Small, cozy pizzeria, great service, delicious food

The service wasn't that great. The knowledge of German left a lot to be desired. The lady reacted almost hysterically to our question about vegan food (even though there are three vegan burger variations available online). The Cola Zero had expired since 1/24, which disappointed us. Rather not recommended

We went to the buffet. Except for the pizza, there was certainly nothing freshly prepared there. The dessert was served in cheap plastic cups and had been standing for a long time (it was a cream dessert with ladyfingers, the cream was dry, the sponge was soft and the liquid had already collected at the bottom) There was salad but no sauces or anything like that with the salad. We wanted to talk to the chef afterwards, but good communication was not possible. No ability to take criticism and he hardly let us finish. Personally, it seemed to me as if he felt his honor was being attacked when we conveyed this to him. In the end he tried to pull other guests into his boat, which in my opinion wasn't very appropriate in the situation. He himself said that the noodles were prepared in the afternoon (he ate them himself and they were tasty, we were there at 6) and then apparently they were just warmed up today. That's how they tasted too. If you offer a buffet three days a week, it has to have something to offer. Apparently he was alone in the kitchen today, which is why we couldn't order from the menu, which was actually the plan. In general it was quite blandly seasoned. Baldamico, oil and so on as you would expect from an Italian were not provided either. Unfortunately we won't be coming back. We were already there at its previous location and were really impressed there, so we wanted to try it again today. The service was very friendly but she didn't speak any German. Unfortunately, in the end she also had complications with returning the money. The menu had a few spelling mistakes and wasn't the nicest or clearest, but that's irrelevant for now. Sitting outside was pleasant in itself and the pizza tasted good. The rest was, as described, just meh Quote he: We can't meet everyone's needs. If you don't like it go somewhere else Let's not worry about that now

An absolute highlight. Food and service typically Italian friendly. We were there for the first time today but will definitely be back.

We had dinner here today. From the outside we would have expected something completely different. It looked very inconspicuous. But what can you say... MEGA FOOD AND VERY, VERY FRIENDLY AND CUTE STAFF!!!!! If we are in the area again, we would be happy to come back.

Insider tip on the edge of Reichenbach! We received a very friendly welcome and were served very courteously and lovingly. Whether pizza, pasta or lasagna… everything is recommended and very well prepared! We would definitely like to come back when we are in the area. Thank you very much for the lovely evening!

Waren heute Abend dort essen und fanden es sehr gut. Beim Eintritt wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Ambiente gemütlich, einladend, halt typisch italienisch. Nach kurzem Blick in die Getränke- und Speisekarte etwas bestellt welches auch zügig gebracht wurde. Der Salat als Vorspeise frisch und knackig. Die Calzone top. Ein rundum gelungener Abend, mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Ein weiterer Besuch wird garantiert folgen.

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Die Kellnerin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Essen war preislich absolut super und auch geschmacklich top. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir waren nach unserem Besuch im Freizeitpark Plohn auf der Suche nach einem Ort zum Abendessen und sind auf dieses Restaurant gestoßen. Haben angerufen und einen Tisch reserviert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben einen Tisch im Garten bekommen. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Portionen sind sehr gut und vorallem ist die Pizza bei einer Größe von 33cm und dafür ein Preis von knapp 9€ (Salami) einfach unschlagbar. Das Essen war lecker und wenn wir wieder her kommen, werden wir hier wieder essen.

Wir haben dieses Restaurant spontan besucht. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und die Bedienung war nett. Wir hatten einen schönen Abend und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben per Internet bestellt. Abholung hat funktioniert und auch pünktlich fertig. Das Essen war nicht gut. Im Restaurant war es immer gut, bei Lieferung aber schlecht. Eine Bruchetta für 7 Euro, die völlig schwarz war. Eine Lasagne Bolognese für 13 Euro, wo nur die halbe Asiette voll war und die exakt geschmeckt hat, wie aus dem Rewe Kühlregal ist nicht akzeptabel. Ein Burger ging noch, aber die beigelegten Pommes waren völlig weich und verfettet mit Fettaroma. Und das für 13 Euro. Kein Rabatt auf Abholung. Keine Empfehlung.

Essen ist sehr lecker und Alessandro, sowohl seine nette Angestellte sind freundlich und versuchen auf alle Wünsche ein zu gehen.

Die Pizza war sehr lecker. Diese hatte einen knusprigen Rand und einen dünnen Boden. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich.

Siamo stati veramente bene, pizza ottima e dolci fantastici. Bella location, cameriera e titolare veramente di compagnia e molto simpatici. Un po' d'Italia ci ha fatto proprio bene.

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich muss man sagen. Das Ambiente könnte mit hellen Farben aufgefrischt werden ,ist aber Geschmackssache. Was man beim ESSEN auch sagen kann.

Super! Really don't understand the bad comments, we went to this restaurant every day during our stay in Reichenbach im Vogtland. This place will definitely be the reason for our second visit to the town. We basically tried all the pasta, as well as two soups, a steak and a pizza, the food was 100 out of 10. And the people in the restaurant were super nice, I just love the two ladies! Love to rocky
