Not suitable for small children as there is no appropriate offer. Even upon request, there are no child-friendly portions, e.g. small pizza or small portions of spaghetti. Very unusual for an Italian restaurant.

Very good Italian restaurant in the middle of Weikersheim. The food was delicious, the service was attentive and the prices were absolutely acceptable.

This is an Italian restaurant with all the nooks and crannies 🤔 the ​​façade looks renovated but the ambience is definitely old-fashioned, the whole furnishings. It's not tragic and absolutely no problem if the waitresses don't speak German very well, but it does make it more difficult to communicate with the guests when ordering 🤷 The menu has a good selection of different dishes, pasta, pizza, fish, meat etc. You really enjoy doing this with the tourists!: Customer requests are fulfilled even if this dish is not on the menu. The bad thing came when the invoice came... each order was paid for separately. After everything was canceled and collected, the waitress (another one who collected) said there was still €14 left, I left some of the *kitchen expense* and thought to myself, what a kitchen expense. Additional effort because the owner was called in by staff because they were incompetent? Since she also didn't speak German, she said wait and went back. Either way, we wanted to leave and came to meet her, then her colleague said it was an expense for the kitchen, I then understood and thought aha >>> indirectly said additional costs for special requests, <>holiday pay + Christmas bonus<> for the staff). I'm sure they were happy) I can't confirm or judge whether this is now common practice, but one thing is certain: anyone who has special requests pays a hefty surcharge!!! And that's, beware, rip-off! ((Just mentioned in passing, since you're a real Italian, you can't do that with your own folk, it's not possible)) I can certainly confirm that all 3 of us colleagues never heard for a second when we took the order that there was any mention of EXTRA KITCHEN EXPENSE. If I had known that, I would have chosen something completely normal from the menu. That's not how it works, it's not fair, you don't get customers anymore, at least not with me, that's over. The opening times have been updated, when I was there the times were very different and in the middle of summer, it only opened from Wednesday/Thursday. I haven't eaten at an Italian restaurant for a while but this (food, service, etc.) definitely didn't throw me off.

Eating is like that. So it's not bad but it's not the best either. Inside it is very nice and tidy. In my opinion, the biggest disadvantage is the staff who understand you poorly or not at all, take orders incorrectly or not at all, which means you have to wait very long.

A pleasant restaurant with tasty food and a beautiful view of the center. Friendly and responsive staff, decent wait times. I was a little disappointed by the rather high prices, otherwise very good, I recommend.

The boss is an arrogant and overwhelmed woman. When we wanted to split the bill because the four of us wanted to pay separately, she put the bill on the table and said she didn't have time and we should do it ourselves. No time...she sat at the next table for ages, but sorry, we're just not male!!! So when we told her this as a criticism, the answer came...she doesn't need us as guests and we should go somewhere else to eat next time. We will do that too. If this pizzeria doesn't rely on guests, I can spend my money elsewhere. It's a shame, the pizza was unfortunately always good.

We have been eating there for over 45 years and have been satisfied every time. Huge selection and always delicious. Boss and staff top. There's nothing wrong with it after all these years. Best pizzaria in Rothenburg.

A good Italian. My favorite foods: Bruschetta, Salami Pizza and Spaghetti Bolognese. The kitchen's greeting is very, very tasty olives. I've had both take-away and restaurant meals. The waitresses are very friendly and attentive.

I ordered 4 antipasti plates for a surprise visit and were able to pick them up 20 minutes later. Tasted great! Thanks again for the “express service”

The food is very tasty, the pizza has a lot of toppings and is not dry, and the Carbonara pasta is simply incredibly tasty. They bring good compliments from the restaurant. I highly recommend visiting the pizzeria.

So, since I'm now being threatened with a lawyer in response to my 1-star review without comment (😂), I'm now describing what happened to me in the restaurant. The ambience is great, the service was friendly, but none of us (8 people) really enjoyed our food. The starter, bruschetta, should rather be called toasted bread with warm tomatoes. I didn't taste any olive oil, spices or garlic at all, which made me suspicious. A bruschetta without garlic? Funny. My pizza arrived, with an acceptable dough, without my additional ordered pepperoni sausage, parmesan and jalapenos. However, I was able to do without that because I'm not exactly petty. However, the pizza was overloaded with tuna, which on the one hand was way too much for my taste, but on the other hand it also tasted like it came from a can from the discount store. The pizza was partially loaded about 2cm high. The olives were not pitted, which is good for their taste, but on a pizza? Why weren't the olives pitted beforehand? The cheese, Gouda, was also only slightly melted. No mozzarella, but Gouda. The food of my fellow diners was also “mediocre” at best and sometimes “bad”. Pasta with tomato sauce without spices is an example. When I was asked by a waitress (she turned out to be the restaurant owner) whether the food was tasty, I gave my constructive criticism. I asked that this be passed on to the chef. Instead of accepting the constructive criticism, the restaurant owner became more aggressive, sat across from me (in my sister's seat) and told me that that was my opinion ("that's your ÓPÍNIÓN"), that everyone in the restaurant liked the food except me and that the “Germans” want the food that way. I tried to make it clear to her that an average German would still prefer mozzarella, or especially pitted olives or bruschetta à la Italia, and that it wasn't just me that tasted bad. I told her several times that I had nothing more to say to her and she didn't want to leave but continued to argue with me. CONCLUSION: Mediocre food with little spice, no authenticity, overpriced and a restaurant owner who doesn't want/can't accept criticism.

