Sehr gute Pizza, Pasta und andere Speisen zu wirklich fairen Preisen. Personal sehr freundlich.

An einem sehr heißen Sommerabend genossen wir kühles Bier und köstliches Essen auf der Terrasse. Der Fischsalat als Vorspeise war so üppig, dass er auch als Hauptgericht hätte durchgehen können. Anschließend gab es Pizza und Spaghetti Carbonara. Prima!

Wir hatten richtig Hunger und sind zum Restaurant gefahren. Die Bedienung war richtig arrogant und unfreundlich. Sie hat extrem unfreundlich gesagt, wir sollen warten, weil es schliesslich noch 10 Minuten vor Eröffnung war. Sie hat dann die zwei Kinder, die dabei waren unhöflich angegangen, dass die von der Terrasse wegsollen. Habe noch nie so unhöfliche und inkompetente Bedienung erlebt. Das ist echt geschäftsschädigend. Wir werden mit Sicherheit niemals wieder dort hingehen.

Wir haben dort unsere Vorspeisen als Catering für unsere Hochzeit bestellt. Das war Großartig und Unkompliziert! Alles war Top und sehr lecker !!

Das Essen ist absolut Spitze! Wir hatten Dorade mit Spargel und das ist eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! Es wurde vorher sogar demonstriert, dass alles frisch ist und der Koch persönlich hat serviert. Der Aperol war sehr lecker, der Fisch on Point und selbst unsere kleine Tochter hat fast den ganzen Teller Bolognese gegessen. Und das ist eine Ausnahme... Der Service war ebenfalls sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Verdiente 5/5 Sterne!

Sehr nette Betreiberin/Personal. Ambiente war zweckmäßig, könnte man etwas mehr draus machen, Tische etwas wackelig, aber sonst okay. Wir hatten alle Pizza. Unsere Tochter hatte eine mit Käse im Rand, mit 16€ die teuerste, geschmacklich gut. Ich hatte eine Calzone, geschmacklich leider nur durchschnittlich. Meine Lebensgefährtin bestellte eine Hawaii, die war auch Okay. Wir essen oft Pizza und können wahrlich behaupten, schon viele verschiedene Qualitäten getestet zu haben, diese war Preislich etwas zu hoch angesiedelt, ehrlich gesagt, nichts besonderes, aber sie war groß und wir waren Papp satt. Wenn wir dort wieder mal hinkommen sollten, werden wir aber eher eine andere Auswahl treffen. Vielleicht Pasta oder so. Diese Bewertung ist nicht böse gemeint, ich Versuche hiermit dem Betreiber/in die Möglichkeit zu geben, Mut zum haben, eventuell etwas besser oder anders zu machen, z.b. einen Aperitif anzubieten, oder ähnliches.

Außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft und fantastisches Essen prägten unseren letzten Besuch in Ihrem Restaurant. Obwohl wir früh ankamen, wurden wir von Ihrem Team herzlich empfangen. Die Lachspasta und die Pizza, die wir genossen haben, waren die besten italienischen Gerichte unserer Reise.

Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne geben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Pizzen waren super! Der Service ebenso! Das Restaurant ist nicht sehr groß und war gut besucht, aber als Auswärtige haben wir dennoch einen Tisch bekommen und wurden Super bedient. Wenn wir wieder hierher kommen, ist das Lokal unsere erste Wahl!!!

Es war die beste Pizzeria in Nierstein, damals am alten Standort. Seit sie in den ehemaligen La Casa Räumlichkeiten sind, ist die Pizza nicht mehr gut. Optisch Top, aber Salz vergessen? Schmeckt nach nix. Und Zeitmanagement it eine Katastrophe. Wäre mal Zeit für Frank Rosin!

Das Essen war OK, aber für eine Cola/Fanta ect. 5.- und eine Schorle 6.- Ist schon abzocke pur. Alleine deswegen würde ich dort nicht mehr hin gehen. Wir gehen sehr oft essen (Min. 2x die Woche) und schauen uns immer mal neue Restaurants an, aber so viel habe ich noch nie in einem Restaurant für Getränke bezahlt.

