We were in Schleswig on a whim and were hungry. We went to Milano without a reservation. Normally, you're supposed to make a reservation, but as I said, we decided on a whim. Nevertheless, a nice spot was made available for us. The service was super friendly, even though the pizzeria was packed. The food and drinks were served very quickly. It's one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the huge 🍕.

While passing through Denmark, we stayed overnight and had dinner at Pizzeria Milano. The pizza was delicious, the wait wasn't long, and the staff was very friendly.

We're here on vacation and went to Pizzeria Milano for dinner. The pizzeria is located right on a street, and there's indoor and outdoor seating. The service was fine. We only had to ask the waitress once to please clean the table, as there were leftovers from the previous diners. But everything was taken care of. There were no appetizers, such as pizza rolls with butter. I didn't even see them on the menu. Otherwise, everything was fine.

From pasta to pizza, everything is simply delicious. Really delicious.

The food was delicious, the service staff were friendly, but we had to wait a very long time for both the drinks and the food, even though it wasn't busy and several employees were standing there without work. No one came to our table to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted more drinks or something similar. Even when we wanted to pay, we had to go to the bar because no one was checking on us. When I asked if the kids' leftover pizza could be sliced ​​and wrapped, I was met with a puzzled look. It was wrapped, but not sliced. Now, not being sliced ​​is obviously the least of the "problems," but overall, it was a rather disappointing experience given the very long wait. A shame!

I would have liked to give a good review, as the food seems to be good, if you can get it. Unfortunately, we had the same experience as the other one-star reviewer: Reserved a table for seven people by phone, providing a mobile number, and happened to walk by two hours before the appointment, saw the reserved table, and had it confirmed. But then, right on time for the appointment, the table was already taken, allegedly due to a "system problem." They were too busy to call and cancel. Summary: Service and behavior were beyond reproach.

Good experience visiting this place, we got delicious pizzas. It was busy but no problems with waiting. 40€ for 2 pizzas and 2 beers, that's quite fair

As a family with two small children, we recently stumbled upon "Milano" quite by chance while passing through, as we couldn't get lunch until late, and this restaurant is actually open the whole day. A huge plus for the restaurant – and for us too. We ate the best pizza in Germany here! As annual travelers to Italy, we're rather skeptical about pizzas in our own country, but here everything was just right, and they easily compete with "our" favorite Italian restaurant. The ambiance and the staff are also perfect. You sit in small booths, so you don't feel disturbed by neighboring tables; the staff is friendly, polite, attentive, but not intrusive. If we're ever in the area again, we'd gladly return!

Pizzeria Milano in Schleswig impresses with authentic Italian pizza of the highest standard - it's hard to believe that such a taste experience is possible in the north! For the fifth time, the intense taste, the great ambience and the quality, which stands out even in the face of strong Schleswig competition, are impressive. The only thing I have to complain about is the very warm climate, which is almost unbearable after a little chili oil.

Hello first of all, yes I'm delighted to finally be able to post something really good again. For me it's the best food I've had in a long time. And above all the staff. Attentive, friendly and always with a smile on his face. It doesn't get any better. My wife had scampi, my grandson had pizza salami and I had spaghetti bolognese with salad (the salad was for my diet). Actually simple food but as I said perfectly cooked and served. Thank you for that and gladly again. I forgot to take pictures because I was so excited 😭😭

By far my absolute favorite restaurant in Schleswig! The service staff are very attentive and friendly without seeming intrusive. The range of dishes on offer is exciting and varied thanks to the changing recommendations on the board. Every dish seems well thought out and cannot be beaten in terms of taste. Even the pizzas, with their thin dough and plenty of toppings, are unrivaled in Schleswig. The Milano definitely doesn't need to hide among other large restaurants and remains my recommendation for anyone who wants to experience authentic cuisine.

Great ambience and great food...but getting an indication of the kitchen opening times at 8:45 p.m. and not having a free choice of seating despite the restaurant being almost empty is definitely a problem...especially and especially when it comes to the prices...

We came as a couple. Asked for a table that wasn't marked as reserved. Immediately it said: it is reserved and the waiter has put a sign on it for 6 p.m. Nobody came until half past six and then the table was given to a family of four. We didn't think that was so great, we artificially reserved a table until more people came. The waiter also confirmed our suspicions. We got a table outside on the street, there was no better option for us.

The food was absolutely perfect. I was served particularly nicely by a young, competent waitress with blonde curls. I always enjoy coming back.

The pizza was fantastic and the ambience was beautiful. However, the waiting time was unreasonable. We had to wait an hour and a half for our food while the cook sometimes stood by the oven and did nothing. When we decided to leave the restaurant, our pizzas suddenly arrived quickly. Very nice restaurant, great tasteful ambience. My pizza Frutti di mare was excellent... generously topped with fresh products... nothing from a can... very well seasoned and a nice, crispy dough. The price was definitely justified as it was very large. My husband had a lasagna that also tasted great. Only the portion size was a bit small for a main course and the price. Since my pizza was way too big for me, he was happy to eat some of my portion too ;) The next time we go on vacation to Schleswig again, we will definitely come back!

If you mean exactly that when you say “I would like to pay,” then it must have been good. The spaghetti carbonara was really good and a large portion. The other guests also seemed very happy. The company at the next table didn't speak German, but "perfect" and the gesture were clear.

Super delicious food, great, well-kept atmosphere and extremely friendly service, but proud prices! A bottle of water 0.75l for €8, a (!) glass of vino della casa also €8, spaghetti carbonara €17.20... these are pharmacy prices. But the spaghetti was really extremely tasty, you have to say that!

Simply great: super friendly on the phone, then the service on site was wonderful, the service was so nice, the food was a dream. A very pleasant atmosphere is the first thing a guest notices when they enter the Milano. There are also various tables and chairs in front of the restaurant and on the street opposite where you can take a seat. There are also ashtrays on the tables outside and will probably be of interest to smokers. Due to the traffic-calmed street directly in front of the restaurant, it was pleasantly quiet and not disturbing, as you hardly noticed any vehicles driving past inside. The food was quickly served and it didn't take long before we had it on the tables. The rump steak was okay, you can order it, but on a later visit I would opt for a pizza. The pizzas were very large, tasty and there is no reason to look for a fly in the ointment. The seltzer we ordered came in bottles and was chilled. The bill was appropriately high and not excessive or anything like that. Everything fit together so far, was consistent and we were satisfied. Hence my positive recommendation: if you fancy typical pizza, pasta and more, Milano is the right place for you.

Five of us made a reservation here and got a nice table. It took 25 minutes to place the first order before a waitress came and took the drinks. The food too, of course, because we had enough time to choose. The food itself was very good, only the lasagne was not enough for a full-grown man. The service left something to be desired or was non-existent. No request for drinks, dessert or anything else. We didn't feel welcome.