I don't normally write reviews. But since there is an attempt here to intimidate negative reviewers by threatening to call a lawyer, I also give it one star. My pasta was subpar and the ingredients seemed cheap to me. The other dishes at the table were also poor to average. I find the handling of constructive criticism, including loud discussions on site and threatening the lawyer, very inappropriate and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, the Sprite I ordered was just sweet soda. Unfortunately, the grilled eggplant on the pizza was only grilled, which unfortunately makes a huge difference in the taste of eggplant.

Surprisingly very pleasant. The staff and owners make an effort to create a nice atmosphere. The place was full, which contributed to having a 'great Italian evening'. 'A la Carte' without a daily menu was a shame. Otherwise highly recommended!

Unfortunately very far from Italian cuisine. If anything I can recommend the pizza. The prices are cheap, but so are the ingredients. There was no bread or olive oil with the antipasti and no parmesan or anything like that with the pasta. Unfortunately, the service was understaffed and only one waitress was responsible for the entire restaurant. Understandably, she was stressed/annoyed, but tried to make the best of it and bravely persevered! If you want to enjoy Italian food, this is the wrong place, just eating pizza is okay.

Leider ein Stern Abzug. Es gab auf Nachfrage keine kleinen Pizzen für unsere Senioren. Sonst ist das Essen sehr zu empfehlen und auch der Service war sehr zuvorkommend!

pizza schmeckt sehr gut. Personal könnte aufmerksamer sein. Es wird einmal Getränke gebracht, dann sitzt man den Rest des Aufenthaltes auf dem trockenen. Teller wurde schon weggenommen,obwohl man noch das Besteck in der Hand hatte und gerade noch am kauen war.

Sehr frische und leckere Pizzen und Salate, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen! Ich komme bald wieder👍🏻

07/2023: Wir waren 4 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder. Anlass: Geburtstag einer Freundin. Es war sehr voll, weil einige Gäste anschließend in die Oper wollten. Die Servicekräfte haben Ruhe bewahrt. Wir saßen an einem Tisch inmitten von diesem geschäftigen Treiben. Zum Glück war mein Hundi nicht mit dabei. Aufgrund der vollen Besetzung haben die Getränke etwas gedauert. Nach 20 Uhr ist wieder normaler Betrieb gewesen. Das war dann viel besser, um sich entspannt zu unterhalten. Pizza und Pasta waren sehr lecker. Leider keine Bilder gemacht. Wiederholung gerne an einem Abend ohne Kulturprogramm in Weikersheim. 😉

Erneut waren wir hier und haben Pizza bestellt. Es war nicht übermäßig voll, aber unser Essen konnten wir erst nach guten 40 Minuten bestellen. Wie hier schon erwähnt die Böden bräuchten noch zwei Minuten länger im Ofen. Wie schon beim ersten Mal blieben unsere Gläser leer, es gab keinerlei Nachfrage vom Service. Sehr schade

Sehr lecker,wir waren dort breits zweimal.Pizzen als auch Pasta sehr zu empfehlen.Personal bleibt auch bei Stress freundlich.Leckere Pastsaucen und auch der Salat kann was.

Seit langem war ich mal wieder hier, um mit meinem Sohn zu meinem Geburtstag essen zu gehen. Wir hatten ohne Reservierung einen Platz bekommen und wurden sofort sehr freundlich bedient. Wir haben uns was zu trinken bestellt und mussten erst mal überlegen, was wir essen wollen. Zwischendurch haben wir dann noch ein Körbchen mit Weißbrot und Oliven bekommen. Wir fanden diese Aufmerksamkeit supernett und bekommt man auch nicht mehr überall. Mein Sohn hat sich Spaghetti Bolognese zusammengestellt, da man bei Pasta Gerichten zuerst die Pasta an sich auswählt und danach die passende Soße, die man möchte. Ich selbst habe mir Saltimbocca bestellt da ich es noch nie gegessen habe und unbedingt mal probieren wollte. Und was soll ich sagen, genau so habe ich es mir vorgestellt. Das Fleisch war super zart und die Soße war unglaublich lecker. Dazu gab es Pommes. Meinem Sohn haben seine Spaghetti auch super geschmeckt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Waren heute das erste Mal dort, war alles super, die Bedienung sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das Essen vorzüglich und ohne lange Wartezeit, einfach nur top, wir kommen gerne wieder

Echt genialer Italiener zum gemütlichen Abendessen und mit durchaus ordentlichen (!!) Portionen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter. Tipp: kleiner Vorspeise Salat ist nicht klein 😅
