Five stars is actually not enough. A really good restaurant, great owners where a warm friendship has developed. Every visit is excellent - the dishes better than in Italy. Simply great!

Mangia Bene in Neuwulmstorf is an absolute recommendation! Not only are the pizzas fantastic, but the rump steak is also a real treat. The desserts are a must - simply heavenly and extremely delicious. The service is also very personable and attentive, which makes the visit a pleasant one. The chocolate soufflé at Mangia Bene is an absolute dream! Perfectly prepared, with a warm, liquid center that simply melts in your mouth. The intense chocolate taste combined with the delicate, airy texture makes it the ideal dessert for all chocolate lovers. Really a highlight that you shouldn't miss! A little tip for guests: be sure to reserve in advance, as the tables are often full! Maybe a little suggestion to the Mangia Bene team: a slightly more generous portion of the side dishes for the meat dishes would be the icing on the cake.

A small Italian restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. The food is of high quality – fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared and authentic. Particularly noteworthy are the homemade pasta and the wood-fired pizza, which is baked right in front of the guests. The espresso is a highlight: strong, aromatic and typically Italian. The service is friendly, attentive and makes you feel welcome straight away. The prices are reasonable, especially for the quality offered. An ideal place for connoisseurs who appreciate Italian cuisine and warm service.

It is Italian, the dishes are homemade (no longer a matter of course these days) It's a family business, all siblings are in the shop, so we always have a lot of fun. Dear team, keep it up! (The price-performance ratio is right here, I don't feel like I'm being deducted again and again)

We were there on September 29th, 2024. Small & fine. The food was super tasty. The service was very friendly and attentive. We first sat in the middle of the restaurant. That was the last free table. Didn't bother us. But when a somewhat quieter table became available, we were immediately offered it. "For romance and stuff like that," said the service. We all had to laugh so hard. Rating: Valuable and absolutely recommended.

Excellent evening I ate a real Italian carbonara dish prepared by the young chef Cesare Marascia who with all the effort he learned from the great chef Ignazio Marascia let's give courage you are young so Italian gastronomy in Germany goes forward. Thank you, thank you Cesare, continue like this, you will become as great as your teacher I recommend you try his cuisine

The restaurant impresses with its warm service and delicious food. We had a lasagna and asparagus pizza. The pizza dough was thin and crispy and an explosion of flavor. First there were olives, the best I've ever eaten, and warm, delicious bread. Other guests had desserts that looked so delicious and tempting but the pizza is huge for one person and I was full :) next time then! Very hospitable staff, you felt very comfortable. Although it was very crowded and loud ;)

The pizza is highly recommended! This can also be pre-ordered and picked up. The service is always friendly and courteous. Reservations should be made at the weekend, but luckily we spontaneously got a table last time. Thanks again to the team for making this possible!

We celebrated our daughter's confirmation there at the end of April. And everyone was very excited. We were there with 28 people. This small, familiar and cozy restaurant with the great, lovely, friendly staff was just great. As a starter there were large mixed starter platters and bruchetta. There were also the most delicious olives with bread in the world and small pizzas. EVERYTHING was so incredibly tasty and plentiful!!!! The guests could choose between three dishes, fish, meat and vegetarian and of course pizza. We had already discussed this and the starters by email a few weeks beforehand. Every question, no matter how small, was always answered quickly. The price-performance ratio was totally right. We were all very enthusiastic about the delicious food and drinks and the warm and friendly staff. You just had to feel good!!! We'll definitely be back ;) Mundt family

I had the sea bream fillet with rosemary potatoes, garlic, fried zucchini and mushrooms. That was super delicious 😋 and I’m still raving about it. Accompanied by wine and afterwards there was a cappuccino and a tiramisu. The restaurant was full and fully booked, but I didn't have to wait long for my elaborate meal. The service did its job, as you would expect and the ambience was typically Italian. I can only recommend this restaurant! Many thanks to the entire team😊👋

Food was ok. Tortellini with ham cream sauce was very tasty, but there was far too little on the plate for the price. The heart-shaped Hawaiian pizza was also very tasty. The service was very friendly. The atmosphere is getting old.