Leider kann ich diese Pizzeria nur als mittelmäßig bewerten – und das wäre noch freundlich formuliert. Die Pizza selbst war geschmacklich eher unspektakulär: weder besonders schlecht noch irgendwie hervorstechend gut. Der Teig wirkte durchschnittlich, die Zutaten austauschbar und insgesamt fehlte einfach das gewisse Etwas, das man von einer guten Pizzeria erwarten würde. Was den Besuch jedoch wirklich negativ geprägt hat, war die Haltung des Personals. Statt Gastfreundschaft oder zumindest grundlegendem Respekt begegnete man einem mit einer fast schon beeindruckenden Arroganz. Fragen wurden knapp und genervt beantwortet, Sonderwünsche schienen eine persönliche Beleidigung darzustellen, und das Gefühl, willkommen zu sein, kam zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf. Es ist fast schon erstaunlich, mit welcher Selbstverständlichkeit hier eine Überheblichkeit an den Tag gelegt wird, die in keinerlei Verhältnis zur tatsächlichen Leistung steht. Man hat den Eindruck, als würde man hier ein kulinarisches Highlight serviert bekommen – bekommt aber letztlich nur Durchschnitt. Fazit: Wer einfach nur satt werden möchte, ist hier vielleicht nicht völlig falsch. Wer jedoch Wert auf Qualität, Service und ein angenehmes Erlebnis legt, sollte sich definitiv nach Alternativen umsehen.

Absoluter Tipp, egal was wir dort bestellt haben, es war immer besser als vermutet. Inzwischen sind wir mindestens einmal in der Woche dort und lassen uns verwöhnen. Auch das Personal und der Inhaber sind jedesmal super und Sonderwünsche werden wenn möglich gerne umgesetzt. Seit dem wir dort essen gehen, vergleiche ich andere Lokale mit diesem hier und ich bin dann fast immer enttäuscht. 5 Sterne sind noch zu wenig Danke für dieses tolle Essen, Service und erlebnis

Gemütliche Atmosphäre und top Service!!! Bruschetta waren top!!! Spaghetti aglio e olio mit Pilze waren die Besten die ich je gegessen haben!!! (Mein Lieblingsgericht was ich in fast 50 Restaurant schon probiert habe) Preislich war das ganze mehr als FAIR.

Sehr nette zuvorkommend Bedienung. Sehr gute Getränke ( Wein) sehr geschmackvollen Essen und gute Portionen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Hello, We ordered for pickup on Sunday. One pizza, Diavolo, and one lasagna. A good combination for sharing between two... if it had been tasty. The pizza was very dry – had little cheese and sauce... tasted more like a cardboard lid than a pizza. The lasagna was a disgrace, even in terms of the portion size... half full and somehow more ham than ground beef. Neither of us liked it. For €26, you'd expect more.

Ordered a four-cheese pizza there for the first time last week. It was ready almost on time for pickup. Nice and big, with a great crust, and delicious. For me, currently the best pizza in Nierstein. I'll try your grilled fish soon; if it's as good as the pizza, you'll have a new regular :) Edit: Went there again and it's still as great as it was the first time. Service was super friendly too! Edit: First time at the new location. I haven't been there in about a year. A huge disappointment... waited 50 minutes for the pizza, and then the dough wasn't even cooked properly. The overall flavor also deteriorated considerably. The pizza is definitely too expensive for that. The staff were okay, but not particularly friendly. Drink prices were also too high. We ordered a large sparkling water and got a carafe of sparkling tap water. My family and I won't be coming back.

Unfortunately, the pizza tasted terrible and was anything but crispy. No one answered the phone, and when we arrived, we were told the chef wasn't there yet, resulting in a long 45-minute wait. The pizza prices also didn't match the prices on the website.

This was our first time at the new location. The food was delicious. Good wine selection. You should allow plenty of time, as the kitchen cooks everything fresh and therefore needs a lot of time. The pizzas served at the next table looked very tasty. The staff were very friendly and asked if everything was alright.

An excellent Argentinean beef steak was also served, and a delicious tiramisu... All served under a pleasant, breezy gazebo. A good selection of wines. We'll definitely be back to try the pizza...

I've been to Piccola Sicilia in Nierstein a few times now and I'm always thrilled. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and you immediately feel welcome. The service is truly top-notch. The food is simply excellent, whether it's pizza, pasta, or fish dishes—everything tastes fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The menu is also really extensive; there's something for everyone! You can tell that everything is cooked with love. For the quality, the price is definitely fair. Since Piccola Sicilia moved, you can now enjoy sitting outside on the terrace in the summer, and the interior is also cozy and tastefully decorated. I'll definitely be back!

I'm a regular at this restaurant and am always delighted. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is always freshly prepared and tastes fantastic. The service is consistently attentive and friendly. The prices are absolutely fair; quality clearly takes precedence over quantity here. I personally can't understand the negative reviews.

