Toller Service, großartiges Essen und schönes Ambiente. Sollte man in Schwangau mal besucht haben.

Pasta ist auch glutenfrei möglich! Super freundliche Bedienung, ich komme gern vorbei oder nehme mir etwas mit!

Ich habe Pizza zum Mitnehmen bestellt und sie war in 15 Minuten fertig. Die Qualität war hervorragend, besser als viele Pizzen, die ich in Italien gegessen habe. Das Personal ist sehr professionell und freundlich, eine Seltenheit in dieser Gegend. Falls Sie einmal durch Schwangau kommen, sollten Sie unbedingt bei Pietro's vorbeischauen.

Das Essen ist lecker und der Service freundlich. Die Aussenplätze unter den alten Kastanien sind sehr schön. Die nahe Strasse stört kaum.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend in diesem Restaurant. Die Portionen waren sehr großzügig – die meisten Gerichte lassen sich problemlos zu zweit teilen. Mein Partner bestellte die Meeresfrüchteplatte: Der Tintenfisch war saftig mit einer perfekt knusprigen Kruste, und es gab reichlich Garnelen und Langusten, alles unglaublich lecker. Dazu gab es einen Teller mit gegrilltem Gemüse, was eine tolle Ergänzung war. Wir bestellten außerdem Antipasti für unsere Gruppe von fünf Personen, und alles war sehr schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Besonders beeindruckt waren wir von der Qualität des Essens, den freundlichen Bedienungen und den riesigen Kastanienbäumen, unter denen wir saßen – die Atmosphäre war einfach wunderschön. Ich bin ehrlich gesagt überrascht über einige der negativen Bewertungen dieses Restaurants, denn meiner Meinung nach ist es viel besser als viele andere Restaurants, die wir in Deutschland besucht haben. Die Preise sind für die Qualität und die Portionsgrößen der Gerichte absolut angemessen.

Das Interieur ist hell und traditionell-elegant eingerichtet, und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Pizza ist köstlich und authentisch, und auch das Bier ist sehr gut.

Einfach ein Restaurant, das vorgibt, „bessere italienische Küche“ anzubieten. Sie können kochen, aber es ist angesichts der Preise der verwendeten Zutaten unnötig teuer.

Sehr leckeres Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Wir waren gleich 2 Tage hintereinander dort und würden uns wünschen so einen Italiener bei uns in der Gegend zu haben. Absolute Empfehlung!

Ein sehr gut gelungenes Restaurant, unheimlich netter und familiärer Service. Das Essen war ausgesprochen gut, ebenso das Preisleistungsverhältnis. Reservierung DRINGEND empfohlen. An dem Abend hatten wir ein eher ungebetenen Gast neben uns sitzen, unendlich respektlos und unfreundlich zur freundlichen Servicekraft, was treibt Menschen dazu an so grausam und widerlich zu sein…. Die Dame leistet sehr viel um das Erlebnis so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, und das nicht dafür um deinen unfreundlichen Kadaver zu ertragen. Ich hoffe Sie lesen dass und fühlen sich angesprochen, denn sie wollten ja zeitnah eine Schlechte Google Rezension da lassen, mein zusätzliches Mitgefühl an ihre Frau die Bruschetta wollte und Sie ihr das verwehrten. Ein großartiges kulinarisches Erlebnis. Besonders die traditionellen italienischen Pizzen aus der neapolitanischen Küche.

Hervorragender Service und leckere Pizza. Selten, dass man so eine tolle Frutti du Mare erhält. Zudem kompetente und sympathische Bedienung, die hoffentlich bald den Schuh auf dem Nachbarsdach richtig hinstellt. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Ein hervorragendes italienisches Restaurant. Die Calzone war genau richtig und die Carbonara authentisch und lecker. Als Dessert hatten wir ein Tiramisu und Espresso und es war einfach verdammt geil 😄 die Bedienung war sehr freundlich außerdem waren die Preise sehr gut und die Portionen sattmachend

Freundliches Personal und gutes Essen

Es war uns wie immer ein Hochgenuss hier zu speisen und einen schönen Abend mit Freunden (Marco & Manu) zu verbringen. Unsere Vorspeise "Meeresfrüchtesalat" war einfach geschmacklich genial und kaum zu übertreffen! Ein absolutes Highlight :-) ... Auch das Lammfilet war auf den Punkt gebraten und vorzüglich! Meine Pizza "Carlo" ebenfalls ein Volltreffer. In diesem Lokal macht es einfach immer wieder Freude zum Essen zu gehen, denn die Freundlichkeit und der Charme von Vanessa sind unübertroffen. Wir können das Ristorante Pizzeria da Petro jedenfalls wärmstens empfehlen !!!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von sieben Personen und jedes Gericht war köstlich. Der Service war sehr schnell.

