Ristorante La Montanara in Berlin

It wasn't my first time there. The atmosphere is like in Italy, almost family-like, the food is incredibly tasty and if I have an appetite for Italian cuisine in Berlin, then only there.

There is hardly anything to criticize. What I liked best was the service employee who served our birthday party. I could hug such an accommodating and friendly, competent and really nice employee with enthusiasm. Happy La Montanara😁

Nice Italian restaurant with a winter garden when it's cold (heater) and a terrace when it's warm. Cozy facility. Motivated waiters. Bruchetta is always available when food is ordered. Leftover food is often packed up. There is also a free espresso, liqueur or lollipop at the end. Food was delicious and prices were reasonable.

After the renovation, the pizzeria became very nice. You can sit really well in the winter garden. The food has improved a lot and the prices have increased accordingly. But it is recommended. The waiter was also very nice.

It's very comfortable to sit here and everyone enjoyed the food. The pizzas are not oversized, so you can also enjoy a delicious tiramisu afterwards. However, it is a little too tight in the rear guest room. Absolutely recommended.

We felt the taste was not upto the mark for the bucks paid there.

The pizza was borderline. The edges were very very dark (black). Ate it anyway. It's my own fault. After complaining (the edges were of course on the plate) I just shrugged my shoulders.

As always, very good and can only be recommended. The sons are doing great.

You can't complain about the food, it was good. What was annoying was the mass of green flies and the wasps. Mother nature. You could completely forget how to use it, only react the second time and often just sit around typing on your smartphone and then get up again and walk to the customer who seemed to be a regular customer. Rude when taking the order and when you asked if something contained alcohol you were told, of course it had to be! Don't have to again.

Leider sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht.Wir hatten Pizza bestellt und Calamari fritti .Die Pizza war roh und alles ungenießbar,die Pilze aus dem Glas und ganz weich ,nicht etwas knusprig,die Calamari wie Gummi ,Geschmack ging so ,und dann hatte ich einen Schießgummi im Salat ,leider ist mir dann alles vergangen. Für die Pizza brauchten wir nichts bezahlen ,Schade denn wir suchten nach einen Restaurant wo man öfters mal einkehren kann. Keine Mühe ,wur sind enttäuscht 😞

The last time I ate such a delicious Margherita pizza in Sardinia was five years ago. The service was also extremely friendly. A very clear recommendation. 👍

Restaurant itself is quite nice. Some of the waiters are nice, some you just hope they won't come to your table. Now about the food: The pizzas are never homemade. You may even top it yourself, but the dough or base comes from the wholesale market. They tasted good, but for around 15 euros per pizza and simply because it's an ITALIAN restaurant, I just expect it to be homemade. My wife had pasta with beef fillet tips and mushroom cream sauce. The sauce simply tasted like powdered sauce from a convenience store giant. About the service: We were served quickly and the food came quickly. What is not possible is that while not everyone has eaten yet, the table is cleared away without asking. According to the motto: “Hurry up” Conclusion: There probably won't be a second visit because it's a waste of money for me. It's just a typical "old people or colleagues meet up for a quick meal" restaurant.

Food was definitely really tasty! The payment management was weird. I was there to eat with a friend but only one could pay. I didn’t understand why we couldn’t split. The waiter didn’t give any explanation for this.

In terms of things, the restaurant is fine, nice inside, but a bit warm and loud. You wait a little long for your food and just as long for your drink, the waiters completely ignore you and you can hardly order anything because you aren't served. You wait just as long for the bill.

Overall quite good but the cleanliness of the toilets... The food is recommended but nothing special.

Unfortunately, service is a matter of luck here. The waiters weren't particularly nice or chatty. Food is average. The ambience itself is quite nice. But we won't be coming back again.

We were just here for dinner with 10 people, a nice welcome, the staff rearranged the tables especially for us, the children were given something to paint with, the pizzas were all delicious and juicy, we had tuna, scampi, Italiana, pasta, that Prices are also ok, bruschetta was free as a starter and the espresso or small schnapps at the end was also free, in summer the space outside is very nice. All in all worth recommending.

We went there yesterday specifically for this restaurant and experienced very poor service. I had ordered a dish and asked to leave out one ingredient. When my dish came, this ingredient was finally in it. I asked the waitress about it and she said she had passed it on and it wasn't her fault. Then she said to me: “You can take it out yourself.” Thank you very much for that, we won't be coming back

1A food, friendly staff, good selection of food and drinks, pleasant prices, food can also be pre-ordered and then picked up, pleasant seating outside, nice ambience inside (you can forget for a moment that you are at home), clean, good opening times, child-friendly, gladly again.

