I recommend you not to visit this restaurant as it is one of the worst we have ever been to. All of you employees are in a bad mood. These people have never heard of hospitality. The buffet itself didn't look that inviting, everything didn't look that fresh, but that may be because there isn't that much going on and it just sits there for a long time. We had all you can drink drinks in our luxury buffet. Do you think they came by themselves and asked if we wanted something to drink after our glasses were empty and the waiters even glanced at our table? No, nothing happened at all. I had to bring this to their attention, which makes me extremely uncomfortable. Luckily the food we left fried always came and then I could say what I wanted to drink. I mean, not even when they came to our table and gave us food and saw that all the glasses were empty did they ask us for drinks. I really didn't think that was right. At some point when I asked for my third glass and the waitress ran up to the counter and said that I wanted something more to drink, she gave me a very nasty look and then I didn't feel like anything anymore and just drove wanted. I have never not tipped in my life, but I was so disgusted that I simply couldn't do it here, while we were being billed, they tried to fob us off with a fortune cookie and deprived us of the entire service during our stay be forgotten. I refused! Avoid this store! Because deleted again.

Unfortunately, an absolute no-go – disappointing all around. We returned almost everything. The food consisted mostly of frozen goods – completely disappointing for the prices. The spare ribs were dry and tough, and even though the place was empty, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food. The burger patties were also frozen and were cooked so carelessly and hard that they were more reminiscent of a shoe sole. The pizza and potatoes tasted only of oil, with no flavor of their own. And all that for around €20 per dish? Absolutely unjustified. We definitely won't be back.

Many years ago, this pizza was my favorite for a "pizza to go." I was in Bielefeld again recently and tried a stick. Honestly, it was disappointing: fewer toppings, smaller, and 60% more expensive. The taste is still not bad, but far from what it was back then in many ways.

Unfortunately, a truly unfortunate discussion arose today regarding my 15-year-old daughter's birthday. Just about a week and a half ago, we celebrated my niece's birthday with a large cake we "brought along." We ate and drank there, no problem. Today, almost the same thing happened with a small cake we "brought along" for a 15-year-old. Surprisingly, the consumption of cakes brought along was no longer permitted today, even though we had booked again for a birthday. Drinks and food were ordered on site, so of course, the revenue was guaranteed for the alleged owner, who started arguing so much that we thought, wow, what kind of service they've had these days. As a married couple, we really enjoyed going there with friends for something to eat and drink, but we won't do it again from now on. It's a shame it even had to come to this. It's a shame about the answer you gave. We're definitely not lying. What you don't understand is the lack of service or why there have been negative reviews lately? Keep it up...