Das Essen war in Ordnung, aber der Service ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die kurzhaarige Kellnerin sprach uns nur angewidert an, und als sie mit dem Essen kam, warf sie es uns auf den Tisch und ging. Obwohl die Frau sehr gut Deutsch spricht, hatte sie den Eindruck, wir seien Ausländer, und behandelte uns herablassend und angewidert.

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Pizza ist sehr frisch, reichhaltig belegt und sehr lecker. Spaghetti carbonara waren ebenfalls sehr fein, frischer Speck und garniert mit einer knusprigen etwas größerem speckstreifen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, zackig und humorvoll. Lange nicht mehr etwas derartig unfreundliches und unverschämtes erlebt. Als wir versuchten unser Auto auf dem umgeräumten und glatten Parkplatz zu parken, um unser Neugeborenes ins Warme zu bringen, kam eine Person mit dem Undercut der Hölle ans Auto gesprungen, Kippe in der Hand und hämmerte gegen die Scheibe auf der Fahrerseite. „Hier können Sie nicht parken! Wo Sie sich sonst hinstellen ist mir vollkommen egal!“ Es wird wirklich Zeit, dass Servicekräfte auch wieder für Service entlohnt werden und nicht für die physische Anwesenheit.

Liebevoll geführtes Restaurant mit Blick auf Schloss Neuschwanstein. In gemütlichen Ambiente wird einem eine große Auswahl an frisch gekochten italienischen Speisen geboten. Eine herzensempfehlung sind definitiv die super leckeren Pizzen! Ein GROßES LOB an das top Servicpersonal, super herzlich werden auch Sonderwünsche unkompliziert erfüllt. 100% Empfehlung....... Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Wenn irgendwie möglich, verbringen wir einmal im Jahr unseren Herbsturlaub in Schwangau. Zumindest ein Besuch im „Da Pietro“ darf dann auf keinen Fall fehlen! Ein sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Restaurant. Essen und Trinken sind jedes Mal ein Genuss. Der Service ist unglaublich aufmerksam und freundlich. Beim letzten Mal hatte man mitbekommen, dass wir Hochzeitstag hatten. Prompt servierte man uns als Überraschung Prosecco auf‘s Haus - WOW! Wie lieb das denn?!☺️🥰 Aus unserer Sicht immer wieder nur die eine passende Beschreibung: Grandios!!! Ganz vielen lieben Dank für schon einige wunderschöne Abende, die wir dort bereits verbringen durften. ☺️🥰❤️

Da wir an unserem Anreisetag keine Lust zum kochen hatten, habe ich aufgrund der guten Bewertungen vorab einen Tisch reserviert und wir würden nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen (Saltimbocca / Pizza Rucola & Panna Cotta) waren einfach grandios. Uns hat es im gesamten (Essen + Service) so gut gefallen das wir direkt erneut einen Tisch für den letzen Abend in Schwangau reserviert haben. Wieder hatten wir fantastische Speisen ( Carpaccio / Pappardelle Romana & Spaghetti Carbonara) Was mich persönlich erfreut hat ist das Pasta auch glutenfrei angeboten wird. Sollte wir nochmal einmal nach Schwangau oder Umgebung kommen, werden wir zu 100% hier wieder essen. Man merkt einfach das hier ein Team mit viel Liebe und Leidenschaft bei der Sache ist. Sowas findet man leider immer seltener. Vielen Dank dafür.

Alles super hier. Absolut empfehlenswert! Vom Ambiente über den Service bis hin zum Essen. Hier passt alles. Sogar die kleinere Pizza ist noch groß und hab ich nicht ganz geschafft. Getränkepreise sind vielleicht ein bisschen hoch, aber OK. Absolut empfehlenswert!

The pizza I ordered was amazing! So incredibly delicious. The ham was perfect, and the dough was heavenly. The pumpkin soup was also truly amazing. The decor is a bit dated, but the old wood and its ornamentation are particularly fascinating. The last time I had such a good prosciutto pizza was in Tuscany.

