Food is very tasty and affordable, but you won't get full. Except for a single waitress, there are no friendly smiles. Everyone is very hectic. Overall, the tables are very close together. You're basically sitting on your neighbor's lap. When asked to pack the remaining food, we received a roll of the eyes and the comment: "Everything? That's work." Last but not least, you have to divide the bill independently --> outrageous! This isn't the first time this has happened to us, with more than 6 people. Conclusion: feel-good factor is missing, so I won't go there anymore

We had dinner for our birthday yesterday - big mistake. The service was subpar. Drinks were brought far too late and you had to repeatedly remind the waiters that you even existed. Our son had only eaten one slice of his pizza and we asked the waiters to wrap up the rest. After countless memories, the answer came: the pizza had been thrown away. Without any communication, of course. The crowning glory: The waiter took his own tip without asking. Since the older gentleman, the previous owner, is no longer there, this restaurant has become nothing more than a prime example of incompetence and poor style. An absolute failure.

Unfortunately our visit today was not convincing. We were a group of six people and it seemed like the team was overwhelmed by the situation. With a bill of around 300 euros, we would have expected better service. Unfortunately, our request to pack the leftover pizza was overlooked, which further clouded our impression. Overall the experience was disappointing.

The place was so busy that I had to wait 10 minutes for a table. And despite this stress, the service was outstanding! Plus, this was the best Parma ham I've ever eaten! You also got rolls with herb butter and an antipasti dish without ordering a starter. And the price was too low for that. Huge praise from me, I would always recommend!!!

We were there for the first time on a Monday evening and it was very crowded and loud. I think the fact that it was full speaks for the restaurant. We had lasagne and veal rolls filled with cheese and cooked ham Gorgonzola sauce as a side dish, there were rosemary potatoes and Mediterranean vegetables which consisted of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots, so they were more like imperial vegetables than Mediterranean. The side dish was served separately on a very small plate which looked more like I had my dog ​​with me and this was served for him. Unfortunately I didn't capture this as a picture. The portions were decent, I don't want to complain about that, but it could have been prepared differently. We would like to try the pizza there because it looked very good, but we will probably order it to pick up and then enjoy it in peace at home.

Lots of hype. It was super crowded even on a Tuesday. Waited a long time for service. But they were friendly. Pizza was big and my husband liked it. My seafood pizza had some prawns and lots of thick pieces of salmon. I wasn't waiting for that. More on calamari, mussels, etc. Otherwise I would have ordered a salmon pizza. So less satisfied.

It took 3/4 hour until we were asked for drinks and food. Drinks came quite quickly, but it took over another hour for food. Of course the store was packed, but more and more people were welcomed. The staff as such was friendly and nice, but understaffed for the number of guests.

A total disaster, the food is ok, the pizza I have to say is really tasty but they sell tap water for €6? The owner has switched from real bottled water to tap water with a sparkling machine. This is also sold for €6, I think I'm a spider. Classic Italian water is too expensive for them.

You can tell that this man works according to family tradition and that he is not only proud of his shop (which he definitely should be!), but that he also puts his whole heart and passion into it, just like the entire team. The ambience is authentically Italian but with a modern touch. In my opinion, the atmosphere is so pleasant that you can completely forget the Gelsenkirchen locals around it. The only point I have to address is the noise in the place. Personally, it didn't bother me because the owner can't change the volume of the individual guests or the acoustics of the restaurant. However, there are people who would see it as criticism. Price performance is top. The perfect shop for a special occasion but also to simply enjoy authentic, delicious Italian food in comfort.

