We didn't have a reservation, but we still got a table for two in the beer garden without any problems. The staff was very quick and very friendly, we didn't have to wait long at all for the food. We had the antipasti plate as a starter for two, a pizza each as a main course and tiramisu as a dessert and something else to spoon (unfortunately I forgot). Everything was incredibly delicious. Finally real Italian pizza again! Unfortunately she looked so good that I forgot to take a photo. We were very happy. The only thing to take away from the ambience is that the beer garden is right on a main road. But the traffic wasn't loud, we've had much worse. There are more than enough parking spaces, and the beer garden is partly covered and partly shaded by large, beautiful trees (I think chestnuts).

Of course the location at Hopfensee is really beautiful, but it is also very attractively decorated. The service is super friendly and the food is excellent. Delicious salads and pizza, we are looking forward to a next visit there.

Uno pensa "figurati se in Germania si può trovare una pizza come quella che fanno in Italia"... bene, scetticismo comprensibile, ma se venite in questo posto il dubbio ve lo risolvono subito. Pizza buonissima, soffice e con ingredienti di qualità, la mangi e se chiudi gli occhi sembra proprio di stare nel sud Italia. A tutto ciò va aggiunta la cortesia di una cameriera con i capelli rosa tagliati alla maschietta, che ci ha trattato benissimo e ci ha dato anche qualche consiglio per visitare i dintorni. Nota stonata la svogliatezza di un'altra cameriera che ci aveva portato le pizze ma senza le posate, prontamente ripresa da quello che penso fosse il proprietario (italianissimo, dall'accento probabilmente del sud). Buone anche le birre

Without reservation, you have to forget otherwise you will wait around for a little while watching the waiters pass by before the "smiling" head of the outside room comes to tell you that no... no room. Maybe it was necessary to open the interior room... (which was empty). In any case we ate at Marco's 25m away and we enjoyed ourselves so thank you, it's worth a star.

We came to eat 7 minutes after the lunch kitchen was closed to orders, we tried to ask if we could take a pizza to go but the waiter was super rude and impatient. Very condescending. It’s perfectly okay to say no, but you can be a bit nicer about it!

Il ristorante ha un aspetto un po' datato. Il menù è il classico menù dei ristoranti italiani all'estero, una miscellanea di piatti regionali conosciuti anche fuori dal nostro Paese. Noi abbiamo preso la pizza, assolutamente mangiabile e ben condita. Molto gentile e disponibile la cameriera che ci ha serviti.

We recommend. A very great Italian cuisine with fresh ingredients. Plus a very nice staff and great wine. Our dog was also very welcome on the terrace and was given his own water. What more could you want? We would love to come back next year during our vacation.

The pizzas and pastas were good, even very good. On the other hand, the Team service did not really seem to be a team. And one of the waitresses (with a rather exotic haircut) seemed quite jaded to us, or at least unenthusiastic...so 3.5 - 4/5. Too bad the dishes (and the ripasso by the glass) were nice.

We caught the staff on a bad day/at a bad time. They were clearly expecting a large party shortly after our arrival. (Maybe even soccer viewing party?) Indoor and outdoor seating each seemed to have their charms. Food was fabulous and priced fair.

We were staying down the street, didn't have dinner plans, so went for a walk and came across Da Pietro. Our family sat outside on the patio, had attentive service and found the food - pasta and pizzas - outstanding. We will definitely be back when we're next in Schwangau.

We were on vacation in Schwangau for 10 days. On the evening of our arrival, the large outdoor area attracted us to linger and eat. There was a lot going on. I asked the employee if she still had a table for 4 people. This was answered positively. We were given a cozy table under the trees. The food and drink menus arrived quickly. We found delicious drinks straight away. We ordered and shortly after, the drinks arrived. The very friendly service staff answered a few small questions about the food. We all ordered velvet pizza. 😋 We sat very comfortably. The fresh pizza took time. That's how it is with freshly prepared food. All pizzas came at the same time. This struck me as very positive. We ate our pizza with pleasure. Which is one of the best I've eaten. I would also like to mention the relatively extensive menu. If you don't find anything here, it's your own fault. The price-performance ratio is completely appropriate. For today, our evening before departure, we have reserved a table for the two of us. Is recommended. The quality was just as good today as it was last week. I really like this fact. I would like to say a lot of praise to Vanessa. Extremely friendly, empathetic, quick and easy to love. Thank you for two very enjoyable evenings with you at Da Pietro. Until next year. We'd love to come back.

