young female employees. No one and nothing else.

When we arrived we were greeted with hello for two, no smiles, nothing, it was very busy and they wanted to seat us right at the entrance to the kitchen, we politely declined and were then given another table. I found it very strange when the older waiter (I think the boss) came to our table even though we were still eating (olives and herb butter) and suddenly took our plates away. We then looked at the olives and herb butter without plates and waited for our food, which came after about half an hour. The food was okay, I didn't get full, so I went to another pizzeria afterwards. My conclusion: the restaurant is very loud due to the background noise, no waiter smiled until we wanted the bill. Then the shock, my girlfriend had to pay for my meal because this restaurant doesn't accept card payments. A little tip for Trulli: these days you should offer card payment.

If you like pizza with a thick crust, this is the place for you. Mineral water comes from the soda maker, staff is not very accommodating due to the many guests, prices are above average.

It takes a whole day to discover all the great details and see everything. It was really great and we will definitely come back again. Since the exhibition changes from time to time, it really makes sense several times.

We arrived and had to wait quite a long time until we were served. After we placed the order, we knew that it would definitely take longer since we were a larger group and the restaurant was full. But none of us thought that we would just have to wait over an hour for the food. When the food finally came, some of it was burnt, overly salty or not seasoned at all. None of us were happy with the food. Unfortunately.. The service is actually great, the employees were friendly and accommodating. Only the older waiter felt under pressure. He seemed very annoyed and when one of us asked for a little more cheese, the waiter simply rubbed the cheese over the food and also over us. It's only stupid if you're dressed smartly, like we were. Unfortunately, I personally won’t be coming back…

We know the Cidaria family from the old Trulli in the same place over 30 years ago and were very happy when the son opened another restaurant, "La Piazza", about 10 years ago. Absolutely everything is great here! My mother was already here when she was a child and there was a raffle to win a pizza. 30 or 40 years ago. Today it is a top-class Italian restaurant. I've eaten pasta there several times - every single one is homemade and top-notch. The pizza there is unique! The salami is of great quality, the cheese is not run of the mill, the service is great. I will definitely come back again and again!

First the positive: The restaurant is really easy to reach by public transport. The ambience is... well, let's call it Ruhrpot charm. Not really anything special, but not a complete disaster either. The negative thing is that the toilet is very cramped in my opinion. I also find that the chairs are sometimes stained and become increasingly uncomfortable after sitting for a long time. But of course that is a subjective feeling. Likewise, a wheel of cheese simply stands between the door and the hinge. There are probably some special dishes prepared there. I have no idea about food hygiene per se, but I found this a bit strange. The cutlery is past its best and should be replaced. Overall, it is very loud and conversations with people sitting next to you at the table are hardly possible. The service is very pseudo-friendly. Statements like "That really needs to go" while you're getting a special menu with a fish dish are extremely inappropriate and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional for this price category. To eat. Again, not really good (if you put that in relation to the price) but not bad either. My pizza was well topped and cooked through. However, the tomato sauce was very watery and, especially in the middle of the pizza, this meant that it was very limp and soupy. The carpaccio starter was my first, so I can't make a solid statement about it. (I probably won't order it again regardless of the restaurant) I would like to highlight the brew that is sold in a very positive way. Good beer, acceptable price. Now to the most negative point, which will prevent me from visiting this restaurant again. Card payment is not possible, which is not noted anywhere and should actually be the absolute standard these days, especially in this price category. If I can pay by card at the bakery or kiosk around the corner, why not at a restaurant in the mid-price segment? Finally, I would like to point out that I am reflecting subjective perceptions here.

I wouldn't even know where to start, there were six of us there. It took forever for someone to come and take the drink requests and bring the cards. And then a special card was thrown onto the table with the note “urgently has to go”. Well, ordered drinks and waited forever for them. For dinner, three of us ordered a starter, everyone had a main course and another three of us had a dessert. Here too, the wait for the food took forever. The pizzas we ordered were dripping with fat and later brought us a relationship with the quiet place. In terms of the atmosphere, I don't recommend it either, it's very loud and you can barely understand your own words, plus dogs are allowed inside and I don't mean service dogs, which I find very unhygienic. When it came time to pay, they just said, no, we don't offer card payment. Nowhere is this noted or was it communicated to us when making reservations. Conclusion for me/us never again.