The large 0.3L drink is a small drink with 5 ice cubes. Pizza is soggy and cheese smells like my airforce 1. Ambience way too loud. Very slow service, rude team. The host should learn to smile and make people at home, especially foreign visitors. We arrived around 6 pm, on October 5th. We had a reservation. But, somehow, we landed the table in front of the restrooms, although this large restaurant was not full at all. There was no water on the table. I asked for water twice.The gentleman did not visit us to get our order for almost 20 minutes. Update as of 7:05pm. And finally, we had a nicer, smiling waitress. She was good. The 1st rude male waiter disappeared after ignoring us almost half an hour. I would not take any highly special guests here again. I am an angel investor and a Google guide. So, I have learned to review a business. The team did not seem to be happy to work there. The assets were the "ok" food and the 2 smiling young female employees. No one and nothing else.

My husband and I are very disappointed. My husband didn't like the spaghetti. And I didn't like my fish. I've eaten fish in white wine sauce before, but I didn't like it at all here. It was a bit like eating apple cider vinegar. The vegetables with potatoes were ice cold. We had a 15 minute drive home, but it was really cold. Then I put it in the microwave again. The dessert was quite good. Panacotta and mousse au chocolat were very good. The tiramisu was ok, but we are definitely used to better. Unfortunately it didn't convince us. Too bad.

The service staff is ok. My pizza, I had the pizza with shrimps, was also ok. My companions had the seafood pizza, which tasted good, and lamb pasta, which was a bit bland and the lamb didn't really taste like lamb either. We sat outside on the terrace, which was covered with wild wine. It was very nice and cozy there. I would describe the prices as rather high. The pasta cost €19, my pizza came to €15.

The food was okay, I didn't get full, so I went to another pizzeria afterwards. My conclusion: the restaurant is very loud due to the background noise, no waiter smiled until we wanted the bill. Then the shock, my girlfriend had to pay for my meal because this restaurant doesn't accept card payments. A little tip for Trulli: these days you should offer card payment.

But none of us thought that we would just have to wait over an hour for the food. When the food finally came, some of it was burnt, overly salty or not seasoned at all. None of us were happy with the food. Unfortunately.. The service is actually great, the employees were friendly and accommodating. Only the older waiter felt under pressure. He seemed very annoyed and when one of us asked for a little more cheese, the waiter simply rubbed the cheese over the food and also over us. It's only stupid if you're dressed smartly, like we were. Unfortunately, I personally won’t be coming back…

Absolutely everything is great here! My mother was already here when she was a child and there was a raffle to win a pizza. 30 or 40 years ago. Today it is a top-class Italian restaurant. I've eaten pasta there several times - every single one is homemade and top-notch. The pizza there is unique! The salami is of great quality, the cheese is not run of the mill, the service is great. I will definitely come back again and again!

And then a special card was thrown onto the table with the note “urgently has to go”. Well, ordered drinks and waited forever for them. For dinner, three of us ordered a starter, everyone had a main course and another three of us had a dessert. Here too, the wait for the food took forever. The pizzas we ordered were dripping with fat and later brought us a relationship with the quiet place. In terms of the atmosphere, I don't recommend it either, it's very loud and you can barely understand your own words, plus dogs are allowed inside and I don't mean service dogs, which I find very unhygienic. When it came time to pay, they just said, no, we don't offer card payment. Nowhere is this noted or was it communicated to us when making reservations. Conclusion for me/us never again.

Overall, it is very loud and conversations with people sitting next to you at the table are hardly possible. The service is very pseudo-friendly. Statements like "That really needs to go" while you're getting a special menu with a fish dish are extremely inappropriate and, in my opinion, extremely unprofessional for this price category. To eat. Again, not really good (if you put that in relation to the price) but not bad either. My pizza was well topped and cooked through. However, the tomato sauce was very watery and, especially in the middle of the pizza, this meant that it was very limp and soupy. The carpaccio starter was my first, so I can't make a solid statement about it. (I probably won't order it again regardless of the restaurant) I would like to highlight the brew that is sold in a very positive way. Good beer, acceptable price. Now to the most negative point, which will prevent me from visiting this restaurant again. Card payment is not possible, which is not noted anywhere and should actually be the absolute standard these days, especially in this price category.
