Ristorante Pinseria Alpenrose in Weiden i.d.OPf.

Wir haben heute zu viert die Pinseria besucht und waren sehr begeistert. Hatten verschiedene Pinsas und Nudelgericht, jedes einzelne sehr lecker und appetitlich zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. ;)

Es gab verschiedene Menüoptionen, abgestimmt auf Ihren Appetit und Ihr Budget. Das Abendessen kostete 10 € pro Person. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Penne Arrabiata und Tortellini, beides war gut zubereitet. Die Arrabiata war mir persönlich etwas zu salzig, aber sie ist von Natur aus eher mild, daher sollte jeder sie selbst probieren und sich ein eigenes Urteil bilden. Die Tortellini waren sehr gut, obwohl sie vorgefertigt waren (vielleicht aus der Packung?), wodurch sie etwas trocken waren. Die Sauce und die Toppings waren jedoch gut aufeinander abgestimmt. Das Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat ein angenehmes Ambiente, obwohl die Architektur des Gebäudes etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig und künstlich wirkt (es ist ein Sportkomplex). Man merkt, dass die Inhaber noch am Anfang ihrer Karriere stehen, daher kann ich es nur empfehlen. Ich wünsche ihnen weiterhin viel Erfolg, dann wird es bestimmt noch besser! Wir drücken die Daumen und bedanken uns für das gute Essen.

Essen war gut und reichlich, Personal hat dem Hund als erstes Wasser hingestellt. Und dann haben wir bestellt, sehr aufmerksam.

Waren gestern zum ersten mal dort! Das Personal ist super nett und kümmert sich toll. Das Essen war super, die Pinsa sehr lecker und der Salat eine Wucht. Absolute Wiederholungsgefahr!!!

Endlich eine authentische Carbonara in der Gegend! Die Carbonara war frisch und mit italienischem Guanciale zubereitet. Ein perfekter Geschmack, zubereitet vom Profi. Das war unser erster Besuch und ganz sicher einer von vielen weiteren. Ich habe die Pinsa probiert, die meine Frau bestellt hatte – sie war köstlich. Der süße Duft der Tomaten darauf war sehr verlockend, deshalb musste ich sie probieren.

Alles bestens, sehr netter Service, sehr kinderfreundlich, sehr leckeres Essen, ging alles super schnell! Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden!!!

Pinsa ist Fertigprodukt aus der Schachtel. Da wird kein Teigling selbst gemacht aber so verkauft. Saucenbelag aus der Dose. Meeresfrüchte TK Ware. Klares nie wieder

Das war unverhofft, dafür aber grandios. Was zunächst den Anschein einer typischen Sportgaststätte an der Tennishalle hat, entpuppt sich bei spontanen Urlaubsbesuch als ein großartiger und authentischer Italiener. Das Ambiente schlicht, aber dennoch elegant. Ein sehr netter, aufwerksamen und angenehmer Servie und schlussendlich richtig gutes Essen. Wir haben uns mit 15 Personen durch die Bandbreite der gesamten Karte gegessen und gegenseitig auch quer probiert. Von Antipasti wie Bruschetta Promodoro und Brusc. Tonno, ein leckeres Vitelllo Tonato, eine gemischte Antipasti Platte, Suppen, über diverse Pasta Gerichte, eine grandiose Carbonara, leckeren Lachs mit Pistazienkruste und wirklich vielfältigen Pinsa Romana (die bessere Alternative zu Pizza) u.v.m. Es war alles wirklich ansprechend präsentiert, toller Qualität und am Wichtigsten: Richtig lecker!!! Zum gelungenen Abschluss nochmal quer durch alle großartigen Dolci probiert und ein paar Espressi dazu und der Abend klang sehr zufrieden aus. Hier kann jemand echt gut kochen! Fast schon schade, dass ich diesen großartigen Italiener nicht in meiner Heimatnähe habe. Aber dieser hier ist definitiv ein Grund wieder mal in Weiden Station zu machen, selbst wenn es "nur" auf eine Pinsa und einen Espresso ist. Grazie mille

The food was good and plentiful. The staff was friendly and cheerful. Visually, it's in a tennis hall, and it must have been the club's bar at some point. But again, the food is good; if you want fancy, fancy food, this is the wrong place.

I was only in the area for a few days, so I had to prioritize the best restaurants. I'm really grateful for the previous reviewers who led me to this neighborhood gem, recently transferred in ownership and authentically run by Italians. The chef and my server were super friendly, and fluent in German, Italian, and English. I started with a fresh, delicious bruschetta, lightly toasted and basted in olive oil, followed by a generous plate of beef carpaccio with arugula, shaved Parmesan, and sliced Italian bread. Very often at a new restaurant, I'll order a couple different entrees, but the spaghetti carbonara effectively did me in. It wasn't the fake creamy carbonara some places pass off ... it was just clean and rich with fresh pecorino cheese and genuine cheek lard (that's the home-spun magic, and with relatives in the deep American south, if you know, you know), seasoned with black pepper. I really lucked out for dessert ... it's off-menu at the moment, but the chef had just baked a lightly sweet ciambellone chocolate cake for himself and his family and offered me a slice. However, with this being indicative of his baking skills, I imagine guests can't go wrong on the dessert menu. It could not have been more perfect with a final espresso and biscotti. Anyway, I hope someone else finds Da Massimo and has the same wonderful time I did. It took a little digging in the city, but was exactly the right choice. Everything was fresh and rustic in the best possible way.

We ordered food and took it home. My noodles weren't cooked through. Unfortunately it didn't taste like anything. But the food was ready on time. We thought that was great.

Alpenrose has some of the best Italian food I’ve eaten in Germany. They are welcoming and generous. Truly like eating at your Italian friend’s home. The fettuccelle allo spada was perfect, I would recommend you try it. My son loves their pinsa (like a pizza on bread). Bring your family and eat well and make some new Italian friends while you are in Weiden.

I like returning to this restaurant because it's a bit like returning to Italy, thanks to the warm welcome of the hosts I feel like I'm going to eat with friends. The culinary experience does not disappoint: appetizing appetizers, excellent carbonara (authentic on the menu and on the plate!), tasty pinsa in all its variations. There are a good number of dishes to choose from and also a menu of specials. The restaurant is the right place for everyone, thanks to the large spaces it can accommodate large tables, but the traditional furnishings also make it suitable for small groups of friends and families with children. Mi piace tornare in questo ristorante perché è un po’ come tornare in Italia, grazie all’accoglienza calorosa dei padroni di casa mi sembra di andare a mangiare da amici. L’esperienza culinaria non delude: antipasti stuzzicanti, ottima la carbonara (autentica sul menù e nel piatto!), gustosa la pinsa in tutte le sue varianti. C’è una buon numero di piatti tra i quali scegliere e anche una carta di piatti speciali. Il ristorante è il posto giusto per tutti, grazie agli ampi spazi può accogliere grandi tavolate, ma l’arredamento tradizionale lo rende anche adatto a piccoli gruppi di amici e a famiglie con bimbi. By far the best Italian in Weiden! Super friendly staff and the food is really amazing. Both the pinsa and pasta dishes are excellent. I haven't had the meat and fish dishes yet, but my companion was also very enthusiastic about them. The best Italian cuisine in the area and at an unbeatable price. The restaurant is located in Schützenhaus.l and accordingly it is rustically furnished and is not reminiscent of a classic Italian restaurant. But the service staff and the kitchen are even more so!

Were there for a Christmas party. 8 people were served their food after 20 minutes, 2 other people only after 50 minutes. It is the job of a good host to serve the food at the same time. Prices reasonable. The pinsa comes with a sumptuous salad