Had reserved a table by phone for 7 p.m., very friendly on the phone. The "rude awakening" came on site: all tables were occupied, there were 10 people in front of us who were also waiting for their reserved table. Etwas laut und rummelig. Es ist manchmal so, als wäre ein Bus vorgefahren. Der durchschnittliche Trulli-Gast sitzt 45min und zack, der nächste Tischbesatz. Man muss sich im klaren sein, dass es mehr "Nahrungsaufnahme" als ein gemütliches Dinner. ist. Aber Trulli hat klar seine Fans. Darum auch unter der Woche immer gut besucht.

Sehr leckeres Essen, mein Mann schwärmte etwas zu viel vorab, so dass mein Gericht leider nur 4 Sterne erhält. Die Vorspeise und das Essen meines Mannes waren köstlich.

Waren zum ersten Mal da, einfach hammer Qualität des Essens der Service einfach alles top. Einziges kleines Manko ist das man dort nicht mit Karte zahlen kann aber wenn man es weiß ist es auch kein Problem.

Mein Mann und ich waren heute zum ersten mal dort essen. Vorab gab es aufgebackene Pizzabrötchen, trocken und nicht gut. Die Peperoni und Oliven waren standardmäßig ok. Die Kräuterbücher war lecker aber steinhart. Die Antipasti Platte wurde auf 2 Tellern gereicht. Einmal Carpaccio(definitiv nicht frisch aufgeschnitten, eher aus der Packung)und Vitello Tonnato (die Creme war eher eine Sauce, sehr dünn). Auf dem zweiten Teller waren warme Gemüse Sorten. Noch nie gesehen sowas. Kenne das sonst nur mit verschiedenen Wurst/ Käse Sorten und eingelegten Gemüse. War aber ok. Die Pasta mit Tomaten wo nur 3 Kirschtomaten halbiert zu finden waren, waren naja. Hätte ich selber besser gekocht. Das Ambiente ist etwas heruntergekommen. Die Kronleuchter hängen auf halb 8 und die Schalldämpfer unter der Decke sind ekelhaft verdreckt. Der Service war allerdings sehr freundlich wenn auch sehr überfordert. Leider für uns kein Lokal zum wiederkommen. Viele Gäste um uns herum waren wohl sehr zufrieden mit den Speisen. Unser Standard ist es leider nicht. Für mich eher eine Pizzeria mit vielen Sitzplätzen, statt ein Restaurant. Der Espresso war leider auch sehr schlecht und stand viel zu lange an der Theke- keine Crema, zu kalt, leider überhaupt nicht gut. Zudem wurden 2 Getränke auf der Rechnung vergessen, welche wir aber dennoch bezahlt haben. Zudem ist der Toiletten Gang sehr unangenehm. Man muss sich an einen Tisch der halb in den Eingang zu den Toiletten ist quetschen. Der Tisch hört jeden pups von Thron 😂🫣 eigentlich unmöglich Gäste dort Platz nehmen zu lassen.

Das Essen im Ristorante Trulli ist absolut empfehlenswert, top top top 👍 Leider gilt das nicht für den Service, der Kellner war sichtlich genervt. Das schlimmste war jedoch, mir wurde ein alkoholhaltiges Bier serviert, obwohl ich explizit ein alkoholfreies Bier bestellt habe. Niemand kam auf mich zu und hat sich für diesen groben Patzer entschuldigt.

Wir sind mehr oder weniger durch Zufall im Ristorante Trulli gelandet. Von außen einfach eine große standardisierte Pizzeria. Innen spürte man sofort einen deutlichen italienischen Eindruck, der sich im Laufe der Besuchszeit noch deutlich steigerte. Machen wir es kurz: Ich hatte eine der besten Pizzen meines Lebens und seit heute einen neuen "Stammitaliener"!

