A very small but cozy traditional Italian restaurant. The meat dishes are okay, but the pizza and pasta dishes are highly recommended. There's a lovely outdoor seating area in the summer. The bird park is just around the corner.

I had the most delicious beef fillet I've ever had that evening, with fresh chanterelle mushrooms. The service was okay, but not always very attentive. A drink was forgotten...even though it wasn't really busy. Otherwise, we had a lovely evening. The menu is almost too extensive...but all the dishes were delicious and freshly prepared.

I went there for the first time today. By chance. Well, the service was nice, the order and food came quickly. But unfortunately, it was very disappointing. Prices aren't cheap, the portions are very small (yes, that's not a criterion for good or bad, but the price-performance ratio has to be right). Tortellini alla panna was bordering on oversalted, the large salad plate felt like it had no dressing and very little. The grilled calamari was oversalted, and what was on my huge plate was a joke; that's an appetizer elsewhere. Along with it, there were oven-baked vegetables, unfortunately drenched in oil without any seasoning (no salt, no pepper, nothing), and the Brussels sprouts had a bit of a sting, which was really yucky! They were visibly not fresh! The accompanying small salad was just okay. So, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The taste and the price-performance ratio are completely out of whack. Too bad for today.

What's so hard about keeping your opening hours on Google up to date in 2025? There's no information about the company's holidays on the website, not even an answering machine message. There are actually people like me who rely on such information and then find themselves in front of closed doors.

Leider kann ich keins der positiven Kommentaren nachvollziehen. Unsere Bedienung konnte so gut wie kein Deutsch. Andauernd wurden Speißen falsch gebracht oder Beilagen vertauscht, da wir ihn nicht verstanden haben und er uns auch nicht. Der Chef war nur im anderen Außenbereich am bedienen und hat uns und dem Mitarbeiter nicht geholfen. Das Essen war nicht der Hit und mein Lachs hat komisch geschmeckt. Leider hat meine Anmerkung hierzu auch nichts gebracht aufgrund der Sprachbarriere. Das Eis der Kinder war verlaufen. Heiße Himbeeren wurden mit Schokosoße vertauscht. Einfach nur eine Katastrophe und das noch zu den Preisen. Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder.

I can recommend this restaurant without hesitation. The owner and his staff are generally very friendly, and we've never had anything to complain about the food—no matter the menu! We feel warmly welcomed as guests and will definitely return.

Excellent (well-done!) steak. Few chefs can do that really well. Tortellini, tiramisu, and Pinot Gris are also delicious. Very friendly service. We'll be back on the way back :)

Wir sind regelmäßig im Orchidea Blu, denn hier passt das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis absolut. Auch ohne Reservierung haben wir immer einen Platz bekommen, wobei ich dies nicht empfehlen würde, denn eine Reservierung ist in der Regel sinnvoll. Wir sind absolute Fan von dem Vorspeiseteller, dieser muss immer, danach variieren wir, von Nudeln über Fleisch bis zur Fischplatte die ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert ist. Wir kommen wieder

The fish is superbly filleted at the table. Unfortunately, the vegetable side dish is generally very manageable and always the same. The salads are no revelation either. All in all, it's a good Italian restaurant that you can go to again and again.

A good tip for fish lovers. The freshly prepared fish is disassembled on a serving table and placed boneless on the plate. Prices a little higher, but really good cuisine. You should order in advance as it is often fully booked.

Was there for the first time this evening. The service was very attentive, the price and the food were perfect! Had beef tenderloin, it was fantastic! There were four of us and our main course came at the same time. Everyone was very happy! Will definitely come back. It's also very nice that dogs are allowed. The restaurant was very busy today, but no one from the service seemed stressed... always a friendly smile on their faces. 5 stars 🌟 from me...

We went there on a recommendation and it was worth it! Very nice service - very attentive but not annoying. I had booked a table for 5 people at 12 p.m. Shortly after 1 p.m. the waitress came, even though drinks were still being poured, and asked us to clear the table. I complained to the boss of the log that there are usually only two rounds at lunchtime and you only ever have one hour at lunchtime. We have been to this restaurant so many times, this has never been there before. The boss was extremely arrogant when I pointed out to him that I had to be told this when making the reservation. He said talk to me next time. I'm telling you. I find this extremely arrogant and a shame because it takes away from the peace and quiet of Sunday meals. The restaurant won't see me again.

