Delicious, generous portions of food at a fair price. Plenty of seating, the layout is quite winding, which makes it feel intimate and not noisy. The staff was efficient. No long waits despite the large number of guests. I didn't try the outdoor seating area, as it was January. Highly recommended!

It was...an experience worth it..., however, I wouldn't want to do it again because the spaghetti wasn't my cup of tea, the plates were cold, and of course, everything on them was cold too. The service was attentive, and dessert was sold out except for two portions of tiramisu.

We've been coming here for nine years, unfortunately far too rarely, but it's a bit of a long way from Lindau to Emmendingen "just" for dinner. That doesn't change the fact that the best Italian restaurant north and south of the Alps is the "Piccola Venezia." We were once again so satisfied and happy. Unfortunately, this restaurant has gotten worse over the past few years. The wait times for food are extremely long. We waited more than 1.5 hours for our food! Even when we ordered pizza a year ago, we waited about an hour. The waitress was friendly, but unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the wait. On top of that, the food wasn't great either. It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't particularly good either.

“Authentic experience for a small budget” The pizzeria scores with a creative salad that brings back childhood memories of can parties. The leaf lettuce holds up bravely while the dressing pours generously over everything - straight from the bottle, like Nonna's. The pizza: clear but consistent. Every surface has room to breathe, the floor is... let's say: particularly crispy. Price-performance? Unbeatable – ideal for culinary minimalists with a sense of humor.

Traditionally the most popular Italian in Emmendingen! In summer it's wonderful to sit outside on the spot next to the babbling fountain. The seafood linguine is delicious, but the pizzas are also highly recommended!

I've noticed once again that you can't rely on certain recessions. 1. Unknown to us, we were greeted very friendly. 2. After ordering, the drink came quickly. 3. Shortly afterwards the starters such as lamb's lettuce with bacon and crackers (very well dressed) and vitello tonato were super tasty with warm bread. The portion was generous, but we still had 2 pizzas with spicy salsiccia and parma ruccola, the dough was sensational! We'll definitely be back to try other delicious things from the menu! Great Italian cuisine with a varied menu.

Overall above average quality and quantity, except for one dish that was too al dente (Tortellini). The fair price is compensated by economical scaling including take away which in our case led to over an hour of waiting time for our meals (pizza and pasta).. The waitress did not handle that delay well. Recommend to visit if it is not fully occupied.

So, we waited 1hr+ for the food, and then got under cooked food, we told the staff that it took long, and then the got to us with "here is everything made fresh" for pasta that you can cook in under 10 mins at home...

This is an Italian restaurant! Located near the center, next to a flowing branch of the local river. That's why I think the restaurant is named "Venice". The atmosphere, if you are lucky enough to get a table by the water, is truly authentic! I noticed that locals come to pick up pizza every 5-7 minutes (there is no delivery), this suggests that Italian pizza appeals to amateurs, which means Turkish pizza is not their competitor (although it is cheaper). We love to eat turkey salad here, the sauce is uniquely delicious. The portion is so large that it needs to be divided between two, however, like all their dishes)))) Thanks to the Chef!

Everything was delicious Unfortunately, regular customers or acquaintances are served first, even though you come first. It wasn't that busy and we waited longer than 1 hour for 2 portions of spaghetti…

Antipasti, delicious pizzas, various pasta dishes and delicious salads. No frills, the price and performance are right here. Portions are plentiful. The service is friendly and accommodating. I could give a small deduction because the youngest's food came 10 minutes after that of all the adults. But since that is really the only point of criticism, it is of course five stars.

Were there for the first time yesterday. The food and service were very good. The food came very quickly. Even though the store was full. The pizza and pasta we ate were very good and freshly prepared. It wasn't the last time we were there.

First of all: I almost never give it 5*! Very good Italian food, sometimes other dishes on the menu. The rooms are a bit crooked and cramped, but still comfortable.

