Leckeres Essen, freundlicher und hilfsbereiten Service

Ein Stern gibt es dafür das uns ein Tisch zugewiesen wurde. Essen kann ich nicht bewerten da wir nichts bekommen haben. 25 Minuten warten und es passiert nichts. Wir haben uns bedankt und sin gegangenen. Diese Pizzeria ist nicht zu empfehlen!

Ein perfektes Essen und eine super nette Bedienung!!! Medaillons und Dorschfilet mit Garnelen. Du Beilagen zu den Mahlzeiten waren einfach Großartig, solche Mahlzeiten habe ich sogar noch nicht mal in Italien bekommen!!!

Waren mehrmals da haben gegessen und getrunken, kein Spitzen Italiener aber die Speisen sind durchaus zu empfehlen.

Das einzige Restaurant, wo wir nach 22.00 Uhr noch etwas zum Essen bekommen haben. Pizza zum mitnehmen bestellt und nach 10 Minuten glücklich rausspazuert. Danke!!!

Da Herrentag war, war das Restaurant völlig überfüllt und das Personal sehr gefordert, tlw .überfordert. Dem entsprach auch das Essen, hastig zusammengeklatscht, da wir das Restaurant von einem früheren Besuch in sehr guter Erinnerung hatten, waren wir enttäuscht

Leckere Pizza. Der Teig war absolut Spitze und auch der Belag hervorragend. Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Lediglich die Außenwirkung des Restaurants bräuchte mal eine Renovierung. Die Markisen waren schon sehr alt.

Wir hatten einen tollen Besuch! Schon bei der herzlichen Begrüßung haben wir uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Service war überaus freundlich und aufmerksam, das Essen einfach köstlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist super. Das Essen wurde warm und schnell serviert. ​Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Einstellung gegenüber Kindern: Alle Mitarbeitenden sind wirklich kinderfreundlich, was den Besuch für uns als Familie sehr entspannt gemacht hat. Es gibt sogar eine Spieleküche für die Kleinsten. ​Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr italienisch, sehr authentisch und trotzdem mit Anschluss zur regionalen Küche: Fisch in allen Variationen. Service sehr freundlich, die Adresse wäre sicher noch schöner, wenn die Baustelle weg wäre, aber dafür können die Wirrte ja nichts. Jedenfalls, wenn man dort in der Gegend ist, am Hafen von Saßnitz, ein absoluter Tipp für ein gutes Abendessen zu sehr reellen Preisen.

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort essen. Die Pizza für die Kinder war in Ordnung. Wir Erwachsenen bestellten zwei Tagliatelle. Diese waren viel zu salzig und ungenießbar. Wir sprachen den Kellner darauf an, aber er zuckte nur mit den Achseln. Er verlangte sogar Trinkgeld beim Bezahlen!

Großes schönes eingerichtetes Restaurant, sehr leckere Fisch Gerichte. Ein Italienisches Restaurant mit großer Auswahl an Pizza, Pasta Fisch ect. Der Preis und die Portionen stimmen ,sehr nette Bedienung und die Italienische Gastfreundschaft ist wird auch dort gelebt. Kann ich nur empfehlen . Auch Eis ist dort zu bekommen also geht dort hin es lohnt sich.

Wir hatten überbackene Nudeln und Tagliatelle, die beide sehr lecker waren. Der Mangokuchen zum Nachtisch war das absolute Highlight, er war einfach himmlisch.

Nettes Lokal im Stadthafen von Sassnitz (zur Zeit leider mitten in einem Baustellenbereich) mit freundlicher Bedienung und angenehmen Ambiente. Die Spaghetti waren al dente und sehr schmackhaft, die Pizza war nur mittelmäßig, der Teig war sehr gut, der Ruccola überwiegend welk und Mozzarella keiner drauf.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker, deshalb waren wir 2x in dem Restaurant und haenim Wechsel Pasta und Pizza probiert. Es ist empfehlenswert. Ein bisschen störend empfand ich, das die Kellner sehr oft ihre Präsenz zeigen.

Wir waren zu viert hier essen, nachdem wir schon zu zweit gute Erfahrungen gemacht hatten. Einer von uns ist "ein schwieriger Esser" wie er selbst sagt. Alle(!) waren an diesem Abend restlos zufrieden mit ihrem Essen und der Service war lustig, aufgeweckt, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit, gastfreundlich und professionell. Wir mussten nicht lange aufs Essen warten ( angemessen) und alles war frisch und heiß. Ich hatte frische gefüllte Nudeln. Die Portion war genau richtig und unfassbar lecker. Das hatten alle von uns ebenfalls mit ihrem Essen. Im Moment ist gerade Baustelle vor dem Laden. Bitte liebe Leute, geht trotzdem rein. Es lohnt sich!

