We just went there for dinner. My wife's pasta was too salty. She just vomited when she got home. The rosé wine was sour and substandard! That was it!

The lasagna was delicious. If you're really hungry, you should order something to go with it 😉

Delicious food, with a great vegan selection if you prefer (a whole page on the menu). I had a pizza with vegetables, for example, which was delicious. The other guests had meat dishes, such as homemade pasta. It was also well received.

No card payments accepted, and unfortunately, they're no longer up-to-date. The pizza was good, but nothing special. Service was good.

Dieses Restaurant ist ein wahres Kleinod – versteckt in einem charmanten, ruhigen Innenhof, der sofort eine warme und einladende Atmosphäre verströmt. Ob unter freiem Himmel oder im liebevoll eingerichteten Innenraum – hier fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Das Interieur ist so authentisch italienisch, dass wir uns fühlten, als wären wir auf einer Reise in ein kleines Trattoria-Dorf in Italien. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, dass man gar nicht anders kann, als sich fallen zu lassen und zu genießen. Der Service? Einfach wundervoll. Herzlich, aufmerksam und mit einer Wärme, die uns tief berührt hat. Es war, als wären wir Teil einer großen italienischen Familie – mit offenen Armen empfangen und umsorgt. Wir durften dort unsere Kommunion feiern, und es war für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Alles war perfekt – nein, mehr als perfekt. Das Essen war ein Gedicht: geschmacklich außergewöhnlich, mit einer Qualität, die man selten findet. Jedes Gericht ein liebevoll zubereitetes Meisterwerk. Wir wurden mit so viel Zuwendung und Herzlichkeit betreut, wie wir es nur selten erlebt haben. Diese Erfahrung hat uns nicht nur satt, sondern auch glücklich gemacht. Von Herzen: eine absolute Empfehlung. Ein Ort, an den wir jederzeit gerne zurückkehren.

Simply wow. The staff was incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. This was the best pizza I've had in years. I think it's a shame you can't rate it higher than 5 stars. I absolutely recommend it to anyone in Schleswig or nearby. The perfect end to a day.

The interior is so authentically Italian that we felt as if we were on a journey to a small trattoria village in Italy. Everything is designed with such attention to detail that you can't help but let yourself go and enjoy. The service? Simply wonderful. Warm, attentive, and with a warmth that touched us deeply. It was as if we were part of a large Italian family – welcomed with open arms and cared for. We celebrated our communion there, and it was an unforgettable experience. Everything was perfect – no, more than perfect. The food was a poem: exceptional in taste, with a quality rarely found. Every dish a lovingly prepared masterpiece. We were cared for with a level of care and warmth we've rarely experienced. This experience not only left us satisfied, but also happy. From the bottom of our hearts: an absolute recommendation. A place we'd be happy to return to anytime.

Two of us were there, and we both fancied spaghetti Bolognese with a Magherita pizza, a truly typical Italian dish. When I ordered, I asked for Parmesan cheese. It came with a generous portion of cheese. But then we were very disappointed!! Spaghetti was lukewarm, not freshly cooked. With a sauce that lacked meat and sauce. After complaining, the same thing was served a little warmer. That's what I get in every cafeteria! The pasta is steaming when it arrives, and the Bolognese, with the right ingredients, should be prepared much more succulently!! Very poor service. You want to enjoy a relaxing evening, not feel like you're being annoying... a savvy restaurateur might offer an espresso, grappa, or cappuccino, but there were none here either.

We went to this restaurant because we heard they had a good vegan selection. Before entering, we had to turn around and look for an ATM because it is not possible to pay by card in the restaurant. That was very annoying because it was raining heavily that day and which restaurant doesn't allow you to pay by card these days? Back in the restaurant we found ourselves in an ambience in the style of an 80s pizzeria. Whether you find it comfortable is probably a question of personal taste. There seemed to be regulars though, as it was hard to ignore based on the loud conversations. The staff greeted us very friendly and on the menu we found a whole page with various vegan pizzas and pasta dishes including vegan cheese alternatives. We ordered two vegan pizzas and were surprised because they were really big. However, it was immediately noticeable that the cheese substitute on one pizza looked different than on the other. Turns out the waiter had forgotten to specify that one of the pizzas was vegan. So a new pizza was baked, while we were waiting for the second pizza the other one naturally got cold. In terms of taste, the pizzas were okay... thin, crisp base, thick, crispy edge and not too many toppings. But the surface itself wasn't that great. We also found it a shame that we weren't offered a free drink, snack or anything similar while waiting to apologize for the mishap and that we had to pay the full price in the end. That's what I expect with a mistake like that. After all, the error only came out because we noticed it. No one came to the table when we waved and we had to walk to the counter with the wrong pizza. All in all, we wouldn't visit the restaurant again, which was certainly due to the mistake with the cheese, but also because of the uncomfortable atmosphere for us. We certainly could have overlooked the latter on future visits. But after the cheese thing we didn't feel well anymore. And as already mentioned, the topping wasn't really tasty either.