Und wieder kamen meine Frau und ich hierher, wir konnten es kaum erwarten!! Wir kamen als Fremde und gingen schon das erste Mal als Freunde raus. Ich könnte minutenlang schreiben aber dadurch würde ich alle langweilen deswegen fasse ich mich kurz. Wer ( sehr ) gut essen möchte, schöne Stunden verbringen und sich besser als wie zuhause fühlen will, dann ist man hier ABSOLUT am richtigen Platz. Freundlichkeit und vor allem Fairness sind nicht zu toppen. Wer in Schwangau ist und kommt nicht hierher hat ein Leben lang was verpasst!! An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns, Christine und Rocky , bei allen von Da Pietro, für die schöne Zeit herzlichst bedanken. Freuen uns auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen!!!!! :o))

A super delicious meal served by the very nice staff. Just right after a hike. Unfortunately the main streets are right outside the door but if that bothers you there is also a very nice indoor area. While I was eating outside, a larger group came and without hesitation the friendly waitress offered to put a couple of tables together.

Best seafood pizza in Schwangau and the surrounding area

We called at lunchtime and no one answered the phone. As we later saw, the restaurant was closed at lunchtime. At 4 p.m., 1 hour before they opened, we got a call back from the pizzeria. They had seen our number and asked what we would like. Then we opened at 6 p.m Ordered a table for 3 people, ok, that's fine. I've never seen any other restaurant do something like that. Hats off to you, great. The reception was friendly and the table was shown straight away. The drinks and food came quickly and everything tasted really good. The prices are a bit high but if it's good you're happy to pay it. So we'll definitely be back.

First time we've tried this restaurant. We ordered 2 meals for take away via phone, grilled fish with vegetables and calamari. The calamari was ok, nothing special, but the fish was raw and tasteless. Maybe it had been frozen for many years, who can tell? We won't order from here again and absolutely can't recommend this restaurant.

I'm now a regular in Schwangau, but I've never been to the Pizzeria Da Pietro. I would have done this sooner! I had a “white pizza with red pesto” and panna cotta for dessert, everything was very tasty. All the staff and the innkeeper were very friendly and I immediately felt very comfortable. The restaurant was very modern and attractively decorated. Thank you for this great hospitality. Christian

Food was ok, but nothing special. BUT: Service personnel are definitely not suitable for this job, such a person should be placed behind the washing machine and not allowed to be with the guests.

After looking at the pizza, we decided not to order as we were traveling from Italy. Last time we had an excellent meat dinner at another restaurant nearby, unfortunately it was now closed. And because we were tired, we decided to have dinner here at the hotel. The comparison is absolutely not in favor of the last restaurant, such food cannot cost that much: taste, size, not a luxury place. Therefore 2 stars. Plus a nervous waitress who answered her son that the hamburger was at McDonald's (a boorish answer) and he simply wasn't full. The stack house burger is better than what we ate, and there are other restaurants with excellent burgers - she probably wasn't there. Therefore the service is 1 star. Yes, and in the morning, after looking at the breakfast offered for 15 €, we went to another place. But the hotel rooms were good. In short, for us this is an ordinary pizzeria, a canteen and not a restaurant.

We traveled home to Sweden from Italy. Restaurant in the hotel. Defrosted ready-made meals from a nearby store are not worth the money they ask for at all. We asked our son for a hamburger, the angry waiter replied that it wasn't McDonalds, yes that's right, actually much worse.

Zum ersten Mal bei da Pietro - aber im Voraus geplant - und sind sehr sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr sehr nette Gastgeberin, aufmerksames Personal , gemütliches Ambiente und sehr gutes Essen. Es schmeckte hervorragend sodass eine zweite Flasche Wein her musste. Wir hatten ein Zweiertisch und sofort nach der Bestellung wurde ein Vierertisch daraus gemacht...... das nennt man AUFMERKSAMKEIT die nicht hat...... Hiermit bedanken wir uns recht herzlichst für den wunderschönen Abend bei Vanessa und Alba natürlich an die Küche und Bar. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein baldiges Wiedersehen. Kleine Pizzaria Mann bekam schnell das Essen zum Mitnehmen allerdings war meine Bestellung nicht das was ich erwartete. Naja geschmacksache

Wir sind spontan rein gegangen und ohne Erwartungen. Überrascht wurden wir vom spitzen Service und dem guten Essen. Die Servicekräfte kamen immer zum perfekten Zeitpunkt und haben sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt, ohne das wir sie rufen mussten. Die 2 Damen haben zu zweit ein grosses Restaurant bedient und waren perfekt eingespielt. Das zusammenspiel war wie eine Synchronisation im Ballett. Ich bin Bäcker von Beruf war hin und weg von der Pizza. Sie war ein Traum und ich werde mit meiner Frau wieder kommen(sobald wir in der Nähe sind)da selbst sie als ehemalige Servicekraft schwer beeindruckt war und sie hat in der Schweiz gelernt in einem sehr noblen Hotel. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen der auf italienisches Essen in Kombination mit deutscher Perfektion und perfektem service sowie hervorragendem Essen etwas in der Nähe sucht. Es ist ein Genuss das Essen das man nur selten so in der Kombination mit dem Service findet.