Essen und Service sind gut. Das einzige was ich zu bemängeln habe ist, als ich nach Hause kam, musste ich meine gesamte Garderobe inklusive meiner Handtasche waschen. Das man mal nach essen riecht ist oft nicht auszuschließen, bei Trulli ist aber der Küchenbereich offen......und so habe ich noch nie gest.....

Was soll ich noch sagen? In allen Bereichen Sterne sagt alles 😊

Wer einen italienischen Abend mit Freunden genießen möchte ist im Trulli genau richtig. Frische Pasta, tolle Pizzen und ausgesuchte Weine. Das ist Dolce Vita. Die Preise sind sehr moderat. Unbedingt vorher einen Tisch reservieren... Wir hatten diesmal Glück. Trulli ist definitiv eine 5*-Empfehlung.

Die Bedienung war sehr gut, wir haben sofort ein Tisch im Wintergarten (Anbau) zugewiesen bekommen, die Ambiente war so naja, ist halt ein „Wintergarten“ und geheizt wurde mit Heizstrahler, finde ich persönlich eher unpassend. kurz nachdem wir uns gesetzt hatten kam auch schon die Speisekarte. Wir haben am Anfang Brot aufs Haus bekommen bei dem die Kräuterbutter leider 10 Minuten danach erst gebracht wurde, somit mussten wir trockenes Brot essen, hat aber dennoch super geschmeckt. Als Vorspeise haben wir die Tomatensuppe bestellt die super geschmeckt hat, und im Abgang sogar eine gewisse Schärfe da war. Als Hauptspeise hatten wir eine Pizza mit Schinken bestellt, und eine Calzone. Die Pizza hat wirklich super geschmeckt, der Boden war super weich und der Rand bissfest. Die Calzone war von innen sehr fluffig, und von aussen eine passende Härte. Alles im einem ein sehr gelungenes Essen. Gerne wieder!

Bestes italienisches Essen! Selbstgemachte Nudeln, leckere Pizza und Oliven, Peperoni und Brot vorab. Auch der Service und das Ambiente sind perfekt. Wir waren zu viert dort und eine Person hatte versehentlich Nudeln mit Schinken bestellt, isst aber kein Fleisch. Obwohl es ihr Verschulden war, war es kein Problem, das Gericht ohne Fleisch zu erhalten - ohne dafür zahlen zu müssen. Super kulant und freundlich! Ganz große Empfehlung! 🫶

Wir waren zum ersten mal bei Trulli, ich habe vorab viel gutes zu dem Essen dort gehört. Das Essen ist dort sehr lecker. Es war auch sehr voll als wir kamen, was ja durchaus von der Qualität des Essens zeugt. Leider war der Service in unseren Augen nicht sehr überzeugend, zu beginn war man sehr freundlich, nach dem Hauptgericht wurde unser Tisch allerdings nicht mehr beachtet. Wir brauchten ca 20-30 Minuten um einen Kellner darauf aufmerksam zu machen das wir gerne noch einen Nachtisch/ Getränke bestellen wollten. Beim abräumen des Nachtisch sagten wir direkt das wir zahlen wollten, auch hier warteten wir nochmal 20 Minuten und mussten dann einen Kellner erneut ansprechen.Die Rechnung wurde uns ohne freundliche Worte auf den Tisch gelegt. Wir hätten gerne trotzdem Trinkgeld gegeben, aber als dann wieder niemand kam um Geld zu wechseln, haben wir passend bezahlt. Sehr schade. Ich kann verstehen das es länger dauert, wenn es voll ist, mit ein paar freundlichen Worten und ein wenig Aufmerksamkeit lässt sich das aber ausgleichen. Vllt hatten wir einfach Pech mit unserem Sitzplatz. Mal schauen ob wir nochmal wieder kommen.