....mhhhh...tasty.... You can taste the fresh Italian ingredients straight away...even when they are at full capacity (all tables are taken) and they are always freshly prepared, you will have your selection ready to serve and eat in front of you as soon as you order...mhhhh... We have now made my taste buds want it again Even if your eyes are bigger than your stomach (as is so often the case), if you ask, we are happy to pack it up to take away. Bon appetit

Auf der Suche nach etwas Neuem fanden wir das Venezia bei unserem Abend Stadtbummel durch Emmendingen. Der Aussen Bereich war gut gefüllt und reserviert hatten wir auch nicht. Mit etwas Glück bekamen wir zwei Plätze. Das Venezia ist schlicht, aber nett, kein Lokal das wir sonst besuchen. Wir haben uns zum Antesten Vitello Tonato bestellt. Etwas anders wie gewohnt präsentiert aber geschmacklich gut. Meine Frau nahm danach Spagetti Frutti di Mare und ich eine Pizza Diavolo und dazu einen Hauswein. Das Essen und die Küche bekommen 4 Sterne, dafür das es geschmeckt hat und auch üppig. Die Bedienung war alleine in der Stosszeit überfordert aber fix. Die Familie, Vater, Frau und Tochter dagegen fehlte es an so einigem was wir sonst nicht gewohnt sind. Interesse an allen Gästen, Stil, Empathie für italienischen Flair und die Grundregeln im Service. Getränke werden uneingeschenkt auf den Tisch platziert, Essen wird quer über den Tisch gereicht, keine Blumen, Kerze oder Tischdecke um ein wenig Wohlfühlcharakter zu erhalten. Es fehlt an Führung und die einzigen die einem das Gefühl vermitteln seinen Job zu lieben und gut zu kennen ist die Küche, was sehr schade ist denn das Venezia hätte das Potential der Italiener für jedermann zu sein, dank seiner Köche. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als nur okay. Vielleicht ist für manche Leser diese Beurteilung zu streng, aber wenn der Gast nicht das Gefühl vermittelt bekommt das er wichtig ist und im Mittelpunkt steht muss man das auch genau so sagen sonst ändert sich nichts. Trotzdem werden wir ab und zu mal reinschauen um zu testen ob sich etwas geändert hat, denn die Küche ist wie gesagt gut.

Nur Hingehen wenn man viel Zeit und Gelassenheit mtitbringt. Atmosphäre ist schön. Waren an unserem Hochzeitstag da, zum ersten Mal. Die Atmosphäre, draußen am Wasser war sehr schön. Hatten reservieren auf 18.30 Uhr. Jeder Platz war besetzt und es gab auch wartende Gäste, die auf Pizza usw zum Mitnehmen warteten. (Teilweise über eine Stunde, trotz Vorbestellung.) Wir warteten 1,1/2 Stunden und um 20 Uhr kamen unsere einfachen Bandnudeln mit Fisch. Für fast 15€ waren bei mir genau 5 kleine Fischstückchen im eigenen (wenigen) Saft drin. Es gab zwei sehr freundliche aber völlig überforderte Bedienungen. Geschmacklich war das Essen gut. Nicht phantastisch- nicht schlecht.

Ich hatte mal nur einen Stern gegeben, weil Qualität und Service nicht mehr gut waren. Und das eben nicht nur einmal. Vielleicht haben die vielen negativen Rezensionen gefruchtet. Die letzten drei Besuche waren so, wie wir das Piccola von früher kannten. Kulinarisch die erste Adresse in Emmendingen. Bitte bleibt so

Empfehlenswert ohne Einschränkung! Essen sehr gut, Preis - Leistung top. Sehr freundliches Personal, die Ihr Bestes geben. Da oft viele Gäste kommen muss eine Wartezeit einkalkuliert werden - es lohnt sich! Unverständlich dass es Gäste gibt, die nur einen Punkt vergeben.

Waren heute hier essen und sind begeistert. Meine Frau hatte einen riesigen salat mit Putenstreifen und ich den Wolfsbarsch . Das Essen war sehr geschmackvoll angerichtet und mit frischen Kräutern und Sherrytomaten abgeschmeckt. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben ein bisschen länger warten müssen, aber hier wird eben auch alles frisch zubereitet und das dauert seine Zeit. Meine Kinder hatten das Bruschetta und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier wirklich Mega Spitze!

Waren mit ca. 15 Personen da. Erst wurde sich beschwert, dass nicht jeder etwas essen wollte. Dann wurden wir nach über einer Stunde Wartezeit ohne Bedienung des Tisches verwiesen.

