Das Essen war gut und eer Service sehr gut. Leider ist das Ambiente sehr modern 7nd wenn es voll Mist auch lauter. Alles im allem war es ein sehr guter Abend.

Wir haben heute zum ersten Mal von dort was gegessen. Vorab per Telefon bestellt und dann abgeholt. Dabei festgestellt, dass bei einer Pizza eine Zutat fehlte. Es wurde anstandslos eine neue Pizza gemacht. Die extra Wartezeit hat sich aber gelohnt. Die Pizza war wirklich gut. Auch die bestellten Tortellini waren lecker.

Wieder einmal ein schöner Abend mit super leckerem Essen, toller Bedienung und schönem Ambiente... Immer wieder gerne 😍

Wir sind immer eine Truppe von mind. 8 Personen die hier monatlich zum Essen kommen. Die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich und lösen auch Extrawünsche. Das Essen und das Ambiente sind super. Auch wenn es Mittags schon voll ist, kann man sich super, ohne schreien zu müssen, unterhalten. Wir kommen gerne hier her👍

Tolles italienisches Restaurant mit sehr leckeren Essen zu fairen Preisen. Wir hatten Pasta und vorweg leckere Vorspeisen - alles schmeckte frisch und war lecker gewürzt. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir hatten einen schönen Nachmittag. Dank italienischem Radio/Songs fühlt man sich hier nicht nur kulinarisch wie im Süden.

Zum X.mal da gewesen. Immer wieder zufrieden gewesen😊. Sei es mit dem Essen, mit dem Service. Immer sehr freundlich bedient worden, egal wie voll das Restaurant war. Ich fühle mich hier sehr wohl und kann das Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen. Macht weiter so 🫶🫶

Sehr leckere Antipasti, Kalbsleber war gut aber etwas zu öllastig ;) Der Steak war super, die Pilze und Gemüse auf den Punkt.

Wir waren mit Freunden im Ciao Ciao und haben Pizza, Pasta, Fleisch und Fisch bestellt. Wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Das Ambiente ist ansprechend und der Service ist freundlich und professionell.

Sind aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hingegangen. Unsere Vorspeise Carpaccio war teilweise noch gefroren und ich möchte nicht wissen wie lange das schon vorgefertigt war. Haben dann 2 Pizzen und 2 Pasta Gerichte bestellt und mussten über 90 Minuten warten. Auf Nachfrage ob mit unserer Bestellung alles okay ist wurde schlecht gelaunt auf das volle Lokal verwiesen (ca. 80% Auslastung). Die Pizzen (beide Prosciutto die Parma) waren eine komplette Enttäuschung: fertig Teig aus der TK, extrem salzig, KEIN Parma Schinken sondern ein billig Substitute, gefühlt 3kg Gratinkäse drauf und durchgehend fader Geschmack. Das absolute Gegenteil wie eine italienische Pizza schmecken sollte. Die Pasta (Ravioli mit Limonensoße) war gerade noch so lauwarm und hat nach nichts geschmeckt. Unser Nachbartisch hat Penne Tricolore zurückgehen lassen weil es denen ebenfalls zu Fad war und der Hauptkellner fast einen Wutausbruch gehabt. Frage mich ob das echte Italiener sind bei solcher Qualität und ob die Köche Gewürze in der Küche haben. Überfordertes Personal, Deko und Ambiente okay. Verstehe wirklich nicht wie bei Google ein Durchschnitt von 4.8 Sternen stehen kann! Never again.

Ziemlich schick eingerichtet, sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Mitarbeiter, und auch das Essen selbst ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, gerade die saisonalen Angebote waren bisher wirklich gut.

Wir mussten über 1 std auf unser hauptgericht (Pasta und Pizza) warten, welches im endeffekt kalt war und den Preis von fast 25 Euro wirklich nicht rechtfertigt. Auch die Pizzen waren leider wie fertig pizzen und nicht so wie man sich das wünscht und die Vorspeise war noch halb gefroren und leider nicht genießbar. Bei netter Nachfrage wo unser Essen sei, bekamen wir eine unfreundliche Geste und wir mussten weitere 20 minuten warten. Grundsätzlich nicht zu empfehlen, was sehr schade ist, da wir viele positive Dinge gehört haben.

Based on the reviews, we went to the restaurant on Tuesday evening, December 16th, 2025. We both ordered pizza. It's very disappointing for such a popular Italian restaurant that the pizzas are cooked on a baking sheet in the oven. As a result, the pizza had absolutely no flavor! The reason I have to give it one star, however, is that we both had stomach aches at midnight. It's such a great place, with good staff, and the other food on the tables looked delicious. It's sad that you make pizzas like that, and please check your ingredients.

The portion was far too small for the price, there was hardly any sauce, and very little meat in the pasta! Definitely not recommended for takeaway...

A true Italian restaurant 👍🏼. The food was delicious; the atmosphere is great. It was packed, but we could still have a conversation. The price-performance ratio is good. We'll gladly come again.

We recently had dinner here. The restaurant is extremely loud; you can barely hear yourself think, let alone have a proper conversation. We waited a very long time for our food (over an hour), which is unacceptable. The food itself was, at best, okay, and the taste was really bad. All the dishes were bland and could have used more seasoning. Some of us also had a bad night's sleep after eating here and had to take medication. We will not be coming back.

What is offered here is simply great!