Het eten is lekker in dit restaurant. We hebben pizza besteld de portie grootte is hierbij goed. We hadden een pizza salami en een pizza calzone. Het eten zag er goed uit en niet te vettig. De geur is goed en de salami smaakt vers. Bij de pizza calzone waren drie hoopjes koude tomaten saus, dit was lekker omdat het fris zuur was en hierdoor een goede tegenhanger was van de pizza calzone zelf. De textuur was goed, de pizza salami had knapperige kaas en de bodem was dus met een knapperige rand. De pizza calzone was juist weer zachter en goed gevuld met ham salami tomaten saus en champignons. De service was goed, de bediening was vriendelijk maar erg druk, ze had veel tafels voor 1 persoon. Lekker Italiaans eten en niet te duur.

Ein sehr guter Service und ein leckeres Essen. Es begann schon mit der Reservierung. Während der Mittagszeit angerufen, leider niemanden erreicht. Doch kurze Zeit später kam ein Rückruf. Für abends dann einen Tisch reserviert. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Zweiten Teller für die Nudeln, die sehr lecker waren, sofort bekommen. Ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft die Pizza und der Wein. Einziger kleiner Negativpunkt: extra Kosten für Knoblauch hat uns etwas verwundert. Aber insgesamt alles super. Wenn wir noch mal nach Schwangau kommen, sehen wir uns sicher wieder.

Super lecker, nette Bedienungen, sehr schnell trotz vollem Restaurant. Meine Nudeln mit Steinpilzen und Scampi waren total super und die Pizza meiner Frau kam auch sehr gut an. Reservierung wird empfohlen.

Bedienung mit den pinken Haaren (habe leider den Namen vergessen) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Meine Freundinnen haben mich dort überrascht und sie hat top mitgespielt 😉

Wir kommen schon sehr lange nach Schwangau und dann ist es für uns ein Muss in dieser tollen Pizzeria essen zu gehen ! Wir werden immer sehr nett empfangen und die Pizza ist immer sehr lecker! Es wird auf unsere Wünsche, sofern es möglich ist, eingegangen und man kann sich immer sehr gut mit dem Personal unterhalten, man hat immer Zeit dafür ! Die Beratung bezüglich der Aperitifs ist sehr gut...und das Beste für mich ist, da ich schwere Allergikerin bin , ich also nicht alles essen und trinken darf, vertrage ich die Pizza sehr gut! Pizza war ok, Nudeln hätten noch etwas länger kochen müssen um wenigstens al dente zu sein. Es gab keinen Aperitif, z.b. etwas Pizzabrot mit Knoblauchpaste oder chilliöl und auch keinen Absacker nach dem Essen so wie es uns von Italienern in unserer Region bekannt ist.

Sehr lecker, freundliches Personal. Wo wir um 17:30 ankamen war auf jeden Tisch ein reserviert Schild...Taktik? Wir hatten nicht reserviert und dennoch einen Platz erhalten.

The food tasted great. We had some pizzas and some pastas and all tasted wonderfully and were quickly served. Although the carbonara was not that warm it was okay and the bacon was well cooked and very tasty. Also the side dish of extra parmesan was appreciated. The chef waitress seemed a bit stressed although it was not too busy. The fast delivery and great taste made up for the feeling that gave us. The real buzz-kill was the smoking. It was a nice late summer’s evening and we sat outside and next to us someone was smoking. I know smoking was allowed but when someone purposely starts smoking surrounded by others that apparently don’t smoke and you don’t care that your cigarette smoke bothers others 3 feet away and down wind, then it is better when smoking is not allowed. I loved the food but won’t be coming back here because of the smoking.

Přišli jsme v 17:00 s tím,že nemáme rezervaci,Vanessa nás s úsměvem posadila s tím,že teď hned to jde,jídlo vynikající a velmi rychle - pizza a calamari, káva skvělá,tiramisu exkluzivní, obsluha komunikuje v několika jazycích zaznamenali jsme angličtinu,němčinu,italštinu,vše perfektní. Děkujeme za výborné jídlo a vřelé přijetí i přes vysoké vytížení,množství hostů svědčí o kvalitě

Auch wenn die Preise überdurchschnittlich erscheinen, ist das Gesamtpaket aus Service, Geschmack und Größe der Pizza sehr gut. Wir waren als Touris dort und werden bei der nächsten Gelegenheit sehr gerne noch mal dort bestellen.

Einfach klasse. Hatten über das Hotel Halbpension gebucht und durften in diesem tollen Restaurant zu Abend essen. Super italienische Küche und eine wirklich super nette Bedienung. Wir haben uns jeden der 3 Abende auf sie gefreut. Vielen Dank für 3 wundervolle Abende. Wir durften auch noch ein Bild von unserer super Bedienung machen vielen Dank nochmal.