This was our first visit to Schwangau and we were drawn to "da Pietro" by the positive reviews. We can only echo the guests' enthusiasm and enjoyed it twice. The service was very friendly, attentive, and prompt. The food was outstanding: Whether it was vitello tonnato, salmon tartar, or roast beef carpaccio as a starter, or veal liver, octopus, or pizza as a main course, everything was incredibly delicious, and we would like to extend a huge compliment to the kitchen team. The fact that the accompanying Soave wine was perfectly chilled is something I really need not mention in this excellent restaurant. Thank you so much for these two delicious evenings!

We ate there three nights in a row during our vacation. The food is beyond good. It's clean, and the service, even when it's very busy, is friendly, competent, and organized. A definite recommendation for any pizza lover (we only had a variety of pizzas, but the other food is probably very good too).

Italian Pizza with 100% perfect taste! High quality ingredients, we all loved them! My husband also had the plate for one person, full of antipasti for all tastes. And if there are no free tables to book online, try calling them, maybe there are some possibilities still and the service is amazing!

We ate there on vacation and were sadly disappointed. The dough was soggy, the toppings tasteless, and of poor quality. The price-performance ratio doesn't quite match up. Even worse: An honest, negative review from a friend who was there was deleted after the restaurant actually hired a lawyer. Absolutely unacceptable – if you're going to serve tourists this quality, you should at least own up to it instead of silencing critics through legal means. If you like it, you can dine in the romantic pizza garden right on the main road. So, at least the transport links are convenient.

Poor and non-Italian food with canned food and pickles on the pizza, regarding the environment outside it is very dark and dirty

I haven't had such good pizza in a long time. Highly recommended! Attentive service, and despite peak season, we easily got a seat without a reservation.

The food was very good, and the portions were a decent size. The starter plate for two people was generously filled and could almost have served as a main course. The pizza was delicious. The wide crust isn't my cup of tea, but my wife liked it. It's a matter of taste. One point deducted for the service. We found the young woman unfriendly and stressed. She's certainly very hard-working, but her interactions with guests shouldn't be neglected. After a walk, we wanted a glass of wine 10 minutes before closing time. We were sent away. We would have paid immediately, so our evening would not have been jeopardized. For a nightcap, we were recommended the Milchhäusle, where we received a very pleasant welcome.

So, in June 2025, my Minister for Family and Leisure was also here, and she also enjoyed her visit very much. Delicious food, refreshing summer drinks in a great atmosphere under the trees in the beer garden. Everything was perfect. I'll be back here alone at the end of August during my cycling holiday. I'm looking forward to it! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- During my two-week cycling holiday in October 2024, I came here several times and was extremely pleasantly surprised that everything I ordered tasted delicious, without exception. Whether it was the various pizza variations, the salads, the appetizers, the beer from the Schwangau Castle Brewery, or even the fine spirits from the local distillery. My personal favorites: buffalo mozzarella, Pizza Regina, or Strozzapreti (pasta) with Gorgonzola sauce and spinach, wheat beer, and herbal spirit. It's perfect for bathing in! My Minister for Family Affairs will be joining us in mid-2025, and we are already looking forward to spending time together at this restaurant.

Very good Italian cuisine and very friendly staff

This restaurant has vega dishes but they are not clearly marked on the menu. The waiters gave us the impression that they are in a hurry. Yes, the service is OK, but we might have felt more welcome if we would have been treated with some more patience. We were outside under a dark tree, road traffic is sometimes quite loud. And we think that sparkling water is quite expensive at 4 Euros.

The food was good, and for guests, it makes a difference whether they have a reservation or not. If you don't have a reservation, you'll sit under the tree with wet chairs....

Aufgrund der unzähligen Touristen, empfiehlt es sich in allen Restaurants der Umgebung, zu reservieren. Ich war zweimal dort essen. Ich habe lange nicht mehr so eine gute Pizza gegessen. Der Teig ist perfekt und es wird auch gelbes Tomaten Sugo verwendet. Richtig lecker… Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Ich hätte eher höhere Preise erwartet, weil Neuschwanstein so ein Touristen Hotspot ist.

Delicious pizza in a pleasant atmosphere

A very nice restaurant with first-class service. On sunny days, you can sit outside under large, shady trees. There's plenty of parking. The food is delicious.