The new opening at this location is a definite win for Schwarzenbek, as it offers a sheltered terrace with plenty of greenery and a very tastefully decorated dining room. The two are connected by sliding doors that can be opened when the weather is nice, creating a bit of a vacation feel. 😎 They also offer a selection of lunch dishes at fair prices.

I've never seen such rude staff in an Italian restaurant. They were very stressed, there were no smiles; we felt very uncomfortable. The food isn't authentic Italian. The carbonara is made with cream. For us Italians, that's the end of eating there again, but mostly because of the poor staff.

Here, you're greeted as if you were coming for dinner every weekend. Okay, we can't manage every weekend, but it's nice every now and then... It's a lovely feeling to be greeted and said goodbye to like this...

Delicious Italian cuisine paired with a friendly service team. The dining room is tastefully decorated. And on the terrace, the good food can be enjoyed even more in good weather.

I ordered the spaghetti with seafood, and I have to honestly say that I haven't had such delicious pasta in a very long time. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was excellent, and the small lemonade at the end of the meal was perfect. All in all, the Ciao ciao restaurant is a great option for a delicious meal.

We were able to reserve a table yesterday at very short notice. The restaurant was packed. Sure, there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. We were thrilled with both the service and the food. We'd be happy to go back.

Sorry... since the move, things have deteriorated in some significant ways. The toppings on most pizzas have become smaller. The service can be rather unfriendly, especially in stressful situations.

A charming café with plenty of little nooks and seating, both indoors and outdoors. A lovely orchard with seating for both small and large groups. Dog-friendly! Super friendly service. Highly recommended.

I can recommend this restaurant to everyone. Calling in advance would be a good idea. We were able to reserve a table at short notice. We received very friendly service. The menu is divided into two parts: a classic, regular menu, and a special menu. We chose from these. I first chose an Aperol Spritz, which tasted very good, and my husband a Lambrusco. I was able to try the wine, and I was blown away. The color was almost purple, with a fruity flavor, not too sweet, but very delicious. The food was incredibly delicious. This restaurant deserves a gourmet star for the food alone. Our server was also very attentive and friendly. The ambiance is so fitting for this restaurant. We would like to thank you again for this great meal and wine. I will order again soon. We would like to highly recommend this restaurant.

A very nice restaurant with delicious food. We go there regularly and have never been disappointed. The pizzas are perfectly topped and taste incredibly fresh! The beef fillet melts in your mouth! The bread with olives and dip is delicious. The menu has a great selection! There's something for everyone!

They charged us without an invoice. Surprised by the high amount, we asked for the bill to pay the bill. The bill was €5 less than what the waiter told us at the table. This has happened several times now, and the manager wasn't there.

There appear to be two crews at the restaurant. The other reviews seem incomprehensible. The spritzers consist almost entirely of water, the black spaghetti with cream sauce is tasteless, and the salad contains no fresh meat (chicken). The atmosphere is pleasant, but there's no risk of repeating this experience.

We ate the food because we were hungry, but we weren't thrilled. After a few hours of vomiting and diarrhea...the shandy was inedible.

Waited 2 hours for food (ordered steak) just under €30. Steak was shoe sole, the mini mashed potatoes next to it were over salted, never there again sorry.

Unfortunately I don't understand all the good reviews here. We were there for the first and last time. Apart from the fact that the food didn't taste like anything - one dish was completely wrong. After politely pointing this out, we were fooled into thinking it was the right dish (we ordered pepper sauce and it came with tomato sauce with pieces of pepper). The waiters were incredibly rude and insisted until the end that we were in the wrong. Our neighboring table with 4 people felt the same way. One out of 4 didn't receive their food at all and the other three had it inedible. Never again.

Reserved at 6 p.m., we were there on time. At 6:30 p.m. no order taken yet - not even drinks. It was unreasonably loud in the restaurant. Very loud, everyone at the table tried to have a conversation, but you almost had to shout at each other. I then told the gentleman behind the counter that we would like to order. I don't want to repeat what I got in response here. They have no idea about service. NEVER AGAIN. Afterwards I went to the Greek restaurant - it was great as always!!!!! There were 4 people in service here, it was very nice and great food.

A great Italian restaurant. You come as a guest and leave as a friend. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. The owner is extremely customer oriented. Larger groups and events are also served professionally and in a friendly manner. The waiting time is always in the lower range. Special requests are happy to be fulfilled. We always enjoy coming back. Many thanks to the whole team.

Was there for the first time yesterday after a short journey from Hamburg. The staff was very nice and tried hard. I had pasta with salmon, the food was totally okay. The red wine was in the normal price range and rounded everything off. All in all a normal 3.5 star rating. I'd love to come back.

Very nice pizzeria in Schwarzenbek, good selection of food. The current day menu also offers a great offer. Since the restaurant is not located directly on the thoroughfare, we unfortunately only discovered the pizzeria on the second day of our stay.

On the way back to Berlin we took a short break here to refresh ourselves. Very tasty and super friendly staff.

It's always something special to eat at this restaurant. The “special card” always contains one or two surprises. The catering ordered there for a larger private celebration more than satisfied all guests.

Pizza and lasagne were very tasty. The mixed salad was also great. First, a greeting from the house was served. The staff was very courteous and quick. The price-performance ratio was right. We were completely satisfied and would like to come back.

No Visa card payment possible, a service no-go in 2024. We will therefore prefer other restaurants in the future. The food is good. A starter that was on the daily menu was not in stock, we were then informed after 5 minutes - why not remove it from there? Ice cream desserts are probably only available in the café next door, which is closed in the evening. Then no dessert... The ambience is nothing special, but clean.