Haven't tried the new location yet – but full stars because I used to pick up pizza at least once a month at the old Oberdorfstrasse location, and it was always delicious and (in my opinion) the best pizza around! I'll update my review once I've picked up my first pizzas at the new place; but I want to include a request that's important to me: Your menus have raised prices several times in the last three years, and unfortunately, the ones displayed at your old location were always outdated. When I'd grab one... and then I'd be standing there with too little cash because I'd calculated it at home using the old prices, and I'd feel incredibly silly 🫠. Please, please upload a photo of the current menu here under "Menu" as soon as possible; then I can finally order and enjoy good pizza for pickup again! 🤗🫣 (And delete all the menus here, some of which are over six years old, at once!) - that would be fantastic, and all your guests would get hungry instead of frustrated without having to look at all the pictures beforehand (I'm just going to assume that 🤓). #love&light🌸🫶🏼 As I mentioned, I could only enter my review for the previous location here - but I'll update it and add a note as soon as I've been there myself 🫶🏼

We were in this restaurant for the first time today and it definitely has the potential to become our regular Italian restaurant. We had an appetizer platter, fish platter and pizza. All of the food was absolutely delicious. Incredibly great fish platter, taste like it was fresh from the sea, super crispy, well-topped pizza, perfect quality and freshness of the food all around. First of all, I have to mention that it is only an advantage if you book a table at least a week in advance. A small pizzeria with a converted garage as a guest room can be found here. Not everyone will love this atmosphere, but if you really love Italian cuisine, this is the place for you! Impeccable dishes, very lavish and richly garnished not only attract the eye, but also every guest who stands in front of the door and tries to get a place to eat. I had dinner here with my family and when we feel like Sicilian cuisine, we go to Piccola Sicilia again

Ristorante Piccola Sicilia is our absolute favorite Italian restaurant. The pizza is super delicious. My favorite is the grilled sea bream from the daily menu. There is no better way to prepare fish. We always enjoy going there and enjoying “La Dolce Vita”.

June 17th, 2024 Hello everyone, we ate at Piccola Sicilia for the x time and, as always, we were very impressed. You won't find such fresh and lovingly prepared food again so quickly. My wife and I don't go to any other restaurant anymore. The service and the chef are super nice and fulfill every wish. People who are anonymous such as: Daywalker 0018 or bkd. Potato etc. Write reviews, don't deserve to be served. Just stupid and cowardly. Wow is all we can say. Such friendly and attentive staff just great. The food is simply excellent, so delicious, everything is freshly cooked, that we will be visiting Piccola Sicilia permanently. The wine was very tasty and we felt very comfortable.

It's a shame, the (admittedly high) expectations based on previous visits were completely disappointed this time! Either Piccola Sicilia has a new chef, or the old chef had a very, very bad day. In addition, the prices on their website and in the restaurant differ significantly, which is a shame! Addendum: I don't know who the owner means by the dish, but it definitely wasn't me! I had overcooked scallopinis, completely overcooked vegetables and the “fried potatoes” were mini halved potatoes that came out completely rubbery! And secondly: a mismatch between the online map and on site is no longer acceptable, the operator should ensure a certain consistency here, nothing more...

First of all the positive: We were at the restaurant without prior reservation as part of a bike tour with a total of 10 people. The food was all of good to very good quality and we were happy with it. Due to the quality, we can also recommend the restaurant in this regard. But what doesn't work at all and didn't fit at all: The two waitresses, a young woman and a young man, were completely overwhelmed by the entire situation. They gave us the impression that it was both their first day in the business. We were finally able to place our order after waiting 30 minutes. Drinks - beer price 5.50 euros - came from the fridge!! The starters arrived after an hour or so, one or two bruscettas and one pizza bread!! After 90 minutes no main course had been served, our question was answered with "You had starters". Apparently the chef didn't really agree with his waitresses that day - he warned them "loudly" several times! Only after a third operator arrived did the “chaos” change. Finally it remains to be stated: Food is great - we cover the rest with a cloak of silence...

We discovered this little restaurant by chance on a short trip to the Rhine. On the first evening we were so impressed by the delicious food and the friendly staff that we ate there again on the second evening. We had pizza, casseroles, fish and meat. Oh wie genial ist das Essen hier. Wir hatten 5 Gerichte und eins war besser als das andere. Die Bedienung war aufmerksam und pronto, auch die Küche. Wirklich toll, hab ich in Nierstein nicht erwartet.

Das Ambiente ist nicht so schön. Es wirkt etwas improvisiert. Aber das Essen ist grandios!!!

Wir kommen immer gerne hier her zum Essen und waren heute mit Freunden da. Nach einer sehr leckeren bruschetta hatten wir gegrillte und frittierte Calamari und Spaghetti Marinara. Es war sehr gut und reichlich und eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung. Bei Maurizio ist alles immer sehr schön und familiär mit leckerem Essen. Es gibt jetzt auch eine schöne italienische Weinkarte 😊😊