Bedienung ist freundlich und essen hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Nur die Toiletten sollte man mal erneuern. Sehen schon sehr runtergekommen aus.

Wir waren mit unseren Kindern 12 bis 17 Jahre Essen. Die Pizza war sehr lecker (lt Kinder Beste Pizza ever). Ich hatte ein Lachsgericht, welches ebenfalls fantastisch geschmeckt. Die Bedienung war sehr schnell und auch das Essen kam zügig. Das Restaurant ist uneingeschränkt weiterzuempfehlen.

Der Besuch in dem Restaurant war echt toll. Das Essen hat fantastisch geschmeckt und es herrschte eine schönes Ambiente. Der Ausblick war wunderbar und das Essen wurde ebenso sehr schnell geliefert.

Das Personal der Pizzeria ist sehr freundlich und gastfreundlich. Der Laden ist sehr sauber und besitzt eine schöne Aussicht. Ein schönes Ambiente. Ich habe bestellt und zwei Minuten später war die Vorspeise da es geht sehr schnell alles. Das Essen schmeckt perfekt die Pizza ist die beste die ich bisher gegessen habe.

Wir gehen zu jeden Inselurlaub hier Essen und das ist Jahr ca 20 mal. Sehr freundliches Personal, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit u egal wie voll. Essen Angebot sehr gut und auch die wunderschönen Torten mit Eis. Wir waren auch in einem bekannten Hotel im Ort und sind nicht mal halb so freundlich empfangen worden. Freundlichkeit ist das A u O egal ob Sterne od nicht. Weiter so, möchten gern im Mai Juni u August auf der Terrasse die Sonne genießen. Liebe Grüße an das Personal

Nach einem Langem Tag am Königsstuhl, den Abend hier aus klingen lassen. Restaurant war sehr voll wenn nicht sogar komplett voll. Unser Essen Kamm sehr zügig nicht Mal 15 min. . Das Essen hat sehr sehr gut geschmeckt, sehr frisch und gut angerichtet. Service war sehr freundlich und höflich. Danke sehr gerne nochmal Besuch war am 3.4.2026 um 19 Uhr

Tolles Ristorante in Sassnitz! 😊 Wir hatten sehr leckeres Eis und einen richtig guten Cappuccino – perfekt für eine kleine Pause. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Luigi, unseren Kellner – super freundlich, aufmerksam und einfach top! Grazie mille, Luigi! 🇮🇹 Das gesamte Restaurant ist zudem sehr kinderfreundlich gestaltet, sogar mit einer kleinen Spielküche. Das macht den Besuch gerade mit Kindern total entspannt. Wir waren 2024 und 2025 dort. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht verstehen. Personal ist freundlich und das Essen sehr lecker. Die weltbeste Pizza die ich jede gegessen habe,sowie die Pasta. Wir kommen im diesem Jahr wieder und freuen uns jetzt schon.

A very nice location in Sassnitz harbor. The menu reflects typical Italian cuisine, and the dishes are prepared to a very high standard. The price-performance ratio is very fair. Therefore, a positive thumbs up.

We were there in mid-November. The service was very attentive and they even accommodated a special request. The food was really good, with freshly cooked pasta and excellent pizza dough. The ambiance only gets four stars because the decor is a bit worn. However, I think that's simply because it must be incredibly busy there in the summer, and guests aren't always very careful with other people's property. Highly recommended.

Excellent service; the wait was short and the food arrived quickly. Despite being an Italian restaurant, the rump steak was perfectly grilled, arrived piping hot, and tasted fantastic, as did the side dishes. Overall, a very positive experience!

A spontaneous visit to the harbor brought us to Portofino. Service was very friendly, the food excellent, the ambiance a bit rip-off. We would recommend it without hesitation. The pizzas are huge. Great view of the harbor. We'd gladly go back.

It took 30 minutes for the waiter to arrive. The ice cream sundae was OK, but unfortunately not as advertised on the menu.

Very delicious dishes! There's a large outdoor area with a beautiful view of the harbor and, to a certain extent, the Ferris wheel. We came in the evening without a reservation and got a seat without any problems. We had spaghetti carbonara, rump steak, and rigatoni quattro formaggi. The latter wasn't on the menu, but upon request, they were able to prepare this dish for me anyway, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly and attentive. The ambiance was also pleasant. Highly recommended!

Friendly service; we've been there several times and eaten everything from pasta to pizza, even the occasional schnitzel 😋 I just didn't like the tagliatelle de mare, it lacked seasoning. They also serve ice cream, teramizu, and coffee. With a view of the ships.