Simply and Mediterranean furnished. The prices are also something for people with little money. Pizza well seasoned and really tasty, the pasta Bolognese could have used more seasoning. The service wasn't particularly attentive, we sat there for quite a long time without drinks. It's a shame that there isn't bread with dip for all guests.

Ein super gemütliches, kleines und vor allem authentisches Restaurant! Die Bedienung ist extrem zuvorkommend und freundlich, die gesamte Atmosphäre ist sehr familiär und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und sehr wohl. Das Essen war wirklich super lecker und vergleichsweise ziemlich günstig. Hier bekommt man auf jeden Fall was für sein Geld! Ich würde jedem raten vorab einen Tisch zu reservieren und etwas mehr Zeit mitzubringen, da jedes Gericht frisch zubereitet wird und dementsprechend etwas länger dauert. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und würden jedem empfehlen dieses Restaurant zu testen.

Ein wirklich exklusives und Traditionsreiches Restaurant, mit guter Küche und netter Bedienung. Die Kruste und der der Käse sind extra Delikat. Ich als Muslim habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt mit der Auswahl hier an Gerichten die ich verzehren kann.

Nicht vom etwas unauffälligen Äusseren abschrecken lassen: das kleine Restaurant ist erstklassig. Alles schmeckt einfach lecker, ist liebevoll zubereitet und: PIZZA WELTKLASSE. Netter zugewandter Service, alles in den Händen einer deutsch-italienischen Familie. Authentisch!

Das Essen ist sehr gut. Sowohl meine Tochter als auch ich waren sehr zufrieden. Das Restaurant ist ein Familenbetrieb, wie es in Italien viele gibt. Es ist autenthisch und die Bedienungen sind überdurchschnittlich freundlich und erfüllen auch Wünsche bezüglich des Essens und der Sitzplätze. Wer ein schickes trendy Restaurant sucht wird es hier eher nicht finden. Wer ein rustikales Restaurant mit guten Essen und guter Stimmung sucht, ist hier richtig. Hier gilt mehr Sein als Schein. Wir kommen wieder!!!

Gutes italienisches Restaurant in der Hand einer ebensolcher Familie mit sehr guten familiären Umgang der Gäste. Weiter so!

Wir waren im Freundeskreis dort. Die Bedienung war freundlich und die Pizzas meiner Freunde sahen appetitlich aus. Ich hatte mich für einen Chefsalat (immerhin 12,50- € entschieden und war ein wenig enttäuscht, dass das Ei im Salat blaugrün verfärbt und bröckelig war. Habe aber zunächst nur das Ei "beiseite geräumt"... Dann kam die Frage "war alles gut?" und meine Antwort, dass das Ei wohl schon ein paar Tage alt war. Die Antwort war erstaunlich: "das muss so sein". 14 Tage darf es im Kühlschrank sein... Natürlich muss das nicht so sein! Es ist auch nicht das Alter des Eies, es ist die Methode es zu kochen, bevor es in den Kühlschrank kommt. Der Koch sollte sie kennen und die Kellnerin so etwas nicht auf den Tisch bringen

Ja, der Chef ist speziell, muss jeder selbst beurteilen. Erst sehr lustlos und dann nach 2 - 3 Weißwein wach geworden und dann auch unter der Gürtellinie kommuniziert, Italiener eben. Zum Essen : Leider war das nichts, sehr enttäuschend, Maccaroni sehr fade, Tagliatelle auch, Spaghetti in owl und knobi, waren nicht pikant, obwohl so bestellt und der Knobi war angerannt, also eine bittere Note in Geschmack. Es gibt noch einige Mängel auf die ich nicht mehr weiter eingehen will, vwas bleibt ist eben eine bittere Note! Das wärs dann, sorry.

Das Essen ist frisch und lecker und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Auch der Service war zuvorkommend wie man sich das wünscht.wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tja, wer die Qualität einer Pizza nach Durchmesser und Gewicht des Belags bewertet, sollte nicht zu einem echten Italiener gehen, sondern irgendwo all you can eat buchen ... Ignazio ist waschechter Sizilianer und nebenbei noch ein genialer Koch. basta!