We had a pasta which was full of flavours, well seasoned and incredible. The deserts are delicious as well, particularly Italian cheese cake and tiramisu. Highly recommended! One lady with little curly short hairs was friendly, amazing and welcoming.

We spent a week on vacation in Schwangau, including three meals at Da Pietro. No matter what we ate, from pizza to meatballs to pasta, everything was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even taking the time for a quick chat. If we're in the area again next year, we'd be happy to come back. We definitely recommend it and give it three five-star ratings.

The food was delicious and tasty, we had a pasta which was full of flavours. The deserts are delicious as well, particularly tiramisu. One of the lady is super helpful and friendly, the other with coloured hair is not very nice though and kind of rude.

You can hardly get better Italian food than this. We spent a few days motorcycling in beautiful Schwangau and stayed at the hotel "Das Schwangau." The food at this Italian restaurant was so delicious that we didn't even bother trying the other restaurants. Excellent quality, freshly cooked, and very friendly service. What more could you ask for? High praise from the entire team in Lower Franconia!

Wir waren zum Essen dort und waren echt begeistert! Die Atmosphäre ist locker und angenehm. Die Nudeln und die Pizza waren geschmacklich richtig top – alles frisch und super lecker. Außerdem ging es richtig flott, wir mussten nicht lange warten. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Parkplatzsituation kann etwas schwierig sein, da es ziemlich voll war. Aber das Essen macht das auf jeden Fall wieder wett – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unfortunately we cannot recommend the pizzeria. At reception we were initially ignored for minutes. Then served unfriendly... The pizzas can be rated with a maximum of 3 stars. Unfortunately too little covering and a border that is too wide. Partly 3-5 cm edge without covering. The pizzas taste okay.

Wir kommen schon sehr lange nach Schwangau und dann ist es für uns ein Muss in dieser tollen Pizzeria essen zu gehen ! Wir werden immer sehr nett empfangen und die Pizza ist immer sehr lecker! Es wird auf unsere Wünsche, sofern es möglich ist, eingegangen und man kann sich immer sehr gut mit dem Personal unterhalten, man hat immer Zeit dafür ! Die Beratung bezüglich der Aperitifs ist sehr gut...und das Beste für mich ist, da ich schwere Allergikerin bin , ich also nicht alles essen und trinken darf, vertrage ich die Pizza sehr gut! Beautiful Italian restaurant with a large, idyllic beer garden. Very nice service staff... attentive, helpful and very accommodating. Kitchen simply TOP!!! Pizza, pasta, salads, fish... super fresh ingredients, high quality and simply delicious. The desserts are sensational! Special requests are gladly and easily fulfilled. We would love to come back!!

The two of us drank beer for €15, ordered Vitello Tonnato for €16 and a Pizza Carlo for €14.50. We wanted to share this pizza, so we asked for a second plate. This empty plate was added to the bill with €2.50 without comment. ATTENTION: TOURIST RIP-OFF!

We ate there today with 6 people and we were all very disappointed. Hectic service and fake friendly. The food was completely seasonless. The pizza has a 3 cm edge on the outside with no toppings - just dough. Mild pepperoni on diavolo. Minced meat without flavor instead of salsicia. Anyone who offers a €18 pizza should also deliver. Pasta...just as boring and loveless. The neighbor's fish smells extremely like fish. We would have loved to have gone there. Fresh fish doesn't smell. Beer not carbonated and too warm. Everything is just loveless and boring. The white wine we ordered, which came in red, was the smallest problem. If you had asked us what it was like, we would have said the same thing. But nobody asks. The arrogant impression from 3 months ago was confirmed today. Too bad.

I was in the vicinity of the restaurant when I called to make a reservation and no one picked up the phone. 2 minutes later I got called back. It never happened to me before that a restaurant calls back a customer. The personnel apologized as she couldn't answer before. She confirmed my reservation which was due in 5 minutes and we were enjoying a very nice meal 15 minutes later. Great staff, really good food but the best is their service.

We were there very spontaneously, around 5 p.m. It's not a bad idea to be there early. You can still get a table to have something to eat. Since there are usually a lot of reservations, we recommend that you book a table early. The service was very friendly, courteous, attentive and on the same level. The kitchen itself doesn't start serving warm dishes until 5:30 p.m., so plan some time. But it's worth it because the chef knows his Italian craft. The food was very good and, above all, fresh, so you like to wait.