The pizza I ate was a real treat: the dough had the perfect balance of crispy and airy, and the ingredients really intensified the flavor. You can clearly tell that a lot of love and passion goes into the work, which is reflected in every bite. The service was also exemplary - friendly, authentic and always tried to make the visit as pleasant as possible. This was our second time here. We weren't even noticed. Then we were spoken to several times and left standing again without saying a word by the same waitress. Then several stupid comments about cutting pizza. Because we wanted a pizza to take away. Then they simply put cans of pineapple and four pieces of fresh pineapple on our Hawaiian pizza. We're definitely not coming back. And won't recommend it to anyone.

Liebe Leser, meidet um Gottes Willen dieses Restaurant! Einmal diese Pizzen, Nudelgerichte oder Salate gegessen, diesen Service erlebt, dann - ja dann seit ihr für andere italienische Restaurants verloren. Wir sind leider 230 km weit entfernt und können Marcellos nur wenige mal im Jahr genießen !!

Maybe they had a bad day, but the pizzas weren't edible, the turkey meat on the Speciale smelled and tasted putrid, and the Diavolo was just super spicy and had a lake of fat on it, which unfortunately ran out of the package down my wife's pants, especially since the toppings on both were more than poor for the price, by the way, we threw both pizzas in the bin after a few bites, so once and not again 😡

The pizza we ordered was once again plentiful and tasty, it couldn't be better. Can only be recommended. Not a long wait either. Because of the small number of tables available, it was a little too loud in the room for me. But I will definitely come back again and again because of the fantastic food.

Good Italian restaurant with good and fresh cuisine. The pizza was large and well topped. Tastes very good. There is also a menu with current lunch specials. Good music in the background that isn't too loud. The only drawback is that you can't pay with a debit card. Cash only.

You feel really comfortable here, the staff is super nice, the food is really recommended. Like mom's, the food is cooked here and always fresh. A bit of a fast food atmosphere. Cheap, thin paper napkins that are more decorative than useful. The food is great. Unfortunately, payment is still only made in cash, which has long been outdated. Too bad.

So far, as a smoker, I have only sat outside. But winter is coming and then maybe I'll dare to go in because the food is simply excellent (I haven't tried meat dishes and penne, pizza yet).

Very tasty pizza for a good price. The atmosphere outside seemed more like a canteen than a restaurant because it is at the beginning of a pedestrian zone. Parking is possible on site, but I recommend using the parking garage and walking the section. Because if you take a wrong turn, it's a huge detour to get back

Unfortunately it was a bit of a letdown, but we were really looking forward to the pizzeria because of the good reviews. The restaurant was very full, we had reserved a table for 4 people, which was also available outside when the weather was nice. The staff rushed around, we got the menu after about 10 minutes, and a few minutes later the order was taken so rushed that I forgot to order the snacks. It was not possible to speak to a waiter because everyone was so rushed. After more than 10 minutes the drinks arrived and were peppered onto the table without comment. Then the waiting continued. Customers were constantly being accepted and every free table was immediately filled again. The staff seemed very rushed and overwhelmed, and there was also a long wait at neighboring tables. After almost 1.5 hours our 3 pizzas and 1x spaghetti arrived, without “enjoy your meal” or anything like that. The drinks were long since empty, neither in between nor when bringing the food was it possible to ask for more drinks, we were asked anyway not. The food was average, nothing more. We had to wave several times to pay until someone finally came. In response to a rushed question, "Is everything OK?", we complained about the waiting time, whereupon we received a short answer: "There is only one pizza chef there." No prior inquiry as to whether you would pay separately or together. I politely tipped more than 10%, which was followed by neither a thank you nor a farewell. Conclusion: This was probably our first and last visit. If there are no staff, then it is important to inform the guests about waiting times, and it is also a no-go to completely fill every table and accept every new customer. That's not real.

We were told to bring waiting time with us. However, we got our main course within 20 minutes. Apart from that, this pizza in Schleswig is another Mediterranean highlight. Insane. We'll be coming here more often from now on.

This setting seems typical Italian. And it looked nice, besides the staff were really nice. But you had to wait quite a long time for the food and the pizza was not the best and full of water. I can't say anything about the price, but if you want a cozy evening, you should book a table somewhere else.

Da Marcello seems to be a real insider tip that we discovered by chance. Homemade and delicious pasta (with a customized sauce) as well as a delicious pizza were our lunch menu. Well attended by locals and a friendly atmosphere guarantee a repeat visit.

Wir hatten uns einen schönen Abend versprochen und haben den positiven Rezensionen vertraut. Leider ist dieses Restaurant eine einzige Enttäuschung gewesen. Wir hatten beim aufmerksamen Kellner Pasta mit Pfifferlingen bestellt. Die Pilze waren leider wie aus Gummi und mit Glutamat aufgepeppt. Offenbar lagen sie vor der Zubereitung eine längere Zeit im Wasser. So konnte vermutlich das zeitaufwendige Putzen eingespart werden. Serviert wurde das Essen auf Resopal Camping Geschirr. Zum Abschluss gab es einen Espresso, der den Namen nicht verdient hatte. Ohne jede Crema, lauwarm und bitter. Diese Gerichte lagen uns abends noch wie Steine im Magen. Verdient hat dieses Restaurant eher null Sterne. Nie wieder!