Quite ok. The waitress wasn't particularly motivated and looked annoyed when we didn't order straight away and still needed 2 minutes... Unfortunately the cola had hardly any carbonation. Pizza was O.K. Salad was O.K.

one of the best italian restaurants in berlin! has been living in the area for years, but just tried the food here a year ago. shame i didn't try earlier, because everything was delicious! if you love a good tiramisu, you'd find it here.

Update: The commitment and politeness continue to go downhill here... I was a customer for decades, but now it's no fun anymore. Even if you come as a couple with a dog on a quiet afternoon and all the window tables are free, you will be assigned a small cat table... supposedly because everything is reserved. Well, as long as we sat there, not one “reservation” came up. Always happy for years. Only our waiter left something to be desired this time.

Angenehmes Ambiente mit freundlichem Service. Das Essen war insgesamt lecker, aber der Pizzateig war etwas enttäuschend und der Rand hätte wesentlich knuspriger sein können.

Essen war lecker, Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Bin aber etwas angefressen - Der Kellner hat ein fast volles Glas umgestoßen, ist auch kaputt gegangen. Ich habe nicht mal eine Entschuldigung gehört, dabei ist die betroffene Person sogar nass geworden. Finde da kann man schon mal einen Ersatz bringen.

Sehr, sehr nette Bedienung, familiäre Atmosphäre , gutes Essen. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne und das schon seit vielen vielen Jahren.

Das Essen ist wirklich sehr gut und italienisch. Vieles wird frisch zubereitet und die Zutaten sind gut. Der Espresso schmeckte uns nicht so, war verbrannt. Die ganze Truppe dort ist authentisch und man fühlt sich wohl. Die Einrichtung ist mit viel Holz gestaltet. Wenn es voll ist, kommt es zu Wartezeiten. Bei der Bedienung kann man Glück und Pech haben. Es wird viel untereinander gequatscht und die Gäste spielen dann keine Rolle. Insgesamt ein kulinarisches Highlight in dieser Gegend.

Eine Institution in Lankwitz City. Sehr gut besucht, leckere Pizza, freundlicher und schneller Service. Immer wieder sehr gut.

Bestes italienisches Restaurant Berlin Da lohnt sich sich der Weg vom Norden in den Süden

Sehr freundliches Personal und super Küche Leistungen , auf den Punkt gegrilltes Filetsteak mit einer sehr homogene Pfefferrahmsauce Rosmarin Kartoffeln und grüne Bohnen gemischter Salat 🥗 und Hausbrot, leckeres Creme Brülee

Eigentlich glutenfrei, aber offensichtlich nicht ohne Kontamination, somit bei Zöliakie ungeeignet. Schon zweimal heftige Bauchweh nach dem Essen. Essen oft sehr, sehr salzig.

seit 30 Jahren der Standart-Italiener. Man bekommt genau das, was man sich unter einem guten gehobenem-Standart-Italiener vorstellt. Sehr leckeres Essen, auch alles andere außer Pizza und Pasta! :D Preise sind durchaus angemessen. Eignet sich für das Besondere ebenso wie für "ach haben wir heute Lust auf Italiener?" Lecker!

Andere Kunden sind soo laut das man sich nicht mal richtig unterhalten kann.

Wir waren auf Empfehlung hier. Zwei unserer Familienmitglieder haben Zöliakie. Hier wird glutenfreies Essen angeboten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles erklärt. Das Essen war prima und ist unseren Beiden gut bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank.

Habe Nudelgericht mit Pilzen bestellt. Da waren nur 6 Pilze drin. Das habe ich beanstandet. Darauf wurde ein Teller Pilze gebracht. Die Sahnesauce war zu dünn und ohne Geschmack. Italiener kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Sehr gemütliches Ambiente, das Essen schmeckt super. Nur zu empfehlen, ich gehe dort regelmäßig essen! Pizza & Pasta bis hinzu Fleisch und Fischgerichten nur weiter zu Empfehlen.

Die Terasse könnte ein bisschen mehr Beachtung finden ,Sitzmöbel,Polster,Tischkultur und Sauberkeit des Bodens. Essen ist aber seit 40 Jahren gut und Qualität gleichbleibend.

Das Essen war gut, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, aufmerksam und flink. Gerne wieder.