Came quite spontaneously with 7 people and got a place. Pasta dishes and pizzas were all delicious. Leftovers were packed up for home. Everything perfect!

The food is really VERY GOOD. The daily recommendation of salad fish was great (but it can't be smaller) Unfortunately, the waiter makes a very listless impression; a little more joy at work would be nice. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied and would like to come back.

I've never had such good veal liver. My husband's tortellini was also really good. Everything homemade and affordable. The staff was very nice and responded well to my sugar intolerance. We will be back. 😊

Ein richtig guter Italiener , kann man nur weiterempfehlen.Fleisch,Pasta,Pizza,Fisch oder Salate einfach alles gut.

Restaurant war maximal bestuhlt und somit sehr voll und laut. Der Service war bemüht und freundlich, jedoch auch leicht gestresst und somit auch angespannt und hektisch. Ich hatte zur Vorspeise einen Feldsalat mit Garnelen. Dieser war sehr lieblos und langweilig angerichtet und auch geschmacklich leider so gar nichts, einfach riesige Feldsalat blätter, etwas öl und 3 gegrillte Garnelen grob halbiert und drauf geklatscht, keinerlei Raffinesse. Hier war ich leider enttäuscht. Das für sportliche 13€. Meine Frau wollte einen Feldsalat ohne Garnelen, was leider nicht möglich war!? Hauptgang war bei uns allen frisch und auch lecker, wobei ich daran zweifle, das die Tagliatelle selbstgemacht, wie in der Speisekarte beschrieben, waren. Preislich auch gehobenes Niveau. Aber das muss man auch sagen, es war viel Fisch (Lachs und Seeteufel) bei der Pasta und der war auch sehr lecker. Essen kam zügig, leider schon während wir noch mit der Vorspeise beschäftigt waren. Die Tiramisu zum Dessert war leider auch nur viel Sahne und wenig italienische Raffinesse. Bitte nicht falsch verstehen, das gebotene war für ein "vereins Italiener" OK, aber hier passt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis leider nicht. Bezahlen mit MasterCard wat leider auch nicht drin. Nur EC. Bei der Frage warum, würde mir ein Quatsch von wegen "das kann das Gerät nicht" erzählt.

Am Essen gibt's nichts auszusetzen, das ist sehr gut. Aber dass es nicht möglich ist, einen Bewirtungsbeleg zu erhalten, finde ich indiskutabel.

Es gibt nicht viel vergleichbares im Bereich Speyer die mithalten können, was das Essen, Service und Ambiente anbelangt. Eine Anmeldung ist auf jeden Fall erforderlich. Die Zutaten sind immer frisch und mit Verstand zubereitet und gewählt. Ein Fest für jeden Gaumen.

Sehr nettes Restaurant, wo wir gemütlich zusammen gesessen haben.

Die Fischsuppe und die Pasta meiner Familie waren ok bis sehr gut. Meine Pizza für eine italienische Pizzeria eher enttäuschend. Innen naß, außen trocken, der Tomatenbelag nicht mein Geschmack und die Artischocken holzig. Die Frage, mit welchem Gemüse die vegetarische Pizza aktuell belegt wird, konnte nicht sicher beantwortet werden, deswegen für eine Quattro Statione entschieden. Der Austausch des Schinkens gegen Zwiebel (ich bin Vegetarier) hat nicht funktioniert, und so hatte ich statt einer Quattro eben nur eine Tre Statione. Auch das Dressing des Salates (cocktailsoßenartig, keine Auswahl anderer Soßen) nicht mein Geschmack. Eine Bedienung ohne Deutschkenntnisse, aber kein Problem, jeder muß mal anfangen. Sitzen tut man sehr schön. Essen und Service hat mich nicht wirklich überzeugt.

Das Essen war super. Es war alles frisch. Der Speisen wurde nacheinander serviert und zwar nachdem das Geschirr vom vorherigen Gang abgeräumt war. Das Personal war aufmerksam und dennoch nicht aufdringlich. So gemütlich und entspannt konnten wir seit langem nicht mehr essen.