Überragende Pizza, manchmal leider etwas knapp belegt, jedoch geschmacklich immer top! Sehr freundliche Bedienung, stets gut gelaunt auch wenn die Hütte voll ist.

20 Minuten bis zum ersten Getränk. Mehr als eine Stunde bis die Pizza kam. Die Frage nach weiteren Getränken blieb aus.

Wir wurden gerne bedient obwohl viel zu wenige Kräfte vor Ort waren. Das Essen war lecker aber bei den Getränken ist Luft nach oben. Fürs Bier Zapfen wird halt Zeit benötigt. Gerne waren wir an dem freundlichen Ort und sind immer noch dankbar dass Gastronomiebetriebe die Coronazeit überlebt haben.

Meine Freundin und ich waren 30 Minuten vor Ladenschluss dort und wollten noch was essen. Ohne Probleme hat die freundliche Dame uns an einen Tisch gebeten und gesagt wir sollen in Ruhe unser Essen aussuchen. Selbst für unseren Hund [XL Bulle] wurde ohne zu fragen ein Napf Wasser hingestellt. Das beste aber, war das Essen, die selbst gemachten Nudel mit einer Füllung aus Feige und Wahlnüsse waren der Hammer[natürlich lässt sich über Geschmack streiten] aber nicht über Qualität 😊. Die 5 Sterne, sind mehr als verdient ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tolle Pizzeria. Speisen vor allem die Pizzen sind absolut lecker. Zum drin sitzen ist es ein bisschen komisch. Wirkt wieviel Wohnhaus mit einzelnen Zimmern. Draußen ist es bei gutem Wetter aber wunderschön am Bach!

Top Essen, Nette Bedienung, große Portionen

Ich war heute sehr enttäuscht,war mit einer Freundin zum Abendessen. Wir bekamen beide nicht was wir bestellt hatten.Meine Freundin bekam Pfifferlinge statt Steinpilze,ich Spaghetti anstelle von Bandnudeln.Der Service war extrem unfreundlich...."was wollen sie ,Nudeln sind Nudeln... Steinpilze sind nicht mehr da..." Am Nachbartisch kamen noch Steinpilze,obwohl nach uns bestellt,sie schmeckten jedoch nicht...Kaffee gab es auch nicht mehr ...Das Essen war gut ,doch der unfreundlich Service machte das nicht wett.

Das Essen schmeckt immer gut, vor allem die Pizza und die Spaghetti sind einfach großartig! Auch die Bedienungen sind freundlich und herzlich. Hier ist man einfach gerne :)

Wir haben ewig auf das Essen warten müssen und was dann kam war nicht wirklich genießbar. Die Pasta war matschig gekocht, es hat nach nichts geschmeckt und die Meerestiere waren wie Gummi.

Mein Lieblingsitaliener! Küche, Ambiente, Freundlichkeit, alles stimmt. Ich habe eine Tomaten allergie und bekomme alles was machbar ist ohne Tomaten, mit einem freundlichen Lächeln.

Sehr sehr lecker aber leider mega lange warte Zeit bis das Essen da ist. Das 3. mal hier und jedes Mal min. 45 Minuten warten auf das Essen bitte ändern dann Top!

Leider mussten wir erst 30 min auf die Getränke warten und insgesamt über 1 Stunde auf die Pasta. Von 3 Personen bekam die erste Person ihr Essen 15 min vor der zweiten, die dritte Person musste an ihr Essen erinnern - katastrophale Organisation. Wir kamen dadurch (Bezahlen dauerte auch) leider zu spät ins Open Air Kino.......schade.....

Leckeres Essen zu angemessenen Preisen. Bei nicht voll ausgelasteter Außensitzfläche ist eine Stunde Wartezeit auf Pasta-Gerichte aber zu lange. Ein Blick in die Küche zeigte eine erschreckende Vermüllung. Hygienisch fragwürdig.

Trotz Reservierung mussten wir 25 Minuten auf einen Tisch warten :( Das Essen kam erst nach deutlich über einer Stunde nach Bestellung… Es war Geschmacklich ausgezeichnet, die Portionen sind jedoch sehr groß. Am Service/ der Organisation könnte man noch arbeiten ;)