We were at Portifino today and celebrated my birthday with several people. First, there was a delicious platter, and we had to repeatedly tell ourselves: "No, I'm not eating anything else now, otherwise I won't be able to fit any more food in." It was simply delicious! The dishes we ordered from the menu only heightened this feeling. We ate everything, even though we were already full. Oh, and always a little something for the taste 🤣. The service also deserves special mention – always keeping an eye on the guests and very attentive. My wife and I have been there several times, and the food, the service, and the prices are absolutely amazing 🔝.

We were out late, but we still managed to get some delicious food there. The outdoor area is definitely worth a visit. They even provide wool blankets for chilly evenings.

Fresh Skrei, fried to perfection. Top-notch! The side dishes were good, except for the absolutely soggy and overcooked pointed cabbage.

I wouldn't want to eat there again. The waiter was nice, but I felt under pressure to order something to eat very quickly. When it came to the bill, it was really hard to get a waiter or waitress, even though the place was already relatively empty; both seemed quite overwhelmed. We had to move around at first, even though my father isn't very good at walking and the waiter could have simply moved a table there. The year before, it was tastier and nicer there, but unfortunately, it's gone downhill. About the food: when my tagliatelle with seafood arrived, my father (a Sassnitz native and an old sailor) said the food had an unpleasant smell. The seafood, which couldn't be identified, was very firm and tough, and squeaked between your teeth. The supposedly fresh pasta wasn't very tasty either, which was very disappointing given the prices. The toppings on the pizzas were greasy and just dribbled down. We come to Sassnitz every year, but unfortunately, we won't be eating at your place anymore.

We ate here as a family. Very fast and friendly service. The food is really good and plentiful for the price. In the summer, it's also very pleasant to eat outside on the terrace right by the harbor.

We visited the restaurant after a boat trip, as it's located right next to the pier. A lunch special was advertised until 3:00 p.m. Unfortunately, the two different dishes fell short of our expectations. Besides the small portion of fish, the fried potatoes were a disgrace. The pan had probably just been sitting in the sun while it was being prepared?!

We do NOT agree with the largely positive reviews we've received so far. Firstly, the waiter was visibly annoyed and overwhelmed, lacking in friendliness. This should be a basic requirement for guests to feel comfortable. The fried potatoes, as well as the pizza, were soggy. The waiter didn't know what aioli was; we tried to explain it to him. We wanted to convey our dissatisfaction that way, but it wasn't possible, as the waiter barely understood what we wanted. He told us to please speak English. The next waiter, to whom we tried to express our dissatisfaction, also barely spoke German. We're not fussy and don't have high expectations, but our visit to Portofino was by no means worthwhile.

The waiters walked past me for almost a quarter of an hour without paying any attention. The food was terrible (lasagna), the cheese felt like chewing gum. I ate half of it. Grossing. They even extort a tip when I pay (which I can't give out). Absolutely not recommended.

The fish dishes are very tasty, the pizza is worse than frozen food from a discount store.

We found a seat quickly without a reservation, and the food didn't take long either. Daily specials were served at reasonable prices. And it was delicious, too.

The seating is quite nice with a view of the harbor. The constant lounge music was too loud for me and disrupted the conversation. It easily took 10 minutes before we got our menus. It took even longer before we were allowed to order. The food arrived surprisingly quickly, was plentiful, and tasted great. The service wasn't unfriendly, but not particularly good either. I had to ask several times to pay, only to be told that the other lady at the counter would take my card. I then waited another 5 minutes for her. Overall, I'm not very impressed.

As always, it's delicious. The portions are generous, and the staff is very friendly. It's often crowded in the summer, and the wait for food can be longer.

We went for ice cream, and the iced coffee was delicious. Since our baby was hungry, we asked the staff to warm the jar. They did, albeit somewhat reluctantly. A high chair was not offered. In general, the server (a somewhat older lady, perhaps the owner?) was stressed and not particularly friendly. When we wanted to pay (by card; we had no cash), she was completely exasperated and didn't speak to us again. She said that such small amounts should surely be paid in cash. This made the visit end unpleasant and rounded off the overall impression.

We came spontaneously on Saturday evening and got one of the few remaining seats inside. Everything was perfect. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. I definitely recommend it.

I ate the worst pizza of my life here yesterday! Paper-thin, undercooked base and completely burnt pizza crust. The taste was definitely not that great. I ordered a Hawaiian pizza and a Capricciosa pizza for my daughter, my wife, and me. If you want to experience these two pizzas perfectly prepared, go to Greifswald/Wieck. But yesterday's pizza was a total no-go. We also ordered two iced coffees, for which we had to specifically ask for straws because they were missing, even though they should be standard. No, sorry, I will definitely not be coming here again. Not only do I share this opinion, but my wife and daughter also agree. This is the absolute truth and not malicious defamation. I am curious to see how long honest experts will last here.

One of the worst restaurants. Almost all the vegetables, including the olives, were from jars—a complete rip-off.
